What if she left? what if she was taken away by mum what if- "Yes Octavia?! Yeesh you sounded like a abandoned filly" Octavia's thought process was burst as the white mare came to her "Whatcha need?" Vinyl Scratch asked "OH MY CELESTIA VINYL DON'T DO THAT!!!" Octavia sounded both very scared and very excited to see the white mare "What Octavia? Your mane has gone from black to white you look so scared!" "A ha ha Vinyl I mean't don't sneak off like that when we are hiding" "Octavia you DO realize that now you are a certified adult your mother can't do anything about it" Vinyl said as Octavia was pacing back and forth on the carpet it took Vinyl all of two seconds to figure out exactly what the look Octavia gave her meant "Uh don't ya we should go back to your place... this isn't exactly... private" Octavia blushed at the comment "Yeah let's head home but do you want to-" "Get breakfast?" "How did you-"
"Filly please, I've been living with you for 8 months I know almost all there is to know about you" Octavia blushed again as the two mare's went to a local restaurant for breakfast. As the mares were walking Octavia's mind started going on again
My mom is going to find a way to ruin my relation with Vinyl I just know it, She knows all of my weak spots and she probably know just how to- "Um Tavi? We're here" Vinyl said just as they entered the door. They sound down at their oddly shaped table. "What was this? Some sort of abstract restaurant?" Octavia giggled at her own little joke "So looks like I have my nickname? Tavi huh?" The grey mare blushed for a third time in the last hour "Uhhhh heh heh heh.... Yeeeeaaaaahhhh"
"Well Vin I like it!" Both of the mares didn't exactly like this nickname for Vinyl Scratch. When they finished up breakfast Vinyl and Octavia headed back to their room at the university. It was time to face Octavia's mother.

Octavia's mother was there stomping her front left hoof and the ground hard very hard You, Young lady have a lot to explain. "No she doesn't!" Vinyl piped up "As of last night she became a legal adult! She doesn't HAVE to answer anything you ask her!" Vinyl was getting pissed at the other mare "Vinyl thanks for the help but I can handle this on my own." Octavia said
"You see mother as Vinyl said I don't have to answer anything and even if I do answer... there is nothing you can do about what I say." Octavia's mother was starting to get a little annoyed too "You're in love with a god damn MARE!!!"
"Is there something wrong with that?"

"Well then that's my buisness not yours so if you would kindly leave my apartme-"
"I'm not going anywhere until you-" At that exact moment Vinyl picked Octavia's mother up in a levitation spell and tossed her out the door and slammed the door "Woah Vinyl that was a little bit harsh" Octavia murmured " Admit it Tavi you wanted me to do that"
"Well yeah bu-" *Muffled screams could be heard from the other side of the door* Vinyl cast the muffle spell at the door. Who knew it would be handy again?
It has been 2 years since the incident with Octavia's mother happened and things had changed. Both Vinyl and Octavia have graduated from the university with degrees and they come across the problem of needing a house, Neither one of them has enough money to buy a house even with their money combined. One day however they find a house that's a beautiful vibrant shade of blue on the outside a apple red roof and grey walls inside of the house. Lucky them, the house is an affordable 30,000 bits! Vinyl and Octavia combine their money and total up to 53,934 bits which leaves 23,934 bits for the furniture and entertainment seems like a deal. The only question is why is the house so inexpensive? The mares soon found out why it had somepony who already owned it! It seemed like they would actually pay to have a housemate! She was a neon green and black mane/tail a purple body and a microphone as a cutie mark she seemed shy at first but really wasn't.
and her name was Luck Blast "Interesting name for a singer" Tavi noted "Well actually that's not my real name most people just call me Blast but I'm so lucky people added that as a nickname.
