Will sighed, lying down on his dorm bed. He had just finished his college finals and was quite exhausted. “Thank Celestia that is over.” He said, shifting around on the bed to get comfortable.

The young stallion had just finished his last semester at Trottingham Art University, majoring in sculpting and doing quite well, finishing with A’s and B’s in all his classes. The stallion had always loved art, ever since he was a young colt; he enjoyed making things with clay in school. But what he really loved to sculpt with was clouds. Flying around in the sky and making every cloud fit into place gave him such a feeling of excitement and joy.

“Even with all the tests and teachers, I’m still gonna miss this place.” Will thought to himself, remembering back to all the fun memories he had with his fellow students. The art contest he won, spring break in Las Pegasus, and even the late night study sessions brought a smile to his face remembering the past few years.

Deciding to enjoy the rest of his day instead of sleeping it away, the young stallion grabbed his Stetson and put it on his head before exiting his dorm and walking down the street. It was fairly empty on the streets for it being the middle of the afternoon. A few ponies were going about their business, walking and chatting as Will walked down the street until he came across a mare on a ladder. She appeared to be hanging up a banner in front of her shop, but appeared to be struggling a bit.

Will was about to continue on his way when the mare slipped off the ladder and began to fall to the ground. “I got ya!” yelled Will as he dove and caught the mare, catching her just barely before she became a new part of the sidewalk.

“You ok?” he asked, gently setting the mare back on her feet. “I-I think so. Just a bit shaken up I guess. You saved my life.” Said the cream colored pegasus, leaning forward and giving Will a hug.

Will blushed. “Although he had had a few marefriends in the past he always got abit nervous when a mare would get close to him, especially pretty ones like this. “N-No problem.” Said Will, returning the hug before the mare released her grip from around his neck.

“What’s your name?” she asked. “Will O Wisp.” Said Will, “But you can just call me Will.”

“Nice to meet you Will. I’m Valentine Heart, but everypony just calls me Valentine.” She said. “If it isn’t too much trouble, could you please help me put this banner up?”

Will thought for a moment. “Well why not? It’s not like a got anything else to do.” “Sure.” He said, helping her move the latter to one side of the building then going to the other side of the building to tie the banner in place.

“Thank you so much for your help.” Said Valentine. “I couldn’t have done that without you.”

“Don’t mention it.” Said Will. “Not to be rude but, why are using that latter instead of just using your wings?”

“Well I was out flying a lot yesterday, so I’m trying to give my wings a rest.” Said Valentine as she folded up the ladder and began to carry it toward the front door of the building. “Would you like to come in?”

“Sure!” Said Will, following Valentine inside and taking a seat at one of the tables inside the shop.
After putting the ladder away in a closet, Valentine brought out a plate and sat down across from Will at the table. “Would you like some chocolate? I made it myself.” Said Valentine, putting the plate on the table in between them.

“Thank you.” Said Will, picking up a piece of chocolate and putting it in his mouth. “This is really good.”

Valentine blushed. “Thanks. I’m glad you like it.” She said, helping herself to a piece of chocolate as well.

“So I take it this is your chocolate shop?” Said Will.

“Yep. I’ve loved chocolate ever since I was a little filly. It all started when…” But she had lost Will at that point. All he could do was stare at her. Now that they were both just sitting and talking, there was nothing to distract him from how beautiful Valentine was. Her sleek body, that styled mane, and that cute bow was enough to drive him crazy.

“Will?” Said Valentine. “Did you hear me?”

“Huh? Oh sorry Valentine. What did you say?” Said Will with a nervous blush.

“I said tell me a bit about yourself.” She said with a giggle.

“Well, I’m gonna be graduating from Trottingham Art University soon with a degree in sculpting. I’m an artist who makes statues of ponies out of droopy fog clouds. My cutie mark didn't appear even though I thought I was pretty good at making statues. Then one day a wisp came and visited me. I was shocked at this mysterious appearance, but found that the wisp was lonely, and looking for a way to interact with the other ponies in town. Happy to oblige, I whipped up a statue of a pony, and allowed the wisp to overtake it. That’s when my cutie mark appeared.”

“Wow! That’s amazing!” Said Valentine, enthralled with Will’s story.

“Thanks, it was nothing.” Said Will, reaching for another piece of chocolate.

Valentine did the same, and as luck would have it their hooves both touched reaching for the same piece. They booth pulled their hooves back and blushed at one another.

“I-I’m so sorry. You take it; I’ve had enough anyway…” But Will was cut off as Valentine rested her hoof back on his as he looked back up to her.

“Will, its fine. I know this is kinda fast, but I really like you. You seem like a really interesting pony, and I want to get to know you more. And to prove it, I wanna give you something.”

“What’s that?” Said Will, curious as to what Valentine had in store for him.

“This.” Said Valentine, leaning toward Will and placing a kiss on Will’s lips. Will was caught by surprise, but soon dismissed it as he leaned into her kiss, their mouths opening to give the other entry. It felt like an eternity had passed when Valentine broke the kiss, both Will and Valentine breathing heavily from the lack of oxygen.

“That…was…amazing.” Said Will, trying to regain his breath.

“I’m… glad…you…liked it.” Said Valentine, herself also trying to feed her lungs the air they craved.

“Valentine?” Said Will, looking at the mare with a warm smile.

“Yes Will?” She responded.

“I really like you to. I felt this special connection with you when we first meet, and wanna know more about you to. Will you, go out with me?” Said Will, a nervous grin on his face.

“Yes Will, of course I’ll go out with you.” Said Valentine, taking her new coltfriend’s hoof in her own as Will leaned forward and placed a kiss on her lips once more as Celestia’s sun began to set below the horizon.

Over the next few months, Will O Wisp and Valentine Heart’s relationship flourished. Their love growing deeper for one another with each date.

Will soon graduated college and opened up a studio in town to make his sculptures for the public, and attracted a fair amount of business, especially with a lot of the nobles in Canterlot.

Many would expect Will to be happy in this situation, but he was still struggling with something.

Although his relationship with Valentine was going very well and he loved her very much, he hated keeping his secret from her.

It had all started innocently enough. He was a young colt living with his family and had gotten a little brother.

Over time, he began to wonder about the diapers his brother wore. The soft insides, the crinkling sound they made when his brother walked drove his mind crazy with curiosity.

One night, after his brother and parents had fallen asleep; he snuck into his brother’s room and took a diaper and some powder to diaper himself. The warm feeling of having a diaper around his waist had brought him a feeling of security and bliss unlike anything he had ever experienced before.

As time went on, he began to do more babyish things when his parents weren’t around like sucking on pacifiers, cuddling stuffed animals, playing with baby toys, and even drinking formula from a bottle.

As he got older, he had learned about adult foals and shortly after graduating college, had built a full nursery in a spare room in his art studio, under lock and key so no clients would know of his secret.

Now though he wanted to be honest with Valentine. He wanted to be open with her about everything in his life, and wanted her to feel she could do the same.

“Well,” said Will as he put the finishing touches on a cloud sculpture he was working, “here goes nothing.”

Valentine followed Will into his art studio, admiring the fine sculptures he had on display.

She had been abit surprised at him asking her to come so sudden, as they usually only went out on Fridays, and having him ask her over on Tuesday was such an unlikely occurrence.

“These are really beautiful Will.” Said Valentine as she looked at a statue of a mare and her husband, the two of them both gazing at the expectant mares belly at the new life they had created together. “You can almost feel the life within them.”

“Thanks.” Said Will, looking at his completed work. “I’m glad you like them.”

The couple then continued down the hall to a staircase that went to the second floor of the building and continued down the hall to the door that led to Will’s nursery.

“Valentine, I love you, and I want to be able to tell you anything and for you to be able to do the same with me. It isn’t easy for me to tell you this, and I hope you won’t laugh. Do you promise me you won’t laugh?” Said Will, talking in a serious tone.

“Of course Will. I love you, and nothing is gonna change that. But what’s this big secret?” Said Valentine in wonder.

Will sighed and unlocked the door to the nursery. Upon stepping inside, Valentine didn’t know what to think. The walls were painted baby blue with clouds all over them. Stuffed animals and baby toys were in the corner of the room practically waiting to be played with. A crib and changing table were each on opposite sides of the room and a closet was also open where many foolish looking cloths and baby supplies were stored. A full foal nursery, but with everything sized for a full grown pony.

Valentine looked around the room, taking everything in. She didn’t quite know what to think of things, this world being entirely new to her.

“I’m an adult foal.” Said Will. “I have been for awhile. It makes me feel safe and happy. I understand if you want to leave me…”

But Will was cut off as Valentine turned around and gave him a hug. “Will I love you for who you are. I don’t care if you like to act like a foal sometimes. I care that you’re safe and happy.”

Will smiled. “Thank you Valentine.” Said Will, tightening their embrace.

Looking over Will’s shoulder, she saw a light blue shirt with paint brushes and art easels on it that caught her eye in the closet. “Oh, that looks cute!” Said Valentine, walking over and plucking the shirt off its hanger. “Can I put it on you?”

Will looked at Valentine with a confused look. He had hoped that she would take his little foal thing well and that would be the end of it. But now she was looking at him with pleading eyes asking to put one of his foal shirts on him.

“You want to put a shirt on me?” Said Will.

“Yeah, and maybe a diaper to if that’s ok.” Said Valentine nervously, blushing at the fact of wanting to dress her boyfriend in juvenile clothing.

Will smiled. “Well, would you maybe like to be my caretaker?” He asked.

“What’s a caretaker?” Asked Valentine.

“Well, you’d care for me. Feed me, cloth me, change my diapers, and play with me. Just like a mother.” Said Will.

Valentine blushed. “So I’d be like your Mommy then?”

“Well yeah, I guess that’s one way of putting it.” Said Will, leaning against the wall for support after standing for so long.

Valentine thought about it for a moment. She had just gotten the news that her boyfriend liked to wear diapers and act like a foal less than five minutes ago, and yet the idea of caring for him like he was her own baby sounded so wonderful and serene. She remembered that she had always loved caring for her dolls and animals when she could when she was a filly, so how would this all be any different?

“Yes.” Said Valentine. “I want to make you happy. I love you, and if this is what you want, I want to be your Mommy.”

Will’s face beamed in a large grin. He ran over and gave Valentine a big hug. “You’re the best marefriend ever! I love you so much! Thank you! Thank you!” He said, covering her face with kisses.

Valentine laughed. “Ok my little angel. Time to get you all dressed and padded.”

Will nodded excitedly, eager to get started.

“Good. Now raise your arms for Mommy so she can put you little shirt on.” Said Valentine.

Will gladly obliged, raising his arms up and giggling as Valentine slide the shirt over his head and onto his body.

“Aren’t you just the cutest little thing. Now let’s get you nice and padded.” Said Valentine, picking Will up and carrying him over to the changing table. Valentine was abit surprised that Will didn’t weigh too much. Sure she was an active mare with a good build and Will was abit scrawny for a full grown stallion, but even with that she expected a bit of a struggle.

“Oh well.” She thought, laying Will down on the table and getting a bottle of foal powder and a diaper out from the drawer.

Skillfully, she lifted Will’s hind legs up to bring his rear off the table, sliding a diaper under his rump then used the baby powder and spread it all over his crotch and butt before having Will sit up so she could thread his tail through the back of the diaper and tapped it shut.

“There we go! All done! Now what does Mommy’s little foal wanna do?” She asked Will.

“I wanna play!” Said Will excitedly.

Valentine smiled. “Ok little baby.” She said, picking Will up once more and carrying him over to the play rug and got out some toys for him to play with. She sat on the floor and watched Will play to his heart’s content. He started by stacking blocks on top of one another, eventually stacking a tower about his height. “Look what I did Mommy!” Said Will with a proud smile.

“Oh how pretty! You’re such a talented little colt.” Said Valentine.

Will blushed. “Thank you Mommy.” He said.

“You’re welcome sweetie. Now what do you wanna do?” Asked Valentine.

Will’s stomach grumbled. “I’m hungry Mommy! I wanna eat!” Whined Will.

“Ok, let’s go get my baby some num nums!” Said Valentine as she carried Will from the nursery to the kitchen next door.

She was happy to see everything was already in place for her. A highchair sized for a full grown pony stood next to the counter and a baby bottle, formula mix, and a jar of baby food sitting on it.

She carried Will over to the highchair and strapped him in, then opened the jar of baby food and began to feed Will the baby food who turned his head away from the spoonful of mush.

“Is something wrong baby?” Asked Valentine with a concerned voice. Will didn’t respond though, and just kept scoffing at the food.

Valentine thought for a moment until the answer came to her. “Here comes the Wonderbolts!” She exclaimed as she slowly pushed the spoon toward Will’s mouth.

Will giggled childishly and opened his mouth for Valentine, taking the spoon in his mouth and swallowing it. Valentine continued with similar sayings throughout the meal and soon the jar of baby food was empty.

“Oh no! Looks like my little foal got a little messy.” Said Valentine as she looked at some of the food that had ended up on Will from feeding him. She would have to remember a bib for him the next time. She quickly got a wet cloth and cleaned Will up.

“There we go, all clean! Now how about we get you a bottle?” Said Valentine.

“Yay!” Said Will.

Valentine followed the instructions on the box and mixed the formula, then popped it in the microwave and after checking it wasn’t too hot, gave it to Will who suckled the bottle’s teat with vigor.

“He looks so adorable.” Thought Valentine as she picked Will up and carried him back to the nursery. She laid him on the couch and turned on the TV to a children’s channel and held him close. It wasn’t long before Will finished the bottle and Valentine burped him.

About two hours after Will had finished eating; an audible grumble was heard in the air. “How can you be hungry again? I just fed you.” Said valentine with a puzzled look.

Then she smelled the mess.

“Aw, did my little foal mess his diaper?” Said Valentine in a motherly tone.

“Y-yes.” Said Will as he began to tear up. “I’m sorry Mommy.”

Will cried into Valentine’s shoulder as Valentine tried to comfort him. “Don’t cry sweetie. It’s ok. Mommy knows you can’t help it.”

“R-really?” he said with a sniffle.

“Really. Now how about I get you cleaned up?” Valentine said as she rubbed his back to try and soothe him.

“Yes please.” Said Will as he hugged his Mommy tightly.

Valentine picked Will up and brought him over to the changing table. Quickly, she untapped the messy diaper and lifted his legs up to slide the diaper out from under him, then taped it up and threw it in the diaper pail next to the changing table. Next, she got some wipes and began to wipe the mess off of Will, carefully and delicately going over hit butt and crotch to clean off the mess. After that she sprinkled more baby powder on his front and rear before grabbing a new diaper and tapping it around Will’s waist.

“There we go! All better!” She said, giving Will an Eskimo kiss. “Now it’s time for bed. Little foals have to get sleep so they can grow big and strong.”

“Ok Mommy.” Said Will as he was placed in his crib and tucked in.

“Goodnight my little angel. Love you, may Luna grant you pleasant dreams.” Valentine was about to leave the nursery when she spotted a little stuffed pony on the floor. Upon further inspection, she discovered it was a small plushie of herself.

Valentine smiled and placed the stuffed pony in Will’s crib which he cuddled closely.

“Goodnight Will.” Said Valentine. And she turned off the light.
