Jay Bass and his three friends, Hi-Hat Snare, Tremolo, and Half Stack, are the members of The Dream Police, a small-time Cheap Trick tribute band. They play routinely at small clubs and other venues around the city for a few bits per show. One day, they show up at a local jazz club to play their last show for the week.
