A Crusader, a Pony, and a Sword

Sir Friedrick looks suspiciously at the ponies around him, they were being kind enough to lead him to their leader,he still didn't understand how this was even possible. They were passing through some sort of a fair, but the only thing he saw that looked familiar was the jousts. As they walked through the crowds his height and his armaments made some of the ponies back away from them as they passed.

They had reached the Castle of the city and they stood in a plaza under it, Friedrick didn't like it, he had the feeling that it would collapse any second, but he didn't show his fear to any of the ponies he didn't want to show weakness. he looked to the center of the plaza there sat a heart made out of Crystal. He looked to one of the ponies and asked "What is that over there?"

The small orange one with a hat replied "That theres the Crystal Heart its for the Crysatl Fair." she then continued walking and Friedrick followed. They continued up the Tower until they entered a large throne room. Were two other ponies stood.

"So this is the one who penitrated our barrier." The male white pony said approaching him "What is your name?" He asked

"Sir Friederick of the Teutonic Order." He Replied

"Well that;s some title, my name is Shining Armor and that over there is my wife Candance ad of course youve already met, My sister Twilight and her friends."

"Yes Indeed I have." Friederick said looking around the room

"So..Um...where are you from?"

"I am from Saxony, The Holy Roman Empire."

"Never heard of that..."

"I can say the same for this, place." Friederick Replied a little annoyed

Then Cadence let out a small yelp of pain. The ponies rushed over to her to see what was wrong except for Friederick who stayed in place. She looked at them and said "Sombra is trying to Break through again..."

"Who is this Sombra?" Friederick asked, a little curious.

"He is the previous king of the Crystal Empire, and hes trying to reclaim the throne."

"An empire with a king." Friederick said a little confused. "I have never heard of such."

"Well however you do your leader were you come from is your business, for now we have to go and stop him." Said Twilight and she and her friends were heading to the door.

"May I come as well?" asked Friederick, "You dont look much like soldiers."

"Fine you can come, follow us." Replied Twilight
