Load Full Story"Get thee out of our room Celestia!"
"Lulu, I-"
“Don't thee dare call us that!”
"Fine. Luna. Please. I just want to talk to you."
"And who said we wanted to talk with you, sister?" The princess of the night sneered as though it were a curse word.
"I... I just want to find out what's wrong with you."
“Wrong with us?! How dare thee Celestia! Thou knowest what's "wrong" with us. Thou sent us away for a thousand years and then expect us to pick up and move on as if we had only been gone a day."
Celestia winced. "That's not what I meant. I know you’re still upset and you should be, but I want to help you."
"Help us what? And why does it even matter to thee now? Thou didn't try to help us before!"
“Yes I did, Luna" she was trying to keep herself calm, but Luna hit a nerve. "I didn't have any other choice but to send you to the moon. You know that." There was a strain in her voice, but she clung tight to her regally calm expression.
"...We know, but before things got out of hand, thou could have tried to help us then." Luna’s voice grew soft; she did know that Celestia had done the right thing.
"I know and I'm sorry. So let us use this time to talk about it before-" she cut herself of realizing where she was heading. It was too late, Luna caught on as well.
"Before what... Before we turn back into Nightmare Moon?! Thou saw the darkness ripe away from us with thine own eyes, but thou still believeth that we can convert back? Thou still believeth that there is still darkness in our heart?"
"Luna please! I didn't mean it that-"
Celestia looked into Luna’s eyes and found that they we're as surprised as hers. Luna brought her hand up and sent a blast of magic to Celestia's stomach, but was an accident. Celestia had taken a step towards her and Luna was just so upset that she didn't even think about it. But it did look as though she regretted it either.
"The very first thing we did was apologize and we meant it. Yet thou still doesn't believeth!"
As Celestia straightened herself up with an arm clutching her stomach, Luna continued speaking. Her arm still poised, ready to attack again if need be.
“Ok…, I deserved that. And I’m so sorry. But, let’s try to be reasonable." Celestia dropped her hand and took another step but stopped as Luna appeared ready to blast her again.
"Don't come any closer or t- thou will get another."
"You just said I should believe that you have changed. Show me by talking this out. Ugh-"
Celestia took another step and took a shot to the shoulder. Her hand went to hold it and she felt strange. It had been a long time since she was challenged, even longer since she was struck physically. The zaps hurt, truly, but it was so wonderfully foreign that she could tolerate the powerful discharges.
She took a deep breath. She could feel her body's natural healing spell take over. The stinging on her stomach was fading and soon her shoulder would cease blazing.
"We cannot believe thee Celestia. We don't have to explain ourselves. After all we've been put through we cannot possibly see how you expect us to explain ourselves to thee!”
"Luna..." Her voice was heavier and quieter maybe even darker. "...please stop, you're going to alert the guards and I don't want to hurt you."
"Thou still speaks as though we are nothing but your shadow waiting to be over taken. That has always been thine problem. We are not weak."
When Luna blasted Celestia's thigh that was the final straw.
Celestia flew across the room faster than Luna could use her magic again. She almost forgot that they could fly, being locked away for so long. Celestia firmly intertwined her fingers with Luna’s, pressing their palms together to block her magic with her own.
As they struggled Celestia was about to pin Luna to the door when she thought against it. It would better if she held her down on the bed, that way the guards wouldn't hear anything alerting against the door.
Luna was never physically as strong as her sister, but she put up a good fight as Celestia maneuvered them to the younger sister’s bed.
“Get off of us Celestia! Get off!” Celestia leaned over Luna as she roughly held her hands to the bed.
“Listen to me! I’m sorry!” Celestia’s voice rose, not enough to be heard through the door, but it was more emotional and forceful. It was so different from the patient and motherly way Luna knew she spoke to the public.
Luna continued to thrash through Celestia’s apology, but Celestia continued nonetheless. Being this close meant Luna couldn't possibly miss what she was saying even if it didn't look as though she was paying her any attention.
“I’m sorry! Luna, I’m so sorry. I know it’s been hard for you and I’ll admit that I’m not doing the best I can to make you feel welcomed…. I know that it was my fault that I sent you away. I know that I shouldn't be blaming you, but the years without you have been long on me too. They have taken a toll on me as well.
“The amount of responsibility that was thrust upon me after you left was astounding. Going from my work load to handling both of ours was so overwhelming. The number of times I had to work through a whole day, before I was able to establish a system, would be terrifying to any mortal who relayed on a daily need for sleep.
“And not only that, but I had to harden myself to the other nations, prove to them that I was capable of ruling by myself and still demonstrate the same level of compassion and love to my- our subjects as I had when you were around. There was no time to be emotionally vulnerable, it would have be seen as weakness, something to exploit in the hopes of overtaking Equestria.
“The years went by as I watched more and more of our friends pass. And Luna, this time you were not there. You weren't there to remind me that I would always have you. The only one left to stand as a familiar face was that damned statue of Discord, mocking me in the garden. Luna…” Her voice wavered but she didn't cry. Luna had become still as well, the fury still clung to her, but she listened quietly.
“Luna… Not a single day went passed that I didn't think about you. Not a single day… and your birthdays were the worst, but I couldn't let anyone see that I missed you. So I buried it inside, but it hurt to look at the moon every night and know that I was the reason that you weren't home with me.
“I don’t know what to say to make it up to you.”
Luna never thought about how Celstia felt. For the thousand years that she was imprisoned on the moon she never once thought about how Celestia must have handled it. How could she, with the Nightmare Forces whispering hot lashes of resentment and ideas of revenge in her ear? That was the only voice that kept her company, and for years at a time it would leave her alone, as if to say it only spoke to her when it wanted to, not because it truly wanted to keep her company. No, it just wanted to make sure hatred and jealously was never too far away from the forefront of her mind. Luna felt so stupid, but that didn't diminish the anger she felt towards her sister, or towards herself.
They looked each other in the eyes and could see the wear and tear of a thousand lonely years in their souls. That was the bond they always had. With one look they could see what was written in the other’s heart. Somewhere along the line they began to ignore that, but now it seemed as though they were pouring their minds into the other’s head through their stare.
Celestia closed her eyes and let her head rest on Luna’s forehead. It seemed as if they connected more that way, though the direct touch to their crowns. Celestia could tell that Luna was still angry. Luna could tell that Celestia knew.
“What- are thou doing- Celestia?”
“Making it better,” and so Celestia began to sprinkle kisses around Luna’s face.
“W- we hate thee! Don’t make us feel bad for thee… don’t make us want to forgive thee…we hate thee!”
“I know… I’m sorry… I know you do… It’s ok…” Luna began to struggle against her sister, but there was clearly no real fight in her.
Celestia continued to dot kisses against her skin warm and red in with anger. She kissed around one cheek, up to her forehead, down her nose, along the other cheek and her chin. Her kisses were slow and seemed to press heavily into her flesh as if she were trying to reach her soul with her lips.
The spaces between the kisses were filled with a whispered “I’m sorry” or “I love you.” The kisses started getting closer to Luna’s lips, but she didn't turn away. Not until the very last second when they became dangerously close.
Celestia knew better than to over reach so she moved her lips away from Luna’s. Instead she set them on a new path down her jaw line, crossing a boundary that would lead to something more.
Her lips pressed into her neck farther and farther down. Luna only moved her head slightly, but it was enough to give her sister better access. Carefully, Celestia took advantage of the new territory. Luna’s breathing picked up when she felt Celestia’s mouth dance across the more tender areas of her skin.
Luna didn't think she could take any more. She didn't want to, she wanted to be angry, to be furious even, but she couldn't stop herself from enjoying the overdue feeling of her sister’s soft lips on her again. When Celestia found the familiar spot on her neck that made her toes curl she gave up.
The tears she had only marginally shed when she was freed from the Nightmare Forces flowed from her eyes freely now. Celestia noticed and quickly moved back to her face to kiss them away. Celestia wasn't pinning her hands anymore, but stroking Luna’s periwinkle hair, and carefully resting her body against hers as if the motion would frighten Luna away if it were done swiftly. And it probably would have.
Luna moved her hands from the side of her head and held Celestia’s head between them, getting her attention. The older sister lifted her eyes and connected with Luna’s. Luna could see how sad they were. The vibrant glow of laughter and love that she remembered blazing behind the spinel eyes of sister looked snuffed out. She was sure her sister was thinking the same thing about her teal ones.
With great patience, Celestia watched as Luna pulled her head in to seal their lips. They poured themselves into each other more than they had when they looked into each other’s eyes. It took ages for them to pull away for air, and when they finally did they were panting heavily.
“Let’s take off the royal wear. No crowns, not chokers, just us.” When the moon princess nodded Celestia pulled the finery off of them, then teleported them to the vanity across the room. They nearly felt naked to each without their symbols of power on. It added a spark as they kissed again. That kiss lead to another and then that kiss lead to them delicately pealing off their clothes layer by layer.
What was a homecoming to Celestia was an introduction to Luna. She was still short and narrow hipped, her hair didn't yet sail on a magical breeze, nor were her breasts anything to brag about. On the other hand, Luna hadn't seen her sister’s new form when she felt. Her face stayed familiar, but the transformation had changed just about everything else. Her hair was alive with a magic wind and swirled a pastel rainbow, she was tall before but still managed to grow even taller, her skin held a healthy sun tanned glow, and her hips and breasts were even larger than before, it could have been a crime how much more beautiful she appeared to the younger sister.
They moved to the middle of the bed where Luna admired her sister while she sat against some pillows on the head of the bed. Celestia crawled over Luna’s legs as she kissed her once more. She began to trail the kisses down her body but after she lingered around Luna’s breasts for a moment Luna stopped her.
“What?”
“Let me do you first.”
“B-“
“If I don’t then you’ll try to insist on focusing on me the whole night… and the truth is that we both need this.”
Celestia noticed that Luna had quit speaking in the royal tongue, and was speaking to her as though they were equals now.
Progress.
Despite this Luna didn't smile as she spoke or as she moved to give Celestia the spot to lay on her back. Celestia realized that Luna was right. It was an amusing thought, that Luna still knew her after all that time, but she didn't try to smile either. It wasn't a night for smiles and laughter.
Luna slid her body down her sister’s as she took her turn to leave a path of kisses along her skin. Celestia moaned silently when Luna’s hands kneaded the large mounds of her chest, even as she continued to trace down her body with her mouth. Finally her face was directly between her sister’s thighs. Dragging her hands down her stomach and her laps, Luna slowly spread her sister’s legs apart.
Celestia glistened like her sun on water. Luna had been right, they both needed this night. She let her tongue hover over her sister’s wet lips just letting her warmth drift around her face. And along with the warmth was the heady scent of her need. Luna just barely let her tongue slide along her outer folds, and then she moved to set her mouth to work.
Had Luna always been a tease? Celestia seriously questioned it as she felt Luna swirl her tongue around the apex of her leg, at the uppermost part of her thigh. Luna looked up to see Celestia’s head roll to the side, face flushed, and eyes screwed shut. It looked as though she would cum right then.
Celestia felt her sister’s eyes on her which made her blush even more. It was astounding to her, as she hardly blushed when she was with a partner, and she may have had hundreds in the last millennia alone. But here she was a red as a maiden on her wedding night, and Luna hadn't even gotten to the “fun” part.
Celestia couldn't bite back her moan as Luna’s tongue finally found its way between her nether lips. Still Luna took things slow. Maybe as punishment and maybe because they were truly sharing a meaningful night together, but nevertheless Luna slide her tongue up and down her slit a few times before circling her wet center painstakingly unhurried.
She repeated this pattern until she was sure Celestia couldn't take anymore. Her tongue moved faster and swirled around her nub. As Celestia’s stomach began to flutter with visible clenches Luna latched her lips onto her clit with a firm suction. Celestia had to look, and it was the sight of her little sitter’s pouty lip suckling on her pearl that took her over the edge.
To help her ride it out, Luna tenderly swirled her tongue around the softened bud until she felt Celestia go completely limp.
When Luna crawled back up Celestia’s body she kissed her, making sure she Celestia could taste every last drop of herself in Luna’s mouth. Celestia almost aggressively rolled them both over, determined to make Luna feel even better than she had. This was, after all, supposed to be her apology to her.
As Celestia repeatedly touched her lips to Luna’s skin she paid special attention to her breasts. She knew Luna was always jealous of hers, but Celestia rather like Luna’s as she found that their size was quite refreshing. She loved the way she could just hold each in her hands and how she could fit most of one in her mouth while twirling her tongue across Luna’s sensitive nipple. And the sounds Luna would make as she fondled them were enough to excite her again.
Celestia kissed her stomach from top to bottom and ran her fingers along her hips. Her fingers paid extra attention to the cutie mark that was pictured on both sides. The texture of a cutie mark was always pleasantly different than that of skin so it made touching all the more alluring.
If Celestia had been wet then Luna could have been drowning in her own liquid, but Celestia wanted to tease Luna as well as take things slow. From the way things looked Luna could have come in that moment, and the look on her face as she blushed under her sister’s inspection only supported that. She tried to tease the same way Luna had done, but she could tell that her sister was far beyond ready. A thousand years was tease enough.
It didn't take much for Luna to get close, and then Celestia rubbed her with her tongue the way she liked, wide and flat and licking firmly across her gem. She came hard and didn't have to tell Celestia that she wanted more. Celestia kept her mouth at work but slipped two fingers easily into her sister’s slick opening. At a third finger she pumped her hand in and out of her. Luna came twice more before Celestia’s arm grew tired, but she could tell that Luna wasn't ready for them to rest. And neither was she, the sounds and sight of Luna writhing against her fingers brought her back to full arousal.
The night was no longer ‘I’m sorry let’s make slow love,’ but became ‘you've been gone for far too long and I need you to rut me.’
Luna could feel something slide into her that wasn’t fingers. She opened an eye to see Celestia’s magic slipping in. Then Celestia moved back up her body as she slid her magical phallus into herself. Celestia’s chest was free of restricting clothes so she had to be careful as her breasts suspended over Luna’s face because of their height difference.
It didn't appear bother Luna that Celestia was dangling in her face, and instead she opened her mouth to let them rub across her tongue as Celestia rode atop her. The magical dildo sent waves of energy as they clenched around it. The night drew on and they found themselves in many positions as they felt the pulsing of the phallic magic. Celestia grew tired so Luna took over spell, but eventually Celestia fell asleep. And a while later Luna couldn't keep her eyes open as she came one last time on top of her sister.
When Celestia woke up it was still a few hours before it was time to raise the sun, but a chill had taken her. The sun herald felt Luna’s head pillowed on her chest and the steady rise and fall of her smaller body against hers. That was when everything finally sake in.
She tried for too long to hold it in earlier, but as she took in that peaceful moment she could no longer do it. Celestia let streams of tears roll down her face, impossible to stop once they flowed. She tried her best to calm herself, but the jerking motions of her sniffling woke Luna up.
“What’s wrong?” Luna asked as soon as her realized what had shook her from rest.
Celestia couldn't possibly find words accurate enough to describe how much she missed moments like that one where she would lay spent with Luna clinging tightly to her. Moments where she would find that she was snuggling warmly and happily with her sister in her arms. Moments that were silent but beautiful, not silent and lonely. And mostly, she missed felling her heart and breathing rhythm match with the only other person she knew would be by her side forever.
Instead, Celestia took a forward step and said “I've just missed you so much…Lulu.”
Luna kissed the valley of her breasts then laid her head back down as she felt sleep taking her once more. “I missed you too, Tia.”
Luna still didn't smile, but that was fine with Celestia, it had not been a night for laughter and grins. She could hear in her words how sincerely Luna had meant what she said, so she was much more content to have straight faced progress than a sweet step back. Celestia snapped her fingers and they were under the covers. As her tears resided, she knew that their relationship was on its way to being stronger than before. It would take work, a lot of it, but now that they were reunited she would be sure that they had all the time in the world to make things better. Celestia finally drifted to sleep as her heart beat caught Luna’s tempo.
