There once was an Earth pony named Olive Branch. She was one of Celestia's closest and most respected advisers. And then Luna returned to the throne, and Olive Branch was cast aside to make room for the princess' newest and most trusted adviser.

Instead of moving on and finding a new field of work, Olive Branch decided to do nothing from then on, and searched through the land for a place to go to rest for the remainder of her days. Eventually, her travels brought her to Ponyville, where she felt a strange pull...

A pull towards the legendary, infamous Everfree Forest.

Deep within these woods, Olive Branch discovers a horror beyond description, a living nightmare that threatens to consume all of Equestria if left unchecked.

And it would seem that she is destined to become a part of this Abomination... whether she likes it or not.
