"Court is back in session for the trial of Mr.3000supermario. Now Miss Spoon and Miss Belle I understand you have gathered you theories have you not?" Luna asked

"Yes." Answered silver spoon

"Afermative." Sweetie Belle stated

"Good now Miss Belle since you stated first that Miss Burst's claim that she saw a table lamp fall over was false we will hear what Silver Spoon has to say."

"Yes your honor. Ahem. Miss Burst was standing right heat when the murder was taking place."

Silver Spoon pointed a hoof as to where she was on a crime scean scamatic and in Fire's place was a w for witness

"The range she saw was exactly 7 feet so it was possible for her to catch a glimps of it. And that is my theory."

'Are you serious? How is it that you have a perfect record again?' Sweetie Belle asked in her mind

"Alright Miss Belle Your theory."Luna said to Sweetie Belle

"Yes your honor you see my theory is..."

"My theory is that she DIDN'T see a table lamp because I have a piece of evidence that can prove me right."

"Alright then lets hear it. What piece of evidence helps your theory hold water?"

"And how exactly?" Silver Spoon asked

"Simple. In YOUR theory silver soon the window was wider and shorter. But the windows' are actually the same as the ones i'm presenting!" Sweetie Belle answered "It was impossible to have scean it unless you were inside the building."

After Sweetie Belle finished Firecracker cringed in shock.

"I see Firecracker is catching on. TH\he only way she could've saw it was to have went inside when she testified that she never did!"

"GAAAAH!" Firecracker screamed slaming her head on the witness stand

"Objection!" Silver Spoon screamed

"Firecracker admit it." Silver Spoon stated

"Fine I admit it. I went in 3 days ago because I needed an attorney to help me in a theft case." Firecracker admitted

"And the case is in the case files so their is no objecting to this!" Silver Spoon stated
