Chapter 01: The Energy Signiture
This story begins a month after the Sunset Shimmer acident where we find Princess Twilight sorting her books.
"Twi-light! I got - a message from - Princess Cadence." said Spike panting.
"Well let's see...To Princess Twilight: Flash Sentry wants to see you in the Crystal Empire." from Princess Mi Amore Cadenza A.K.A Princess Cadence. Oh no." said Twilight.
"What's wrong? asked Spike.
"This is from Flash Sentry." said Twilight.
"Is he the guy who played the gutiar and had a crush on you?" asked Spike.
"Yep." said Twilight.
"Hey I'll teach you everything I know about crushes. You know I have a crush on Rartiy." said Spike.
While Twilight was on her way to the Crystal Empire, the Changlings were aware of her crown's extordinary power.
"We MUST have that crown." said Queen Chrysilis.
"We will have the ultimate power to rule Equestria!" said Queen Chrysilis.
However the Covenant had the same eyes...
"Once we have that power, we will be able to spread our worships." The Prophet of Regret said.
The Covenant held their weapons up in agreement. So the Covenant headed for Equestria, on the way, they crashed in a dark cave. Where they find the Changlings,
"What is this?" asked the Prophet.
"How did you find the Changling's lair?" asked Queen Chrysilis.
"What lair is in a cave?" asked the Prophet.
"Ours, what blasted beast has an army of freaks?" asked Queen Chrysilis.
"Well, maybe we can help each other out. Do you know what this energy read is?" asked the Prophet holding his scanner.
"You must want Twilight Sparkle's crown. It gives great powers you know." said Queen Chrysilis. There was a silence for 2 minutes.
"Well here's a deal, you show us this "Twilight Sparkle" and you have some control of our universe. How's that?" asked the Covenant ruler.
"... Deal." said Queen Chrysilis.
So while they were planing their attack...
"SIRRRRR!" said a voice.
"What I'm not deaf." said the General.
"We found the Covenant with a black horse species that can shape shift. I read they're getting some power source." said a Marine.
"You got all of that from the symbols?" asked the General.
"Yes sir." said the spartan.
"Chief, report!" said the General.
"Yes sir?" asked Master Chief.
"We saw a STRONG energy signuture in an uncharted planet called 'Equestria'. We need you to keep it from the Covenant and secure it." said the General.
So Chief headed towrds Equestria, but he was entering their galaxy when...
"We must act... NOW!" said the Covenant ruler.
Twilight was flying towards the Crystal Empire trying not to trip on her hooves. "Hey Flash." said Twilight.
"Yeah?" asked Flash Sentry.
"Do you see a big purple ship?" asked Twilight looking up and seeing a Conevent shuttle.
"Yeah..." said Flash Sentry.
Then they heard: KA DOOOOM!
"RUN!" said a pony running for their life.
A Covenant elite was getting to the castle, that is, untill THEY came. Suddenly a ship with the letters: UNSC, on it. Then a Spartan flew out and shot the elite with his Spartan Laser. All that was left were ashes and purple blood.
"Whoa!" said Flash who is now fleeing to tell Celestia with Twilight.

Chapter 02: The Chief around those parts
"PRINCESSSS!" said Flash charging toward the Goddess.
Yes?" asked Celestia.
"We saw some purple thing head towards us. I don't have a good feeling." said Princess Twilight.
"Yes. but why are they here?" asked Flash.
"I'll tell you." said Master Chief.
"Who are you and those creatures?" asked Princess Twilight.
"Master Chief, Spartan tag: 117, and those creatures are called the Covenant. They want a power source in this room." said Chief.
Twilight thought of a month ago and realized the truth.
"I think I know what they want." said Twilight. Twilight explained.
"I see, they want your crown." said Chief.
"Yes." said Twilight. Just then a changling charged,
"Oh NO!" said Celestia. Then Master Chief decided to shoot it.
"What was that?" asked Chief.
"That was a Changing." said Princess Twilight.
"They attacked us 2 years ago." said Flash Sentry.
"So I see." said Chief taking a blood sample.
"Um,, what are you doing.?" Twilight asked.
"Taking a blood sample so I can scan their data and see what they want and why they came." said Chief.
"I'll tell you right now!" said Chrysalis
"CHRYSALIS!" said Twilight.
"You again." said Chrysalis.
"Get Cadence and Shining Armor." said Celestia.
"Sure thing" said Flash flying to the Crystal Empire. Chief attempted to shoot but got slimed.
"Just my luck, a gross clean." said Cheif covered in the slime.
Meanwhile Flash was heading to the Crystal Empire... or what's left of it.
"Everything's gone." said Flash seeing the crystal rubble.
Then he saw the Changlings with the Covenant planning an attack.
"Now I really need to find them." said Flash charging to the castle. However Cheif was scanning the data of the Changling's blood.
[WARNING: A pretty gorey scene is on ahead. Young viewers are advised to skip on ahead.]
He got an all-out war, the ponies were running like heck while the Spartans had chainsaws and were cutting the Changlings' limbs off. While a Changling stabbed a Spartan with their horn and flung him to the ground. While a Spartan was ripping a Covenant's head off and squishing it with his foot. While a Covenant had a flamethrower and burned a Spartan to a crisp. Chief plugged it out before it showed him.
"Not. Good." said Chief.
"What?" asked RD when Twilight called her friends.
"An All-out war." said Cheif..
"Cool." said RD.
"With us and them." said Chief.
"Oh." said RD.
"Twilight, what's going to happen?" asked Spike.
"We'll fight!" said Chief.
"Pick a weapon." said Chief opening a supply crate he brought from a ship from the UNSC.
Here's how it went: Chief: Assault rifle,
Rainbow Dash: Incinerator Cannon,
Rarity: Needler,
Twilight: Spartan Laser,
Spike: Active Camo,
Fluttershy: [New Weapon.] The Tamer,
Flash, Energy Sword,
Applejack: Gravity Hammer,
Pinkie: Party Cannon.
"We're ready." said Twilight.
"You sure pick well." said Chief admiring the Mane 6's choices.

So the battle began with Twilight charging out and shot a Changling, then RD incinerated a group of Covenant.
"Whoa!" said Chrysalis.
"We're armed!" said Pinkie about to fire. Then a Covenant attacked before Twilight sent it back to where it came from. AJ was smashing Changelings and Covenant alike.
So FS was firing Covenant and taming them.
"Mind control!" said the Prophet.
They were guarding FS along with her friends.
"Wow." said Chief astounded.
"Chief behind you!" said Flash as he stabbed an elite behind him.
"Good job." said Chief. While Celestia was wondering who could help she thought of a month ago...
"Crimson, report!" said the General
"Yes?" asked Crimson.
"Princess Celestia wants you to get someone called 'Sunset Shimmer' on another Earth in Equestria City." said the General.
"... I'm in." said Crimson. So Crimson went to Equestria City, that was in shambles.
"What are those things?! Help!" said Sunset Shimmer surrounded by Elites.
Then Crimson came and shot the Covenant Elites.
"Come with me. Reinforcements will be here soon." said Crimson.
"Alright." said Shimmer. So the duo flew back, where our heroes were fighting for there lives. "There's not a lot left." said Chief. Then the ship came with Crimson and Shimmer.
"Well, looks like you're here." said SS.
"Hold me back!" said RD ready to charge.
"Stop!" said Crimson.
"How did she get here?!" asked RD.
"I brought her here." said Crimson.
Everyone was staring at Crimson in anger... Except Twilight and Spike that is.
"We needed someone who experienced the crown's power." said Crimson. "I see. It's fine." said Twilight. Then a big wave of Covenant and Changlings came.
"Quick, choose a weapon!" said Chief.
"Um... That one." said SS pointing her hoof at the Plasma Pistol.
"Good choice." said Chief. So they fought the army like there was no tomorrow.
Then they went onboard the UNSC infinity- the Spartan headquarters.
"The crown can be wonderful and bring peace. But if in the wrong hoofs - or hands, it can be dark and twisted and bring disharmony and chaos to the worlds." said SS talking about the crown.
"So what did happen to you?" asked Crimson. So SS explained what happened one month ago.
"Oh." said Crimson. So they learned more about the crown from Celestia.
"The crown holds great powers, but the bearer chooses the side." said Celestia.
"So, if the wearer is good it will give harmony, and if they are bad... Oh, no." said Chief. So Chief and his new friends headed towards Ponyville which was turned into a safe house.
"How are things going?" asked Shining Armor.
"Good, not a hostile in sight." said a Guard.
"Shining!" said Twilight. "Twilie! Twilie?" said Shining noticing her Spartan armor.
"It's me." said Twilight.
"You must be Master Chief. Thank you for taking care of my little sister." said Twilight.
"No problem. But I basicly did nothing but fight along their side." said Chief.
Shining looked at Twilight astoundly. Twilight Nodded.
"Wow. I knew we were related but I didn't know my little sister can fend for herself." said Shining Armor. So the group stayed to prepare for the last HUGE wave.
Halo 5: Mane 6 vs Covenant
While Ponyville was preparing, "Would now, be a completely awkward to ask for that date?" Flash asked
"Sure." said Twilight blushing. Shining watched what just happened, all he did was smile.
"My little Twilie's found love." said Shining.
"You know, some bad things could happen." said Chief.
"Like what?" asked Shining. Chief said the events of Halo 4.
"And when we destroyed the ship, she had to leave me... forever." said Chief.
"Let's let them be. They earned it." said Shining. So the couple went to Mr and Mrs Cake's shop which was same as before but with less people. Chief couldn't resist but follow, just so nothing bad happened. So Flash and Twilight found a table, brought their weapons, and got food.
"I don't think I need to be here." said Chief noticing their weapons. so he walked away as he saw an Elite head at them! Chief attacked before it charged past, Chief warned them. Twilight and Flash noticed, They brought their weapons out and attacked.
"Can we get ONE hour of peace?" asked Flash as he was stabbing the Elite.
"In times like this, no." said Chief.
"Hey Chief." said Twilight.
So the army staryed to break the wall
"FIRE!" said a Guard. So the Guards fired their spears at the army which didn't kill a lot. However it killed enough for the Spartans to shoot away. However, the Covenant Elites were in Canterlot in the castle stealing the crown.
"STOP THEM!" said Luna in her Canterlot voice. So Luna's guards attacked the ruler but failed from a horn slice. So the Covenant ruler escaped and ran to the Covenant/ Changling's lair.
"Yess." said the Prophet.
Right as he put it on, Chrysilis charged in. A bright light glowed and the voices... merged. Then the army heard a monsterous laugh. Back in Equestria, the army of spartans were preparing before Luna flew with horrible news.
"They have your crown." said Luna.
"All we can do is work into overdrive." said RD.
"Yes." said Chief.
"Seriously, ONE HOUR of peace?" Flash asked.
"I know exactly what you mean." said Chief. Then the group saw a HUGE beast moving toward them.
"Oh.... no." said Twilight seeing this beast looked like the Covenant ruler and Chrysilis.
"YOU WILL DIEEEE!" said the combined beast.
It had two heads, one head looked like Chrysilis, and the other looked the Prophet, it had two arms with claws and two more arms with hooves, and spider like legs.
The hybrid smashed it's arms on the leftover weapons, then it grew cannons.
"WE CAN ABSORB ANYTHING!" said the Overlord.
"FIRE AT WILL!" said the General.
So the Spartans fired the weapons, the overlord easily got no damage.
"We can't defeat them." said Chief.
"I think there is a way." said Twilight. Twilight said her plan with the others. SS was aware of their plan.
"I'll help out any way I can." said SS.
"I have an idea." said Twilight. [WARNING: Spoiler alert ahead.] Twilight did a spell on SS that turned her back to her powerful demon self.
"Now what?" asked SS.
"Fight this thing off while we do our plan." said
Halo 5: Mane 6 vs Covenant
Chapter 05: The Overlord's Defeat.
The plan was excuted, SS was attacking the Overlord with her laser, she also brainwashed the army to fight with her. Twilight was with the other mane 6 and explaining her plan to the others.
"When we say the word, we'll use the elements." said Twilight.
So the Mane 6 brought their weapons and shot the changlings who weren't influenced by SS. Then the Overlord slashed at SS before she shot the laser at the beast. Chrysilis deflected it, it wound up hitting the Overlord in the face.
"HEY!, WATCH WHERE YOU BLAST!" said the Overlord.
"IT WASN'T ME!" said Chrysilis. Chief noticed how the creature started to argue with Chrysalis.
"Twilight! When they argue with each other it distracts them! Use that against them!" said Chief.
"Got it! Hey Overlord." said Twilight.
"Why are you two merged anyway? You would be complete without her!" said Twilight.
"HEY, SHE'S RIGHT! I'D CRUSH THESE FOOLS IF YOU DIDN'T LEAP AT ME!" said the Overlord.
"IF YOU WERE SMART YOU'D WOULD OF KEPT IT AWAY FROM ME!" said Chrysalis. The Overlord started to argue with Chrysalis, SS chose to blast again.
"HEY! SHOULD WE BE KILLING THEM?" asked Chrysalis.
"Uh, oh." said Twilight. The Overlord took another blast to hit Chief.
"Chief!" said Twilight.
"Don't worry. My sheilds should be regenerating any second now." said Chief. His armor was glowing as he was healing. So the plan was about to be finished as soon as the Overlord was weakened enough for the Elements. Twilight called for her friends but remembered that the beast was strong. So all she could do is wait until the Overlord was defeated by SS, who was failing. SS was about to fall, but Chief shot the beast with his assault rifle which did little damage.
SS blasted the Overlord when it was distracted by Chief.
"When's your plan ready?" asked Chief.
"Right as soon as I get this thing down.." said SS striking down the Overlord.
"Alright. Girls, let's move!" said Twilight.
The Mane 6 got there Elements and started to float. The Elements of Harmony were starting to blast.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" said the Overlord starting to shrink.
"No! Not again!" said Chrysilis.
"Surrender." said Chief aiming his gun at them if they escaped.
"Alright, we give up." said the Prophet. So when the heroes returned. Ponyville was back to the town it used to be, Twilight and Flash had their date, and the Spartans and the Covenant left Equestria.
"We'll be back Demons, we ALWAYS come back!" said the Prophet in a prison cell
"I feel ya." said Chrysilis.
A party was thrown for the Mane 6, Flash, even SS before she left to Earth and gained Twilight's trust. While the Spartans were celerbrating on Earth on the Infinity.
