Drawn (heh, see what I did there?) ideas from the Chinese children's story "The Magic Paintbrush" and Sai from Naruto. I was gonna make the original plot only around 2 pages of a pony rushing around finding inspiration. Much like how I was thinking about the plot.

The setting is around some-12 years in the future, where the mane 6's acts of heroism quickly became legends. And just about only that. Legends. Not everypony believes them. Oh, they're all still very much alive, though. Just not as much in action anymore. Why? Not sure.

Originally, I wrote this as a short story for English class, and it just manifested and grew from there.

Also, this is the first fanfic I've EVER written. EEEEEEEVEEEEER. I would like criticism, but be gentle on the critiques, please.
