"Y-Yes your honor." G3 Dash stated "The victem was Miss Shoeshine another attorney. She was murdered at exactly 12:00 midnight after Christmas eve. The murder Weapon was this 9mm pistol."

Ah was out campin in the middle of Ponyville Lake when ah heard a gunshot.

The sound made mah camera go off and it took a picture of them in the fog.

Then ah heard a second one and then mah camera went off for a second time takin a picture of Silver Spoon with the earth pony

Shoeshine.

'That's a pretty solid testimon, but i've heard better. The lie is plum open.' Apollo thought

       - How I Mistook The Race-

As ya'll know it was kinda foggy out when ah was campin.

But as soon as ah herd the first gunshot ah pulled out mah binoculers.

Ah then saw the second gunshot and then Shoeshine or whoever it was fell over.

Ah blinked as soon as the gun fired though so that's why ah mistook her for an earth pony.

"Well Mr.Justice did you see anything that looked suspicious?" Sweetie Belle asked

"I think I did about her but i'll let my percieve take that."

After that Apollo's bracelet went back to it's spot on his left arm and everyone turned to Applejack who took her hat off in

shame.
