furry friends

"You sure this will work Elizabeth?" asked a girl about age 16 who brushed away her black choppy hair from her light brown eyes.  "No" said the girl who was covered with oil and was about 12 years of age. She was trying her best to act serius but the smile in her green brown eyes gave it away and the girls were laughing uncontrollably. After the laughter died down to giggles Elizabeth started to  once again to fiddle with the large machine she was working on. "OK Samantha, that's it. Should we start it up?" Elizabeth asked playfully. Samantha rolled her eyes then said with a bow "of course m'lady."  this made the best friends laugh again. "'Kay lets get this thing fired up!" and they did just that. then they both blacked out.
