A boom-tube is sabotaged by Deathstroke in the Watchtower, causing him and Booster Gold to be catapulted through the multiverse. The land they end up in is unlike any other. Magic saturates all beings and everything has a connection to the Ley-Lines, intelligent horses rule the land - a dichotomous rule by two god-like creatures whom the horses look up to in complete admiration.
