'Boy am I nervous!'Sweetie Belle stated to herself

Today was the day of the School Trial,Applebloom was framed for stealing 10 bits from her mentor Tiven Arnold,and its her and Tiven's job to prove her innocent,if you havn't already gussed,she is a lawyer in trainning,she's gotten pretty good,but she's still lacking the passion. Just then her mentor came infront of her.

"Hay cadet how's your hammer hanging."He said

"Oh Arnold i'm so nervous."She stated to him

"Don't worry Sweetie Belle,I have a great feeling about this case,I have a fealing we can win!"

"But this is my first trial,I hope I don't screw up like I did in the office."

"Well it's starting,we better get our a-game on."

"Right."

                                              Ponyville School House,Inside

                                                   September 11th, 8:31 A.M.

"Court is now in session for the trial of Ms.Applebloom."Cheerile stated beginning the trial

"The prossecution is ready your honnor."Diamond Tiara stated

"The defence is ready your um honor."Sweetie Belle stated

"Good. Now Diamond Tiara,if you don't mind please tell everypony exactly why Applebloom is on trial."

"Yes your honor. Yesterday around lunch time Tiven was eating his lunch of  peanut butter and solamii,when all of a sudden,WHAM,KAPOW,he was hit in the forehead with a hammer,more is explained in the crime report."

"The amount of bits that was stolen from him was exactly 10 bits."Diamond Tiara added "And with all this information and an eyewitness accout we were able to find his theif,Applebloom."

'It's really starting to look like as if Applebloom did it,but I can't make that assumption yet! The witness needs to be brought out first.'Sweetie Belle thought

"Now the prosecution brings out it's first witness."Diamond tiara stated

"Witness state your name and occupation."Diamond Tiara stated

"3000supermario. Occupation um,uh I'm a,helper at rarity's."

'WHAT THE HECK! DID HE JUST HESITATE WHEN HE WAS SAYING HIS OCCUPATION!'Sweetie Belle thought

"Good,now please explain to the court what you saw."Diamond Tiara stated

"Yes miss ."3000supermario answered

                                                 Witness Testimony

                                               -Witnesses Account-

Well I was minding my own bee's wax,passing out fliers to the local school kids when all of a sudden I heard a BAM!

I qualled in fright and turned around just in time to see Applebloom run off with the 12 bits.

After words I contacted Miss Cheerile IMEDIATLY,i remember the time sort of I think it was somewhere at 12:30.

'Oh man what am I gonna do?! I can't defend Applebloom against a testimony like that!'Sweetie Belle stated

"Alright Miss Belle it's time for your cross-examination."Cheerile stated

'Right. I know what to do in those. I've been practicing.'Sweetie Belle thought

                                   Cross-Examination

                                 -Witnesses Account-

                                      Objection!

"Hold it right their 3000. You said that the amount you saw was 12 right?"Sweetie Belle asked

"Eeyup. That's what I said."3000 answered

"But. That was a contradiction ."Sweetie Belle stated

Sweetie Belle Then proceded to do a desk slam which made a loud noise on contact and after that pointed her left hoof at 3000.

"The amount stolen was 10 bits not 12!"

That made 3000 get a look of concern and he flinched a little.

At that moment however the whole classroom stared to panic a little.

*BANG BANG BANG*

"Order! Order! Order!"Cheerile shouted

"Hehehehe."3000 snickered

"Huh?"Sweetie Belle Stated

"To bad for you. I have an explanation as to why I mistook the bits."3000 stated

                       Witness Testimony

                  -Why I Mistook The Bits-

When I saw Applebloom run by I spun around to fast and spun in a circle.

When I stoped my glasses fell off and I couldn't see.

I tried to see if Applebloom was close by but all I saw was a red blob on yellow.

That's why I mistook the amount.

'their's something fishy about that testimony but i'll let the cross-examination decide that.'Sweetie Belle thought

"My legs got caught together,she was running so fast I forgot which leg to put out first to view her speed."3000 answered

"Ok what happened next?"

"Wait just a moment."Sweetie Belle stated she took out a piece of paper from the crime report and levitated it in-front of her face and read it with a stern look "According to the crime report,you stated yourself that you witnessed the whole crime."

"Ya,I don't see-GAH!"shock then went through 3000's body he realized what he just did.

"I see you're catching on!"Sweetie belle stated pointing a hoof at him with a look of non-amusement

"Way to go Sweetie Belle,this is it,his testimony is falling apart and just like a house of cards,his will crumble to smitherines."Tiven stated next to Sweetie Belle

"W-Wait!"3000 shouted "I-I did witness the event but I just actually heard it."

"Hmmm very well this is your last testimony correct?"Cheerile asked

"Oh yes I can garente that."3000 answered

"3000. It's the type of crimminals that make me sick. (presents hammer) Dose this look like a clock to you!" Sweetie Belle shouted

"GAH! You and your objections who do you think you are?"3000 asked

"Easy. I am Sweetie Belle,and I am the protector of the right!"She answered

"Your honor I was not aware of this!"Diamond Tiara

                    KAPOW!

"OW MY FOOT!"Tiven shouted jumping up and down holding his foot

"Ops. Sorry chief!"Sweetie Belle shouted to her mentor who was acting like a Mexican jumping bean

'Oh man I gotta be careful. this thing could kill someone.'she thought

Then all of a suden sound came from the hammer

"The time is 8:47 A.M."the "hamer" stated

After that the whole classroom started panicking.

               BANG BANG BANG!

"Order! Order in the court I say!"Cheerile ordered the classroom "This new! So the hammer is indeed a clock! Well Miss Belle do you have any problems with this testimony now?"

"Yes your honor! Their is a giant hole in the witnesses testimony!"Sweetie Belle Stated pointing a hoof at 3000

"And how so!?"3000 asked in anger

"The only way you could've known that it was a clock was to have held it in your hoof!"Sweetie belle answered

"GAH!"was all 3000 could muster out "AND HOW ARE YOU GONNA PROVE THAT!"

"Simple we can just bring this to twilight and ask her to run some DNA test that can prove it!" Sweetie Belle answered

"So 3000 DID you strike Tiven?"Cheerile asked 3000 with a stern look

"That day...I saw...No I heard... GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

after that in anger he threw some of his hair at Sweetie Belle which was a direct hit and she got it off revealing a look of un amusement. (This if you dot know: >:| )

"Shut up,shut up, shut up! I hate you Applebloom did it and she should be punished!"3000 shouted in anger

'Gotcha!'Sweetie Belle shouted in her mind

"And how are you gonna prove I was the one who hit her,i'm an alicorn remember! I could've used my horn! And with no eyewitness who can prove me wrong,YOU DON'T HAVE A CASE!"3000 explained in rage

'OH NO! I DIDN'T THINK THIS THROUGH! HOW AM I GONNA PROVE IT!'Sweetie Belle shouted in her mind

"I'm sorry Miss Belle but it appears you lack the seficiant amount of evidence to support your claims theirfore (BANG) this ends the cross-examination of 3000."Cheerile stated

"I come all this way to testify and they treat me like a criminal,A CRIMMINAL!"3000 shouted

'Damn it I was so close! Sorry Applebloom I've failed you.' Sweetie Belle thought
