At that moment everypony turned to look at Applebloom who took the stand.
"AH OBJECT!" She shouted
"YOUNG MARE WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS!" Luna shouted
"Ah need to make a testimony now! Ah just remembered something!"
'Wait this is my chance!' Sweetie Belle thought
"Your honor please let her testify!"
Objection!
"No she can't! the virdict has been handed down already!"

"But it's the court's job to hear every single bit of information! Passing judgement now would make it a miss trial!"
'Uh I think.'
"Hmmm. I'll have to agree with the defence on this Ms.G3 Dash. I withdraw the guilty virdict."
"WHAT!" G3 Dash shouted slamming her hoofs on her desk so hard she cracked it
"YES!" both Sweetie Belle and Apollo shouted in triumph
"UNBELIEVEABLE! SHE'S GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY!" G3 Dash shouted as she continuously slamed her desk almost breaking it

Well before the murder ah was out on the lake lookin fer a golf club ah lost.
Ah found it and headed straight fer the shore.
By the time ah got their ah herd a gunshot.
Ah ignored it right then.
But the reason ah think this is important now is cause ah saw Sweetcream Scoops out by the abandond Boat rentle shop.
"You-YOU SAW HER OUT BY THE RENTLE SHOP!" G3 Dash shouted in anger slaming her desk causing it to break
"Alright Mrs.Belle your cross-examination."
"Thank you your honor."

"Mah metle detector which ah barrowed off of Scootaloo."
"Is it O.K if we add that to the court records?"
Objection!
"And HOW will a worthless metal detector prove anything?" G3 Dash asked in a bit of rage
"I don't know yet but I have a fealing that it will prove useful in the near future for something."
"As do I. The court accepts the metal detector as evidence."

"Gladly now ya see..."

"But ah know what ah herd!" Applebloom shouted "Ah must've had mah headphones on when the first one went off like the anouncer on it stated 'In 5 minutes Heart's Warmin eve would be over.'"
Then all of a sudden Sweetie Belle saw another oppritunity.
"Your honor!" Sweetie Belle shouted
"Yes Mrs.Belle?"
"This is new! This could mean the real murder didn't happen on midnight like the others say it did! It could mean it happened at 11:55!"
"GAH! NOOO!" G3 Dash shouted in anger
"Your horor I demand another day so that the guard may find Sweetcream Scoops-"

At that moment everyone turned and looked at G3 Rainbow Dash who had an evil look on her face.
"Sweetie Belle i'm gonna cut to the chase...I wanna make a deal with you."
"A deal?" Sweetie Belle asked
"Don't take it! All G3 pon-" Before Apollo could finish a scraf came around his head.
"Let the big ponys' talk." G3 Dash stated putting her arm down from where she tossed the scarf "Now Mrs.Belle the deal i'm gonna make is plain and simple: If Sweetcream is found by the end of the investigation we will hear what you have to say further on. But if she is not found Silver Spoon is automaticly declared guilty."
Sweetie Belle thought about this for a short time but she decided she wasn't going to let some past gen pony get the better of her.
"I accept your deal." Sweetie Belle stated
At that moment everypony gasped some said
"Oh she's doomed now."
"Um Apollo why is everypony in panic all of a sudden?" Sweetie Belle asked her husbind
"You make a deal with a G3 pony and you lose you become a G3 Pony...Forever."
'Opps!' Sweetie Belle shouted in her mind
"this trial will be suspended until tomorrow for further investigation and for now court is now adjourned."
"What deal did I just make?" Sweetie Belle asked herself with a hint of worry
