Chapter 1-Cake
It was a beautiful day in Equestria. The birds were singing, ponies were chatting and the sun was at its peak. It was summer after all. The fresh smell of burgers and hot dogs could be smelled. Celestia was definitely doing a good job raising the sun.
Then, their was Twilight. Twilight Sparkle, to be exact. A unicorn specialising in her magic. She was sat inside her cramped treehouse-which was, by the way, a library-reading a book. The particular book she was reading was called "How to lose friends." If you don't know, Twilight Sparkle is the element of friendship. Her five other friends make up others, but we will get onto that.
Twilight was sat(with sweat drooling down her)on a wobbly looking stool. She was sucked into this book, as she hated her friends. She had been with them for five years and was now sick of them. A bit strange coming from the element of friendship, right? Her other friends didn't know about this. She didn't have the guts to tell them, so she was trying to find methods of losing them. She had been attempting to lose them for ten weeks now. Her friend, spike (who was a dragon) hated the idea. He thought she was going insane...which she was.
She had been hearing voices recently...dark voices. Voices telling her to...KILL. She has seen a doctor, but they say it will go in its own time. Of course, she still hasn't told her friends.
Anyway, as Twilight finished the book, she glanced down. Her hooves were dirty. Slowly, she got up and trotted to her bathroom. She looked in the mirror. Staring back at her was a broken pony. Messed up mane, dirty neck, bloodshot eyes and yellow teeth. Taken aback by her look, she took out a brush and violently brushed her hair. When she had finished, she set the brush down and trotted back downstairs.
Suddenly, a loud knock at the front door could be heard. Twilight twitched. She stared at the door a moment, unsure if to open it or ignore it. Then, came the dreaded voice.
"Hey Twilight! Would you like to come to sugar cube corner and have some cake?"
Pinkie Pie. Twilight began to sweat even more. Slowly, she replied.
"Of course..."
Twilight opened the door to find a pink pony bouncing up and down. "Come on then!" She shouted, bouncing off. Twilight sighed and began to follow the pony.
As she arrived in sugar cube corner, she looked around to see if anypony else was here. Sure enough, their was. A grey looking pony was eating a muffin. Suddenly, Pinkie Pie broke the silence.
"Hey Twi! Blueberry or strawberry?"
Twilight twitched again. She didn't want either. She just wanted to make her friend shut up.
"Uh...blueberry."
Pinkie Pie grabbed the large cake and walked over to Twilight. She placed the cake down. "Dig in!" She shouted. Moments later, cake was flying everywhere. Pinkie Pie had rubbed her face in the cake. Twilight twitched again...then she noticed a knife on the counter. It was used for cutting cakes, but...
She looked around. The gray pony had left, now it was just Twilight and Pinkie Pie.
Suddenly, she was stopped in her tracks by a new pony walking in. Doctor Hooves. She twitched and slumped back next to Pinkie. Pinkie Pie looked up.
"Are you not hungry?"
Twilight twitched again and didn't answer. She instead walked out the door mumbling something.
Twilight made it back to her house. She sat back on her crummy stool. Suddenly, a voice was heard.
"Twilight Sparkle...you must murder your friends. They are forever bound to you, so the only way to rid them is by killing them."
Twilight smiled. A crazy smile. She grabbed a quilt and some paper and began writing down ways to murder her friends. "Choke with cake. Break wings. Pour bleach down their throat." The list went on and on. Twilight stopped. She had written down so many...but she only had five friends...she would have to kill more ponies! She was snapped back into reality. She kicked the crazy thoughts out of her head and put the paper in the bin.
A few hours later, Twilight was arranging some books. Spike stood beside her. "Twilight...I noticed something in the bin..." Her heart skipped a beat. She stopped arranging books and looked at Spike. "D-did you write it?" He asked, nervously. Twilight twitched again. Her eyes now looking past Spike. "Uh...Twilight?" Twilight smiled. "Spike...please head into the bedroom." She mumbled. Spike asked no questions and rushed upstairs. Twilight had to kill Spike. He would tell the cops and then...who knows. She grabbed a knife from the kitchen. The longest one she had. She trotted up the stairs.
Spikes jaw dropped when he saw the knife. Twilight pinned him onto her bed. "Now Spikey wikey...you had better keep your mouth shut...oh wait! I'm going to kill you. Doesn't matter!" She laughed crazily. Spike was trembling with fear. Twilight held the knife above her head, and brought it down violently, stabbing it right in his chest. Spike gasped for breath. Blood was all over the bed. Twilight stabbed him again...and again...until a dead Spike was lay on her bed, blood everywhere. She smiled. Slowly, she grabbed Spikes body and brought him downstairs. She shoved him in a cupboard under her sink. She grabbed a mop and headed upstairs. She laughed crazily as she cleaned up the mess. Suddenly, the voice was heard again...
"Twilight! Well done! Good show! I must say, you are incredibly...violent. That's good. That will make killing the others a breeze. I vote we go for Pinkie Pie next...that cake looked awful..."
