Winters blessing

I woke up in my bed pretty tired from last night.

Just yesterday I had to deal with a scared mare and try to convince these girls that they shouldn't mess with my computer. As I rose from bed I smelled something, it kinda smelled good like pancakes, either the girls cooked or my sleepless night is getting to me.

I did my daily routine of showering, doing exercises and getting dressed. I walked downstairs to see Sweetie cooking. She knew that she was my guest, she didn't have to do anything if she didn't want too but I guess she must of wanted to do something.

"Uh good morning Sweetie Belle." I said as I walked past her.

"Oh good morning Micheal I made breakfast if you want some." She said with a cheery expression.

"Uh thanks but you do know that you're my guest, you don't have to cook." I informed her.

"Well I just thought that I should thank you for comforting me and taking us in in our time of need. Plus you promised us that we'll be going to the city to pick up a few things and get us clothes." Sweetie said with a smile.

"Oh uh okay thanks."

Sweetie then placed four plates on the dining table, what she made was quite surprising as I never knew she could cook. She made pancakes and scrambled eggs. I would asked for bacon but then again I think eating meat in front of them would disgust them.

"Mornin' Micheal." I turned to see Applebloom walking downstairs with a ruffled mane. Compared to Sweetie. she just woke up and Sweetie looked like she had been up for a few hours.

"Hey." Scootaloo said as she came downstairs and Scoots, well that's her normal hair do. Mane do? I dunno, whatever.

"Hey girls." I said.

"So what's the plan for today?" Scootaloo asked.

"Well first were going to get you girls some clothes after that I'm going grocery shopping. Then I pretty much have the day off, I suppose we can watch a movie at the theaters."

"Sweet so we're going all over the city, today this day is going to be epic." She said full of happiness.

"But first we gotta eat." They smiled as we all started eating. My home phone then rang, I got up from the table and answered it.

"Hello." I said with my usual business voice.

"Hi Micheal." My sister said excited.

"Hey there kiddo what's up?" I asked.

"Mom and dad are letting me and Dawn come early so we can have the whole week for ourselves." My sister said as she excitedly kept talking.

"Alright calm down kiddo. I have some guest at my house so they'll be here for a while. When are you and Dawn coming?"

"On the 15th." She said happily.

"Alright, I'll see ya girls later." I then hung up the phone and walked towards the table, after finishing breakfast we all got ready.

"So who were you talking to?" Sweetie asked.

"It was my sister." I tell them

"But you were talking to yourself." Applebloom said clearly confused.

"I was talking on a phone, something that let's me talk to people from all over the world. I was talking to my sister and apparently they're coming earlier then expected."

"Oh so we'll get to meet them, that's so exciting." Sweetie said with glee.

I chuckled at her excitement. I was excited too as I haven't seem them in a long time, not since last fall.

"Alright Sweetie do your magic." She nodded as a light pink aura surrounded her horn. A bright flash happen and I see Sweetie, Applebloom and Scootaloo change appearances.

Sweetie had white skin and her hair was the same.

Scootaloo was tanned and had her purple tomboyish hair.

Applebloom was lightly tanned and had her hair in a ponytail with a red band on it.

"So how do we look?" They asked.

"Like normal American girls." I stated. "Anyway girls I think we should get going." They all nodded as we exited my house and into my car.

Once I started the car, they were momentarily startled as they hadn't been in a car before.

"Girls relax it's just the car." I said as I turned off the engine.

"Oh sorry, it's just that we never seen this kind of thing before." Applebloom apologized.

"Nah it's okay, anyway let's go." I started the car again and the radio turned on. God awful pop song started. As I quickly changed the station. From time to time I enjoyed listening to classical music. When the song started Sweetie smiled as she liked the song.

Applebloom and Scoots not so much. They had their hands over their ears.

You then pulled up to a Target, the parking lot was pretty full but not to the point where I couldn't find a spot.

I stopped the car and exited the car. The girls followed me to the store, they were a little freaked out as they saw how many humans were there.

"Stay close to me girls." I whispered. They nodded we then went to the clothes section of the store. It was full of girl clothes which I had to endure the most embarrassing thing was that they were interested in, lingerie.

"So how would this look on me?" Applebloom asked as she grabbed a red lacy outfit. The good thing was that she wasn't wearing it.

"Uh I don't think I could answer that without being creepy." I stated.

"Oh come on we're your room mates, don't be afraid to tell us what you think." Scootaloo said with a grin.

"Uh huh sure. I'm going to the electronics for a bit stay here and for the love of god, don't talk to anybody unless they work here." They were unsure at first but nodded.

I had to clear my head as I didn't want to be in the middle of choosing clothes for them.

Plus I rather not think of Sweetie in lingerie, she would look hot but... No no, get those thoughts out of your head.

I made to the electronics section and form the looks of it everyone was standing in line for something.

Probably for a new gaming system. I usually never bought those systems since I thought they were a waste of time.

I walked towards the movies section. I looked at all the movies most were comedy and some were horror, didn't wanna buy those since I rather not deal with another mare afraid of the dark.

Something caught my eye though, it was really colorful. I looked closer at the box it said My Little Pony Friendship is Magic season 1 DVD. Something was now off as I checked the box all over. In the back I saw three familiar looking ponies my eyes widen as I put the DVD box down and walked away from the movies section.

"Okay maybe it's just a coincidence." I said aloud. "Or maybe they're from a children's show." I said aloud.

I walked away from the electronics section of the store and walked back to the clothes section.

"Oh hey Micheal, why do you look so startled?" Applebloom asked.

"Uh it's nothing. Anyway, you girls done?" They nodded as they walked towards their loads of clothes. I sighed and we went to checkout. The grand total of the clothes plus tax was $547.29.

"Thank god I have a job that pays well." I mumbled.

We exited the store and made our way towards my car. Our next stop is the grocery store
