Okay here's how it all started. My name is Shadowing. Im a teenage colt with the power to make ponys go blind by simply flying by them. So I got this power when I was born didn't notice it tell I could fly. So because of my so called gift (which is more of a curse if you ask me) ponys keep going blind. So an angery mob chases me out of my home town and over the years I realise I cant be around anypony so I have lived in the desert for most of my life. I bet your thinking how I survived without food or water well one of the many perks to my power is that it takes longer for me to starve or dehydrate. Which is why every so often I sneak over to sweet apple acres and take some apples (half a dozen) from the trees closest to the desert. For water I have to wait for it to rain in the desert (which is every month or so) to get water. Now over the years I have learned some perks to my powers (besides not having to eat or drink that much) like I can see in the dark, when a pony is blinded when im flying if I stare in their eyes they can see again, also if I fly to long in one area it leaves what i call a shadow spot where its always dark and light doesn't affect it ponys also go blind when in them to long. but because my shadows my cutie mark is a skull and cross bones because if my shadows blind you for a full 24 hours you die from what I call shadow poisoning. It seeps into your blood stream (after 24 hours) and when it reach's your heart all the blood going out of it turns black poisoning your body but my stare seems to stop the affect but if it gets in the blood stream I can still stop it but it can cause fatal damage in which your heart skips a beat every 2 minutes. I know this from watching the affects.
So here I am living in the desert oh i almost forgot to tell you im nocturnal thats important. anyways its twilight (the moment between dawn and sunrise and sunset and dusk) which means in a few hours I will pass out and im getting hungry so I will need to get some apples before I sleep. So I head off to sweet apple acres to get some food and decide to go in deeper and get some better apples cause the closer to the center the better. so as im flying im starting to dose off so i need to hurry up. As im flying I see an old barn "wonder why they didn't get rid of it" I thought and just then I hear rushing air and look up to see a rainbow mane pegasus ram into me (thank god living in the desert made my skin stronger or else I would have been dead) right as she broke the sound barrier and we slamed into the old barn blowing it up in a cloud of ranbow and black. After like 5 mins I climb out of the blown up barn I check my self over "forlegs check, hindlegs check, mane and tail... on fire, head check wait IM ON FIRE!" I said. after pating out the flames which seemed to be rainbow cloured ignoring that I noticed a deep scrach nothing fatal though. "well guess thats another scar" I said counting in my head the numbers of scars I have which is like somewhere around 15. when I get up off of the ground I look at where I am. "lets see burning barn (rainbow flames) couple of apple trees unharmed and a ditch filled with wood from the barn about 20 feet away. looking closer I see that bitch that ramed into me talking to two other ponys one was an earth pony with orange coat blonde mane and tail both tied up a stetson (cowpony hat) and three apples for a cutie mark. "thats an apple clan member shit now I cant get some apples today without buying them" I thought. The other one was a unicorn with a lavander coat purple mane and tail both with a stripe of pink in them and a cutie mark of a big star thing with some stars around it. Then there's that bitch that ramed into me she has a cyan coat a rainbow mane and tail of course you should all ready know shes a pegasus with a cloud with rainbow lighting for a cutie mark.
Now that I've told you what they look like lets get out of here before they see me don't want to get involved in anything they have to ask me.
*yawn* "wow im tired but I... cant.... fall...... asleep..... *thud* was the only noise I made before passing out but right before
I passed out I saw them turn around and look at me saying something that came from the rainbow bitch that sounded like "So that's what I hit".
THIRD PERSON VIEW
"So that's what I hit." said rainbow dash just now seeing she hit somepony.
"Rainbow Dash you could have badly hurt him." said twilight scolding her friend.
"Well I didn't see him there. Plus it's his fault for not moving." said rainbow now arguing with twilight.
"How could he move when he saw you right when you hit him." said twilight.
"well it's his fault for.... being there." said rainbow.
"How is that his fault." said twilight making a good point.
"Well because........ It's not." said rainbow hating that her friends right.
"Well if ya'll are done shouldn't we check to see if he's ok?" said applejack budging in.
"Applejack's right we should check to see if he's ok." said twilight as they walked over to him to check if he's ok.
"He looks ok to me but why is he out here and is he sleeping?" said rainbow
"I don't know why he's out here but he better have a darn good reason when he wakes up" replied applejack
"Well it seems he's nocturnal like princess luna's night guards." said twilight
"He doesn't look like a full grown stallion pegasus?" said rainbow
"I don't think he is rainbow he looks more like a teenage colt." replied twilight
"Well where does he live because by the scars im guessing alone and away from ponies like in the desert or something?" said rainbow
"A teenage colt shouldn't be living in the desert and we cant just leave him here if he's nocturnal than he wont wake up till dusk." replied twilight
"So where's he going to sleep?" said rainbow
"Well sugercube ya'll saw him first so he should stay with ya." said applejack
"I agree with applejack you did see him first plus you did ram him into a barn." said twilight
"But why can't you watch him you probably what to ask him questions right?" argued rainbow
"Well not only did you hurt him but it would make since that you watch him because your both pegasi." replied twilight
"Fine I'll watch him." said rainbow accepting defeat.As she picked him up she told twilight that she's bringing him to her when he's awake to question him before flying off with him little did they know what he was capable of.
