Summer Sun Celebration

It was June 21st, or as many ponies knew it, the Summer Sun Celebration, which was being held in Ponyville once more for the sake of this fanfiction.

Twilight was a purple alicorn with a moderate sapphire blue with moderate violet and brilliant rose streaks mane and violet eyes. Her cutie mark (that tattoo on her butt) was a pink star with little white stars around it, this symbolised her special talent and element of harmony; Magic.

Twilight smiled walking through Ponyville, this was where the purple alicorn made her first few friends and some of her most treasured memories.

However the young princesses thought track was stopped by her bumping in somepony, she looked towards whoever it was she bumped into to apologise “Oh my gosh, I’m so-“

“It’s okay!” A childish voice responded, the pony she had bumped into was a gray Pegasus mare with a blonde mane and crossed golden eyes. “It was mah fault anyways!”

“I know you!” Twilight exclaimed “You’re… Derpy right?”

“Yeeeah!” She smiled brightly. “Oh… I just remembered! Da Princess wanted to see you right noow!”

“Okay, I will, nice seeing you Derpy!” Twilight began to fly away, she’d gotten the hang of it recently.

She turned back and waved goodbye and the mare responded by waving her hoof very quickly, then left, presumably to do whatever it is her and that odd friend of hers do.

Twilight soon arrived at her Library home, where her teacher, Princess Celestia, and sister, Princess Luna were.

Twilight walked in to be greeted by the lights off. She was confused by this, swearing the princesses were there when she left.

“SURPRISE!” the light came on, revealing balloons, streamers, and other party related items. In the centre was her Ponyville friends, Spike, the Princesses, and Discord.

“W-Wha…” Twilight stuttered.

“Well, we finished decorating for the Summer Sun Celebration and that’s like, 2 days away so we decided to throw you a Alicorn-Princess-and-Moved-to-Ponyville-and-Defeated-Nightmare-Moon-and-“ Pinkie Pie, a pink earth pony with a pink frizzy mane and blue and yellow balloons on her rump spoke quickly grinning ear to ear.

Rarity, a beautiful white unicorn with a purple mane, blue eyes and blue gems on her backside smiled awkwardly covering Pinkie’s mouth with her hoof “We’re throwing you a party.”

After that, the ponies began to have fun and enjoy spending time with one another. Minus Luna who vanished to do her Night Work.

However, somewhere close to Ponyville, there was a mare who was not so happy.
