Red Twister

Hi, I'm Rainbow Dash and it has been ten years since my little filly White Whirl died, I am still devastated, why didn't I save her? I'm the fastest flier in Equestria, so why didn't I catch her? These questions keep filling my head, but I should look on the bright side, I still have Soarin, my kids, my friends, Ponyville, and My Element of Loyalty, so why am I still sad. And why has every pony but me forgotten about her?

But what Rainbow didn't realize we're the two rose eyes staring right at her.

"Rainbow Dash I need your..*GASP*..help the princess sent a..*GASP*..letter about a crazed mare..*GASP*..who set the Canterlot gardens on fire..*GASP*!" Said Twilight sounding like she was out of breath.

"Okay, so I come with ya and get the mare and come back." Rainbow said.

"Yes" said Twilight and she teleported them away.

"Wow, she wasn't kidding about some pony setting the garden on fire" said a stunned Rainbow.

"Why do you think she was joking about that"? Asked Twilight.

Rainbow just shrugged and the two mares started to move forward.

"So Rainbow I think we should split up and try to find this crazed mare, it would make things faster, and if it was faster they won't be able to set anything else on fire" said Twilight.

Rainbow just gave a nood a zoomed through the garden, but before she could get about twelve yards away from her friend she stopped dead in her tracks. There in front of her was a mare covered by a black cloak which covered her face.

"Hello Rainbow Dash" the mare said before taking a step closer to the Pegasus.

Rainbow now noticed that the mare was only about fifteen and had a white coat.

"Who are you"? Asked Rainbow.

The mare just lifted her hood only so much that Rainbow could see a small smirk, then she said a small sentence,

"I will take you down, in your flames and all, cause chaos wont last forever".

Rainbow tried to think of a reason why this pony was just said this, she just didn't understand.

"I really thought you were smarter than this" said the mare.

Rainbow kept thinking and thinking until she finally got a memory, but she decided not to think about it.

The memory kept coming back to her though, it was about 13 years back and her youngest daughter had just celebrated her 2nd birthday, but Ponyville then started to burn and it was done by the flaming Twilight Sparkle who was corrupted by Discord and captured Rainbows little filly, when Rainbow showed up she looked completely different, her coat became pure white, her mane turned into rainbow flames, her wingspan increased a lot, her cutie marks cloud became gray, and her eyes became a pure crimson red, when her corrupted friend saw her she looked astounded and confused, then Rainbow smirked and said those same words, then she saved her friend from her corruption, and saved her little White Whirl and went home. From that day on Scootaloo and her friends talked about it a lot. But she told her self it was a stupid idea.

"Come on think"! said the other pony, she seemed to be getting a little irratated.

"Fine, I don't get it" Rainbow said.

"Really, I thought you said you would never forget that experience". Said the mare.

Finally Rainbow Dash had, had enough of this stubbornness and she took a running start before jumping on the mare yelling 'who are you'!

When Dash pulled the mares hood down she could not believe what she was seeing, the mare was a Pegasus with a rainbow mane, a X'ed out cutie mark, but next to her face which had countless scars and rows and rows of hideous stitches, her eyes were what scared her they looked just like hers but a tint lighter than the dark rose she had.

"W-W-White Whirl? Y-You're alive?" Said Rainbow with tears welling up in her eyes.

"Do you really have to state the obvious"? She said annoyed. "Or, would you prefer me to be dead"?! She practically yelled.

"No, of corse not you're my daughter" said Rainbow.

"You lost your little cute filly ten years ago when you didn't save me! You did this! It's all your fault!" White Whirl yelled then flew of.

"Rainbow! Rainbow Dash" dang Rainbow forgot about Twilight.

"Twilight! I'm over here!" dash yelled.

"Ok, did you find out who did it"? She asked curiously.

"Yes it's..."
