Pokemon; World Collision List of Characters
This right here is the list of all of the main characters in "Pokemon; World Collision". This list will be updated in the future for more characters to be included.

Pikachu
One of the main protagonists in the story. Pikachu came to Equestria after a Team Rocket encounter following the end of his adventures in the Unova region. There, he was put right into the events of Discord's return. He quickly restored and became friends with Rainbow Dash and the others, with all of them eventually defeating Discord.
Pikachu is a veteran battler, knowing a vast variety of moves including Iron Tail, Extremespeed, Thunderbolt, and his signature moves Electro Ball & Volt Tackle. He can also be very relaxed during times of peace, but when the situation gets bad, he is ready to fight for himself and his friends.
He also seems to be developing a bit of a crush on Buneary. It remains to be seen what will happen concerning this.
Buneary
One of the main protagonists in the story. Buneary also came to Equestria following a Team Rocket encounter. Just minutes after she woke from a strange dream (Possibly having to do with Sunny Town from Story of the Blanks), she ran into Twilight Sparkle & Discord and she defeated the chaos spirit, proving she can be a skilled fighter.
Back in the Pokemon World, Buneary has competed in multiple Pokemon Contests with her trainer Dawn. She knows 4 very powerful moves, which include Ice Beam, Bounce, Dizzy Punch, and just recently, Aura Sphere. But there also happens to be a secret about her she doesn't want any of her friends to know.
She has a huge crush on Pikachu, though it seems to be growing into more then that. It remains to be seen what will happen concerning this.
Twilight Sparkle
The main character of My Little Pony; Friendship is Magic and another protagonist in the story. Sent to live in Ponyville by Princess Celestia, Twilight has made many friends since. She is very skilled in magic, which makes her the wielder of the most powerful of one of the 6 Elements of Harmony, the Element of Magic.
Her main assignment is to send letters of friendship to Celestia, but this doesn't stop her from helping friends. She's even proven she can hold her own against many opponents, including Team Rocket. She fears that her friends will one day betray her for real, but deep down, she knows that will never happen.
Applejack
Known as the "Most Loyal and Dependable of Ponies", Applejack is a pony who loves making friends. She is a member of the huge Apple Family, who live all over Equestria. She is also a very strong pony too, being able to get all of the apples in a tree out of it with a single kick. She very rarely lies either, making her the Element of Honesty.
She has been made a liar before thanks to Discord, but she stopped lying after Victini gave her a present from her deceased mother. This has made Applejack form a strong bond with the Victory Pokemon. She will also defend her friends with her very own life if need be.
Rainbow Dash
The fastest pony in existence, Rainbow Dash is one pony you can count on. Being the Element of Loyalty, she never leaves her friends on their own. She loves good competition and is always ready for a challenge. Especially against Applejack, who can match her in most skills, and Pikachu, the only one who has ever matched her speed.
Though she boast way too much about her skills, sometimes she has a right too. With many kinds of skills, including being the only one to do the Sonic Rainboom, she can be a threat to any opponent.
Pinkamena Diane "Pinkie" Pie
At some times, she is a wild party animal. At others, a crazed mare who can bring a good fight. Pinkie Pie is a pony who loves making friends. No matter who you are, Pinkie can always put a smile on your face, even when you're feeling depressed, making her the Element of Laughter
But it's best you don't make this pony angry or sad. It'll be really hard to cheer her up and if you get on her bad side, then you might be in for a terrible experience. *cough*Cupcakes*cough...Just kidding!
Fluttershy
Probably one of the most caring ponies ever, Fluttershy is an expert animal caretaker. She loves making friends and hates getting assertive, making her the Element of Kindness. But there are rare times where she does by using The Stare, which can make many others freeze in place out of fear. Not even a Cockatrice can stand up to Fluttershy's stare.
Despite not liking violence, she has proven she is capable of showing some combat skills. But she can be so cute sometimes, it's hard to not underestimate her. Just don't make her upset. *Looks at Ray with a warning glare*
Rarity
Ponyville's fashion designer and, to everyone's surprise, an expert martial artist. Rarity is another pony to not underestimate. But she is willing to sacrifice even her own life if needed to help her friends in their times of need, making this fashionista the Element of Generosity.
Though sometimes, she can be a little greedy as well and sometimes care for her own looks a little too much. Though there is one thing she treasures and that's a certain little dragon. *wink wink*
Victini
The Victory Pokemon. Victini is known for bringing victory to pretty much anyone it fights with. The Psychic/Fire type Pokemon is also capable of using all sorts of move, including Searing Shot, V-create, Psyshock, and even the legendary dragon's moves, like Fusion Bolt & Glaciate.
Victini right now acts as a bit of a brother to Pikachu and is always willing to help him and his friends. He'll even go up against legendary Pokemon if needed, just like he did against Primal Dialga.
Blanked Bloom
The undead version of Apple Bloom, Blanked Bloom usually resides in the Everfree Forest, where she could only stay there in her world, but due to the events going on today, she was brought to the Equestria that is currently merging with the world of Pokemon, quickly befriending others.
Despite being dead, she is capable of her sister's powerful bucking power, being able to knock even Kyurem off balance with a single buck. She may have to use body parts of other dead ponies to keep a body, but she has been able to use them to her advantage.
Scootaling
The changeling version of Scootaloo, Scootaling has had a very rough life in her own world, where she was turned into a changeling following a bad experience with her world's Rainbow Dash. She's pretty much become emotionless, except for anger and sometimes, concern. But her new form has granted her flight as well as magic and great endurance.
After coming into the Equestria that's merging with the Pokemon world following Giovanni's attack on her hive, Scootaling quickly started accepting others help and has started to open up a little. She's even accepted Keldeo as a mentor and has come to trust Blanked Bloom, despite not showing it.
Keldeo
The Resolute Pokemon. Keldeo is one of the 4 Swords of Justice, tasked with defending other beings from the dark forces. Keldeo lost his parents in a forest fire in Unova's Moon of Icirus. Afterwards, he was taken in by the legendary Pokemon Cobalion, Terrakion, & Virizion. They trained him into becoming a member of their team, with the training involving a battle with Kyurem, who has become a bit of a rival to Keldeo.
Lately, Keldeo has taking a liking to Scootaling. He doesn't want to say it in front of anyone, but he sees a lot of himself in her and almost treats her like a little sister. His rivalry with Kyurem has also taken a dark turn since Kyurem is now under Team Rocket's control and he hopes to get to the bottom of this.
