Raven's Arrival

                                                                    Background

Raven is a fellow commoner from the Kingdom of Velder who rejected the idea of nobles and aristocrats. However, he was still proud of his kingdom, and thus worked hard to become the Captain of the Crow Mercenary Knights. Being a commoner in such a high-ranking position, he caused jealousy among the nobles. It was just a matter of time before he was framed and sentenced to prison. His friends, comrades, and fiancée rescued him and hid within the forest in the outskirts of Velder.

It did not take long before they were all surrounded by Velder soldiers and slaughtered one by one. Everything that Raven cared for and loved was stripped away from him, right before his very eyes. He stared at all the dead bodies around him as he slowly took what would have been his last few breaths. Just then, a Nasod figure appeared before him offered Raven a contract, for rebirth and power, he would conquer Velder and have revenge on the ones who caused his suffering, Raven agreed, then blacked out.

Raven awoke in a Nasod capsule, with devices attached to various parts of his body. Reborn with a prototype Nasod claw, he becomes the leader of the Velder Rebellion and blindly fights to destroy the kingdom he once protected. That is until he met a crew of young, ambitious heroes who reminded him of his duty to protect the people he once loved. In atonement for his sins, he decides to join Elsword and his friends on a new life adventure of finding the missing El.

                                                                       3 Years Later

Raven was walking down the road In Altera, like any ordinary day." I think I should go check my mail." Raven said to himself.He checked his mail and notice a little envelope,he open it up and read it.

Dear Raven,

Come meet us at Velder Kingdom,Eve said she built the most AWESOME thing ever! You gotta go check it with me!

From Elsword.

P.S. She said that you and me might go on a little adventure in the portal!

Adventure? Raven thought to himself.Raven just sighed and just stood there for a minute.Raven has seen more bizarre things then Elsword,"I wonder what machine amazes Elsword this time?And what type of adventure we're going on." Raven said to himself.Raven later on got his things ready and went to Velder.

                                                         20 Minutes Later

Raven finally arrived at Velder."God my legs are killing me.Where the hell are those two?" Raven said.

"Raven!" A familiar voice spoke behind him.Raven turns around and see's Rena.

What is she doing here in Velder? Raven thought.She's supposed to be in Feita with Aisha.

"Rena." Raven spoke."What are you doing here? you're supposed to be in Feita with Aisha."

"I know,I went over here to bring you something from Aisha." Rena said to Raven.

"Well,what did you bring me?" Raven asked curiously.

"Here." Rena gives some sort of bottle to Raven."What is this?"

"It's a Strength Potion,it will only last for a couple minutes,so use it wisely."

"Ok. Thanks Rena."

"Don't thank me,thank Aisha."

Raven chuckled.

"So why are you in Velder?" Rena asked.

"Elsword told me that Eve built something amazing and he wanted me to go to Velder and check it out."

"Oh,well it must something amazing."

"Rena,I've seen tons of weird shit then Elsword,Elsword is just a kid.everything amazes him."

"Well,that is true.Anyway I got to go back to Feita,see you later!" Rena said walking away.

"See ya." Raven said.

"Now,where are those two?" Raven said to himself.

"Raven!"

"There he is."

Elsword went up to Raven and greeted him."How are you doing Raven?" Elsword asked.

"I'm doing good so far,say,where's Eve?

"Oh,she's in that little house over there in the corner." It looks boring in the outside but AWESOME in the inside! Come on follow me." Raven followed Elsword to the house where Eve was.But as they are walking to the house,Elsword noticed something on Raven's bag.

"Raven what's that bottle on your bag?" Elsword asked.

"Oh,this is a Strength Potion.Rena gave it to me and Aisha made it."

"That's cool,I didn't know Aisha can make potions."

"Me neither."

Eve appeared in front of the house. "Welcome Raven." Eve said to Raven.

"Hi Eve." Raven said. "May I come in?"

"Certainly." Eve said. Raven step into the house,he looked around and saw many electronics and weapons attached to the walls,Elsword was amazed by it but Raven wasn't to impressed.

"Awesome,huh?" Elsword said.

"Yea." Raven lied.

"Follow me." Eve said.Raven and Elsword followed behind Eve to a small room.Raven went inside the room and saw a circular machine.

"A portal?! Sweet!" Elsword said excitedly.

Raven let out a fake smile."Yea,cool." Raven lied again to his friends.Why is Raven so unimpressed?Is it because he saw better things then a portal?Or did he simply didn't care for it?Raven put that thought away and analyzed the room.He saw some accessories attached to the wall and  a unfinished little machine on the table next to the portal."Well does this machine work?" Raven said to Eve.

"Yes it does, Raven." Eve responded.

"Okay so what's this "adventure" me and Elsword are going on?" Raven asked Eve.

"Well, you and Elsword are going to retrieve some valuable items from this unknown world i'm sending you to." Eve said.

"You mean you don't know where you're sending us?" Elsword said worried.

"Sadly,no." Eve said.

Raven and Elsword just stood there for a minute,thinking of what kind of monsters they will be facing.

"Well,you two have faced worse bosses." Eve said to both of the warriors.

"True Eve.But what if the enemies are ten times bigger or stronger then us?" Elsword said.

"I highly doubt that.Besides,you will have Raven with you." Eve said.

Elsword just looked at Raven for a brief second,Elsword knows that Raven is stronger then him,not because how old he is,it's because of that Nasod Arm.Without it, he's useless."True." Elsword responded.

"How long are we going to be there?" Raven asked.

"It depends how long it takes you to find those items." Eve said to Raven

"Anyway,I've built some GPS devices to keep track of where you are." Eve hands the two GPS devices to Raven and Elsword.

Raven looked at it,and so did Elsword.It looked like a square with a bunch of buttons.

"So,are you guys ready?" Eve said.

Elsword and Raven nod their heads.Eve went behind the machine and it sounded that she pulled down a lever,which seems to activate the machine.Raven and Elsword just looked at the portal,it looked so unreal,so unbelievable and they're beyond scared straight.This sends shivers down both of their spines.

"Alright,let's get this over with." Raven said.Raven was the first one to step into the portal,Elsword followed.

"I hope they won't get themselves killed." Eve said to herself.

Eve went to shut down the portal as soon as Elsword went inside.She just sat on the chair and picked up a rectangler device which looks like it locates where Raven and Elsword is,she turned on the device,which opened a little screen in the middle,.Now all she can do is wait and hope they will live.

"Twilight!" Spike shouted.

"What is it Spike?" Twilight responded.

"I heard a loud strange noise outside." Spike said in a worried tone.

"What noise? Spike you're hearing things!" Twilight said angrily.

"No i'm not,I swear! Spike said confidently.

"Spike,just let it go alright! Now, go to sleep." Twilight said in a frustrated tone.Spike just walked back to his bed,Twilight went back to sleep.
