My (not so) Happy ending

"Cadence is the most fantastic friend ever!!" I said jumping around my mothers legs "Slow down there Aurora" My mother said laughing, she had the same violet coat as I, but instead of her mane being mint green it was bright red and white. My mothers name Was Crimson sky, she was violet in color with a bright red and white streaked mane thats was long and wavy with spiky bangs. Her cutie mark was a roller skate, she was a roller durby chap, she lived for speed. She flew when she skated, earning her the name Crimson Sky instead of her former name Crimson heart.

"so you made a new friend?" she asked as she started slicing an apple using her magic and playing in on a plate. "Yeah! her name is cadence! shes a princess!" I said as Crimson placed a plate infront of me.

"Oh! Celestias Little neice, isent she older then you?" my mother asked, I nodded. Cadence was a about 2 years older then me as I had found out at recess, she was in the class that morning because she was assigned as my reading buddy.

I began to tell my mother everything, the games we played and all the fun we had, I told her how Cadence lived in the castle with Celestia and had a friend named shining armor. I aslo told her that her and Cadnece had planed to meet up at the park to hang out "So please can I hang out with Cadence Please please please!!!!!" I begged as I ate the last of my after school snack.

"Well...I don't know" My mother began, oh great, that was every fillys worst night mare. The word no, Please mom..Don't say know, I remember thinking she was about to say know and my hopes would be thrown out like tuesdays trash. Okay. you can go" she said with a smile, I jumped up and huged her tightly "thank you thank you thank you thank you!!!!" I said jumping up and down.

My mother just sat there and watched with a big smile.

That is when I met shining armor, Shining was pretty nice, we played for hours that day

Me and cadence spent hours with each other, and we even spent the entire summer togeather, her, shining and I, we were three P.F.F's. Pony friends forever. We went swimming once, in a lake just outside Canterlot, Shinings parrents look us. I remember me and Cadence burring shining in the sand. I think it took a week for all the sand to get out of our manes.

I had a tour of the castle, and met Celestia, she was really nice, I hung out at the castle a lot, I loved being there. It was so fancy and big, it was the BEST place for hide and go seek, witch Cadence,shining and myself played for hours on rainy days.

My mom even got to know Celestia, and Celestia sponserd my moms roller durby team

I remember playing tag, going places, Cadence even came with me to my home town for a visit

Innocence is bliss, my filly hood was great, I had two best friends

But it was Cadence that I grew the closest to.
