Rainbow Dash has been keeping a secret for too long. She explains in great detail her relationship with one of her old so-called friends.

But here's how the story goes-
Rainbow just can't take her secret for any longer. She thinks Applejack would be able to help- so she turns to her in Sweet Apple Acres for advice.
It turns out that Rainbow Dash and Gilda weren't friends at all.
