'Boy am I nervous.' Sweetie Belle thought 'C'mon you're tougher than this! Stay focused a friends life is at stake here!'
And just like that speak of the devil Silver Spoon entered Sweetie Belle's lobby.
"Sweetie Belle it's time." Silver stated with a look of sadness
Sweetie Belle noticed and talked to Silver Spoon/Old Friend.
"What's wrong Silver Spoon?"
"Well it's about thed case 3,000 years ago." Silver Spoon asnswered
"What about it?"
"Well when she was accused of killing him, the victem was one of my relatives."
"Oh uh I'm so sorry-"
"Don't be it wasn't your fault Sweetie Belle it's just my grest great great uncle was at the wrong place at the wrong time."
"It's just hard to believe the mother of Celestia and Luna was accused of such a crime." Sweetie Belle added
"Well *sniff* lets just forget about the past for now and look foward to a brighter or darker future." Silver Spoon stated walking way to the court room
'The DL-6 Case.' Sweetie Belle thought 'The only case where it became the sadest 3,000 years ever. For 3,000 years it was left unsolved. Not even my husbind could solve it. And I doubt I could do any better.'

"Court is back in session for the trial of miss Silver Spoon." Luna stated beginning the trial "Miss G3 Dash have you been able to find Miss Sweetcream Scoops?"
"Yes your honor she'll be here at any moment." G3 Dash stated
'Only because you got to her first to make her a "perfect" testimony.' Sweetie Belle thought
"Witness name and occupation." G3 Dash stated to Sweetcream
"Sweetcream Scoops, I work at the boat rentle shop." Sweetcream stated
"Is it not ture that you killed Shoeshine?" Sweetie Belle asked
"Of course I didn't!" Sweetcream shouted
"Then please tell the court exactly your alibi that you didn't kill the victem." G3 Dash stated
'Alright Sweetcream it's time to end game.' Sweetie Belle thought with a "I got this" look

It's Impossible for me to have killed her beacuse I have a reason.
I was feeding my parot Yanni Yogi when all of a sudden I herd a gunshot.
I knew it was a gunshot because Yogi gose crackers when he hears a gunshot.
Then when I looked out my window I saw Silver Spoon point a gun at the standing Shoeshine.
It went BANG! And as soon as I knew it Shoeshine fell over into the water!
I then duckd under my window cause I didn't want to be spotted.
As soon as Silver Spoon went by my window i herd her say: "Man I never thought i'd kill some pony."
'Oh man I never thought i'd say this again but: I can't defend Silver Spoon against a testimony like that!' Sweetie Belle thought while sweating
"How dose it feal?" G3 Dash asked put ing her front left arm all the way to the side of her head "TO BE DEFEATED BY THE PERFECT TESTIMONY!"
"Well see about that!" Sweetie Belle shouted pointing her left hoof at G3 Dash

Then when I looked out my window I saw Silver Spoon point a gun at the standing Shoeshine.

"Sorry to ask you this Sweetcream but, do you need glasses?"
"Excusse me?!" Sweetcream asked with a bit of anger
"this photo contradicts your testimony!"
"And just how Miss Belle?" Luna asked

"Well your honor if you'd like to know, Shoeshine is the one holding the gun not Silver Spoon!"
"GAH!" was al Sweetcream could shout
Objection!
'Oh right I forgot about G3 Dash.' Sweetie Belle thought with a look of worry
"Nice try Sweetie Crack."insulted G3 Dash
"Hay I don't have a voice crack!" Sweetie Belle shouted with a crack in her voice
"Anyways their is no contradiction in her testimony." G3 Dash stated
"Wh-WHAAAAAAAAAAAT!" Sweetie Belle shouted
"Yes what you just pointed out was indead not a contradiction but more a forgetfull memorie, even in this picture I can't tell who's the shooter because the gun is so small. So. What do you have to say now Mrs.Wrong?" G3 Dash asked
'thier HAS to be a contradiction somewhere!' Sweetie Belle thought
"Come on honey their has to be something we can work with!" Apollo stated to Sweetie Belle "it can't end like this!"
'Wait. That's it!' Sweetie Bele thought
"Your honor!"
"Yes Mrs.Belle?"
"If she forgot mayby she can revise her testimony for us to go into exact detail as to how she forgot!" Sweetie Belle suggested
Objection!
"No! I've already explained how she forgot so their is no hope for you this time you have nothing left!"
"She-she's right." Sweetie Belle stated to herself in defet but Apollo herd her
"Wha-What!"
"I've got nothing left she just refutes everything I have."
"What about the hair band, necklace, and the other stu-"
"What goood would that do? Get us into more trouble I bet." Sweetie Belle stated slamming her head on the desk with the hoofs covering her head
"No please honey get up Luna's gonna give Silver Spoon a guilty verdict!"
"I see no more misuse of the facts. The defendent's guilt is obvious now more than it has already. So I pass my judgement."
"How dose it feal Sweetie Belle? Your first defeat. You should've known better than to've challenged the likes of me now say good bye to you pitifull excuse of a friend!"
"With the evidence supplied by the prossecution."
"But-I didn't do it." Silver Spoon stated to herself in sadness
"This court finds the defendent Silver Spoon..."
Guilty
"We. Lost." Apollo stated
"Was their ever any doubt." G3 dash stated

"Court is now ajorned."
