Kevin's downfall and exile to his residence driving him mad into making his own little project.

"Torment’s, engaging my every move."

In the new days of Equestria,
Science had changed the whole meaning of power.
As technology was taking over, being a scientist paid extremely well.
As you looked in the industry's and secret compounds, everypony worked as hard as they could to get a large pay check.
When they were done, many thought it was too much.
And so a few years after the Industrial breakdown, many left the industry's to make something else out of their lives.
Some did less productive things but as they loved it, it was fine, right?

One did not think like them.
He worked even extra hours; it was none other than the son of the past century's greatest scientist 'Rodrigo Sugarcoat'.
Kevin Sugarcoat’s pride was talked about in every Equestria Daily Magazines and he was famous for his hardened projects.
As you saw him working, you could see his work reflect in his deep black eyes covered by his protection glasses.
Not to only notice his red-dotted coat and blue mane.
But all great colts have secrets and his was his love for the great Celestia herself.
At night when Celestia slept along with her sister, he would sneak on the balcony and stealthily clop to her.

So Kevin resigned himself and said while flying up Celestia's Tower,
"One more time and then I’m done." He grinned silently.
Kevin got up the balcony but as doing so he forgot he hadn't strapped his glasses well enough, they fell on the balcony.
He looked petrified and thought, “Ah, Fuck!” Said Kevin, as he lowered his head to pick them up he heard a familiar voice.
“What are you doing here?” said the voice.

He looked up and saw no other than Celestia's face and it surely did not seem pleased with his break-in.
The scientist gathered some fancy words in his head and said,
"Well you see thy Majesty; thou were just flying by and dropped his glasses."
Celestia looked at him as doubtful as she could get and said,
"Than what his in that bag you seem to carry preciously with you tonight?"
Kevin, shocked looked at her and said,
"Nothing special just some scientist stuff...Eeyup!"

Celestia grabbed the bag furiously as she saw he was lying and looked terrified at the contents of the bag.
She screamed out and said,
"You disgusting little pervert of a prick." Kevin looked and said scared as hell, "Love and tolerance remember majesty."
Celestia's face cooled down and she then said firmly, "Love and tolerate this."
She then burned Kevin's eye with her powers and told him to never come even near her or any land close to her
Or he would be banished to the sun.

"Kevin flew away in pain and despair."
He knew that's what he deserved so he landed in direction of his office, but to his surprise it was on fire.
He then fell to his knees and cried.
All his life's work was in his office, but now he knew he would never do what he loved or see his friends.
After a long time of crying in pain, he ran to the closest train station,
hoping that his family residence away from everypony wasn't on fire as well.
After a long 3 day trip, he finally saw his residence.

(False Hope)
"Lies, hitting sense with no remorse."

Kevin ran happily to his new house indeed he looked happier.
Deep inside him the feelings of losing everything had only broken a good colt.
He was not the Hard-working Kevin we knew all the days he passed in the house.
Kevin got hazier as there was nothing to do and there were no more plans to follow.

A few days later.
Kevin was searching through his dad's old projects and found a box locked in codes.
He then remembered that when his father died, he had given him a paper containing some weird dialect.
He didn't understand back then and just held on it all his life as a constant memory of his role model.
He took the paper out of his coat and tried to match the codes with the one's the box had, and finally unlocked it.

To his surprise he saw blueprints for an old project his dad never truly completed.
He then started reading the name of the plans and it all said the same thing, "trans-dimensional portal."
It went from part one to part five.
Smiling and laughing in ecstasy, It was so many years since his dad was gone, but finally he came back to save him.
He looked in the window thinking about him
A few tears of joy slided down his face, he then hoofed his tears away and started working on the project day and night.

Only drinking his favourite coffee called, 'Equestria's Bliss.' After assembling all the elements, he was finally done.
"This portal would be his new life's work." He thought.
He looked at the machine in full joyfulness and pulled the 'on' lever he built. But the machine didn't seem to start.

Kevin looked down sadly. As he was quite sleepy he went to sleep, then the next morning he applied some repairs.
He then tried again...but with no surprise it didn't work.
The Colt punched the portal with rage, as he was going back to bed.
He looked back and saw the machine starting up the portal, swirling at the highest speeds.
Kevin ran as fast as possible to the control room and watched.
A flaming silhouette broke out the portal like if it was giving birth to a new-born.

The floor then bursted on fire. The creature then whipped her tail and extinguished the fire then looked straight at Kevin.
As he was a bit scared, the but had good manners. He came to the creature and said "Hey, my name is Kevin."
"The creature looked at Kevin for a while"
"Do u, speak?" Kevin said, slowly and out of breath.
"She then looked at him again."
"Yes sir, as a matter a fact I do speak, I’ll have you know that I was simply analyzing you."
"Analyzing, me?" Kevin said, worried more than ever.
"Yes, I was looking inside your mind to see why I was here." Said the flaming female.
"Looking into my mind!", "How..?" Kevin said, worried furthermore.
"Whoa! You don’t have to act all worried on me sir, it's only a power that I carry. Many of my race, have different powers, doesn’t your race have any?"
"Oh by the way now that can hopefully engage into a "grown-up" conversation."
"My name is Rose PaddleHat." Kevin calmed down and looked at Rose."

"Well I am a Pegasi."
"I'm sorry, I shouldn’t be surprised by magic anyway many unicorns use it."
"Us pegasi's can control the weather through clouds."
"That’s quite an interesting power." Said Rose.
"But enough talking, why am I exactly here. If I may?" Said Rose, as easy-going as she always was in her past.

Kevin grinned and said,
"Well in a way I have no idea, I was making this portal you came out of as it was my father’s creation."
"But I never knew such an outcome would be created." Rose looked intrigued by the subject
"So you wanted to make your dad’s work, shine again but why this work in particular?”
Kevin told Rose to sit down so they could talk; he at least owed her an explanation.
They started talking, as they finished talking it was already night.
"And well, now I’m here." Said Kevin, after finishing his life story.

Rose smiled.
"You have had quite the hard life Kevin, you are an admirable man. I think personally that I should help you in your work."
As you told me no one in this world saw my kind yet."
"In a way without selling myself out, you could gather information about me and release it to public maybe then..."
Kevin cutted Rose in exclamation.

"Celestia would accept me again for my great work in finding you, and then I could go back to my place." Kevin implied.
Rose happily replied "It could actually work!"
Rose got up showing her pink fur, piercing green eyes and flaming red hair.
Her tail strolling down in a trail of checkered shards, filling each one with red and white
The two started working, the scientist finally felt his flame inside him.
He was ready to work as hard as possible to get Celestia back.

After 3 months of gathering information, about her and learning all her aspect's.
From her magical sword to her never-ending powers.
Rose settled down and screamed in happiness
"Whoa, we're finally done."
Kevin looked in a Big Mac attitude and said "Eeyup!"

She then looked back at Kevin and said
"I guess I’m heading back, it was lovely to know you Kevin but after all my family must be worried."
Kevin smiled
"Oh yes of course, I’ll go start up the portal."
Kevin got to the control room and has she looked at Kevin"
"He grinned madly and pulled up his hoof in a cross symbol."
He then pulled down a lever, making all the doors shut themselves.
A wall door opened behind Rose, that door had a machine strapped to it.

That same machine absorbed Roses' powers making her vulnerable to Kevin.
"What the fuck is this Kevin?! Why are you are doing this?!" Exclaimed Rose in confusion.
Rose screamed as the machine strapped her to the ground in brute force.
Kevin came out the door and smiled. His mind was gone; his obsession had reached its peak.

"You see Rose, this is what friends are for when one friend gives you everything."
"You have to give them something back at least a little something."

(Lonesome Revenge)
"Revenge, controlling my mind, destroying my vision."
The tides and winds of the valley ocean raged engulfing every living thing,
But it had seemed that Rose wasn't one of them, she was courageous in all ways.
By that maybe, the most vengeful of her kind.
Still bleeding from her lower regions,
She pulled the knife out of her paw and climbed the valley in pain.

It was not her mind driving her anymore, it was only rage and revenge contemplating her every move.
As she kept climbing, a rock fell off the valley.
Only a few moments of reaction were given now,
It was jump or die.
Rose stared at the humongous rock falling towards her and surprisingly sliced through the rock.
Her fur became rigid, her eyes red, her claws re-enacted from the grave they were put in.
She then rushed up the valley still in pain, but nothing could explain how revenge was more important than her body.

She then broke Kevin's door open and saw him asleep.
Kevin then woke up and threw acid at her, she then fell to the ground in pain.
"Oooh great so you weren't dead after all, well more fun for me it seems." Said the crazy pony.
One small word came out of her mouth "S...su...sucker!" Said Rose.
She then took out a knife and stabbed Kevin in the neck, he then fell backwards and choked on his blood.
"Y...you whore!" Said the scientist.
Rose looked at Kevin and hit him on the face many times as she could.

She then took him and threw him off the valley assuring his
body was now nothing but broken pieces of flesh.
The young vixen then burned Kevin's house down and walked away through the night, and as exhausted as she was fell asleep on the grassy ground.
No one would ever believe such horrors would happen in such a beautiful Equestrian night as this one.

But this was only the beginnings.
