"Can you believe it honey it's Christmas!" 3000 shouted

"Ya and the day that makes two more days until the bill gets in." Sweetie Belle stated

"Aw don't worry honey we'll think of something we're married after all."3000 replied

"Ya maybe some T.V. will help." Sweetie Belle stated turning on the T.V.

"But the big story today! Silver Spoon has been arrested in the suspicion of murdering Attorney Shoeshine!" The reporter stated

"WHAAAAAAT!" both Sweetie Belle and 3000 shouted together

"YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW!"3000 shouted

"LET'S GET TO THE DETENTION CENTER!" Sweetie Belle replied

          Ponyville Detention Center,Visitors Room

                                   10:30 A.M.

The two arrived at the visitors room of the detention center and saw Silver Spoon was waiting for them.

"I didn't want you to see me like this." Silver Spoon stated

"Please if it's alright with you. Will you let me defend you?" Sweetie Belle asked

"Sweetie Belle you've only been in court once how do you think you're going to do? Poorly on my part." Silver Spoon stated "I will find a better lawyer."

"Hay wait!" Sweetie Belle shouted to Silver Spoon who was leaving but by the time she was done he was gone

"Hay pal." Tailsthehero stated behind the two "Are you gonna defend her?"

"She said she's gonna get a better lawyer." Sweetie Belle stated

"Their is no one else that can defend her you're all she has." Tails stated

"Fine. I'll investigate. Soon after that we'll see how it plays after words." Sweetie Belle stated

"Let me help you. My squad can help you if you need it." Tails offered

"Sure. You can help. Cause I have a fealing this is gonna be one big trial." Sweetie Belle stated

              Ponyville Lake

                 12:30 A.M.

"It's hard to believe somepony died hear." Sweetie Belle stated

"Ya."3000 agreed

"Well we aren't gonna find any clues just lolygaging around." Tailsthehero stated

"Tails has a point. We need to find evidence that proves Silver Spoon inocent."3000 stated

"Come on we need to see if the boat keeper knows anything."3000 stated

"Right. YOU! REPORT TO US IF YOU FIND ANYTHING!" Tails shouted at a brown unicorn royal guard pony

"YES SIR!" he replied

              Boat Rental House

                     12:49 A.M.

"Alright lets see if the rental guy knows anything."3000 stated

3000 knocked on the door and to thier relief the rental pony Sweetcream Scoops was home.

"What do you want?" She asked

"Tailsthehero current captien of the royal guard and detective over at the precinct." Tails said

"So?" She asked

"You are the one in control of this rental shop so I must ask you if you have scean anything the night of the murder." Tails asked

"Sorry but a mare with a stallion muzzle came by and said i wasn't suppost to say anything until i was on the stand." She answered

'Why can't this ever be easy?' Sweetie Belle thought worried

"TAILS! TAILS!" the unicorn guard from before shouted to tails who was almost out of breath

"WHAT IS IT!" Tails shouted back

"SIR WE JUST FOUND A WITNESS BY THE NAME OF APPLEJACK!"

"TAKE US TO HER!" Sweetie Belle shouted "IF I KNOW HER SHE'LL HAVE TO TELL THE TRUTH!"

                 Ponyville Lake Other Side

                                12:55 A.M.

"Applejack you have to tell us all you know!" Sweetie Belle beaged

"Fine but all ah can give ya is a few pictures and a litlle testimony." Applejack stated

"Well show us those photos first and then tell us your testimony."3000 stated

"They might be usefull." Tails stated

"Sure."Applejack stated

Applejack showed them the first picture it showed a completly foggy picture with a bearly visible picture of the boat and two ponies standing on it.

                     Photo# 1 added to the court record

The next photo gave the 3 chills as it showed one pony tall and one pony squating in the boat and the tall one holding the gun.

"Wait!"3000 stated "this photo could be what we need to prove Silver Spoon innocent!"

"How?" Sweetie Belle and Tails asked together

"Oh just wait and see."3000 stated

                         Photo# 2 added to court record

"Kind of a shame we didn't get much evidence but if this is what we can get it's what we can get."3000 stated

"Hopefully a Turnabout will happen." Tails stated

"Ya hopefully." Sweetie Belle agreed

"Hay Sweetie Belle you can go and talk to Silver Spoon yourself i'm gonna stay hear with applejack."3000 stated

"Why?" Sweetie Belle asked

"I just need some peace to clear my mind."3000 answered

As Sweetie Belle and Tails left his sight 3000 sighed.

"Ya'll never told her the truth, did ya 3000?" Applejack asked

"I can't. Not yet."3000 answered

"Dagnabbit 3000! Ya'll have to tell her soon. If not she'll find out the hard way." Applejack stated

"But if I do tell her she'll think i'm a liar."3000 stated

"Ah don't think ya are. Yer just tryin to be protective of her because you don't want the dang DL-6 case to come up and an event like it happenin again."

"Eeyup."

"Well if you don't tell her soon then ah will in court when ah'm up on the stand."

"Please! don't do that!"

"Then do the right thing. Tell her the truth."

"I will I promise. Cross my heart hope to fly stick a cupcake in my-OW DANG GLASSES! But anyways I want to know why she wants to defend Silver Spoon so badly."

"It was about hmm ah can't remember how long but it was durin a class trial, Her whole dern class turned on her and accused her of stelin from Silver Spoon herself."

"DAAAARRRRRK!"

"Eh sorry my mistake force of habbit (  (3  )."

"Anyways Swetie Belle was trin her best to find herself innocent but it was false accusation after false accusation, it wasn't until Tiven and Silver Spoon stood up fer her that she was cleared of all charges. Poor Sweetie Belle i hate to've been in her hooves."

"I've been in that place before."

"Huh? Come again?"

"I was a witness in Applebloom's trial not to long back and I was fingered as the culprit. I was offered redemption by Tiven himself,but after a certant murder I thought i never would get a redemption. It wasn't until I became partners with Sweetie Belle that I was finally redeamed. Now that i'm married it's time to get something off of my chest."

"That's the spirit now tomarrow ah want ya to tell her face to face who you really are."

"I will Applejack I will."

                     Ponyville Detention Center

                                      1:30 P.M.

"Please Silver Spoon. Let me defend you. It was you and Tivens defence that inspired me. And I want to pay that debt back."

Sweetie Belle stated

Silver Spoon opened her mouth but closed it and looked down for a minute then she looked at Sweetie Belle with a smile.

"Fine. You win. I'll let you defend me." Silver Spoon stated

                                         3:50 P.M.

"Well I think its time to call it quits for now." Sweetie Belle stated

"Agread."3000 stated

"Well *Yawn* i'm gonna take a nap see you later." Sweetie Belle stated closing the door to her office

3000 sat at his desk and pulled out his old attorney badge and looked at it as well as his old...Bracelet?

"Look out Equestria. HEAR COMES JUSTICE!"
