The Quest for an Organoid
My name is Danny, three years ago I was working as a repairman on wind turbines in City of Wind, but them rouge imperial forces destroyed the city my family was killed, most of my friends were killed as well, only myself and three of my friends survived. We spent days roaming the desert until we found an abandoned military base, surprisingly there were still Zoids in the base, Imperial as well as Republican Zoids. It was then that we decided to try and make it as mercenary Zoid pilots, which brings us to where the adventure of our lifes began.
"Come on Alex, that Organoid isn't going to find it self." I said as I dismounted my Red Horn.
"Remind me why we want an Organoid?" Alex asked as he opened the pilot's hatch of his Command Wolf.
"If we can get our hands of an Organoid, that would send our contract fee sky high." I said as two other Zoids came up behind us. A Gordos and a Zabre Fang. "Looks like the girls are here."
"You know, it would be nice if you two didn't leave us in your dust." My friend Jess said as she dismounted the Zabre Fang.
"Not my fault Maya detected a massive energy source here." I said.
"How is it my fault?" Maya said over the radio from inside her Gordos.
"Maya a large energy source inside one of these Zoidian ruins means either and Organoid, or a charged particle cannon. Both are welcome in my book."
"Need I remind you that none of our Zoids can handle a CPC." Maya said as she dismounted the Gordos
"Still, we could sell it." I said.
"No, no, no!" Jess said as she slapped me. "Do you know what kind of havoc someone could wreck with a CPC?"
"Ow." I said rubbing my face. "Yes, Jess I know, I meant we sell it to the Guardian Force."
"Need I remind you that we are wanted by the Guardian Force?" Alex said.
"Right, these Zoids are technically stolen." I said realizing my mistake. "You know what forget the CPC lets just head into the ruins. Alex your with me. Alex and Jess you two are on defense, if the Gordos picks anything up tell us, and we will get the hell outta here."
"Alright, that's fine with me." Alex said as he threw me a rifle.
"Thanks Alex." I said as I caught the rifle
"Why do we always get stuck with defense duty?" Maya asked
"Because the Gordos has one of the most advanced sensor arrays on the planet."
"Then why do you need my Zaber Fang for defense?" Jess asked pouting.
"Because the Gordos can't do anything against a fast moving Zoid." I said, "Besides I love it when you pout."
"Fine." Jess slapped me again before remounting her Zaber Fang.
"Alright follow me." I said as we entered the ruins.

"Come on Twilight your gonna miss the party." Pinkie Pie bounced around the library.
"Pinkie, could you stop? This is book is very hard to translate." Twilight said trying to translate a very old book.
"What's it about Twilight?" Pinkie asked?
"I don't know, that's why I am translating it!" Twilight said closing the book. "Alright, lets go Pinkie."

"Jeez this place is creepy." Alex said, as we walked though the ruins.
"Let's just find that Organoid and get outta here." I said as the two of us reached a door.
"Doesn't look like we are going in that door." Alex said, as he started to go back the way we came.
"I don't think so." I said pulling out a small demolition pack.
"Of course you have a demolition pack." Alex said as I began planting the pack on the door.
"Yep, I would suggest that we get back." I said getting out the detonator and hiding behind some rubble
"I just hope you know what your doing." Alex said taking cover next to me.
"I know what I am doing, 67% of the time."
"That's not all that comforting."
"It could be worse. Fire in the hole!" I shouted as I pressed the detonation button.
"Jeez! How much C4 was in there?" Alex said after the dust settled.
"Only about two ounces or so." I said turning my flashlight on and walking into the now open room.
"You know a half ounce would have worked fine." Alex said following my lead.
"Geez look at some of this tech." I said as I spotted an old Zoid core. "Hey, look a Zoid core!"
"Seriously?" Alex said as he ran over to me.
"Yep, but its been deactivated, probably for millennia." I said tapping the core.
"What Zoid do you think it came from?"
"Hell if I know, maybe a wild Zoid?"
"It's possible." Alex said as he started looking around again, "I hate to tell you Danny, but it doesn't look there's an Organoid here."
"Damn it!" I said as I punched one of the consoles. Then suddenly the whole room begins to shake. "Alex, get back to the Zoids!"
"You don't have to tell me twice!" Alex yelled as we both ran out of the ruins.
"What the hell did you two do?!" Jess yelled at us as we mounted our Zoids.
"Hell if I know!" I yelled as Alex and I booted our Zoids up. "Hey girls I would suggest getting the hell outta here!"
"Got it." Maya responded powering up the Gordos. Suddenly the ground around the ruins began to give way, almost swallowing Alex, and his Command Wolf.
"Watch yourself, Alex." I said as I began to pilot my Red Horn away, past Maya's much slower Gordos."You better start moving Maya."
"What do you think I'm doing?" Maya's Gordos begins to move away from the ruins
"Danny just doesn't understand how use girls pilot our Zoids." Jess laughs as she pilots her Zaber Fang away from the growing pit.
"Less jokes, more running!" Alex says as his command wolf runs past my Red Horn.
"You know, if I die you lose most of the group's AA guns!" I said as I bring the Red Horn to full speed.
"Yeah, yeah you've told us that before!" Maya responds as Jess's and Alex's Zoids stop 3 miles in front of us.
"Jeez, what a way to start the day." I said as I mange to bring my Red Horn to a stop next to the Zaber Fang, and the Command Wolf.
"Yeah, by the way guys, no more ruins okay?" Maya said as she brings the Gordos to the other Zoids.
"Noted Maya, now lets get outta here befor-." I managed to say before the ground below our Zoids cracked, and gave way sending all for of our Zoids into the dark unknown.

"Hey Twilight, you having fun yet?" Pinkie Pie asked Twilight
"Yeah, this party is one of the be-." Twilight said before falling to the ground in pain clutching her horn, along with all other unicorns at the party.
"Twilight, what's wrong?!" Pinkie says as she kneels down to help her friend.
"I-I think I am fine now, Pinkie. I have no idea what happened. The only reason why that would happen is if a massive sift in the magical energy shifted. But, that's impossible."
"Everything is possible. Come on let's go find out what happened." Pinkie said as she went to gather the rest of her friends.

"Ugh, my head." I said as I came to. I was inside my Red Horn, I did a system check only to find that the controls were frozen. "Great, just great." I then mange to pry open the canopy and survey the area, my Zoid had landed in a lush forest, I then heard a groan nearby. I jumped down from my Red Horn to find the source of the grown, Alex.
"Danny is that you?" Alex moaned from the open cockpit of his Command Wolf.
"Yeah, it's me Alex." I run over to the Command Wolf and help Alex out of the cockpit, and onto the forest floor, when suddenly I hear a loud thrashing around in the brush, I instinctively grab a rifle from the Command Wolf's cockpit, and point it in the direction of the noise. "Stay back! I'm armed!"
"Relax, Danny it's just us." Maya says as she comes into the clearing where the Red Horn and Command Wolf are. When she sees Alex she rushes over to him, "Alex!"
"Jeez, what happened to him?" Jess walks up to me and asks
"He probably banged his head on the controls. Any injuries on your end?"
"Nothing aside from a few bruises. You?"
"Same. Are your Zoids active?"
"That's a big negative, both the Zaber Fang's, and the Gordos' controls are frozen."
"Great, same with mine I haven't checked the Command Wolf though."
"Well then go check it." Jess said.
"Fine, I'll go check." I enter the Command Wolf's cockpit, and try to access the controls. "Nope, the Command Wolf is frozen to."
"Damn it. Hey, Maya how is Alex?" Jess goes over to Maya and Alex.
"He has a mild concussion, but other then that he is fine." Maya says standing up.
"Good, now our priority is getting the Zoids back up we have no idea what is out in the forest." I said as we heard a voice coming from the direction that Jess and Maya came from.
"O-oh my, you pour things, are you all right?" A soft voice said.
"Jess, did you hear that?" I said quietly, and gesturing everyone else to be as quiet as possible.
"Yeah, I heard it." Jess whispered as she grabbed another rifle from the Command Wolf.
"Fluttershy, stay away from that we don't know what it is." Another voice said.
"Yes, these things do look rather barbaric." A third voice said with a rather posh accent.
"How, the hell do they not know what the Zoids are?" I whisper.
"Maybe they are young kids?'' Jess suggested.
"I don't know what these things are, but I know that I can beat the snot outta them!" A rather brave, and loud voice said.
"Still think they are kids?" I whisper, then turn to Maya. "Hey Maya, if you can try to bring the Red Horn online, because we need its radar up."
"Got it." Maya began working on my Red Horn.
"Alright, on my mark we rush them. Got it?" I told Jess
"Are you sure?"
"Yes, Jess I am sure. Ready?"
"Ready."
"3, 2, 1 Go!" I yelled as I rushed towards the voices "On the ground Now!"
"What the hell?" Jess said as we saw the source of the voices were six small horses that immediately looked at us in horror.
"Jess, keep an eye on those six, I am going to see if I can get the Gordos' sensor array online." I said as I headed over to the Gordos.
"P-please don't hurt it." One of the horses said.
"Jess, did that one just talk?" I said as I paused about to open the canopy of the Gordos.
"Yeah, I think it did." Jess said pointing her rifle at it.
"Keep an eye on it." I said as I opened the canopy. When I opened the canopy several gasps could be heard from the group.
"Okay, I am starting to think that these small horses are more then meets the eye." I said
"What was your first idea, the fact that one talked." Jess said.
" You know you don't have to be so snappy." I said as I climbed into the Gordos' cockpit. "Doesn't look like the radar array is damaged, so that's a good sign. Weapon systems are frozen, but no damage." I climbed out of the Zoid and went over to the horses. "Do you know where we are?"
"Really, Danny? We just threatened them, and now you are asking them for directions?" Jess said rather un-amused.
"Hey, you can never be to careful."
"Since when have you been careful?"
"Almost never, but that's not the point!" I said
"Hey!" One of the horses yelled at us.
"What?" Jess, and I said.
"You just ticked off, Rainbow Dash!" The horse said as it punched me in the gut and then it amazingly flew away. The other horses followed suit and fled.
"Ow." I said holding my gut.
"Jeez Danny, you okay?" Jess asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Let's get back to Maya, and Alex." I said as I stood up, and started walking towards the clearing where the Command Wolf and Red Horn were located.
"Hey, Maya are the Zoids ready yet?" Jess asked as we entered the clearing.
"Yeah, I managed to get them working. Why?" Maya said.
"Danny here, managed to piss off the locals." Jess points to me
"Not my fault, they were poking around the Zoids." I defended my self.
"It doesn't matter. Right now we need to get outta here. Luckily, the command wolf can be remote controlled from my Gordos. Now let me fix the Gordos, and Zaber Fang then we can head out." Maya said.
"Alright, lets rock." I jumped into the Red Horn's cockpit, and booted up the sensors. "Looks like those horses are hauling some major ass."
"If it's all the same the sooner we get outta of here the better." Maya said as she went to work on the Gordos.

"Twilight, what in the name of all that is apples, where those things?" Applejack yelled as they ran out of the forest.
"I don't know, they looked like some kind hairless monkeys." Twilight responded as they neared town.
"But, what about those weird robot things?" Pinkie Pie asked.
"I don't know either Pinkie." Twilight said as the group enters the library, "Spike take a message quick!"
"Twilight, what wrong?" Spike says rushing out of the bedroom, and taking out a pen, and paper.
"Tell Princess Celestia that there is a group of hairless monkeys that control massive robots, and that we need guards here as soon as possible." Twilight says as Spike takes down the message and sends it off to Princess Celestia."Rainbow, you and Applejack go tell the town about what we saw, we may have to evacuate.
"Got it Twilight." Rainbow said as Applejack went to warn the town
"Rarity, you go warn the outlying farms."
"Got it darling." Rarity rushes out.
"Now Pinkie, you and Flutter-." Twilight manages to say before Spike burps up a message, that twilight takes and begins reading. "This is horrible. Princess Celestia tell me that there are many more of those robots all over Equestria, there are giant gorilla robots, three miles outside Canterlot. There are dinosaur like robots two miles outside of Appleloosa, and there are even reports of a massive robot that looks like a T-rex."
"Twilight does that mean?" Spike says before being cut off by Twilight
"Yes Spike, we are at war!"

"Alright, guys the Zoids are good to go, now lets get the hell outta dodge." I said preparing to gun my Red Horn.
"Hold up!" Maya said over the radio "I have Zoid contacts!"
"Can you tell what kind of Zoid?" I asked.
"Negative, but they are about ninety miles away, so we should know in about an hour or so."
"Alright, let's move out team!" I said as our four Zoids began moving towards the radar contacts

Imperial Connections
My team and I have been looking for the Zoid contacts, Maya found when we first arrived in this place for three days. Moral has been low, I think it is mostly the fact that none of us have seen another human since we arrived here. By Maya's calculations we still have half a day until we get within radio range of the unknown Zoids, I only hope that the Zoids are aligned with either the Empire or the Republic, both of which we have completed contracts for during the war. The only way we can find out though, is if we don't kill each other first.
"Maya I swear on my Zoid core if we don't find the source of that Zoid signal, I will personally make sure you never get a cut of any contract ever again!" Jess said beginning to get angry as she piloted her Zoid .
"Hey! Don't talk to Maya like that!" Alex yells at Jess as he pilots his Command Wolf.
"I will talk to her like that if I wanna!" Jess said aiming the Zaber Fang's main gun at Alex's Command Wolf.
"Don't you point that cannon at me!" Alex aims the Command Wolf's main cannon at Jess' Zaber Fang.
"Hey, knock it off, both of you!" I Yelled as I brought my Zoid to a stop. "Alright, everyone dismount. We'll camp here for for a few hours."
"Thank Zi. I need a break." Maya said powering down the Gordos, and dismounting.
"You, better be careful Maya. Jessie looks like she is gonna go crazy." Alex laughs, as he hops off his Command Wolf.
"Oh hell, here we go." I said knowing Jess goes ballistic when she is called Jessie.
"What did you call me!?" Jess yells as she jumps down from her Zaber Fang.
"What's it to you Jessie!" Alex smirks.
"That's it!" Jess charges Alex tackling him to the ground and starts beating the crap out of him.
"Jess no!" I jumped out of my Red Horn and pulled Jess off of Alex, "Jess, it's okay. Alex is just stressed." I try to calm Jess down.
"Jeez, Alex you just woke the sleeping Zaber Fang." Maya said as she helped Alex up. "Meaning, you deserved it."
"Hey, your supposed to support me!" Alex said.
"Yeah, well not today." Maya laughs and gives Alex a peck on the cheek, before helping him to the Command Wolf to help unload the supplies.
"You okay Jess?" I ask.
"Yeah, I'm fine. It's just that he annoys me so much." Jess hugs me.
"I know Jess, I know. Now lets go get the gear unloaded." I said as I led her back to Alex", "Now apologize, both of you."
"I am sorry, that I beat the crap out of you." Jess said.
"Now apologize to Maya." I said.
"I am sorry that I threatened to take your cut from all of our future contracts." Jess said.
"Apology accepted. Now your turn Alex."
"Fine, I am sorry that I called you a name that you did not like being called." Alex said looking down.
"Apology Accepted." Jess said.
"Good, now that we are all friends today, lets set up camp."

"Hey, Maya can you go see what's taking Jess so long so long to find some wood?" I asked as I leaned against my Zoid, cleaning a rifle.
"Sure." Maya goes off to look for Jess.
"I don't know what it is with girls and taking so long." I said as Alex starts looking scared. "Alex, what's wrong?" I ask standing up.
"Hands up!" A voice behind me said.
"Fine." Alex and I both put our hands in the air. I then turn around to discover that the voice behind me belonged to an Imperial soldier. "Great, the Empire is here to."
"Quiet!" The first soldier said as two other soldiers led Maya, and Jess out from behind the Red Horn. "Now, you will be coming with us. Got it?"
"Yes, just as long you take our Zoids with us. These Zoids are our livelihoods."
"Fine, I will have them brought with us. Now follow me." The soldier says. Alex and I then start Following the soldier, who leads us to a battalion of Molgas which had surrounded us. "Into the Molga." He gestures to a Molga with the canopy open, and its pilot sitting in the command chair.
"Very well." Maya, Jess, Alex, and I mange to fit into the small Molga. "So what are you guys doing here?"
"Hell if I know." The pilot sighs, as the canopy closes, and the Molga begins to move.

"Princess Celestia, we came as soon as we could, but the train broke down several time." Twilight said as her and her friends rush into the royal throne room.
"It is alright Twilight, though I fear time is running out." Celestia said standing up. " About 2 days ago the gorilla like began growing my aggressive even attacking the patrols that were sent to investigate, several of them did not survive their injuries."
"Oh dear." Rarity faints.
"Yes, quite." But it appears that their aggression is focused at the local Diamond Dog strongholds in the mountains." Shining Armor says stepping into the throne room. "Now, what can you tell us about the robots, as well as the creatures that you saw."

"Alright, this is your stop." The pilot says opening the canopy. We are immediately greeted by several gun barrels pointing at me.
"Out, of the Molga. Now!" One of the soldiers barks. When we climb out of the Molga we see several of the other Zoids they have, mostly Iron Kong Mk IIs, and Dibisons. The soldier then leads us to what looks like a command tent, with the flag of the 1st Panzer Division flying in the wind. "Colonel Schubaltz, sir. We have captured the Zoids that we detected on radar as well as their pilots.
"Very, good Sargent. You and your men are dismissed." The Colonel said. The soldier and his men salute and then leave. "Well, well Danny we meet again."
"I don't suppose that you have a contract for us Colonel." I laugh.
"Unfortunately no, but their are more serious matters to attend to. The Emperor is missing."
"What!?" My team and I say at the same time.
"Yes, Emperor Rudolph is missing. He was separated from the main division when we were sucked here.
"Wait, sucked here?" I said quizzically.
"Yes, sucked here. The Emperor was touring some ancient Zodian ruins, when the ground gave way and he was sucked down into the darkness, along with 75% of the 1st Panzer division." Schubaltz said taking off his hat and placing it on a table.
"Do you have a rough area of where he landed?" I asked.
"Negative, but we suspect some of the natives may have him, we are focusing on canine based natives that live in the mountain." Schubaltz said as someone entered the tent and saluted the Colonel.
"I am sorry Karl, but I didn't find a trace of his majesty." The man said.
"It's okay, Thomas. You did your best. If we had the rest of the Guardian Force we might be able to find him." The Colonel said.
"Wait, hold up. Guardian Force?" I said slightly nervous.
"Yes, I am lieutenant Thomas Schubaltz, of the Guardian Force." He said pulling out his badge and displaying it to me and my team.
"Well, then." I said.
"Wait, a minute recognize you and your friends, you are the four who stole the Zoids from a Republic supply depot several years ago. I am placing you under arrest!" He said standing tall and proud before being interrupted by his brother.
"Actually Thomas, you wont be arresting them. We need them to search for the Emperor." Karl said.
"W-what?! You can't be serious. They are nothing more then mercs!"
"Yes I am serious. They have completed several contracts for the Empire during the war." Karl said.
"Very well." Thomas walks out of the tent, but not before giving us the I am watching you gesture.
"Now that, all distractions are out of the way. What do you want us to do?" I ask folding my arms.
"I need you and your team to help find the Emperor, or any trace of him." Karl said, placing his hat back on before walking of the tent, with us in tow.
"Alright, and given the circumstances we can discuss payment when we are back home. Deal?" I said extending my hand.
"Deal." Karl shakes my hand, before brining us to our Zoids.
"Alright team, get some grub and rest, because in two hours we head out to look for Rudolph." I barked out orders to my team.
"Got it Danny." Alex said as he ran off to find a bathroom.
"Sure thing boss." Maya went to go get something to eat.
"Gotcha." Jess went mounted her Zoid, and fell asleep.

"That's what happened." Twilight said finishing up telling Celstia, and Shining Armor her encounter from several days ago.
"This is very bad. We are clearly facing a far more technologically advanced enemy." Celestia said massaging her scalp.
"I will put all guards on extra high alert, your highness." Shining Armor says as he runs off.
"Now, Twilight this is very hard to ask you but, I need you to go ask the Diamond Dogs for help." Celstia said.
"What?!" Twilight and her friends responded all at once.
"Excuse me your highness, but do you know what those brutes did to me?" Rarity said.
"Yes Rarity I know, but the Diamond Dogs could be a valuable ally in the fight against this new enemy." Celstia said.
"Yes your highness. Let's go girls." Twilight said before her and her friends left the throne room.

"Alright team I want grid formation, and sensors on high. Let's find Rudolph." I said powering up the Red Horn.
"Roger that boss." Maya said, setting the Gordos' sensor to max.
"Powering up infrared detector laser." Jess said as she strapped her self into her Zaber Fang.
"10-4 Danny." Alex said as he climbed into his Command Wolf.
"Alright team, move out." I said as I piloted the Red Horn out of the camp.
"Assuming grid formation." Maya said putting her Gordos on my left, Jess put her Zaber Fang on my right, and Alex put his Command Wolf on my far left.
"Heads up, I see something on my scanning laser." Jess said.
"Roger, dismounting to check it out." I said dismounting to investigate what Jess found. It was a hat, it was purple with a small gold trim, but there was a small blood stain on it. "Hey, Colonel I think I found Rudolph's hat, but there is blood. Repeat, there is blood on the hat."
"Roger, do you see any indication as to the direction that he took?"
"Yes, but I doesn't look good. It looks like he was dragged away, the trail leads to the mountain."
"Looks like those dogs took the emperor, follow the trail until it reaches the mountain, we will meet you there. Karl out."
"Well guys, looks like we have an emperor to save." I remounted my Red Horn.

Operation: Rescue Rudolph
Even though we have made contact with Imperial forces moral hasn't much. One of the only things keeping us going is that without Emperor Rudolph the Guylos Empire would likely be taken over by supporters of the late royal regent Gunther Prozen, who attempted to kill Rudolph when he came into power. We can not allow any supporters of Prozen to come to power. We have to find Rudolph, we must find Rudolph.
"Yes, this is most defiantly the Emperor's hat." Colonel Schubaltz said picking up the hat. "I am sure of it."
"It looks like we got a fight on our hands." I said cracking my knuckles.
"Yes we do have a fight on our hands, but only your team can move into the caverns and find Rudolph. Most of the men are not combat ready, many of them are injured." The colonel said.
"But what about those Molgas?"
"Many of those Molga pilots are new recruits, and only trained in basic foot combat."
"Great, all we need are guns and ammo."
"Those we can provide." Colonel Schubaltz makes a gesture and two soldiers bring over a crate and open it, revealing a massive weapons cache inside.
"Yeah, that will work nicely." I said picking up a shotgun, and attaching a flashlight to it. "Alright team gear up, we have an Emperor to save."

"Hey, open up in there! We come on behalf of Princess Celestia." Shining Armor says as he approached the door to the Diamond Dog stronghold with his sister and her friends in tow.
"What do you ponies want?" The Diamond dog guard barks from behind the door.
"Princess Celestia wishes to form an alliance against the creatures that have attacked her patrols."
"Very well, I will take you to leader." The guard opens the door.
"Thank you." Shining Armor and the girls walk in.
"Forgive me for being rude, but normally when ponies come here they accuse us of stealing." The guard says as he leads them though the tunnels earning a few looks from the other Diamond Dogs. "Oh, mighty King Rock-Crusher, these ponies come on behalf of the Princess Celestia." The guard bows to a Diamond Dog sitting on a throne.
"What does Celestia want of me?" Rock-crusher asks.
"The princess would like to request a formal alliance with the Diamond Dogs, in order to combat the creatures that have been slaughtering her patrols." Shining Armor bows.
"Do these creatures look like this?" King Rock-crusher gestures to a guard who brings out a small boy in purple robes, he was bloody and gagged.
"Yes they do, however they pilot robots that are very large in size." Shining Armor says as a guard runs into the throne room.
"Your highness, intruders have entered the stronghold! They are slaughtering everyone!" The guard pants.
"It appears that the creatures have come for their pup. He appears to be the spawn of a noble. He could be used as leverage in negotiations with the creatures. I suggest you take him, as we can't allow them to have their pup back." King Rock-crusher said.
"Very well, we'll take him." Shining says as a guard brings the boy to Shining and the girls.
"O-oh my, he looks hurt." Fluttershy worried.
"Mmmmph." The boy tries to say something but is muffled by the gag.
"Quiet!" The guard slaps the boy on the back of the head.
"We will be taking him now." Shining grabs the boy in his magic and leaves the stronghold with him, just as the door to the throne room that the second guard burst though explodes.

"Everyone on the ground, now!" I shout as I entered what looked like a throne room. A dog foolishly charges at me, I soon end the charge with a blast from my shotgun. "Now, no one else better feel like playing hero, or else!"
"Hey, boss come see this." Alex yells at my covering his nose with a bandanna.
"Maya, Jess watch the dogs." I said as I walked over to Alex, only for my nose to be assaulted with a horrible smell.
"It looks like they kept Rudolph here." Alex said gesturing with his gun, to a small indent in the cave, that was blocked by bars. "Hey boss, do you know what that smell is?"
"By my guess, I'd say a mixture of human waste, and rotten meat. However, it doesn't look there are any remains though." I said walking over to what looked like the leader of the dogs. "Where is the boy?!" I said slapping the dog.
"You will never find him! He is likely already in the pony royal palace dungeon!" The dog sneered before covering his mouth.
"Thank you for cooperating." I level my shotgun with the dogs head, and spatter the wall with his brains. "Lets go team. The colonel is not gonna want to hear this." My team and I made our way out of the cave, where Colonel Schubaltz was waiting.
"Well did you find him?" The Colonel asked nervously.
"Negative Colonel, but if our information is correct the ponies have Rudolph. He may be in the royal dungeon, which is in the royal palace."
"I know where that is, several recon teams reported seeing what looked like a large city with a palace on the Cliffside." The Colonel said as two Storm Sworders flew over head.
"Let me guess, Rosso, and Viola?" I ask as we mount our Zoids.
"Correct, they were doing recon." The Colonel said mounting his Zaber Fang, and follows us back to the camp, where the two Storm Sworders had landed.
"Well, well, well. If it isn't Rosso, and Viola." I said Dismounting my Red Horn.
"Well if it isn't little Danny." Rosso gives me a bear hug.
"It's just Danny. I am not the same boy you defeated all those years ago." I said with a scowl on my face.
"Oh lighten up Danny. You know Rosso is only joking." Viola walks up to me before embracing me.
"Thanks Viola. I am sure you remember my team, Alex, Jess, and Maya." I said gesturing to my team.
"Yeah I remember them. Hey guys!" Rosso waves to the team, who waves back.
"I do as well, It's nice to have some other girls here." Viola hugs Jess, and Maya, while only shaking Alex's hand.
"So, down to business. I heard that you found Rudolph." Rosso said.
"We thought we found Rudolph. However, it appears that he was handed over to the ponies, only minutes before we arrived. If what that dog told me is right, Rudolph is already in the royal palace's dungeon." I said sighing.
"Damn it!" Rosso yells. "We have to get Rudy back!"
"Rudy?" I said quizzically.
"Yeah, that my nickname for Rudolph." Rosso blushes.
"Holy Zi! Someone call the press, Rosso just Blushed." I laughed.
"You'd better stop." Rosso growls.
"Easy, Rosso. Don't lose your temper." Viola says giving Rosso a peck on the cheek.
"Ahem, if you wouldn't mind I need you six for a briefing." The Colonel said leading us into the command tent.
"So what the plan Colonel?" I ask taking a seat.
"My brother Thomas can explain the plan." The Colonel steps aside as his brother Thomas steps forward, and inserts a USB drive into the command table.
"Now, BEEK has formulated a perfect plan. Two people will infiltrate the palace via parachute, and rescue Rudolph, after they have secured Rudolph they will fire a flare signaling Rosso, and Viola to extract the team and Rudolph. WHile this is going on Colonel Schubaltz will approach the city gates to beg for his son Rudolph be returned to him, this will serve as a distraction. Any questions?"
"I do, who will be the two people?" Alex asked.
"Danny will lead, the second person is up to him."
"Maya your coming, Rudolph is more then likely injured. He is likely to need medical attention. You up for it?" I said.
"Yes I am Danny." Maya said.
"Good, any other questions?" Thomas asked. "Alright, if there are none I want Rosso and Viola to prepare the Storm Sworders for take off. Danny you with Rosso, and Maya your with Viola. There should be parachutes inside of the Storm Sworder. This is it people, for the Emperor!"
"For the Emperor!" We all shouted.

"Keep moving creature." Shining said pushing Rudolph along as they entered the dungeon.
"You know BBBFF, I think your being a little hard on him. He is only a child." Twilight said as Shining pushed Rudolph into a cell.
"Twilight, you've seen what these things are capable of, who knows what this one can do." Shining says as he slams the door.
"Mmmmph!" Rudolph tries to say something but he is still gagged.
"Quite!" Shining yells as a guard comes running in. "What is it?"
"There are some of the creatures outside of the city gates, they are demanding the return of the child." The guard said as Shining stormed pass him and then made a dash for the city gates.

"This is Colonel Karl L. Schubaltz of the Guylos Empire, I am here to beg for the safe return of my dear son, Rudolph Schubaltz." Colonel Schubaltz broadcasted over a loudspeaker mounted on his Mecha Kong Mk II.
"Yes, very good. Keep it up Karl! Danny, and Maya should be inserting now." Thomas whispers to Karl.
"This is captain Shining Armor, head of her majesty's Princess Celestia royal guard. The only way you will have your son returned is if you surrender and be taken into custody!" Shining Armor shouted back.
"The Guylos Empire never surrenders!" Colonel Schubaltz replies over the loud speaker. Meanwhile 7,000 feet above the royal palace.
"Alright, are you two ready?" Rosso asked as I put my re-breather mask on.
"Ready. You ready Maya?" I asked over the radio.
"Ready, just give the word." Maya replied.
"Lieutenant, this is Rosso. The jumpers are ready." Rosso radios Thomas.
"Roger Rosso, operation is a go!" Thomas radios back.
"Alright, you heard Thomas it's time to jump.
"Gotcha, Rosso." I said opening the canopy of the Storm Sworder and jumping out as Maya did the same.
"Why did I say yes to this?!' Maya screamed as we met up in mid air.
"Because you couldn't resist the thrill." I said smiling under my mask.
"You know I could tell Jess about those naked pictures you have of her." Maya laughs.
"H-how did you know I have naked pictures of her?!" I Screamed.
"You just told me." Maya smirks.
"Zi damn you, Maya." I sigh, "Maya, prepare to open to open you chute."
"Roger."
"On my mark. Mark!" I yell as I pull my chute while Maya does the same.
"Three minutes to touchdown." I radio Thomas.
"Roger that away team." Thomas radios back.
"Jeez, that place is massive." Maya says as the palace grows larger.
"How much tax payer money do you think was spent on that palace?" I said.
"I am gonna guess that taxpayer money makes up about 45% of the total cost." Maya said as she lands in the palace garden.
"Away team,has landed. Repeat away team has landed." I radio Thomas.
"Roger that away team, be advised distraction team is pulling back." Thomas radios back.
"Roger that." I said cutting my chute, while Maya did the same. "Alright, check your weapons."
"Weapons are good. You?" Maya says as she checks her SMG.
"Mine are good as well." I said giving my assault rifle a once over. "Alright, I will take point." I begin leading Maya though the garden until we reach a set of large golden doors. "Remember weapons tight." I open the doors revealing an empty hallway.
"Clear." Maya said as she takes the left side of the hallway, while I take the right side.
"Heads up, we have a pony 12 o'clock. Looks like a guard." I whisper as a guard walks though the hallway, and enters a room. "Double time it Maya, we need to find Rudolph."
"Roger." Maya said as we find what appears to be a throne room. "Take cover!"
"Got it." I said as we hide behind the throne. We the hear several sets of footsteps enter the room.
"Are you sure that, he said that the child was his son?" A commanding feminine voice said.
"Yes your highness. He said that the child's name was Rudolph Schubaltz." Another voice said.
"Well, you'd better make sure to go tell Rudolph that his father is waiting her him. As for me, I need to rest." A set of footsteps leaves the throne room
"Yes your highness." The second voice then leaves the room.
"Let's follow that guy." I said as Maya and I get out from behind the throne and follow the pony all of the way to the dungeon.
"Hey, Rudolph. Wake up!" The pony shouts at a small blanket in the corner of a cell. The blanket starts stirring revealing a beaten and bloody Rudolph Zeppelin.
"W-what?" Rudolph manages to say.
"Your father is here." The pony says as Rudolph smiles. "Why are you smiling? He is not going to get you back."
"I know. Look behind you."
"What?" The pony looks behind only to be met with my assault rifle's stock hitting his face and knocking him out.
"Your highness, are you alright?" I ask shooting the lock to the cell off.
"I am now that rescue has arrived." Rudolph manages to smiles.
"Hold still, please." Maya says as she starts examining Rudolph. "You don't seem to have to many injuries, but you do need medical attention."
"Later, first we need to get out of here." Rudolph said as I heard several sets of footsteps coming down the dungeon stairs.
"Heads up we have company." I said picking up Rudolph and putting him on my back, so that I am giving him a piggyback ride.
"Hey, BBBFF I just wanna say that I am sorry for earlier." A pony says as she and several other walk down the stairs only to find the knocked put guard. "Shining! What happened?!"
"T-them." The pony manages to point to us.
"Zi damn it. Well, this is awkward. But we have an Emperor to rescue, so I must bid you all adieu." I said as I fired my assault rifle at the ceiling above their heads causing them to duck down, allowing Maya, and I with Rudolph on my back to jump over them and run back up the stairs, into one of the many hallways in the palace.
"The creatures are in the palace! "I hear a guard yell.
"Damn it!" I yell as Maya and I start running back towards the garden where we landed. Soon there were at least 25 guards after us, plus that one pony that called the guard pony BBBFF, her friends were also after us. Soon we were at the garden.
"It's pointless to keep running!" The pony that I managed to knock out said stumbling a bit. "Your surrounded."
"That's what you think." I smiles as I fire the flare gun into the air. soon two silver Storm Sworders we hovering near us, stunning all of the ponies.
"Maya load him into Viola's." I hand Rudolph to Maya who places him into Viola's Storm Sworder, Maya then climbs into the Swoder herself, while I climb into Rosso's.
"The package is aboard! Repeat, the package is aboard!" Viola radios Thomas as both Sworders take off.
"Hot damn, we did it." I said as I relax in my seat.
"You did good Danny, you did good." Rosso said as he and Viola piloted the Storm Sworders back to camp.

It was a bad day for Princess Celestia, first there were those creatures at the gates, and now two of the creatures had infiltrated the palace and managed to rescue her captive.
"Twilight Sparkle!" Princess Celestia bellowed as she entered the garden which was a hive of activity.
"Yes, your highness?" Twilight walked up to the Princess.
"I want you to tell me what happened."
"Well, there is not much to tell. Those two creatures had knocked out my brother when we arrived in the dungeon."
"Wait, Twilight don't you remember?" Pinkie Pie bounced up and down. "One of them called that that little kid Emperor."
"Oh yeah! One of them did call the child Emperor." Twilight said.
"I can not believe that we had the enemy leader as our captive, and we did not even know!" Celestia as she stormed back into the palace.

"Ladies and gentlemen, we are about to land. Thank you flying Air Storm Sworder." Rosso said as he and Viola landed the two Sworders in the center of the camp.
"It's good to be back." I said opening the canopy only to see a cheering crowd of Imperial solders had gathered around the Sworders. I then hopped down from Rosso's and went over to Viola's to help with Rudolph. "You know Rudolph, you could stand to lose some weight." I laugh, which earns me a slap on the back of the head from Jess.
"Sorry about that, I had a large breakfast earlier." Rudolph laughs. "You are both forever in my debt."
"Think nothing of it." I said.
"Easy your highness. Let my carry you to the medical tent." Viola says as she picks up Rudolph. "Danny, is right you could lose some weight." Viola carries Rudolph the medical tent with Rosso following. The crown soon disperses leaving only Alex, Maya, Jess, and myself next to the Sworders.
"So Danny, what is this I hear about naked pictures of me?" Jess said folding her arms.
"Ten second head start?" I preparing to run.
"Five seconds." Jess said as I started running though the camp with a furious Jess chasing me.
"Ah, young love." Rosso says as we pass the medical tent.

My Little Zi: Zoids are Magic
The past few days have been good for the team. When we rescued Emperor Rudolph from the ponies, the entire camp seemed to get an aura of happiness. However, we soon had to take down the camp and move to a different location, because after the rescue we pulled off, there had been more pony patrols and these patrols were coming dangerously close to the camp, it was then that Colonel Schubaltz decided that it would be best the move the camp far away from the city.
"You know Rudolph, you should be with Rosso and Viola." I said as I piloted my Red Horn with Rudolph is the back seat.
"I know, it's just that I love Zoids." Rudolph said sighing.
"I know how you feel. Did I ever tell you the time I prevented a windmill from falling down, using only a Godos?"
"No, what happened?"
"Well, it was about three years ago. I was working on a windmill that had stalled and wasn't turning, so there I was about to climb up the ladder to get to the top of the windmill, when all of a sudden the windmill starts leaning. Now at this point I have yet to even get on ladder, so I start running towards one of the Godos that we use for maintenance. I start it up, and pilot it towards the windmill, I then get on the side of the windmill that was leaning, and I start pushing it. I was tough but I managed it keep the windmill steady long enough for some of the other repairmen to get in the other Godos and help me. Three days after that the city was razed by rouge Imperial forces." I sighed.
"I am sorry." Rudolph said sullenly.
"Don't be Rudolph, you couldn't have done anything." I said as the Dibison in front of me stopped, "Hey, what's the hold up?" I radio the Dibison.
"Maya just picked up an air contact." Thomas Schubaltz radioed back.
"Really? Let me check. Booting up 3-D radar." I said engaging the radar on my Zoid which made the black horns on the back of the cockpit raise up, "I see it too. Looks like a Pteras."
"A Pteras? That means Rebublicans." Rudolph said hopefully.
"Unknown aircraft, this is Lieutenant Thomas Schubaltz of the Guardian Force, identify yourself." Thomas radios the Pteras.
"Thomas, is that you?" A girl radios back.
"F-Fiona! Is that you?" Thomas radios.
"Roger, this is Fiona Elisi Linette, of the Guardian Force."
"Fiona, it's good to hear your voice again."
"Same here Thomas, if you follow my Pteras I will bring you to the Republican camp."
"Fiona, this is Colonel Schubaltz, thank you." The Colonel radios Fiona.
"It's my pleasure Colonel."

"Hey, Strong Charger! Y'all better get those apples to the storehouse." Braeburn hollered at a earth pony pulling a wagon full of apples.
"What do y'all think I'm doing?' Strong yells back.
"I'm just checking." Braeburn says as a small foal runs into to screaming.
"Monsters!" The foal yells, "Monsters are near the town!"
"What do you mean monsters?" Braeburn asks the foal.
"Big scary monsters! There was flying too!"
"Strong! Come with me!" Braeburn yells.
"Braeburn, do you honestly believe this foal?" Strong asks as she walks over to Braeburn.
"Little Apple Seed has never lied before. There is no reason for her to start now."

"There it is Rudolph, the Republican camp." I said as our convoy neared a large mass of tents, with several Command Wolfs, Gun Snipers, Pteras, three Gojulas, five Shield Ligers, a lighting Saix, a Gustav and what looked like a heavily Shield Liger.
"Hey, that's the Blade Liger." Rudolph says.
"That Van Flyheight's Zoid isn't it?" I asked.
"Yes, it is." Rudolph said as our convoy enters the camp to the cheering of Republican soldiers. We soon see a white Hammer Head, parked in the center of the camp. "Look, it's the presidential Hammer Head!"
"The president is here?"
"It looks like it." Rudolph said as the convoy comes to a halt.
"Power down." I powered down my Red Horn and opened the canopy "I present to you, his majesty Emperor Rudolph Zeppelin the Third!" I shouted, as Rudolph climbs out of the Red Horn.
"Your highness, Captain Herman at your service a soldier comes and bows to Rudolph.
"Captain Herman, it's good to say you again." Rudolph shakes Herman's hand.
"Ah, Emperor Rudolph. It's good to see you." An older woman approaches Rudolph.
"Madame President, It's good to see you as well." Rudolph says as Fiona lands her Pteras, dismounts, and approaches Rudolph with another girl, a teenager, a man that I recognized as a good friend of mine, and a Organoid. "Van, Fiona, Moonbeam, Irvine, Zeke, it's good to see you all again."
"Good seeing you too Rudolph. Who is this." The teenager asked.
"That's, Danny. One of the youngest, and most powerful mercenaries on Planet Zi. His team is one of the best." Irvine says as he walks towards me.
"Irvine, it's good to see you again." I said shaking his hand, as my team dismounts their Zoids and walks towards us.
"So your the famous Van Flyheight."I said to the teenager.
"Yep, I'm Van Flyheight of the Guardian Force, and this is Zeke." Van said petting the Organoid.
"Um, hello? You guys forgot about me!" The girl says rather annoyed.
"Oh yeah. That's Moonbean." Van said.
"Hey Danny, I bet you couldn't beat Van in a Zoid battle." Alex said.
"I could totally take Van on." I smirked.
"Is that a challenge?" Van smiled.
"Yes it is." I said walking towards my Zoid, while Van walked towards his.
"This is going to be a good one." Irvine said as I mounted my Zoid, and brought it over to the Blade Liger.
"Alright, follow me." Van said as he piloted is Blade Liger away from the camp.
"Alright, lets get this battle started." I said as my Red Horn roared.
"Bring it on!" Van said as the Blade Liger roared.
"I will take the first move!" I opened up with my anti-Zoid cannons which the Blade Liger doges effortlessly.
"Is that all?" Van taunted as he fired two shots from the Blade Liger's cannon, which hit the heavily armored part of my Zoids hull.
"Bring it on Flyheight!"

"Come on Strong, it shouldn't be much farther." Braeburn said as he and Strong Charger walked though the desert.
"You know, it possible that what Apple Seed saw was just in her imagination." Strong Charger said as a massive red robot crashes into some rocks next to them, "Or not." Strong and Braeburn take cover.
"What in tarnation are those things?" Braeburn whispers.
"Eat lead Flyheight!" One of the robots shouted as it began to spit fire from it back, at the other robot.
"Is that the best you go?!" The second robot says as it charges the first robot, and bites one of its legs, immobilizing it. "I win."
"Dang it. I guess you win Flyheight. Now let's head back to camp." The first robot said as the two robots get up and walk away.
"Hey Strong I think we should follow those things." Braeburn said as he begins to follow the robots with Strong Charger in tow.

"Hey Alex, I owe you 20 dollars." I shouted as I dismounted my Red Horn, next to the Blade Liger.
"Haha, I knew you couldn't beat Flyheight." Alex laughs.
"Excuse me, but Rudolph requests your presences." President Camford's assistant tells Van and I. We then follow her to the Hammer Head in the center of camp. As we enter we are greeted by Rudolph, Captain Herman, Colonel Schubaltz, and President Crawford.
"Ah, Van, Danny. Take a seat please." President Crawford says. As we take our seats Colonel Schubaltz turns on a projector.
"About one week ago, we all arrived in this strange land. So far the natives have been less then friendly, as shown by our recent rescue of his majesty. However, one question remains. How did we get here?" The Colonel says.
"Excuse me Colonel, I believe that I might be able to answer that." I said standing up, "One week ago, my team and I were looking though some ancient Zoidian ruins for an Orgaoid, which would increase our contract fee. However, we failed to find one, in my frustration I struck a console that was in the ruins, it was then that the ground began to give way. When I came to, my team and I were in this world. I think that if the Zoidans had a way to get here, then they must have a way to get back to planet Zi."
"That's a sound hypothesis Danny, but where could we find Zoidian tech in this strange world?" Rudolph says. As I am about to answer a soldier enters the room.
"Madame President, we have captured two of the natives, who tried to infiltrate the base." The soldier said saluting.
"Take us to them." President Camford tells the solider, who leads us to two tied up ponies.
"Well, it looks the like tables have turned." Rudolph says.
"Who are you two?" President Camford asks.
"I'll never talk to you creatures!" One of the, yells.
"Take them to the brig!" Captain Herman tells the solders, who take the two ponies to the Hammer Head, and place them in prison cells

What Goes Around Comes Around
The amount of things going wrong just seems to never end, first Rudolph was captured, and now the Republican's camp has been discovered. It doesn't help that we need to find a piece of ancient Zoidian in a place where their biggest technological achievement seems to be the steam engine. I don't know if my team can take it anymore. However, it helps that the legendary Van Flyheight is here, Van is known as one of the best pilots on Planet Zi. The Colonel is busy interrogating the two ponies that we captured I volunteered to help, but the Colonel knows my reputation with interrogations. I suppose it's just a matter of time until those two crack.
"We have a location were the ponies saw Zoidian markings." Colonel Schubaltz said walking out of the interrogation room, with Fiona.
"Well where is it?" Irvine asks.
"It's an archeological site, about two miles outside of the nearby town. However, we are going to have to move quickly as they will soon be moving any and all finds to the Canterlot museum. That is why Van, Fiona, and Danny will use the Blade Liger to infiltrate the site, and recover any Zoidian technology." The Colonel responds.
"But it's not like they are just going give us the tech." Irvine says.
"Which is exactly why Fiona, who is an Ancient Zoidian, will tell the archeologists that she is reclaiming the technology of her people." The voice of an old man says.
"Ah, Dr. D It's good to see you." Rudolph said walking up next to us.
"Ah, Rudolph it's good to see you, alive. Rosso told me what happened." Dr. D said.
"It's fine Dr. D." Rudolph replies.
"Alright, Danny, Van, Fiona. Get ready, to mobilize." The Colonel said. I grabbed my assault rifle, and met Van and Fiona at the Blade Liger.
"You guys ready?" I ask, as my team approaches.
"Hey, Danny we just wanna say. We hope you come back alive, and if you don't come back alive, who gets your cut of the contracts?" Alex laughs.
"Jess." I say.
"Yes?" Jess responds.
"You get my cut. I-I love you Jessica." I said hugging Jess.
"Oh, Danny. I love you too." Jessica kisses me.
"Ahem! We have a mission to go on, ah what the hell. I love you Fiona!" Van says
"I love you too Van!" Fiona kisses Van.
"Nnnnnnnnnnooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!" Thomas yells at the sky.
" Excuse me, but if you wouldn't mind ending this little love fest, and getting on with the mission!" Dr. D yells at us.
"Fine." Van says as he, Fiona, and I board the Blade Liger and set off for the archeological site.
"So, anyone up for some poker?"
"I'm in." Jess said
"Sure, I am game." Alex, and Maya say at the same time.

"Excuse me your highness, but the creatures have been sighted near Appaloosa. There are also reports, of a Braeburn Apple, and a Strong Charger have gone missing near where the creatures were sighted." A guard tell Princess Celestia.
"Send Shining Armor, my personal student, her friends, and a detachment of royal guards to Appaloosa." Princess Celestia tells the guard.
"Yes your highness." The guard bows and leaves.
"Excuse me sister." Princess Luna enters the throne room.
"What is it Luna? Cant you see that I am trying to mange a possible war here?" Celestia said.
"It has come to my attention that several artifacts coming from the Appaloosa dig site resemble the machines that the creatures are using." Luna says.
"Really?"
"Yes, really. I managed to take a look at several artifacts before they went on display in the museum." Luna smiles.

"We are gonna be at the dig site in thirty seconds." Van tells Fiona and I as he pilots the Blade Liger.
"I'm ready." I said loading my rifle.
"Alright this is it!" Van says as we arrive at the dig site, "Alright dismount!" The three of us jump out of the Zoid.
"Everyone on the ground now!" I shout as the ponies that were cleaning up lied down. I then grab on and point my rifle at it. "Where are the artifacts?!"
"Go to hell!" The pony yells.
"Hey Fiona. This one needs some convincing.
"Alright." Fiona walks up to me. "I am Fiona Elisi Linette, one of the last of the Ancient Zoidian people. You are defiling one of my people's sacred places. Return what you have stolen!" Fiona shouts
"T-they aren't here!" The pony says terrified.
"What do you mean they aren't here?" I said tightening my grip on the pony.
"They were shipped off to Canterlot yesterday. The transporter arrived early."
"Damn it! Fiona do you see anything they miss?" I asked Fiona.
"No, it looks like they got all of it." Fiona says.
"Zi damn it!" I drop the pony. "Alright if any of you get up before one hour has elapsed I will make sure that you don't live to see sunset." I made my way to the Blade Liger with Fiona and Van.
"Jeez, I can see why Irvine likes you." Van says as he mounts the Blade Liger
"Sorry, can't help it. I've been an orphan for almost three years. I have to vent all that anger somehow." I said helping Fiona into the Liger.
"Yeah, I understand the feeling. " Van said as he powered up the Liger.
"Right, I heard about your father. He died protecting two things that you would later come to hate. Shadow, and Raven." I said.
"What!? What do you mean my father died protecting Shadow and Raven?" Van shouted.
"He died protecting them from Prozen and Imperial troops. You know he intended to adopt Raven."
"Really?"
"Yeah. Raven ended up an orphan after Shadow escaped his pod and killed his parents. It was a few days later when your father found Raven cold, alone, and hungry."
"Jeez, I never knew." Van said as he piloted the Liger back into camp. "How did you know?"
"I was going though some Imperial records looking for the rouge unit that attacked, City of wind. Instead I ended up fining Raven's dairy." I said as Van dismounted, the Liger.
"Thanks Danny for telling me that." Van said as Fiona and I dismounted and headed towards the Hammerhead. Entering the main room of the Hammer Head we find a tense game of poker between Dr. D, Rudolph, President Camford, and Jess.
"Hey, we're back." I said interrupting the game.
"Yeah, yeah whatever. Now go away your throwing off my game." Dr. D shrugs us off.
"So, did you find the artifacts?" Colonel Schubaltz ask getting up from a chair with a half empty wine glass in his hand.
"Negative, the ponies moved them to the museum in Canterlot yesterday."
"Damn it. Looks like we have to attack the city." The Colonel says as he gulps down the rest of his wine, "Let's move."
"Actually, Colonel we can't. Massive sandstorms are about to hit, we couldn't travel that far in sandstorm conditions." Dr. D says as he looks up from his cards, stealing a peak at Jess'.
"Why you no good cheater"! Jess yells as she starts strangling Dr. D. I mange to pull her off Dr. D.
"Jess, you can't kill him now. You can kill him when we don't need him anymore. Okay?" I said trying to soothe Jess.
"Okay." Jess calms down and goes to raid the mini-fridge.
"I will call your bluff Madame President." Rudolph says.
"Damn it. You win Rudolph, you can expect the Zoid tech to arrive within a week of us getting back to Zi." President Camford says as says as she stands up and pours herself a bottle of wine, and pours a second one for Rudolph.
"Thank you, Madame President." Rudolph begins to drink.
"I still can't believe that you can drink under-age just because your the Emperor." I say grabbing a bottle of water.
"One of the many perks of being royalty." Rudolph smiles.
"Hey, Jess. Do you know where Maya and Alex are?" I ask turning to Jess.
"I think they went to help secure the Zoids for the sandstorms." Jess replies getting out a soda.
"Gotcha. I am going to go talk to Irvine." I said leaving the Hammer Head, and walking over to Irvine and his Zoid. "Hey Irvine."
"Hey Danny. How have you been?" Irvine asks as he ties down the tarp covering his Zoid.
"Not to bad. Before this all started we just completed a recon contract for the Empire, twenty-five grand payout."
"Twenty-five grand?!" Irvine looks at me.
"Yep, took about three months to complete. It was a lot of doing nothing. Enough about me, how are you, and how is Mom doing?" I ask.
"I'm doing as much as I can with the Guardian Force, so I'm pretty good. As for Mom, she is busier then ever."Irvine smiles as he finishes tying down the tarp. "I already tied down the Red Horn's tarp, Jess tied down the Zaber Fang's tarp, Maya tied down the Godos' tarp, and Alex tied down his Command Wolf's tarp." Irvine said standing up.
"You up for a drink?" I ask Irvine.
"I always am." Irvine said as we headed towards the Hammer Head.

My Little Zi: Zoids are Magic
The sandstorm has been raging for three days now. Many of the Zoid pilots are starting to grow depressed from not being able to pilot their Zoids, my team included. Much of me and my team's time is spent inside of the Presidential Hammer Head. The others boarding inside the Hammer Head are Van, Fiona, Irvine, Moonbean, Zeke, Dr. D, Colonel Schubaltz, Thomas Schubaltz, President Camford, Rudolph, Rosso, Viola, Maya, Jess, Alex, and myself. Several us have had to share rooms, which won't end well.
"Alex, where the hell is my underwear!?" I shout as I walk out of the shower room into the common room with only a towel hanging around my waist.
"Hey, don't ask me. Why don't you ask the girl that was snooping in our room?" Alex said gesturing to Jess who was putting her hair in a ponytail.
"Hey! I did no such thing, I was looking for our last contract so I could add it to our records." Jess said defending herself.
"Well if neither of you took my underwear, who did?!" I shouted as Zeke walks in with a pair of my boxers in his mouth, "Zeke, give me my boxers, please."
"Rawr." Zeke said as he dropped the boxers and walked off.
"Thank you." I said picking up the boxers and walking back to the shower room to dress.

"Let's move it ponies! Get on the train!" Shining Armor shouted as a detachment of guards specially trained in dessert combat enter the train.
"Hey Shining." Twilight said as she and her friends walk up to the train platform.
"Twilight I will be honest with you, I do not like you coming with us." Shining said as the last of the guards enter the train
"I know, but I want to see these creatures brought to justice."
"Yeah and I wanna help find ma cousin!" Applejack says.
"Alright, alright get on the train and I will tell you everything we know." Shining Armor sighs as he and the girls board the train.

"Hey, Dr.D you wanted to see us?" I asked as Van, Herman, and Colonel Schubaltz enter the Hammer Head's briefing room.
"Yes, I did." Dr.D presses a few buttons an a holographic map of the surrounding area. "Now, this map was created by using a mixture of the Red Horn's 3-D radar, and the Gordos' sensor array. Now when the sandstorm clears we will begin moving north towards this path." Dr.D points to a pass 50 miles to the north of our current position.
"Dr.D, what is going to stop the ponies from chasing us though there?" Van asked.
"I am glad you asked that Van. You see, that pass is actually a border between the Ponies, and the Griffons."
"Wait, what! Griffons!?" I yell.
"Yes, Griffons. I manged to get that little tidbit of information from the captured ponies. Now when we cross the pass we should have a clear path to Canterlot." Dr. D says finishing up.
"What about the Griffons?" Colonel Schubaltz says.
"If they give us trouble, kill them."
"I can get behind that." I said cracking my knuckles, "So Doc, when do you think the sandstorm should stop?"
"Within the next day or two. However, we will need to keep an eye on the nearby town. I am recommending that Captain Herman, as well as Danny go on foot and begin reconnaissance on the town."
"That may work. What do you say Danny?" Herman asked me.
"I say we give it a shot." I said. This recon would be the first time me and Captain Herman would work side by side, most of the contract work I did for the Helic Republic was either raiding supply depots, or providing fire support for retreating troops, with each supply depot being worth 2,500, and every fire support mission being worth 5,000. Even with those large payouts we still favoring Imperial contracts, because those were mostly taking our rouge squads of Zoid pilots, which may not have paid much, but gave my Jess and I a better feeling then when we completed Republican contracts. Maya and Alex on the other hand favored the contracts the the Republic gave us.
"Very good, head over to the armory and get equipped with dessert gear." Dr. D said as Herman and I exited the Hammer Head.
"Jeez, the sand storm in getting bad." I said as we exited the Hammer Head and shielding our eyes as we made our way to the armory that had been set up.
"Yeah, you wouldn't think that this storm would end any time soon." Herman said as we made our way into the tent that served as the armory.
"Ah, Captain Herman. Dr. D said that you two would be coming by. I already have the desert gear ready." The quartermaster said as he gave us two sets of desert survival gear.
"Thank you." I said putting on the helmet and goggles, while grabbing a sniper rifle from the gun rack.
"I take it you want me to be your spotter?" Herman said putting on the helmet.
"Yep, would you mind grabbing a thermal spotting scope?" I said grabbing a backpack, grabbing extra ammo as well as supplies, and filling the backpack with them.
"Sure." Herman said grabbing a all weather assault rifle, and a thermal spotting scope. "You ready Danny?"
"Yeah, let's rock." I said exiting the tent with Herman in tow.

"Oh my, would you look at the size of that sand storm!" Rarity exclaimed as they pulled into the Appaloosa station the day after they set off.
"Yes, reports say that this is one of the biggest on record." Twilight says staring though the windows.
"Here girls wear these." Shining Armor says as he throws each mare a pony sized dessert survival outfit.
"B-but, this clashes with my mane!" Rarity whines earning her a glare from everypony in the train car. "Fine."
"Jeez, you would think that the weather ponies here would have kept this sand storm from growing as big as it is." Rainbow Dash said putting the desert survival gear on.
"The weather ponies cant control this, because it came down from the north." Shining Armor said.
"But that's Griffon territory."
"I know." Shining Armor opens the car door.

"You see any activity Herman?" I said looking down the thermal sight of my sniper rifle.
"Negative. Wait, a train just pulled into the station." Herman says as he zooms in on the train.
"I see it, it looks like they are unloading troops."
"Yes, I can confirm that." Herman said.
"Oh no, not them." I said spotting the ponies that were there when I first arrived here, and when I recused Rudolph.
"You know them?" Herman asked.
"Yeah, they found us when my team and I first arrived here. Let's just say that the welcome was less then warm. Also, they have connections to the ruler of this world."
"Well, do you think we should radio that in?" Herman asked getting out the backpack radio and handing it to me.
"Yeah." I said turning on the radio, "Base, this is Recon 1. Come in over."
"Recon 1 this is Base, go ahead over." Colonel Schubaltz answers.
"Base, be advised we have observed a train unloading troops, repeat troops are being unloaded, break. Also, our little friends from when my team and I first got here have arrived as well, over." I said.
"Roger that Recon 1, come on back to base, over." Colonel Schubaltz says over the radio.
"Roger that, we will leave in 5." I said shutting down the radio, "Hey Herman, whats the range of the ponies?"
"500 meters."
"Perfect." I said as I line up a shot that will land at the Ponies' feet.
"Danny, what are you doing?"
"Just giving them some warning shots." I said as I began firing off shots causing the ponies to scatter, soon I have finished and turn to Herman. "Let's go"

"You know this storm is actually supposed to st-." Shining Armor says as he is interrupted by small parts of the ground around him. "Take cover!"
"Ahhhh!" Everypony screams as they run for cover. Soon the ground stops exploding.
"W-what was that?" Twilight asks shaking.
"It was a warning. They are telling us not to screw with them." Shining Armor says as he looks for the source of the explosions.

"Looks like the storm is starting to dissipate." I said as Herman and I entered camp to everyone getting their Zoids ready to move.
"Looks like we are breaking camp soon." Herman said as one of the Gojulas roared and began to move.
"Jeez, I forgot how loud those things were." I said as we made our way to the Hammer Head.
"Yeah, you get used to it." Herman said as we entered the Hammer Head.
"Colonel Schubaltz, Recon 1 reporting in." I said taking off my helmet and goggles.
"At ease. You guys got here right in time we are starting to break camp. Herman your mother would like to see you in the conference room.
"Great." Herman said as he walked to the conference room.
"Now Danny, get to your Zoid."
"Yes sir." I said as I walked out of the Hammer Head. I then went to the armory to drop off the gear that we had borrowed for the recon mission, Before I walked over to my Red Horn, only to find Rudolph in the pilot's seat.
"Oh, hey Danny. Mind if I drive for a bit?" Rudolph asks.
"Sure go ahead, I need some rest anyway." I said jumping into the back seat.
"Thanks, Red Horn mobilizing."

My Little Zi: Zoids are Magic
Griffons, a Raven, and a Reese
I am running. Running though what looks like a hospital, someone is yelling "Code Black" and someone else is yelling "Horns assemble!" and though all of this there are soldiers running in the same direction I am. I soon make it to the exit, I take a hat off of the hat stand, it's a Guylos Colonel's hat.
I awake in a cold sweat, I am in the back seat of the Red Horn.
"Bad dream?" Rudolph asks as he pilots the Red Horn staying in formation with the rest of the convoy.
"Rudolph does the phrase "Code Black" mean anything to you?" I ask.
"Yeah, it means the prince is missing. Why?"
"I just had the weirdest dream, and that was being yelled all around me." I said as the radar came alive "We have contacts!" I slid over to the radar controls only to see over 30 airborne contacts circling the convoy, "Holy shit. Rudolph, out of the seat, now."
"Got it." Rudolph hopped out pf the seat and made his way to the back seat.
"Hey you guys seeing these air contacts?" I ask over the radio.
"Yeah, are they ours?" Van asks.
"Negative, those are not ours." Fiona says.
"Griffons!" I hear one of the Gojulas pilots yell, as the cannons of his Gojulas begin firing.
"Great, what a way to make first impressions!"I scream as I fire on the flying Griffons with my Gatling guns, dropping over 20 of them, with the rest fleeing for their lives.
"Well, that should have go better, but at least we are in Griffon territory now. Forward march!" Colonel Schubaltz says as the convoy start moving again. Soon the desert gives way lush grasslands, soon we saw a large compound surrounded by Griffon guards.
"Well, that's a royal retreat if I ever saw one." Viola says though the radio from the Hammer Head being carried by the Gustav.
"Convoy, halt!" Colonel Schubaltz says, making the convoy ground to a halt. "Danny, Rudolph, Van, and Zeke please report to my Iron Kong please."
"Lets rock!" I said as I dismounted my Red Horn and helping Rudolph down to the ground. We then ran though the convoy to Colonel Schubaltz's Iron Kong. "You wanted to see us?" Van and Zeke ran up behind us.
"Yes, I want the four of you to be a diplomatic team, approach the compound and ask for entry." The Colonel says handing Van and I each a pistol. "You will then negotiate for safe passage, but don't worry we will be covering you."
"Alright, lets rock guys!" I said as I started to walk towards the compound.
"Who goes there!?" The Griffon guard yells at us.
"We are a diplomatic team, for the Helic Republic, and the Guylos Empire. We request entrance to negotiate for safe passage though Griffon land." I yell back.
"Very well. Open the gates!" The guard yells as the gates open and we walk in.
We that was easy." Rudolph comments as we are surrounded by Griffon guards.
"You were saying?" I said putting my hands up, as everyone else did the same. The Griffons then led us to a throne room with a regal looking Griffon sitting on a big throne in the center of the room with a teenage looking Griffon sitting rather bored looking sitting next to him.
"I am Emperor Strongbeak, and this is my daughter Gilda." The Griffon sitting on the throne said gesturing to the teenage Griffon next to him.
"Emperor Strongbeak, I am Emperor Rudolph Zeppelin the third of the Guylos Empire, I humbly request safe passage way to the pony city of Canterlot." Rudolph says bowing as Van, Zeke, and I do the same.
"What do you want safe passage to Canterlot for?" Strongbeak asks.
"Let's just say the reason is not all that diplomatic." Van says.
"I may grant you passage, but only if you can demonstrate your ability as warriors. We recently captured several bandits near here. Go to the pit and fight with them to the death." Strongbeak said as we are led to the dungeon where there is a large circular pit.
"Get in." The guard said as we jump into the pit as ten Griffons are pushed into the pit as well, there were bones all over the pit. "Fight!" The guard yells.
"Open fire!" I yell as Van and I whip out our pistols and begin shooting the Griffons until none were left. A ladder was then lowered into the pit and we climbed out. We were then led back to the throne room.
"It seems you have bested the bandits. I hereby grant you safe passage, in the form of this map, and my royal seal." Strongbeak gives us a map with a wax seal on it.
"Thank you your highness." I said as the four of us walked out of the compound back to Colonel Schubaltz. "Here you go." I hand Schubaltz the map, and the four of us split back to our Zoids, with Rudolph following me.
"Hey Danny, can I ask you a question?" Rudolph asks as we climb into my Red Horn.
"Yeah, what is it?" I reply.
"Do you know Marian?" Rudolph asks.
"Yeah, your engaged to her, right?"
"Well, yeah but we wont be married until we are eighteen. It's just I am not ready for a serious relationship right now."
."Well Rudolph, you have almost half a decade until you two get married, so don't worry about it. Now let's rock." I said as the convoy began moving again.

"Come on girls, the tracks lead this way." Twilight said as she follows the large tracks that the creatures' machines leave behind them.
"Twilight, we still haven't found ma cousin." Applejack said.
"She is right Twilight, we need to be looking for Braeburn and Strong Charger." Shining Armor said.
"But we have to find the creatures!" Twilight said.
"Twilight, these tracks lead to Griffon land, it will take days to get permission to go into Griffon land." Shining said to Twilight as he lead the girls up the mountain away from Twilight.

"Zoid contact!" Maya scream though the radio.
"My ears!" I said clutching my ears, "You could have just said Zoid contact."
"It's the Geno Breaker, and a Genosacuer!" Van shouts, which sends the convoy into a panic.
"Hey, stop panicking! We are not here to attack you!" A voice tells us though the radio.
"Raven!" Van says.
"Ah, Van it's good to see you again." Raven says though the radio before another voice buts in.
"Hello everyone!" A female voice says.
"Hey, Resse!" Fiona says happy to have another Ancient Zoidian around.
"If you two are going to join the convoy, get in the formation. Colonel Schubaltz says as the two Geno Zoids join the formation. Several hours later, it starts to get dark. Colonel Schubaltz tells everyone to stop and prepare the camp. Fiona, Viola, Moonbean, and Reese go off and talk about girl stuff, While my team and I sit around a camp fire.
"So guys, what kind of contract do you guys wanna get when we get back?" I ask the team, taking a bite of a protein bar.
"I think we should relax for a bit, maybe settle down for a few years. We have several hundred thousand in old payments saved up." Jess said.
"Jess are you kidding? We are mercs, we never settle down until we die." I said as Irvine walks up behind us.
"Hey guys, whats up?" Irvine asks as he takes a seat.
"Jess just suggested that when we get back, that we settle down." I said.
"Well, how much in payments do you guys have saved up?" Irvine asks.
"About three hundred thousand." Jess said.
"Well that's quite a nice profit. If I was in the same situation of your guys, I would do a few more jobs then I would settle down." Irvine says.
"Irvine, we are mercs. We can't settle down, our past would eventually catch up with us." said walking back to my Zoid to rest. I had just started getting comfortable in the back seat of the Red Horn, when the cockpit opened.
"Hey Danny." Jess said jumping into the cockpit.
"Oh, hey Jess whats up?" I said sitting up, as she moved next to me.
"Oh, not much." She said as she started taking off her shirt.
"Uh, Jess what are you doing?" I said backing up against the side of the cockpit.
"I want to be your Zoid." Jess says as she starts taking off her pants.

Yeah... I'm not even going to talk about last night.
"Well, that was an experience." I said jumping out of my Zoid, and walking towards the campfire.
"I take it that you two had fun last night." Irvine chuckles.
"Hey, I am not talking about what happened last night, okay?" I said as Jess exited my Red Horn.
"Hey, hey there is the possibly pregnant Zoid pilot now." Alex laughs earning a slap on the head from Maya."What was that for?"
"That was for being a jerk." Maya said as I sat down. Jess soon came over to us and sat down in my lap.
"Well, I guess that unspoken rule about mercenaries not getting intimate with with their partners, is bogus." Fiona says walking up to the camp fire.
That's only for mercenaries that are 18 and older." I laugh giving Jess a peck on the cheek.
"If you say so." Fiona says as Dr.D walks over to us
"Hey, the next time your two make love, could you do it less loudly I barely got any sleep last night." Dr.D yells for the whole camp to hear..
"Jeez, Doc. I don't think they quite heard you on the dark continent of Nyx." I snapped at the old man.
"Hey, it's not my fault that your Red Horn, isn't sound proof." Dr.D says walking off, only to be replaced by Colonel Schubaltz.
"Danny, Irvine follow me please." The Colonel says causing me to get up, inadvertently dumping Jess onto the ground.
"Danny!" Jess fumes, as Irvine and I sprint towards the Colonel.
"So Colonel, what do you want us to do?" Irvine asks as we reach his Mecha Kong.
"We need you two to go to the nearby town, and ask for directions to Canterlot." The Colonel says
"Wait, what?! What about that map Dr.D made?" I scream.
"It is not accurate, we need either a guide or a real map." Colonel Schubaltz says entering the Mecha Kong, after pointing to the direction of the town.
"Well, let's rock." Irvine says walking in the direction of the town.
"Hey." I said running after Irvine, "That's my line."

"What do you mean we are going back to Canterlot?" Twilight said as guards began loading gear into a train.
"Canterlot is the next target for the creatures." Shining said, "Apparently they are going to attempt to take some of the artifacts that were recently excavated from the ruins nearby. One of them called itself an Ancient Zoidian, and that the archeologists were defiling the resting place of its people."
"So all the creatures want are the artifacts?" Twilight says confused.
"It would appear so." Shining says boarding the train, "Now let's go, we have to get the defenses of Canterlot ready."

"Hey Danny, I'm sorry to ask this, but what happened the day City of Wind was attacked?" Irvine said as we walked down a path.
"Well." I sighed, "It started out just like any other day. Maya, Alex, Jess, and I were about to head our separate ways for the day, and head to each of our jobs. That was when we heard we heard the first explosion, then we saw Heldigunners, Molgas, and Rev Raptors. Alex suggested that we try and get to the Godos that we used for wind turbine repair, but at that moment we saw my supervisor, James, piloting one of them. He tried to take on one of the Rev Raptors, but they ganged up on him, so we ran. We ended up running back to my house, but when we got back it was too late. My family was either dead, or kidnapped, we knew because as we neared my house several Rev Raptors walked out of a large hole in the house. The only reason we stayed in the city for as long as we did was so that everyone else could check up on their families, but it was the same everywhere we went. Later we were wandering with only a days worth of supplies, then Alex suggested that we go into this cave that was nearby. When we went in, we discovered a Republic supply depot that had captured Guylos Zoids, as well as Helic Zoids, awaiting, surprisingly they still worked, so we took them without asking." I said frowning remembering the tragedy that happened that day.
"I know how you feel man." Irvine says as they near a town
"Alright, lets try not to kill the locals, okay Irvine?" I smile
"No promises."
"I expected as much." I sigh "We should split up to cover more ground."
"Sounds good to me."

"Thank you." I said handing the store keep some monies that i "acquired" from some helpful griffons in exchange for a atlas of the planet. As I walk outside i see a group of griffins forming a circle around something, as i got closer to the circle i saw a griffin fighting a taller figure, "Zi damn it, Irvine." I said making my way into the circle
"Hey Danny.' Irvine says dodging an attack from the griffin
"I said not to kill the locals."
"Actually, you said to try and not kill the locals.'
"They are basically the same thing!"
"No, there is a difference." Irvine says as he knocks out the griffin "Who is the boss?!"
"You are under arrest!" Two uniformed griffons bark as they enter the circle and slap cuffs on the Irvine.
"Woah, woah! What am i being arrested for?!"
"Assault, and attempted robbery!" They yell as they lead him away.
"Shit." Danny said putting the Atlas into his pack

"Your highness, we have reports of the monsters in the border region to the north of Canterlot." Shining Armor reports to Celestia.
"Can we mobilize our armies?" Celestia asks
"That would be unwise,since Canterlot is their likely target we need to keep as many soldiers here as possible."

"Honestly i can't believe you almost killed the ambassador to the Zebra kingdoms." I said as we walked out of the griffin jail
"Well, he started it. HE hit me when i accidentally spilled his drink." Irvine says rubbing his wrists
"That is not what 25 witnesses said." I sigh as we leave the town
"So, you and Jess." Irvine said changing the subject, "Did you guys wear protection?"
"Condoms are not part of standard military supplies." I said. The following hour long walk back to camp was a silent one.

"So I take it that you were successful in your mission?" Colonel Schubaltz asks as we enter the Hammer Head.
"yep, and Irvine only got arrested once." I said placing the atlas i bought on the table.
"Ah, very good." Dr.D says examing the book "By the way, Jess is pregnant."
'W-w-w-w-what?" I said as the blod drained from my face
"Hahahahahah! You should have seen the look on your face, but we won't know the results until we get back to ZI." Dr.D laughs
"I hate you." I walked out of the Hammer Head and back to the Red Horn to catch up on some Zs.

"Great another crazy dream.' I thought to myself as i found myself in what looks like a prison
"Move it worm!" A creature that look much similar to a Zebra pushed what looked like a girl around the same age as Rudolph, who i easily recognized even in sorry state, Marian, the fianceé of Rudolph.

Detour time!
"Hey, guys." I said leaving the Red Horn early in the morning so that i could tell my dream. Now i know that you are asking why I didn't ask them when i woke up from the dream, the answer is because i was fucking to tired to care!
"Hey Danny!" Rudolph smiles taking a sip from the freshly brewed coffee
"Hey Rudolph, was Marian with your party when you fell into the hole?" I ask sitting on one of the logs we used for a hair grabbing a mug and a bag of hot chocolate mix because I prefer mocha to black.
"Oh crap! Marian!" Rudolph said standing up with a panicked look on his face.
"Relax, i think i might know where she could possibly be." I said taking a sip of my mocha
"Well where could she be!?" Rudolph almost screams.
"The Zebras have her." I said taking a second sip
"The Zebras. You have to be fucking with me!"
"Nope, afraid not." Colonel Schubaltz said walking up to us, "We intercepted a courier, with a letter from the ponies saying that they would accept the female creature.
"So, what does Zebra country look like?" I ask
"Plains and jungle, they are the most technologically advanced race on this planet, according to the atlas." Schubaltz says mounting his Mech Kong. "We mobilize in 1 one hour!" He shouts to the troops.
"We got time." I said taking another sip "Oh, nice a marshmallow!"

"Ah, Canterlot. It's good to be back, even though it is now heavily armed." Twilight smiles as she steps off the train, and onto the platform.
"Ah, Twilight, come we have much to discuss." A voice Luna says from the inside of a carriage.
"Of course princess." Twilight and all of her friends step into the carriage, only for the doors to slam shut and for metal tendrils to wrap around them. The Zebra driver smiles and drives the carriage away.

"On, the road again, i can't fucking believe we are on the road again." Alex groan sings as the Command Wolf falls behind the Gordos.
"Shut up Alex, you didn't make Honor Choir back home, you won't make it here." Maya snickers
I smiles at their bickering, and open up a private comm channel with Jess "Zi, i can't believe we could be parents." I sigh.
"I know, i mean we could maybe retro fit the Red Horn into a Nursery." Jess suggests
"No, no, no. We need a Gustav, and convert one of its trailers." I sigh, "That's gonna be about 90K for a good gustav, the trailers, and the supplies needed to convert them. Maybe we should settle down." I sigh
"Score one of the family life." Jess smiles widely as a rocket explodes over head.
"CONTACT!" I scream as more rockets explode over head, due to the AA systems shooting them down.
"Protect the President!" The comns chatter, "Protect, the Emperor"!".
"Where the hell is that coming from!?" I scream.
"Zebras!" Jessica shouts as she fires a few 90mms at Zebras with RPGs
"Geez, the atlas wasn't kidding! These Zebras are advanced!" Alex shouts as he crushes one of the zebras with his laser strike claws.
"You don't think we haven't noticed?!" Jess yells as her Zoid grabs one in its mouth, popping the head off it, causing the loose head to nail my canopy.
"Watch it! That head just hit me!" I yell as the Ptereas begins to bomb the Zebras causing them to retreat
"Hell yeah!" Van smiles as the last of the Zebras disappear into the surrounding jungle.
"Forward march!" Colonel Schubaltz says as his Mecha Kong begins advancing
"Alright you heard the man, lets' rock!" I smile, "You okay Rudolph?"
"Just peachy." Rudolph smiles "I just wanna get my girl back!"
"That is the spirit!" I smile again

"s-stop please!" Marian begs as a Zebra beats her.
"We will stop, when you tell us who you are spying for!" A zebra in a camouflage uniform and a red beret says slapping her with his hoof.
"General, The Elements of Harmony fell for the trap. We got them!" A messenger smiles
"Good, good. Send them in." The General stops beating Marian, "Looks like you will be getting some new cell mates." She smirks as Twilight and her friends are thrown into the cell, bound, and gagged.
"T-thats it, I am officially dead." Marian sighs as she reaches over and undoes the gag on Twilight, "Hello?"
"Who the hell are you?!"" Twilight shouts
"Well, it would be nice if you weren't so rude. But, i will tell you anyway, I am Lady Marian, fianceé to his majesty Emperor Rudolph Von Zeppelin the third." Marian smiles before passing out from the pain.
"Well, well, looks like your little friend won't be of any help to you, and don't think about using your unicorn magic, because this building is charmed." The General laughs slapping Twilight.
"Ow, why are you doing this?!" Twilight screams
"Quiet and i will tell you." The General slaps Twilight again shushing her, "We recently found some ruins, that allowed the Zebra people to advance up the technological food chain, to the top! No longer will we be considered second rate, soon we will rule the world, when we revive the mighty Death Saurer!" The General laughs evilly as another messenger enters
"General, the advanced platoon has been wiped out by the creatures! Only 3 survived, they tell that the cretures had large machines, 3 times bigger than our APCs." The messenger says nervously
"Damn! We will need to accelerate the process. Tell Dr. Froid to begin the awakening!"

Zebras, fucking Zebras, I never thought i would be fighting Zebras ever in my life, but then again I never thought i would be in a world filled with pastel colored ponies, and such. Some of the readers of this journal might be wondering why my entries have been getting short, well it's because paper is short, and so are pencils, which are used for planning, and plus I am getting really board right now since we are gonna be fighting Zebras that have effing RPGs
"Jungles, I hate jungles." I grumble not having a good track record with jungles as my Red Horn trudges on
"Still sore about that vacation we took a few years back?" Maya smiles putting the Gordos on auto pilot
"Maybe. Those Realgas were everywhere." I shudder remember those silk spitting mini-Molgas
"Yeah that was funny." Alex chuckles as the convoy stops
"Artillery units, get into position prepare to bombard the city!" Colonel Schubaltz says
"Roger." Maya and the Gojuolas pilot got into bombardment position
"You may fire when ready." Colonel Schubaltz says as the gougoulas and the Gordos begin to open fire with their heavy guns, the loud booming shots were almost deafening
"Hey Rudolph, earplugs?" I asked handing Rudolph who was still in my zoid, a pair of ear plugs.
"Thank you." Rudolph says taking the earplugs and putting them in. I soon did the same

"I can't believe those no good Zebras manged to ponynapp Twilight and her friends.' Shining Armor grumbles to Princess Celestia who was with him inside of the armored carriage that was part of a massive invasion force.
"Relax, Captain. We will find them." Celestia sighs, "Never have I thought that we would be invading Zebra Territory." Celestia sighs as there is a knock on the carriage door, "Come in."
"My highness, the town we are approaching has already been attacked!" A soldier said opening the carriage door
"What?!" Celestia yells as she exits the carriage only to see smoke rising form the horizon, "So, it appears that creatures are here too." Celestia smiles
"We also recovered two pony hostages your highness."

"\Artillery, how are you on ammo?" Van asks as the convoy moves though the jungle at a snails pace.
"Gordos is green on ammo, picking up alot of Zebra radio chatter, mostly military, they are talking about something called Dino Kifo, not sure what that translates to in Zoidian." Maya said as her Gorods trudges along the path blazed by the Mecha Kongs.
"How long until we reach the capital?" Alex asks
"Well according to the atlas the town we just destroyed was memorial town to the deadly Zebrian genocide at the hands of girffins." Dr. D radios
"Directions now, history lesson later.' Colonel Schubaltz says annoyed
"Fine, take an eastward heading and we should reach the capital. Hmm, according to the atlas, there is a research base, and prison just to out northeast, ."
"I bet that is where they are keeping Marian. Colonel, head to the research base." Rudolph radios
"Roger, that. Convoy change heading to 0376." Colonel Schubaltz says as he Mecha Kong begins to turn east ward.

"All units hold." The radio crackles to life jolting me awake.
"Wait, whut?" I said sitting up in the backseat, to find Rudolph piloting
"Glad to see your awake Danny, you heard me all units hold position. We are nearing the research base, which doubles as the prison."
"That sounds bad." I said sighing
"yep, we are sending in a four person rescue team." Colonel Schubaltz said
"Lemme, guess. My team has been chosen to infiltrate." I said groaning
"Bingo." The Colonel laughs
"Fucking 1st Panzer Division airhead." I grumble as i leave the Red Horn grabbing my rifle, and meeting my team at the Hammer Head to get the needed, mainly spare magazines, and black suits.
"Does this black suit make my butt look big?" Jess smiles.
"Um, would you take it as an insult if I said yes? I smile.
"Yes, i would." Jess smiles kissing me
"Then yes they do." I say' only to get a slap to the face
"Well, at least you are honest." She smiles putting her balaclava on.
"Alright team, let's rock!" I smiles putting my own balaclava on.

"Hallway clear." Alex whispers though his throat mike.
"Roger, Maya get on that computer." I order as we enter a control room
"Roger." Maya said jogging over and soon started typing on the computer, "Cell 2187, she is in cell 2187!"
"Alright, Jess your with me. Maya, you and Alex get as much information as you can, we will get Marian." I said
"Roger." Alex said
"Let's rock Jess." I said exiting the room, and walking towards the cell block.
"Heads up, Zebra armed." Jess said pointing the a patrolling Zebra with a SMG slung over his back.
"Take the shot." I said moments before Jess fires a shot from her silenced rife, one shot, one kill
"Here we are Detention Block AA-23." I said as i entered the row of prison cells.

"Detention control, Detention control. This is central command, you failed to check in; is everything alright?" A radio on the console crackled startling Alex
"Uh, roger Central Command, this is Detention Command, we just had a slight weapons malfunction here, we're fine, uh, how are you?" Alex smiles weakly.
"Who is this? Let me speak to Commander Jaji!" The radio crackles, before Alex shoots it with his side arm, before radioing myself "Danny we are gonna have company."
"Roger that we are nearing the cell." I said getting on the left side of Cell 2187, while Jess takes the left side. I press the button, that opens the cell doors revealing a beaten Marian, but also the six brightly colored ponies from the castle. "Great you six.' I enter the cell and kneel down next to Marian, "Lady Marian are you alright?"
"A little bruised, but nothing my love for Rudolph can't fix." Marian smiles as i pick her up.
"Can you six walk?" Jess asks the ponies
"I reckon we can, right girls?" The orange pony says, the other ponies respond with yeses.
"Alright follow us." I said walking out of the cell only to see Zebras on both ends of the Detention block, "shit!" i take cover inside the cell and blind fire my rifle. "Where the hell can we go!?"
" Garbage shoot!" Jess screams and kicks in a grate next to the cell
"Alright everyone in!" I yell and make the ponies go in, I had Marian to Jess "You take care of her I will cover you!"
"Alright." Jess said taking Marian and sliding down the shoot. I throw grenades in both directions and jump into the shoot, landing in a soupy trash filled chamber.
"Ugh, this place is disgusting." I said
"Danny come in." Alex says though our radio channel.
"This is Danny, go ahead."I answers my radio.
"It looks like you are in a trash compacter."
"Something just touched me!" Jess screams.
"That was me!" The pink pony laughs
"Alright, i should be able to open the door." Alex said as the door outside opens, "Take a right and it should take you right outside."
"Many thanks." I said as we exit, we follow Alex's instructions and emerge in motorpool, Alex and Maya were waiting in a jeep 'In the jeep, let's go, let's go!" I help load the ponies and then Marian into the jeep before finally getting in myself. Soon we were back at the convoy
"Marian!" Rudolph yells running and hugging his Fianceé
"Twilight!" A voice from the jungle says, as 30 heavily armored ponies appear jump out of the brush
"Pinkie pie!" The pink pony smiles.
"ROOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRR!" A massive roar sounds from the direction of the research complex,
"Oh no." Van says looking at the complex just in time to see the motherfucking Death Saucer, emerge out of the center of the complex.
"Well, looks like we are screwed." I sigh taking off my balaclava.

The Final Round, and a Frigile Peace
If anyone finds this, let the record state that i did scrub the Hammer Head's toilet with Alex's toothbrush
"All units full retreat!" Colonel Schubaltz orders as man scramble to get to their Zoids and run away from the power that was the DeathSarceur
"I thought you were all powerful.' The pony captain know as Shining Armor smirks
"Against a regular army, we are, but the Deathsarceur, is a different story." I yell running to my zoid
"Power fluctuations detected!" Dr. D yells
"It;s firing! Get down!" I order as the ancient zoid fires it charged particle cannon at the research compound it had emerged from, several zoids that had left eariler began coming back, 'What the hell are you guys doing back here?!"
"The pass is blocked by a landslide, we are trapped in the valley!" The pilot of the Command Wolf yells
"Shit. Colonel, the pass is blocked we need to make a stand!" I yell running towards the Colonel
"Damn it! All units, get into firing position, Raven, Reese, both of you as well."
"Roger." Came the response from the geno zoid pilots
"All units prepare to fire!" Herman said booting up his zoid's combat system
"Alright, guys you heard the man, all power to weapons systems!" I order as i power up the Red Horn's entire arsanal of weapons. "Red Horn ready."
Maya radios in "Goros ready."
Then Alex "Command wolf ready."
Finally Jess radios in "Zaber Fang ready."
"All B-company units are ready Colonel." I radio
"Republic units are standing by." Herman radios as well
"All units fire at will!" The colonel shouts as every single zoid opens fire on the massive zoid, the massive discharge of weapons created a very large dust cloud, when the dust finally clears it was clear that we had an effect on the zoid, as there were large holes in its armor, but it was still standing. "Fire again!" All zoids fire their weapons, the six ponies i had helped rescue began to glows strange colors and fired a beam of what looked liked pure energy at the Deathsarucer, which once again kicked up large amounts of dust, but this time when the dust settles, the Deathsarcur had fallen to the ground with a mighty THUD, and subsequently exploded.
"Hell yeah!" I scream in joy as the shock waves passes by the army
"Rear contact!" I hear Lt. SChubaltz scream a pony army as large flying carriage lands at the rear of our army
I jump out of the Zoid, and join Rudolph and President Crawford at the carriage, as a large white pony steps out. "I see you have beat us to the Zebras, I am Princess Celestia, of the Equestrian Kingdom.."
"I am Emperor, Rudolph of the Guylos Empire, adn this is President Crawford of the Helic Republic, we would like to head back to our world without anymore confrontation.'
"As would we, you may scavenge the remains of the research facility." Celestia smiles,
"Thank you, your majesty." President Crawford bows
8 Months later
I smiles as I as park the jeep i was driving in the garage of the new house, that i share with my now fianceé, Jessica. I think i should fill you all in on what happened after we destroyed the Deathsarucer, it turns out that the Zebras actually already had a portal set up to transport anything to Planet ZI, they were planning an invasion, Dr. D manged to get the portal into working condition, and we brought the army though, we ended up not to far from Van Flyheight's home town. Rudolph as well as President Crawford, recognized that my team and I had contributed significantly to the army returning to Planet Zi, they nominated all of us to become members of the Guardian Force, however, we had to pick a side, Imperial, or Republican. I chose Guylos, Alex chose the Republic, Jess chose Guylos, Maya chose the Republic. Just like that the team was divided, and disbanded after 3 years of being mercenaries doing what we wanted. Now I am Lt. Daniel C. Hall, potential commander of the 11th Panzer Division of the Guylos Empire, Jessica had already become Commander of the 12th Panzer Division of the Guylos Empire. Jess was promoted quicker then I was due to the fact that I am and I quote "A loose cannon with little to no respect for military command." However, it doesn't really matter because, as of right now Jessica is on maternity leave, yes you heard my maternity leave, I got her pregnant, we manged to convert part of the house into a nursery, and as of right now she is eight month pregnant. I haven't heard from Alex, or Maya other then the fact that Alex was on the fast track to a command position, and Maya had joined the Republic's Intelligence Agency. My Red Horn had received numerous up-grades, I was offered a Dark Horn, but i turned it down, because i do not trust dark zoids.
We left the pony's world, under the contract that we would not return, and that the ponies would not come to our world, if either side broke the contract, war would be declared.
"Honey, I'm home!" I smile entering the main foyer.
"Ahhhhhhh!" I hear Jessica scream in pain
"Jess!" I yell and run into our room
"The baby is coming!" She screams
"Shit, shit, shit! Let me call an ambulance!" I yell dialing 911
"No! The baby is coming now!" Jess screams grabbing my hand
"911, what is your emergency?" The operator asks
I quickly explain the situation to the operator, who dispatches an ambulance to the house, but it was too late the baby was already crowning. Luckily the operator manages to walk us though the birthing with ease. By the time the ambulance arrived, or first child was already being nursed by her mother.
"What should we name her?" I ask.
"How about Sarah?" Jess smiles as the paramedics give the baby a once over
"Sarah, Jeanette Hall. I like it." I smile laying next to my wife, and my new daughter.
