Load Full StoryNext ChapterTwilight awoke with a start. She was in the middle of a dark dank room. The only thing she was able to see was a rather imposing door at the opposite of the room being illuminated by a single torch.
"Why hellooooooo my little pony! A mysterious and incredibly annoying voice echoed through the room
"What in the name of Luna... Who- Where are you?" The lavender unicorn cried into the darkness. The voice gave a haughty laugh.
"Oh don't worry about that you'll never find me anyway and I am the dungeon master by the way pleased to meet you!"
"W-What?" Twilight wasn't quite understanding her situation.
"Well you see we're going to play a game a Roleplaying game. You even get to be the mage! Doesn't that sound exciting?"
"Look I have no idea what your talking about and your going to be hearing from my lawyer later!" Twilight yelled as she walked over to the door. She gave it a tug but it remained steadfast.
"No no no my little pony. You can't do that. In this world you must announce actions you're going to take.
"That's completely ridiculous how will announcing my actions help me in any way?"
"Oh just humor me....pretty please.
Twilight gave an exasperated sigh. "fine... I'm going to open this door"

As Twilight attempted to pull open the door she accidentally pulled it to hard causing it to smash her face in. Twilight falls backwards as a -5 appears above her head and the door quickly closes again.
"What in the name of Goddesses was that!?"
"That was your dice roll....and you failed it.... horribly.
"Dice? Look if this is you Discord princess Celestia will hear about this!"
"I assure you it's not and yes my little party leader. Every action in this world is dictated by the roll of dice. But enough exposition, Your friends at stake you know aswell as- Oh! you have a guest.
"Guest, Dice, your world? What are you talking about!? What did you do to my frie-" But before Twilight could get an answer the door she tried to open flew off it's hinges passing over the unicorn's head withing a centimeter of clearance. She looked to where the door once stood and in it's frame she found an imposing figure standing above her. It was a bear...
