No matter what, love knows no gender. Love sees no boundaries. Love is limitless. Love conquers all. Love never fails.”- 1 Corinthians 13:8 A pair of eyes slowly opened as a small white bunny was heard sniffing. "Angel?..." a female voice asked as the bunny looked towards her. The small fluffy white bunny by the name of Angel was laying across the belly of a girl by the name of Fluttershy. Fluttershy had pink hair that drizzled down to a certain point so that she could easily hide her face if she wanted to. But at the certain moment, her hair was everywhere as Angel the bunny looked closer at the half-asleep female. "Good... morning..." Fluttershy barely said as Angel lightly stomped his feet on Fluttershy's belly. "Oh... you're hungry angel bunny?" the pink-haired girl said as she forced herself to get off the bed. Angel nodded as Fluttershy tried to crawl out to fulfill the order from her pet bunny. Fluttershy was a very shy and quiet girl that seemed to barely talk. But her quiet nature and soft personality never stopped her from doing what she loved - taking care of animals. The shy female lived somewhat on the edge of Ponyville. No one knew why the small town was named 'Ponyville', but that didn't matter. It was a very healthy town. Even when healthy, Ponyville was very young town. No less than a hundred years old, Ponyville was a very cheerful place to be. And Fluttershy's cottage was not that shabby. It had all the things necessary to live fairly well. A hand crank well supplied an abundance amount of water for the animals and for her. The water from the well was connected to the bathroom, which wasn't a problem. Running water, food, and a comfortable home, Fluttershy loved the place she lived at. Fluttershy groaned sleepily as Angel began to get a bit impatient. "What time is it, Angel?" Fluttershy asked as Angel jumped off the tired human. Angel grabbed a nearby clock and shoved it in his owner's face. "Five... 'oclock?..." Fluttershy grumbled out as she tried to open her eyes. The sun hadn't risen up yet, the darkness of the very early dawn still lingering outdoors. Fluttershy let out a very lazy yawn and fumbled with the covers. "Five more minutes, Angel bunny..." Fluttershy said softly as she collapsed back into the pillow. Angel crossed his arms and was starting to fume. Despite being a 'lowly' bunny, he was actually quite intelligent. The small bunny hopped off of Fluttershy's stomach and to the side of her. Using his bunny strength, Angel managed to budge Fluttershy closer to the edge of the bed. Amd then in the end, Fluttershy fell to the ground. *CRASH* "I'm awake, I'm awake!!" Fluttershy exclaimed as the covers over her was moving wildly. She got out from under the covers and looked up on top of the bed to see Angel still crossing his arms. "Good morning, Angel." Fluttershy said with a smile. Angel nodded and hopped off the bed. He went down the staircase in Fluttershy's room to go down to the living room. Fluttershy crawled out from under the covers and stood up by grabbing onto the side of the bed to help her. Wearing only panties and a very over-sized shirt, Fluttershy stretched and groaned a little as her muscles became a little loose. Her breasts popped out as her arms were brought behind her back in a good stretch. Now stretching down to touch her feet, her juicy ass popped out as she now stood straight up. Outside, it was still fairly dark, the sun was still in slumber as the moon began to make way for the dawn. Fluttershy yawned lazily as she wore pants and almost stumbled on to her face. It would take a few minutes before she could at least move well. A few minutes later... Fluttershy walked down the wooden staircase with ease as the old wood creaked with each step. It was an old cottage that went through many things. One of them being time. The creaky wood was a small alarm for animals she cared for. As Fluttershy got to the bottom of the steps, little woodland creatures such as squirrels, chipmunks, bunnies, and many others greeted her. The birds; such as the cardinal and blue jay, also greeted Fluttershy with a lively soft chirp. A meadow lark hovered nearby Fluttershy as she placed a finger out. The bird's small, but somewhat sharp talons easily grasped around Fluttershy's fingers as she began to vocalize a tune. "Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah..." Fluttershy sang beautifully. The bird echoed back the same tune and flew off, leaving a smile on Fluttershy's face. She cared so much for the animals. As each day passed of taking care of them, Fluttershy would always be more eager to take care of them. It was her passion for the creatures of the forest, big or small. She would always take in the injured and nurse them until they were better. Most of the animals would thank her and leave, sometimes never seeing them again. Others however, would stay by Fluttershy and live nearby. Fluttershy walked into the kitchen and shivered as she did. Cold air from outside would always seep inside the house and chill the temperature down. Fluttershy shuddered a little as she grabbed a kettle and placed the heat on. With the heat, Fluttershy quickly filled the kettle with a nearby water bucket. There wasn't much running water in the kitchen, and Fluttershy could somehow manage. Fluttershy soon tried to warm herself up by using the heat of the stove and her arms to contain the heat. With the kettle on, Fluttershy began to do her daily chores. Ranging from bird seeds to animal chow, Fluttershy was stocked just a little more than enough to feed the animals for a whole year. Fluttershy heaved a giant bag of animal food which looked like green pellets. With a giant metal bowl strategically placed around the house, Fluttershy would fill each station one by one for the animals. And as she moved on, bird seeds would be filled into the bird feeder for the birds. Fresh cold water would also be poured for the animals with the kibbles. It was hard work, but Fluttershy loved animals that much. As the kettle was now boiling, Fluttershy noticed that Angel wasn't eating at all. In fact, he didn't even have a nibble. "Angel? Did you eat?" Fluttershy asked. Angel shook his head, earning a horrified look from Fluttershy. "You have to eat something!" Fluttershy went into the bag of animal chow and offered a few pieces to her pet bunny. "Go on! Eat! It's good!" Fluttershy said, getting on her knees. The 'click' and 'clack' of the kibbles hit the wooden floor as Fluttershy wanted Angel to at least try it out. Angel looked up at Fluttershy with an unamused look as Fluttershy tried to feed him one. "C'mon! Open wide!" she said, placing the food between her fingers. She offered it to Angel, in which turned it down. "See? It's good!" Fluttershy said, acting like she was eating it. Angel's expression plainly said; "I'm not stupid." He crossed his arms as he knew Fluttershy's ways to feed animals. Fluttershy could see that Angel wasn't even going to have a nibble and brought the animal chow close to her lips. Slowly reaching her mouth, Fluttershy wanted to at least prove to Angel that it was good. Fluttershy grimaced a little as she let the kibble drop into her mouth. With her teeth munching on kibble of nutrition, Fluttershy let out a weak and a very slightly disgusted smile as Angel still looked unamused. "If you're not going to eat this, what are you going to eat?" Fluttershy asked. Angel gave Fluttershy a look with a raised eyebrow that meant, "The usual." "Oh, I hope I have some vegetables left..." Fluttershy said, scurrying towards the fridge as Angel followed after her. The kettle began to whistle as Fluttershy opened the fridge to see things she obtained. "No... cabbage, celery, carrots, celery..." Fluttershy listed in her head as Angel tugged on Fluttershy's pants about the kettle. "And there isn't any tomatoes... Or lettuce, cucumbers..." It was whistling fairly loud as Fluttershy continued to browse through the fridge. "Angel bunny, how about onions?" she asked, holding the smelly vegetable in front of Angel's sensitive nose. The anal-nasally smell of onions struck Angel's sensitive smell, almost gagging him. "Oh, and avocado!" Fluttershy said as the kettle whistled even louder. "And leek!!" Angel knew what the vegetables were and gagged a bit more to think of the three vegetables together. "Are you in the mood for a salad, Angel bunny?" Fluttershy asked. "Onion and leek in mashed avocado!" Angel shook his head and tried to clear his mind about the taste and pointed towards the kettle. "The kettle!!" Fluttershy said, dropping the three vegetables in the fridge. Fluttershy turned off the heat immediately as the boiling water steamed out of the kettle through a narrow hole. Angel wiped the sweat off his forehead with his arm as he leaned against the fridge. However, leaning against the fridge triggered an avalanche of watermelons and cantaloupe. One large green watermelon and two cantaloupes tumbled out from the fridge and almost crushed Angel, who luckily dove out of the way. But the angle of the floorboards was in such a way that it was downhill. The three savage fruits chased after Angel as Fluttershy hummed a soft tune, oblivious of what was happening. Fluttershy had a mug out and scooped a small spoon of instant coffee in the thick glass mug. Instant coffee was equivalent of shit in many people's eyes, but Fluttershy had gotten use to it. Fluttershy couldn't afford afford a coffee maker, and this was a way to intake caffeine. She continued to hum as the fruits continued to go after Angel, who was running for his life. The floorboard behind him would creak, giving the fruit a place to roll easily. Fluttershy poured the very hot scalding water into the mug as it made a pretty swirl. With a good amount of water with the coffee, Fluttershy got a spoon to mix the two together well. Now at the end of the living room, Angel circled back to the kitchen as the three monstrous fruits rolled after Angel. The other animals that lived at Fluttershy's cottage stared at him as the three tumbling fruits of death rolled. A chipmunk had a kibble in his paw and slowly chewed, watching in pure focus. Many animals did also as Angel was soon running out of breath. Fluttershy placed the lid back on the instant coffee and the kettle onto the cold part stove top. Bringing the mug close to her face, she blew into the cup slowly and lightly took a small sip. The intense heat of the hot water along with the flavor of coffee traveled down her esophagus. Fluttershy could feel the liquid making the journey through her digestive tract. Angel was nearing the kitchen and had no place to run. All he could do was run back to the fridge. As his legs were tiring out, Angel dove at the foot of the fridge as the villainous watermelon along with it's subordinates, the two cantaloupes. The fruits rolled closer, but lost speed as it bumped at the uneven floor boards. The three fruits began to roll even slower as it soon became stationary. The fruits were mere inches away as Angel cowered and shook in fear. "Angel, do you want to-" Fluttershy stopped as she looked around to see the three fruits around Angel. "Angel you silly bunny! We don't have fruit yet!" Fluttershy said as she grabbed the watermelon with two hands. She placed the ginormous green fruit back in the fridge along with the two smaller cantaloupes. Angel soon noticed that he was safe and looked around, seeing that Fluttershy had placed the devilish evil fruits away. "We'll have them by lunch, Angel!" Fluttershy said, wagging a finger at the terrified bunny. "Now, I know that you want a fresh salad for breakfast, so wait a bit longer, okay?" Angel couldn't move very well due to the traumatizing experience and only nodded. Some time later... By then, all animals were fed for the morning. Except Angel. With all the time, Fluttershy had washed, dressed up, and written a list for the ingredients for Angel's salad. Wearing a green sweater, her breasts were amplified to the max that went went perfect with her eyes. With yellow shorts, Fluttershy held a decently-sized straw basket and walked out of her cottage. Ponyville was fairly close to Fluttershy's home, about a minute's walk. The open market was kind of around the other side of town, so Fluttershy had a bit of walking to do. The majestic sun was now rising up from the sky, illuminating the land that was shrouded in the night. It was late dawn, the time where most of the townsfolk would start to bustle up and start their day. The dew from the grass had already evaporated and the air was a bit chilly. The sweater would at least keep Fluttershy warm enough for the morning. It was Summer, and the day would just get hotter and hotter. The bridge went over the water and entered through the entrance of Ponyville. Soon, Fluttershy reached the town and just had to find the fresh market somewhere on the other side of town. And as usual, Sugarcube Corner was always by the right-hand side. People were already out of their houses, going about their own personal day. Fluttershy looked back to see Rarity's Carousel Boutique, with the lights still off. "Rarity must be still having her beauty sleep." Fluttershy thought, smiling a bit. She looked back at Sugarcube Corner and wanted to pop in and say 'hello' to Pinkie Pie. But what if she was away for a bit? And if only Mr. and Mrs. Cake were there, what would she say after she greeted them? It would be awkward. Deciding not to pop in, Fluttershy walked pass Sugarcube Corner to find the market on the other side of town. Fluttershy walked pass the sweet shop and through the streets. Soon, the small section of the market was in sight. Very early in the morning, people were actually up to get the freshest vegetables and fruits. The sun was already getting higher in the sky as each minute passed. Fluttershy got out a list of the vegetables she needed for Angel's meal. "I can't let him starve to death..." Fluttershy thought as she read the list. _ _ -Lettuce -Tomatoes -Cucumbers -Celery -Carrots _ _ Those were the things that she at least needed. Looking up, the stands were a bit more packed, making it somewhat difficult to get through. The bustling noise of the early rush hour of chatter, moving of merchandise, and other sounds of town life soon filed in to start out the day. "Oh, excuse me. Sorry! Pardon me!" Fluttershy said as she squeezed through to get to a line. She had made it to the stand selling tomatoes and looked at the list. _ _ -Lettuce -~~Tomatoes~~ -Cucumbers -Celery -Carrots _ _ "Okay... Got tomatoes..." Fluttershy, crossing it out. "5 bits, hon'." "What?" "Do you want to buy a tomato or not?" a voice asked. Fluttershy looked behind the list to see a woman waiting for Fluttershy to make her payment. "Oh, sorry!" Fluttershy said. She quickly dug up the number of bits appropriate enough to purchase the red fruit. She handed the 5 bits to the woman as she began to talk. "Thanks, hon'." the woman said, handing Fluttershy a giant, plump and juicy tomato. "Next!!" Fluttershy quickly moved out of line and placed the tomato in her basket. "What's next?..." Fluttershy thought as she positioned herself out of the crowd. _ _ -Lettuce -~~Tomatoes~~ -Cucumbers -Celery -Carrots _ _ "Lettuce..." Fluttershy thought. She lifted her head up to see if any stands were selling it. From some distance away, she spotted the correct stand that sold the leafy vegetable. "Please excuse me!" Fluttershy said as she tried to make her way through the crowd. Some time later... Fluttershy looked at her list again, reminding herself of the things she didn't buy. _ _ -~~Lettuce~~ -~~Tomatoes~~ -~~Cucumbers~~ -~~Celery~~ -Carrots _ _ "Just carrots, huh." Fluttershy thought as she looked up. The sun was now much higher in the sky than before. During the Summer, the sun would always rise and set pretty quickly. Now walking towards the carrot stand, a large painting of a carrot representing what the stand was selling. All Fluttershy now had to do was buy a bundle of carrots and head back. Walking up to the stand, Fluttershy took a deep breath and greeted the person behind the counter softly. "Hello. I would like to-" A loud snore interrupted Fluttershy as she saw a muscular bushy bearded man behind the counter, fast asleep. He looked rather intimidating, mostly his large size was just a factor that he looked scary. He was in a chair with his hat down and arms crossed. "Um, hello?" Fluttershy asked, a little bit louder. The large buff man slept on, his snores going through the air. "Hello?" Fluttershy asked, a bit louder. The man snorted awake, blubbering words. "Wha? Hmm? Who rang?" the man asked lifting his hat up and rubbing his eyes. "I would like to buy a bundle of carrots... please." Fluttershy said softly. "Oh, pardon me, miss!!" the man said, shooting up straight on his feet. He scrambled to the side and picked up the bundle with the biggest and juiciest carrots. "That'll be 3 bits, miss." the man said, holding the bundle in his hands. "Just 3?" Fluttershy asked, a little shocked. "Yeah, I don't know how long you've been waiting and all..." the man said, a bit ashamed. "Well, here, I'll add another bundle for free!" He grabbed another bundle of carrots and placed in on the counter. "3 bits, miss." "Are you sure?" Fluttershy asked. "3 bits is too little and-" "Please," the man said, putting a hand out. "It'll please me that a beautiful woman like you with an extra bunch of carrots." "Oh... th-thank you..." Fluttershy said, blushing a bit by the man's words. She handed him the 3 bits to the man's giant hands as the man bowed a bit. "Not a problem, miss! Just doing my-" "Did you just give another person an extra bunch of carrots with 3 bits?!" a voice exclaimed out of the back. The buff man grimaced at the voice as a pair of footsteps stomped towards him. A man with silver hair came out and went up to the buff man. The buff man was much larger than the sliver haired one, but the silver haired seemed to hold more authority over the buff man. The buff man seemed to be a little frightened as the silver haired man yelled at him. "Hey! Stop playing nice to everyone that come here!!" the silver haired man barked. "We need to make money so that we have a place to stay and things to eat!!" "Grimsilver, I know, but I just wanted this lady to have an extra bunch of carro-" the buff man tried to explain before the sliver haired man that seemed to be named Grimsilver snapped. "Remember that it was your fault that we have to work on a fucking farm!!" All of the sudden, the buff man stood up even taller and grabbed Grimsilver by the collar. "Don't say bad words in front of the lady!!" the buff man roared. Grimsilver looked over to where Fluttershy was and saw that she was the 'lady'. He wolf whistled and smiled towards Fluttershy. "Hello there, beautiful." Grimsilver said, flashing a smile. "Stop that, Grimsilver. Or I-" "Or do what?" Grimsilver asked, glaring at the buff man. "You what'll happen..." The buff man had a horrified look and stared at Fluttershy with sadness. With that, the buff man quickly exited out to the back of the stand, where Grimsilver looked back to Fluttershy. She was a bit scared of what was happening. "The name is Grimsilver, but you can call me Silver." Grimsilver said, sliding across the counter. With his feet touching the ground, he placed his hand on a wall so that he and Fluttershy were face to face. Fluttershy gasped and almost dropped the basket. Grimsilver was a little bit taller than Fluttershy and was quite slim. He was a bit muscular with a rather thin and handsome face. "What's your name?" Grimsilver asked, putting a smile on his face. "F-Flu-Flut-Flutter..." Fluttershy mumbled very softly. She said her name so softly that no one could hear it. However, it was good if 'Grimsilver' didn't know her name. Whoever he was, he was bad news. "Oh, Fluttershy is it?" Grimsilver asked, smirking a smile. "Say, you open tonight?" he asked, looking up and down on Fluttershy's body. He looked at the excellent curves and busty chest that really appealed to his eyes. "No-I-I, no I'm not!" Fluttershy said, bolting away from the sliver haired man. Fluttershy ran towards the opposite direction of Grimsilver with the basket clutched close to her chest. Grimsilver actually took the 'rejection' pretty well. He was still smiling as he checked Fluttershy's ass out. With a smile, he whispered. "You'll be mine..." Fluttershy didn't know where she was going, but knew that anywhere but nearby Grimsilver was safe. Whoever he was, he wasn't a person you would want to be around with. Not looking where she was going, Fluttershy soon crashed head first into someone's chest. It seemed that the person she crashed into was tough, as she fell down to the ground on her rear. "I'm sorry!!" Fluttershy said, unable to bring herself to look up. She just wanted to go home, feed Angel, and go about her day. All she wanted to do was- "Hey, Fluttershy, are you okay?" a voice asked. "Hmm?" Fluttershy recognized the voice. It was young and very attractive. It was... Spike. "Are you okay?" a green haired male asked, getting on a knee. Fluttershy looked up to see and stare into the most beautiful pair of green eyes she ever saw. Spike was much younger than her, about 8 years. Spike used to be shorter than Fluttershy, but due to puberty, Spike became a handsome young man. She could remember Twilight arriving in Ponyville with a young teenager named Spike. Back then, he was just a kid. Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, and herself included saw him as a very close friend. He was just like a little brother to them. But as years went on, Spike grew into a more mature person. He became taller, muscular, and very attractive. He was now able to take of himself now. He wasn't a kid he used to be years back. "Fluttershy," Spike asked, "Are you alright? You don't look good." Fluttershy shook her head to get out of her dreamy state and answered back. "Ye-yeah... I'm fine, Spike." "Phew, that's good." Spike said, giving a smile. Spike's smile just touched Fluttershy's heart, sending it into flutters. Ever since about two years ago, Fluttershy would feel a bit uncomfortable around Spike. Her heart would race and unable to think well. Fluttershy gave a very shy smile and put her hair down, her a part of her hair came down and covered her eyes. "Are you sure you're good?" Spike asked noticing that Fluttershy really didn't look good. His fingers brushed away the hair that covered Fluttershy's eye and inspected her face. By now, Fluttershy was blushing hard and was getting very red in the face. "Can you at least stand on your feet?" Spike asked, putting his arm around Fluttershy. "Y-yes... I can." Fluttershy replied. Spike removed his arm, which kind of upset Fluttershy. His touch was just comforting. Spike helped Fluttershy up to her feet and grabbed the basket she dropped. Spike was about a head taller than Fluttershy. He then looked to be a bit sad as he began to say something. "Sorry, Fluttershy..." Spike said in an apologizing tone. "I didn't look where I was going..." Fluttershy knew she was the one to apologize. "What? No, Spike, I'm the one that ran into you and-" Fluttershy suddenly lost balance and began to fall over with a crash. If it wasn't for Spike's reflexes, she would've hit the ground pretty hard. Fluttershy gasped as Spike's strong arm prevented her from falling over. Her arms grasped around Spike's muscular body, her arms locked well. Fluttershy could just smell his amazing scent and fantastic shape of his body. "Sorry, Fluttershy!" Spike said, locking his arms around Fluttershy as well. She loved his touch, it was like it was worth the whole world. Fluttershy felt her mind go a bit hazy and heart suddenly beat faster. His huge muscular chest was just so... nice... Spike's breath went down Fluttershy's neck, almost forcing her to moan. Spike's leg was now between hers, a feeling that was out of the universe. Spike let go and gently placed Fluttershy down, who was turned on and was feeling something down there. "You kind... of dropped this!" Spike said, handing Fluttershy her respectful basket. "Th-than-thank you, Spike..." Fluttershy said as her hand touched his. It seemed that she only noticed their hands slowly interlocking. However, she finally noticed and came back to her senses as Spike was waving 'bye' at Fluttershy. "See ya' Fluttershy!" Spike waved with a smile. Her heart fluttered yet again, watching him as he walked away. Author's Note Wearing only panties and a very over-sized shirt, Fluttershy stretched and groaned a little as her muscles became a little loose. Her breasts popped out as her arms were brought behind her back in a good stretch. Now stretching down to touch her feet, her juicy ass popped out as she now stood straight up. :rainbowlaugh: https://static.fimfiction.net/images/emoticons/rainbowlaugh.png I wonder why I wrote that. But why only one heart? Because the other was given for someone else to find." -Unknown Fluttershy smiled as Spike walked away, her eyes drifting to his rear. As soon as realized what she was doing, Fluttershy looked away, red in the face. But even if a little red, Fluttershy smiled as a part of her hair came down and hid her 'embarrassment'. Going back to her cottage, her home in the opposite direction, Fluttershy smiled all the way with the basket clutched close to her heart. "Look, Buffy!!" Grimsilver barked at the buff bearded man. "If you want your ass safe, sell those fucking carrots at a moderate price!!" "Okay, okay!" Buffy said, cowering down as Grimsilver stopped yelling. "Just stop your yelling! It makes me scared!!" Grimsilver smirked as Buffy was shaking with fear. "Alright, Buffy." Grimsilver said, walking towards him, not yelling at all. "I want you to shave your beard." "What? Why?" Buffy asked. "I like it!!" "It makes you look like a fucking pedophile!" Grimsilver snapped. "Now shave it off!!" "B-b-but..." "But what?!" "I don't know how to shave, Grimsilver..." Buffy said. "I'll need help." Grimsilver groaned in pure frustration and anger as he face palmed in Buffy's stupidity. He was strong, but not the brightest at all. Fluttershy closed in to her cottage with a soft bright smile. All the things that happened to her previously disappeared like that. Every single time, she would always smile afterwards after always meeting Spike. Fluttershy didn't really know what her heart was telling her. All it would do was quicken it's pace and her mind would start feeling fuzzy. It was an odd, but right feeling. She couldn't look at him straight in the eyes anymore. When he was smaller, when he was just a kid, it was much easier. But now... Everything changed. Fluttershy's shy nature just couldn't take the idea of asking out Spike. And she knew it. She would just crack under pressure. She may never confess her feelings for him... Spike lightly brushed off the small crash he had with Fluttershy and continued to walk through the town of Ponyville. As he neared towards Noteworthy's shop, a pair of hands covered his eyes. "Guess who, Spikey?" a feminine and flirty voice asked her small hands seem to drop Spike down from his height. Spike smiled as he placed his hands over the female's and answered. "Hey there, Honey Rose." Spike replied. "Oh, wow, Spike, you're good!!" Honey Rose exclaimed. Spike turned around as the girl who covered his eyes pecked a kiss on Spike's cheek. "Why are you up so early?" she asked as Spike returned one. "I need to get a few supplies for Twilight, Honey Rose." Spike said. "You know how fast she drains quills and paper." Honey Rose had the body that was kissed by the sun, giving her a beautiful honey color. Her hair was almost identical with her skin, but little bits of red, red like the rose were sprinkled in with her long hair. "Oh, again?" Honey Rose asked she she leaned into Spike's muscular body. Spike nodded. "Yeah. And also, I'll meet you at 7 at-" Honey Rose then placed her lips with Spike as she went into a deep kiss. Spike did not see that coming and widened his eyes his shock as Honey Rose stopped. "Sorry to tell you this, but it's over." she said, touching Spike's cheek. "You take it too slow... And I think it's for the best if we use other people, Spike." Without a chance to say something, Honey Rose was gone, leaving Spike dumbfounded near the entrance of Noteworthy's shop. Spike soon sighed and looked to the ground. She wasn't the one... Spike put his hair back a bit as he remembered the joyous moments with Honey Rose. The laughter, the wonderful times they had... Gone. Honey Rose was a very sweet girl, but Spike now knew she wasn't for him. It seemed that she didn't want to break up as she wasn't her very cheery self when the moment came she told him the news. Spike sighed again as he remembered all the other girls he dated - Sunshine Blue sticking out the most. She was a very loud, but lovable person and wasn't the most stable when Spike himself broke up with her. Aside from a bruised eye and a sprained arm from that breakup, Spike was fine. He couldn't bear to hit a girl and saw all of them - individually beautiful. His eyes caught a couple sitting at a cafe, not far from where he was standing. They were looking into each other's eyes and talking. Smiles were on their faces as they got a bit closer. The boyfriend whispered something into his girlfriend's ear, in which the girl blushed and smiled. Spike hoped that someday a lady for him would come by fall for him. Fall for him so that he could catch her. It was cheesy, but that's what Spike always thought. One day, a lady will come by for him. But all he could was wait. As he walked inside Noteworthy's shop, the couple snuggled as they brought their noses close and smiled. Their relationship had begun - while Spike's ended. Fluttershy set down a bowl by Angel, a bowl full of leafy greens and fresh vegetables that were just chopped. "Here you go, Angel!" Fluttershy said as she placed the bowl gently down on the ground. Angel sniffed it and began to chow down instantly. "Angel, slow down, you don't want to choke, do you?" Angel ignored Fluttershy's remark and took a tomato slice as he was still chewing. As he stuffed the tomato slice down his throat, he began to choke and sputter as Fluttershy grabbed the bunny. With two fingers, she hit Angel's back, in which a bunch of chewed up greens and tomatoes landed on the ground. Angel began to gasp for air as Flutteshy gently placed him down. "Now I need to clean that up." Fluttershy said. "Now don't worry Angel bunny, just chew slower next time, okay?" Fluttershy smiled as she got up to get a napkin to clean up Angel's mess. As she did, Angel eyed his food and grabbed a piece of a carrot. Taking a small bite, he nibbled it pretty quickly and swallowed it. About to take another bite, the door bursted open. *CRACK* "Get down on the ground!!" a very rough masculine voice roared as Fluttershy screamed. She immediately got onto the ground and cowered in fear as the burly man approached. The man wore a handkerchief that covered his mouth and nose, and had eyes that were merciless. Fluttershy went into a fetal position and started to cry. What was happening? What did the man want? The birds around Fluttershy's living room saw what was happening and sang a tune. All the animals scurried out of their small homes as they saw the tall and large man approach Fluttershy. The birds soon took off and started to scratch their sharp talons near the man's face. "Ow!! Hey!! Quit it!!" the man yelled in pain as he tried to swat the birds out of the way. Some birds were unlucky as the powerful hands swatted the birds down as if they were nothing. The talons of the birds continued to tear at the flesh near the man's eyes as the small critters of the forest joined in to help. They jumped onto the man's legs and started to bite. "Shit!!" the man yelled as he swatted near his eyes and tried to kick off the critters by his feet. Angel sprinted towards Fluttershy and poked her face. She was shuddering with tears running down her face. Angel poked her again as the birds started to circle farther away. The small critters were being shaken off of the man began to get freed. Fluttershy opened her eyes and saw what her animal friends were going and took the opportunity to escape. She ran as fast as she could out the back door and just ran straight out. The man noticed this and swept away the last of the animals that attacked him. As he got closer to the back door, Angel was the only one that was in his way. As the burly man approached towards the door, Angel braced himself and hoped to at least delay the man. Instead of being crushed, the man jumped over and after Fluttershy. Right into the Everfree Forest. Fluttershy began to pant and run out of breath as the dirt tainted her clothes. The vegetation scratched Fluttershy's body as she struggled just to get away. "Stop where you are!!" the man yelled as he brushed past the plants and trees. Fluttershy couldn't stop now. Celestia knows what the man wanted from her. All she could do was run. As she began to pant heavily, she lost her balance and tripped over a large tree root and landed face first. A painful crack from her leg was heard as her leg struck a hard rock that was hidden. Her shirt and pants were covered in dirt as blood was drawn from her leg. Fluttershy's body suddenly couldn't take it anymore, it couldn't carry on. The man was also breathing heavily as he began to walk towards Fluttershy. "Stay where you are..." he said, taking many breaths. "I'm not going to hurt you..." Pain shot through Fluttershy's body as blood began to flow out of her leg. "N-no..." Fluttershy whispered as her vision got hazy. "Pl-please... Stop..." The buff tall man was a few feet away from Fluttershy before a solid punch made contact with the man's face. *SMASH* "Get away from her!!" a familiar voice roared. "Cou-could it be?" Fluttershy thought as she struggled to look. All she could see was a blurry figure with green hair approach the assailant. The buff ma seemed to growl as Fluttershy's hero made the first sudden move. The green haired man attacked the large man with a fury of punches and then a hard kick to the stomach. The hard foot hit directly in the solar plexus, knocking the breath out of the large man. "Oof!!" the buff man cried out in pain. The green haired man then shot a punch at the man's eye. His fist made a direct hit at the buff man's eye before he bolted away. The buff man was whimpering, stumbling and tripping over a many things before he ran away from the fight. "Sp-Spike..." Fluttershy asked out softly. "Is that you?..." "Fluttershy!! Stay with me!!" the green haired man said, running towards her side. Everything was so blurry for Fluttershy that she couldn't see Spike's face, but she felt his touch. That mattered to her before everything went black. Spike's voice asked softly. All what Fluttershy saw was blinding light and then Spike, who was lying next to her. She found herself in bed - with Spike. "Did you have a nice sleep?" Spike asked, pecking a kiss on Fluttershy's cheek. Fluttershy was dumbfounded as she saw him smile warmly and laid back down. He was in the bed with her. Shirtless. She began to question herself how she got into the current situation. All she remembered was the horrific chase in the Everfree Forest. She remembered the leg wound she got and lifted the cover up to see her silky skin clean and unscratched. It was as if it wasn't there. "Hmm? What's wrong, sweetie?" Spike asked as he noticed Fluttershy beginning to freak out. Fluttershy's mind was blown in the moment Spike called her 'sweetie'. Her face began to turn into of bright red as Spike got up and slid next to her. "Is there something that's bothering you?" Spike asked as he got closer to Fluttershy's. His beautiful emerald eyes looked into Fluttershy's with a lot of concern. He got a bit too close for Fluttershy's comfort, but the thing was - she didn't mind it. She liked the way how he was close to her. "N-no... Nothing..." Fluttershy said timidly as her pink hair came down, covering majority of her face. "I can definitely see that something's wrong, Fluttershy." Spike said as his fingers swept away the hair that covered her face. He smiled. "I don't like it how your hair hides your face." Spike said as his long fingers gently swept the hair behind Fluttershy's ear. "You look more beautiful if you show your face." he said, his smile turning more warmer. Fluttershy's face turned more red as she felt her face gush as she felt his arm wrap around her. "I love you." Spike whispered into Fluttershy's ear. Her heart jumped multiple times before she found herself face to face with Spike. She almost squealed as his scent was so alluring. Her heart began to pump rapidly as Spike's lips almost touched hers. It was interrupted as a very faint voice was calling out to her. "Fluttershy?" Spike's voice came out of nowhere. Her eyes widen as she saw the Spike in front of her crumbling away. The room they were in also dissolved as Fluttershy found herself in a black empty void. "Fluttershy?..." Spike's voice asked again, echoing multiple times before an explosion of white light engulfed her. Bright light penetrated her eyes as they focused on a figure before her. "Fluttershy!" Spike's voice said with joy in it. "You're awake!" The pink haired girl groaned as she felt pain in her leg. But it soon disappeared as soon as it came. Soon, her eyes focused to see a worried Spike and the rest of her friends. Twilight, Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, and Rainbow Dash looked at her with a relieved look as Fluttershy saw her leg bundled up into a cast. "Fluttershy!" Rarity said as Fluttershy's eyes, or more to an eye as her left eye was covered up with bandages. Her eyes saw the pure white bed sheets and also noticed a monitor next to her. "How are you doing, dear?" "I'm doing... well." Fluttershy replied. Every second, a 'beep' would be heard. I.V. tubes connected as she felt the them underneath the blanket she was covered with. Chatter was going on with doctors, patients, and nurses in the background. "Wh-what happened?" Fluttershy asked as Pinkie Pie immediately spoke up. "Spike told us while he was in the Everfree, she heard your screaming and rushed towards it!!" Pinkie Pie said rather quickly. Her enthusiasm kicked in as her words began to get faster. "Then you were carried by Spike from the forest all the way to the hospital!!" she said. "You're lucky that Spike came quick to your rescue and then to the hospital!!" "How was Spike in the Everfree then?" Fluttershy asked. Spike began to explain but was cut off by Twilight. "I sent him off to Zecora's to just get a few things." Twilight said. "He really didn't want to-" "But I was lucky that I did." Spike said, finishing Twilight's sentence. "Celestia knows what would've happened..." His fingers went through as he took a deep breath. His purple shirt was tainted with blood as Fluttershy noticed there were suddenly under his eyes. Was he worrying that much? "Spike, I must say, you should change your shirt!" Rarity said her eyes met the blood on his shirt. "What? Oh yeah..." Spike said as he looked down at his purple shirt. Dark spots littered on it as the blood was now soaked into the fabric. He began to take it off as his muscular abs were exposed and as well with his chest. The shirt was soon off as his broad shoulders and muscular arms stuck out. He rolled his shirt into a ball so that the blood wasn't sticking out. Little did he know that he had almost all eyes on him. His face soon had an expression that he realize that he didn't have a spare shirt. "Well... I'll be back." Spike said, looking at his friends. He walked off with the bloodied balled shirt in his large hands and seemed to ask a nurse for something. The nurse's eyes went down and seemed to check out Spike's muscular body. "I'm sorry to intrude on your visit, but I ask for all of you to leave." a doctor said from behind the gang. "Fluttershy needs her rest." "Well... Alright then." Applejack said. "Get better', Fluttershy!" she said as she started to go out the door. "Hope you're well soon!" Rainbow Dash said, giving a thumbs up. "I'll see ya' later!" Each of her friends gave a small farewell as the doctor began to talk. "Fluttershy?" he asked, "Y-yes?" Fluttershy said. "Luckily, your leg just had a small break, nothing much compared to other injuries." the doctor said as he readjusted his glasses. "You may go home in a few days', but do you have anyone to take care of you properly?" "No, not really." Fluttershy said. "Ah, well, you can go home at the end of this week yourself if you would like. Everything but your leg is fine. A place near your eye is a bit bruised." the doctor said, pointing to his own eye. "It isn't much because it'll be gone in a few days." "Th-thank you, doctor." Fluttershy answered timidly. The doctor nodded with a smile as he walked away from Fluttershy's bed. As soon as he did, Spike came in wearing a tight white shirt. Fluttershy's eyes suddenly drifted towards his chest as her eyes studied. Her eyes saw his nipples through his shirt and was drawn towards his muscular chest. Even though under a shirt, Fluttershy could see... almost everything. His abs peeked through from the tight white shirt as Fluttershy felt her hands seem to almost jump up. She somehow stopped herself as her eyes then went in contact to Spike's pants. "Fluttershy?" Spike asked, breaking her trance. Fluttershy snapped back to reality as she looked up to see Spike very confused and worried at the same time. Her face turned a bit red, feeling a bit ashamed looking 'there'. "Fluttershy..." Spike said, oblivious of Fluttershy suddenly tensing up. "I'm glad you're alright. I don't what would've happen if I didn't go to Zecora's..." "I'm glad it didn't." Fluttershy said, giving a small smile. She lifted her head up a little bit too quickly as her hair suddenly came down and covered her face. The scene of when Spike said she was beautiful entered her mind as Spike gave a nod. "I'm glad too." Fluttershy's flustered face suddenly got a little bit redder as her hair was hiding her face. Then she felt Spike move a little bit closer to her. Fluttershy felt the big and gentle fingers from Spike make contact with her hair as he brushed them away. Fluttershy looked up as her shy eyes spotted Spike''s, which was staring right through her. His eyes were just so majestic as the emerald color in them made them mysterious. Lovely, dark.... and mysterious... He then placed the top part of his hand on Fluttershy's head. She took breath as her lungs captured his amazing scent. The red embarrassment suddenly shifted a spectrum and was now something... Different. The doctor with the clipboard was approaching Fluttershy and Spike before he looked up and saw what they were doing. Spike's face was rather close to Fluttershy's and assumed they were just making love for what just happened. The doctor immediately felt awkward as he readjusted his glasses. A second later, he took a step back from the lovers to give them their room. "Sorry Fluttershy." Spike said as Fluttershy felt his hand leave her forehead. She felt a little upset but still maintained her expression as Spike continued to talk. "Remember how you taught me all that all those years ago?" Spike asked, giving a giant smile that was accompanied by a chuckle. The moment he did, Fluttershy felt her lips arch up as his bright smile beamed. The doctor however thought otherwise and exited out of the area of the radius of Fluttershy's bed. "You'll be well soon, Fluttershy." Spike said, his bright smile still on his face. "Later." "Se-see ya'..." Fluttershy replied softly as Spike exited out the room. He turned around in where Fluttershy's eyes met with his rear. The jeans he wore was a perfect fit. She could see his- "Fl-Fluttershy?" a voice asked, breaking her train of thought. Fluttershy blinked a multiple times before she saw the doctor next to her. He readjusted his glasses as he asked a question. "Sorry if I intrude on your privacy, but who was that?" the young doctor asked. "He's... He's a very good friend." Fluttershy answered. But the small smile on her face broke a little the moment she said 'friend'. "Very good friends?" the doctor asked, coming to a realization of that saying. "I, uh... Got it. Thank you for answering." He respected her privacy and didn't ask her for his name. The night was coming as many of the staff exited out of the hospital. The hallway lights became dim and then to suddenly black as the hospital was closing down. Of course it wasn't really closing down. As some of the doctors began to walk out, many of them were just chatting away before they got to their homes. Some of them went straight towards home to just relax. However, one doctor had other plans... The doctor in glasses walked out with his hands in his pockets and looked around. In a vest and khakis, he readjusted his glasses as he walked down on the dirt road. Many of the houses were still lit as many of the people were just relaxing for the night. He continued his leisure pace as he brought his vest up, close to his mouth. Soon, after a few minutes of walking through the sleepy town, he was in the shabby part of it. Ponyville didn't have that much of a ghetto, but some places just looked shabby due to the poor care given to the structures. Looking back time to time, he knocked on a wooden door as a voice answered. "Who is it?" a voice snarled. "Ooh, I forgotten how grim you can be..." the doctor said as his fingers went through his hair. The voice snarled again. "Shut up, just who is it?" "It's me, Smith!" the doctor said. "The one and only Doctor Smith!" "And now why should I open the door to you, Smith?" the voice barked. "Oh, let's just say, I got some information you might be interested in..." Smith said as he readjusted his glasses. "Grimsilver..." Author's Note Finally another chapter!! On to work for the next one now!! :pinkiecrazy: https://static.fimfiction.net/images/emoticons/pinkiecrazy.png //-------------------------------------------------------// More Grim and Flowers //-------------------------------------------------------// More Grim and Flowers Chapter 4: More Grim and Flowers "Love is too short to wait on someone to love you the way you love them." -Anonymous [Note: I have not proofread this due to the circumstances I have. If you see this gone, I have worked on it.] Grimsilver was quiet for a few seconds before the wooden door opened for the doctor. A sliver-haired man by the name of Grimsilver peered behind the door before fully opening up for Smith. "So, it's only you." Grimsilver said. "Gee, how observant..." Smith said as Grimsilver motioned him in. Smith walked through the doorway and found himself in a very shabby room. The wood was rotting and it smelled sour. A simple light bulb above Smith's head flickered time to time. The sound of the door closing and locking was heard as Smith heard a greeting. "Hi, Doctor Smith!" a very baritone cheerful voice greeted. A large buff man sat on a wooden stool with many bandages on his face. He held a bag of ice to his wound as he waved. It was Buffy, strong, but not the brightest. "Hi Buffy!" Smith said with a warm smile. He then waved. "Hey, don't warm up to him." Grimsilver barked towards Smith. "Grimsilver, can I have it now?" Buffy asked. Grimsilver groaned and facepalmed as Smith looked at him questionably. "Here." the silver-haired douche said, fishing out a lollipop from his pockets. Grimsilver threw the sweet treat towards Buffy as his face lit up. "Yay!" Buffy said as his large hands grabbed the red lollipop. He immediately unwrapped the sweet treat and stuck it into his mouth. "That dumb shit can't even put on band-aids himself..." Grimsilver muttered. "Hey, lighten up, Grimsilver." Smith said he readjusted his glasses. "He's pretty useful, right?" "Sometimes." Grimsilver said, sighing a bit. "But he's just like a kid hyped up on steroids and muscle. You can't reason with him at all." The two looked at the strange man before Grimsilver spoke up. "Buffy, go to your room." he said as Buffy looked towards them. "Why?" he asked. "Doctor Smith and I need to talk about business." Grimsilver replied. "It would bore you." "What's 'bore'?" Grimsilver facepalmed as Smith began to snicker. It was so amusing to watch them. "L-Look, I'll read you a bed time story if you go..." Grimsilver said, clearly flustered. "Really?" Buffy asked as he got up. "Okay!" Within moments he was gone and entered another room. Smith was laughing at what Grimsilver had to deal with everyday. "Ah-ha-ha!" Smith said, bent over by laughing so hard. "T-T-That's just fucking hilarious!" He wiped a tear away from the laughter as Grimsilver started to boil from anger. "You read him a book?!" Smith asked as he continued to laugh. "I thought you just tolerated him! Not go to his every need!" "Shut your mouth!!" Grimsliver barked in anger. "Anyway, how is she?" Smith continued to laugh, but it soon turned into a small chuckle and a cough. "Uh, who?" Smith asked as his fingers pushed his glasses up from his nose. "You know who!" Grimsilver said, pointing a finger up at the doctor. "Ah, Ms. Fluttershy?" Smith asked. "She's fine." "And what's his name?" Grimsilver asked. "That is something I don't know, Grimsilver." Smith said, shrugging his shoulders. "Ms. Fluttershy isn't that talkative you know." "Well, bring me his name!!" Grimsilver barked. "Consider it done." Smith said coolly. "But you know, that might cost extra..." "I don't give a fuck! When they come, you'll get your money!!" "Alright then..." Smith said as he stuck his hand inside his vest pocket. "And like you asked... I got it." A glass vial full of red liquid was in between Smith's fingers. With a simple toss, Grimsilver grabbed it with greedy eyes. "You know... I'm nice. I'll double your reward." Grimsilver said as he popped the cork off. "Why, thank you!" Smith said. He soon had a puzzled look on his face why Grimsilver wanted the liquid in the first place. "Wait, what are you going to do with it?" Smith asked as he straightened his vest. Grimsilver took the vial to his lips as Smith watched in shock. "I-I-I, what are you doing?!" Smith asked as the red liquid poured into Grimsilver's mouth. The silver haired man threw the glass vial onto the ground, shattering it into many tiny pieces. "Ooh, the taste of iron!!" he said proudly as he licked his lips. "Wh-why the hell would you drink the blood?!" Smith exclaimed in a disgusted tone. He readjusted his glasses as Grimsilver spoke up. "It is my ancestor's tradition!!" Grimsilver exclaimed proudly. By being the descendants of the mighty warriors of the darkness, I must follow it!!" Smith rolled his eyes and sighed. "I call bullshit." he muttered to himself as he readjusted his glasses. Grimsilver talked on, ignoring Smith's comment. He was too full of pride to even give heed to insults. "By drinking the blood of my love, I've made a vow for her to be mine!!" Grimsilver said with an evil smirk. He grinned, showing the little bits of blood still on his pearly white teeth. Smith shuddered as Grimsilver ranted on. "So, Smith..." Grimsilver said, shooting a look towards the doctor. "Uh, what?" Smith asked, trying to keep composure. The arrogant and cocky asshole threw a vial glass towards Smith, who caught it with expertise. Thick red liquid flowed in the glass as Grimsilver continued. "Since I made the vow, my lover shall do the same! Put it in the food she'll eat! And then she'll call my name!" "Bu-But Grimsilver..." Smith stuttered. "If I'm caught doing that, I might be imprisoned..." "Which is why I'm going to quadruple your reward." Grimsilver said. "But I'll only give you one choice." Smith started to shake a bit as he readjusted his glasses again. "What are you speaking of?" the doctor asked as the silver haired man walked around him. "Do what I told you, and you'll be fine." Grimsilver said, lifting a finger up. "But if you don't you'll regret it until the end of time." "So, I-" "Do what you are told, your life will be spared." Grimsilver interrupted. "But if you don't, your whole family shall be in despair." Grimsilver bared his teeth, showing the blood once more. The bright sun was now rising, breaking into the dawn. Light broke the darkness apart as it shined onto a green haired man walking through the sleepy town. "So, the sun decided to wake up huh?" Spike asked himself as the bright sun slowly raised above the horizon. "I have a feeling it's going to be a beautiful day..." He smiled to himself as a nearby shop door rustled open. "Oh, Roseluck!" Spike said, waving towards her. "Good morning!!" "Good morning Spike!" the florist replied, waving with her hand while having a pail in the other. "Why are you up so early?" "Well, I just wanted to buy some flowers." Spike said, pointing at the beautiful white lilies that seemed to slowly open up their petals to the sun. "Oh, do you have anything in mind?" Roseluck asked as she poured the fresh water into her flowers. "Yes." Spike smiled. "Yes, I do." Many hours later... Fluttershy felt her eyes getting hit by sunlight, stirring her up from her slumber. "Ah, good morning Fluttershy!" a female voice greeted softly. "Did you sleep well?" "Y-yes, I did." Fluttershy mumbled as her reply. She slowly opened her eyes to see Nurse Redheart looking down at her clipboard. "Wow, you're recovering pretty fast Fluttershy!" the nurse said as her eyes read the information. "You can get out of here tomorrow!" "I-I can?" Fluttershy asked a bit sleepily as she rubbed her eyes. Lifting to her arms in a stress, she yawned loudly. Her muscles stretched from the sleep from the night before. Stretching far, a soft silky feeling was in her fingertips as they brushed against something soft. Fluttershy looked over to see magnificent white lilies along with beautiful pink roses and a delicate yellow Daylily. In a precious glass vase, Fluttershy couldn't help but stare at the assortment of the plants. "Wh-who did this?" Fluttershy asked, pointing towards the incredible bouquets of flowers. Nurse Redheart looked up at the flowers and smiled. "I think Spike came in early today and set those down next to you." "Spike did?!" Fluttershy almost exclaimed. Nurse Redheart shook in surprise as the very shy girl exploded in a yell. Shaking it off, Nurse Redheart smiled. "Yes, he came in as soon as the hospital opened." Fluttershy's face went a little red as she thought about Spike doing his for her. "Fo-for me?" Fluttershy thought to herself as she looked at the flowers next to her. She couldn't help it but just smile. "Fluttershy!" a voice called out from the far side of the room. The doctor in glasses held a tray of food, carefully balancing it as Nurse Redheart rushed in to help him. "Doctor, this is my job!" the nurse said, trying to gain control of the thin metal tray. "No, no, Nurse, it's fine." the doctor said with a smile. "Besides, I like to experiment with other things in the hospital." Nurse Redheart nodded, but looked a bit ashamed as the doctor in glasses set the food down on a nearby table and unfolded a small wooden stand. He set it across Fluttershy's lap as he suddenly set down the tray. Fluttershy's train of thought broke as she looked up to see the smiling doctor. "Good morning, Miss Fluttershy." he said with a smile, readjusting his glasses. "O-Oh, good morning, doctor." she said, getting out her trance. She looked down at the sludgy food before the doctor turned away from her. "And a good morning to you, nurse." he said, looking towards Nurse Redheart. "A fine afternoon we're having, aren't we?" The nurse nodded. "It is a beautiful afternoon, Doctor Smith." Nurse Redheart said, looking at the flowers beside Fluttershy. "Beautiful, aren't they?" Her pretty veiled gray eyes looked towards the bouquet of flowers that were under a shield of the majestic afternoon sun. With the window open, sending in a gust of fresh air, Fluttershy took a deep breath. She stared at the gift from Spike, ignoring the food on her lap. The flowers were gently pushed as the cool air brushed against the vase, sending the smell of pollen towards her. Doctor Smith bit his bottom lip as he stared at the food and back at the flowers. "Yes, quite nice..." he replied, stroking his chin. Nurse Redheart didn't notice him tensing up and continued to stare at Fluttershy's eyes, lost in the world of thinking. "Anyway, I shall get to my duties." Nurse Redheart said, backing away from the bed. "And call my name whenever you need me, Fluttershy." Fluttershy merely nodded, earning a smile from the nurse. "Doctor, how about you?" "Why, yes, they're fascinating..." he mumbled. "Pardon?" "My apologies, Nurse Redheart." Doctor Smith said, wiping the sweat from his brow with a handkerchief. "Just a bit hot in here..." Nurse Redheart raised an eyebrow and looked around her. "It's not hot at all." "N-No, the allergies." Doctor Smith quickly said, seeming to cough weakly. "Uh-huh..." Nurse Redheart replied as she began to walk out of the room. "You should watch out for it, doctor." she said before she crashed into something tall and tough. *CRASH* Nurse Redheart crashed headfirst into a figure's muscular chest. The small nurse collided with none other than Spike, who saw Nurse Redheart on the ground, rubbing her head in pian. "Ow..." she groaned, rubbing the spot she hit. "So-Sorry nurse!!" Spike exclaimed, his voice perking up her ears. Spike helped Nurse Redheart up as Doctor Smith looked over to see the man on Grimsilver's list. "So... this is him..." he thought as he readjusted his glasses. "It-It's quite alright!!" Nurse Redheart said, grabbing onto Spike's muscular arm to help herself up. Spike's arm was not very meaty and large, but they were rather quite slim, yet very strong. The nurse's hands couldn't quite let go of him as she finally did, a weird urge coming over to to at least touch it. "Fluttershy... is awake." she said, looking up at Spike's wondrous green eyes and at his arm. Spike smiled as his reply, stepping out of the way for Nurse Redheart. Nurse Redheart stared at Spike's arm, her gaze shifting towards the lump between his legs. With a smile, she exited out the room. "Spike!" Fluttershy whispered excitedly to herself. He began to make his way towards her bed before a doctor in glasses stepped in his way. "Hello there." the doctor said, his white coat buttoned up professionally, lending out a hand. "I am Doctor Smith, but please, call me Smith." "The name is Spike." the green-haired man said, squeezing Smith's hand rather tightly in a firm handshake. Smith on the other hand was not very muscular and almost yelped out in pain as Spike ended it. A little shorter than the doctor, Smith's hand beated in a rhythm as Spike continued to talk. "Well Smith, nice to meet you." Spike said, giving a smile. Fluttershy sat on her bed, staring towards the handsome green-haired male that was in the same room as her. "Anyway, I shall leave you and Ms. Fluttershy alone." the doctor said, bowing his head. Author's Note Horrible end to a chapter... "Good afternoon, Fluttershy!" Spike said with a smile on his face, leaving Doctor Smith breathing heavily in pain. His hand pulsed from time to time and groaned as his nerves delivered the message to his brain. "Hey Spike," Fluttershy said, a soft cute smile forming on her face. She found herself staring into his eyes as his beautiful smile answered back. Sitting down on the edge of the bed, Spike was careful not to crush her legs. Just his presence lifted up the atmosphere and made Fluttershy have a good queasy feeling on the inside. "So, is the hospital treating you well?" Spike asked as a light breeze from the nearby window rustled the puke green curtains. The color of the curtains matched Fluttershy's hospital gown in which popped out her breasts. Fluttershy nodded and smiled sweetly. "Yeah, they are," she said as Doctor Smith was cursing under his breath out of earshot, "The staff here is really nice." Doctor Smith wheezed and gasped in relief as an ice pack made contact with his hand. He glared at the back of Spike's head and muttered under his breath. "That son of a bitch has a death grip..." He couldn't believe someone a head shorter than him managed to inflict the pain he was feeling now. "Well, that's good," Spike replied to Fluttershy's answer, his eyes looking into Fluttershy's for a second before looking away. His face turned a bit red as he rubbed the back of his head with his hand. "Say, Fluttershy..." he said, looking down in his lap, "What do you think of them?" "Think of what, Spike?" "The flowers, I meant the flowers!" Spike said, facepalming as Fluttershy looked over to the beautiful flowers on the small wooden table. The afternoon sun brought down a ray of sunshine onto the delicate leaves and lifted the atmosphere in a positive way. "They're lovely Spike," Fluttershy said, watching the plants gently brushed by the wind, "Thank you for them." "I-It wasn't a problem," Spike replied with a nervous chuckle, "I thought it would speed up your recovery and all..." Fluttershy blushed and giggled at the comment. "Aw, that's sweet, Spike," she said, "It would be a miracle if I'm checked out of the hospi-" "Huh, Fluttershy..." Doctor Smith cut in suddenly with a clipboard in hand, "It says here you can be checked out today," he said, re-adjusting his glasses, "Would you like to go?" "Uh, well, I don't know," she said, the tip of her index fingers pushing up against each other, "Should I?" "If you have anybody at home to take care of you, I suggest that you can leave if you wish," he said, looking over the clipboard as Spike peeked over his shoulder. "I can lend you a pair of crutches." "How bad is her injury?" Spike asked, his eyes reading the paper that the doctor held in his hands. "Well, with the treatment that we gave her, we healed the small fracture in her femur and thigh bone and sped up the repairment of the tissues and-" Spike began to chuckle as a surprised look went on Doctor Smith's face. "What is it?" Doctor Smith sighed. "You ramble on and on just like Twilight," Spike said as Fluttershy giggled with the statement, "You have no idea what she tries to bore into my head." "Anyway," Doctor Smith said, shaking off of what was said, "All you need is someone to take car-" "She does," Spike said, taking a step to be next to Fluttershy, "She has me." Fluttershy was very surprised at what he was saying and blushed red in the face. Thinking about Spike in her cottage sparked about a few fantasies she had in a situation just like this. Spike would bring her home, and then... "How about that, Fluttershy?" Doctor Smith asked unusually brightly as she was brought back to reality, "You have someone to look after you! Isn't that fantastic?" Fluttershy nodded quickly and looked up at Spike, who also looked down at her. "So, you want to go home, Fluttershy?" Spike asked, "If you want to go, I'll help you." "Yes," Fluttershy nodded, "I would like to go home." Her face was a bright red, blushing harder as she felt a gentle hand placed on her shoulder. "Hey, are you alright?" Spike asked, noticing her sudden change of behavior. "Ye-yeah!" Fluttershy almost screamed, flipping the tray of food on her lap all over the covers. What looked like to be pink jello and a stew of food was smeared all over the dark puke green blanket. The tray flipped over on itself as Fluttershy found herself blushing harder from the accident she just made. Her heart began to thump and feel anxious as mixed feelings battled in her heart. With fluffy feelings clashed with embarrassment, she didn't know how to react. In the end, she started to cry and began to bawl into her gown. "Wahhh!" Fluttershy cried, her salty tears leaking out from her eyes. Spike almost jumped back in surprise by something so unexpected and immediately went in to comfort her. "Fluttershy, shh, shh, shh, it's all going to be fine," Spike said with a forced smile, patting her on the head, "You didn't do anything wrong." She continued to cry into her gown as Spike looked towards Doctor Smith. The doctor was also surprised by it and didn't know what to do. He shrugged his shoulders and then looked outside the room. "I'll get the nurse," he whispered, exiting out rather quickly with the clipboard in hand. Spike was crouched by Fluttershy's side, who was crying into his chest. He stood still, trying to comfort her as much as possible. "Uh, let it all out, Fluttershy," he said, awkwardly, "Let it all out..." "Fluttershy, are you sure you can go?" Nurse Redheart asked. "Yes." she replied. Nurse Redheart had an uneasy look about Fluttershy's breakdown, but Doctor Smith thought otherwise. "Excellent then!!" he said, clapping his hands, "Spike here can escort you out right away!" With a bright smile up on his face, the nurse next to him gave him a look with a raised eyebrow. Spike had a pair of crutches in his hands and waited for Fluttershy. She looked up at Spike, who smiled. "Let's go, Fluttershy," he said with a warm tone, "Your animal friends are waiting for you." "Ah!!" Fluttershy exclaimed, remembering them, "I forgot to-" She bursted out of bed, but Spike stopped her before she put unbearable pressure on her leg. "It's okay, I was taking care of them when you were out," Spike said, carefully laying Fluttershy back down. She was hyperventilating, puffing in and out air. Spike reassured her again, making her calm down. "Aren't they just cute together?" Nurse Redheart whispered to Doctor Smith. The doctor replied with a confused shrug as Spike helped Fluttershy to her crutches. "Easy now..." Spike said softly, looking at Fluttershy's casted leg, "It's been quite some time since you used your legs. You might collapse." Fluttershy nodded, feeling her muscles weak and worn by not using them for a few days. Her thighs slowly slid off them to put pressure of her fine leg and gently placed weight on it. Fluttershy's hand gripped on the bar of the crutches, using her arms to stabilize herself. But due to her weak legs, her fine leg gave out. Her knee buckled, her fingers unable to hold onto the handle. "Whoa!!" Spike said, grabbing onto Fluttershy. He caught her before she fell to the ground. His palm was cupped her right butt cheek, surprising her. She squeaked, feeling his long fingers grapple her. “Careful!” Fluttershy landed with a pomf on the bed, face red with embarrassment. “Take it nice and slow, Fluttershy,” Spike said, “I know you’re excited that you’re well enough to leave the hospital. But just take it real easy.” But Fluttershy couldn’t stop shaking from Spike’s gentle touch. His hand softly grasping her back made her heart go soft and squishy. Somehow able to contain herself, Fluttershy got up with assistance from Spike. “Ready?” Spike asked. “Ready,” she replied. Using the crutches to support herself, Nurse Redheart and Doctor Smith watched them walk out. The doctor then took off his glasses and rubbed them with his coat. “Nurse Redheart, I have a question,” Doctor Smith said, looking closer at the lens of his glasses. They gave a bright sparkle as the nurse’s attention went towards him. “Yes, what is it?” she asked. “What do flowers mean to you?” he asked, pointing towards at the bouquets sitting at the window. Nurse Redheart was a bit taken aback from the question, but answered with ease. “Well, I find flowers to be a very romantic gesture towards the one you care the most.” “Ah, I see,” Doctor Smith said, carefully sliding his glasses onto the bridge of his nose. “What do you think it is about, Doctor?” Nurse Redheart asked. “I see flowers as a beauty of nature that dies with ease,” he said, nonchalantly, “It’s a depressing notion, I know. But I see flowers symbolizing death in the most romantic way.” Nurse Redheart soaked that in as wondrous philosophy and nodded her head in slow agreement. “Beautiful, yes,” Doctor Smith said, walking over to the bouquet. “But deadly?” He touched a petal and whispered to himself, “It can be.” Doctor Smith retracted his hand from the flowers and made a single petal fall. “Oh, and these are Fluttershy’s flowers,” he said, “I’ll go deliver it, Nurse Redheart.” Fluttershy shivered and felt the cold wind go through her hospital gown. “I-It’s c-c-c-cold,” she said, bunkering in with the support of her crutches. “Don’t worry Fluttershy, we’re almost there!” Spike said, urging her on. Fluttershy felt a warm glow and the gentle push from Spike. Leaves blew around them, leaving Spike to brace the wind in for Fluttershy. “Wow, it’s really cold!” he said, between chattering teeth. Fluttershy giggled to herself to that and could hear his jaw freezing up from the chilly wind. “It’s pretty cold, isn’t it?” Fluttershy asked. “I can’t believe you’re actually fine in that measly hospital gown,” Spike said, putting his arm around her to keep her warm. “I’m just fine because of you, Spike,” Fluttershy replied, embracing his touch, “How long has it been anyway? Almost nine years now?” “Nine y-years and still counting!” Spike said, feeling a gust chill his core. As they walked, the two got onto the familiar road to Fluttershy’s cottage. The rhythm of Fluttershy’s crutches and Spike’s steps were in perfect synch and harmony. Helping each other reach the cottage, Spike’s cold hand reached for the doorknob. He turned it and led Fluttershy inside. He closed the door and shuddered, feeling his skin desire warmth. Too focused on that, Fluttershy slowly made her way to the heater. She quickly turned it on and heard the sounds of animals greet her. The little critters rubbed themselves on Fluttershy’s leg, making her giggle with their very soft fur. “They’ve been waiting for you,” Spike said, rubbing his arms to keep warm, “They didn’t really want to see me when I came in here,” he said. He looked at Angel, who was giving a glare. Spike returned it with his own. “I’m watching you, you little devil,” Spike muttered under his breath. “You all missed mommy?” Fluttershy asked. A few birds landed on her as more animals came out to greet her. Spike sat down on a chair and watched all the animals give their affections to Fluttershy. He smiled. It was amazing how close she was to animals. He crossed his arms and waited until the animals dispersed. “I need to get out of this hospital gown, Spike,” Fluttershy said, grabbing her crutches. She slowly made her way towards her room, leaving him alone. Spike sat back in his seat and sighed relaxedly. Fluttershy sat on her bed and nursed her leg. The cast was cumbersome, but she didn’t feel a thing. Leaving her crutches on the side, Fluttershy began to unbutton her gown. Underneath it was only her bra. Fluttershy got up on one leg until Angel bounced in with a shirt in his paws. “Aw, thank you, Angel bunny!” she said, sitting back down on the bed. The bunny just gave a small smile in return. Fluttershy grasped the t-shirt and slid it on. “Ooh, it’s just a bit breezy,” she said, looking around for a sweater. Her eyes laid contact with a green fluffy one. “There it is!” Fluttershy happily stumbled onto her promising comfortable sweater and put it over her head. “Nice and toasty!” she said bubbly. Now, it was for her pants. However, it dawned on her that the cast was big. Very big. Frantically, Fluttershy searched her wardrobe in the hopes to find a good pair of pants. In only panties accompanied by a burdened cast, she wouldn’t dare walk out with Spike out there. “T-There has to be something!” she said, throwing away pants after skirts behind her. Angel gave a dumbfounded look as he was bombarded with garments. A fluffy pink skirt fell on top of him. His paws uncovered the skirt, with the look of uncertainty. “Shorts,” she said finally, looking into an empty drawer. She looked at the pile nearby Angel. There was nothing there that could go over the cast. The jeans were impossible. The skirts would get in the way of the crutches. But in the end, the cast was just in the way. “Angel, can you help me get these on?” Fluttershy asked, sitting down on the floor. She crammed one leg of the shorts over the cast and spread her legs to put force into it. Angel shrugged and reluctantly hopped over. Fluttershy strained to not hurt herself. However, the leg hole could not fit around her cast. Angel scratched his head and tugged it in the same direction. Spike looked at the birds perch up near the ceiling and observed the critters scramble along the floor. He gave a small frown and turned his head towards Fluttershy’s room. What’s taking her so long? He grumbled. Spike heard the pattering of the animals’ paws on the ground before hearing an almighty crash in the room. *CRASH* “Ahhh!!” Fluttershy’s voice yelled. Immediately, Spike was now past her bedroom door. However, what he saw was Fluttershy spread-eagled. A remarkable view of her panties. Spike turned red in the face and looked away. He cleared his throat and still kept composure. “A-Are you hurt, Fluttershy?” he asked, peeking a look to see if she was covered. Fluttershy used her arms to cover her groin, but her magnificent legs were displayed out. “I just slipped,” she replied softly, flushing with embarrassment. “Do you… need help?” he asked at the doorway, “You know…” he blushed. “Yes, I actually do,” she said. Spike gave a nervous smile and walked over. “Okay,” he said, getting on his knees. He could see the scrunched up shorts massed on her foot. Spike used his hands to gently pry it off. He straightened then and swiftly placed the casted leg in the leg hole. “Your other leg, Fluttershy.” She lifted her legs, feeling Spike’s strong hands touch her on the thigh. She gave a small wince at the comfort. “D-Don’t tell Twilight this,” Spike said with a whisper, evening the shorts near Fluttershy’s waist. “But I help Twilight dress up like these since she’s so busy.” “She-what?” Fluttershy said in surprise. “I know, right?” Spike chuckled, “When I saw you struggle to get these on, it was like an instinct. A calling.” Fluttershy giggled. Twilight? Needing assistance in putting clothes on? Who knew? “Okay, I think you can put them on yourself, he said, “You’re not Twilight,” he gave a grin. Fluttershy stood up by herself and easily brought up her shorts. “Spike,” she said, “Can you, uh, help me with this every time I need to?” she blushed a little red, feeling that the favor would be a bit too much. “Of course, Fluttershy,” Spike said, “You’re my friend. I’ll be more than happy to help you.” “Oh, thank you, Spike.” “Anytime, Fluttershy.” Author's Note Hey guys. Remember me? Yeah, it's me. It's been long. It's been a while. And yet, these updates are hauling. If you're still here, I love you very much. Toodles~ //-------------------------------------------------------// Help with Anything? //-------------------------------------------------------// Help with Anything? Chapter 6: Help with Anything? “To love is nothing… To be loved is something... To love and be loved is everything.” Spike was bent over the fence, trying to catch his breath. Does Fluttershy do all of these every single day?! he thought. A bit tired, he could feel his muscles aching. They were telling him to stop. He took a deep breath stretched out his shoulders. “Okay!” he said to himself, “I can do this!!” With his remaining strength, he finally got the twentieth pair of buckets of water to Fluttershy’s small water silo. He broke a sweat, wiping it from his brow. Spike felt himself rejuvenated from completing a task and was ready to tackle the next one. Thanks to Twilight’s overloading demands of cleaning and housework, the dreaded vicious cycle was being handy. “C’mon you damn chickens!” Spike said, chasing hens in a small yard. “I need to put all of you in the henhouse!” He tripped on the ground, slamming his face into sweet dirt. Spike held a list, along with a basket in hand. “Alright, so who gets the fresh veggies, and who gets the chopped leafy greens?” he asked, looking at a herd of animals surrounding him. Next, he held a shovel and dug it deep into the ground. Using his weight to push down the tool, he got a heave of dirt and piled it on the side. He continued until there was a multiple small holes. With a bucket by his side, Spike began to scoop compost into them. A wretched smell filled his nostrils, causing him to flare them. “Damn, smells nasty,” he muttered to himself. Fluttershy watched him, peeking out of her cottage. He was muddied, tired, and breathing heavily. She could feel her own mouth water. Something about him was just amazing. Her trance was knocked off when she felt a light tug on her leg. Angel seemed to be disappointed. “Oh, what is it, Angel bunny?” she asked, grabbing a book next to her. Her broken leg rested on a big pillow, plush and comforted by a stool. The bunny shook his head and hopped away. Fluttershy blushed and dug her face in the book. I hope nobody saw how I looked like, she thought to herself. From behind the book, Fluttershy peeked out the window. From seeing Spike, she couldn’t help but smile. A grin spread across her face, leaving her to giggle and put the book down in her lap. Spike blinked before heaving a long sigh. “I think that’s it,” he said, picking mud out from under his fingernails. He dusted his pants off before entering the cottage. Angel took notice of him and turned around. “Hey there,” he said before the bunny made a disgusted face. He lifted his arms up and sniffed his armpits. Spike gave a shrug. “Smells alright.” He walked up to Fluttershy, who seemed to be unphased by the smell. “I think I finished everything,” he said proudly, emitting a putrid odor. Fluttershy could smell Spike from across the room, but she was used to foul stenching smells. She nodded. “Yes, you already finished everything I needed to do today.” “Hmm, really? Great!” he said, pointing back with his thumb, “Let me take a shower and I’ll be right back, okay?” “W-Wait, Spike,” Fluttershy said, putting both of her hands out. “Yeah?” She turned a light shade of red. “You can, um, use the shower here,” she said, “I-If you want to.” She looked away, covering herself with a book. “Really?” Spike exclaimed excitedly. He gave a bright smile. “I really love your shower here!” Fluttershy didn’t now know to respond to that. “Remember when I slid all the way into the mud pool?” he chuckled, looking back at such a time. Fluttershy blushed at that memory. It was years ago. When Spike was a kid. It’s just amazing that they grow up so fast… “Well, I’m off!” he said, strutting through the cottage. He left Fluttershy, smiling to herself. “You’re not a kid anymore, Spike,” she whispered. Princess Celestia, a regal royalty opened her eyes. “Sister, do you feel that malice in the air?” Her younger sister, Princess Luna replied with a nod. “It’s a sense of dread and trepidation.” The younger princess closed her eyes. “The future seems to be grim, dear sister.” Princess Celestia was silent. “We shall hope for the best.” “F-Fluttershy?” Spike’s voice called through the house. “Hmm, what is it?” she asked, lifting her eyes up from the book. “I don’t have a towel to dry off myself with,” he said, “or even clothes to wear.” “Oh, oh…” she said, imagining Spike naked. She could feel her throat close up. “Yeah, I didn’t think well on this. Is there any towels I can use?” he asked, “I don’t want to walk around here in the nude.” Secretly to herself, Fluttershy desired it badly. “They’re in the small wardrobe in front of the bathroom,” she said, hearing the door slowly squeak wide. In his birthday suit, he waddled over and grabbed a towel. “Thanks!” he said before he went back into the steamy room. Fluttershy was left alone, her thoughts to herself. She continued to fantasize about him, leaving a goofy smile and a red face. A tall cloaked figure found himself standing in front of a ruined building. Cautiously, he softly knocked on the door. An perpetually upset man by the name of Grimsilver opened the door. “Greetings, Sir Grimsilver,” the tall figure said with a respectful bow. “Christ, finally,” Grimsilver replied with annoyance. “What’s the news?” “Due to a few...” the man said before a quick pause, “mishaps, you need to be patient for a few more days. And how is Buffy holding up?” “Don’t make me start on that bumbling fool. If he was any slower, he would go backwards.” “May I come in, Sir Grimsilver?” the cloaked man politely asked. “Yeah, yeah. Come on in,” Grimsilver said, gesturing his hands. “This place is where hogs crawl and live. This place is a filthy rut!” The cloaked man gently closed the door behind him, taking off the hood on top of his head. “Your spirits seem to high of today, Sir Grimsilver,” he said with a small smile. The man stood tall, but not noticeably. He held soft eyes, but his expression was strong. His posture held order and a sense of a soldier. Grimsilver gave an exasperated sigh. “I do apologize for my outburst there, Wilhelm. Sleeping and living here for the past week is aggravating. Especially with that thing.” “Do you mean by Buffy, sir?” Wilhelm asked, reaching towards his side to open a bag. Grimsilver grumbled and sat down on a worn out sack of hay. He gave a reluctant nod before Wilhelm gave a small smile. “I do not know why you speak so ill of him.” “He’s been a thorn and a tumor in my side,” Grimsilver said, “He’s obnoxious, loud, and uncouth.” “Buffy, my dear friend,” Wilhelm said, taking out a greasy bag, “Are you here?” “Mr. Wilhelm?” Buffy’s slow words came out from the other room. His giant frame walked into the room. A bright smile poured onto his face. “Mr. Wilhelm! It’s good to see ya’!” “The pleasure is all mine, dear Buffy,” Wilhelm said, shaking the brown greasy bag. “In fact, I heard you were a good boy!” Grimsilver scoffed and turned away. “No worries, sir,” Wilhelm said, handing the bag to Buffy. The giant’s face lit up and smacked his lips. “Oh, you couldn’t have, Mr. Wilhelm!” “Oh, yes I did, Buffy!” Wilhelm said with a warm smile. He turned towards Grimsilver. “I got you a bag too, sir Grimsilver.” The silver-haired man turned towards him. “Y-You did?” “Why would I forget you, sir?” Wilhelm said, digging up another greasy bag. “It’s your favorite too. A double-stacked supreme deluxe baconator with potato fries fried in hay oil.” Buffy dug into his gigantic burger before Grimsilver looked away. Grimsilver gave a ‘hmph’. “Peasant food is not what I usually eat, but this will do.” He reluctantly accepted the bag, feeling the warmth of the junk food. “Please, eat sir,” Wilhelm said, gesturing with his hands. “Go ahead and eat.” “Y-You won’t tell anyone, right, Wilhelm?” “Have I ever told anyone when you trust me with your life, sir?” the gentleman asked, giving a small bow. “You’re a damn good man. However, dear Wilhelm, how long are you going to stay here?” Grimsilver asked, taking a bite out of his burger. He gave a nod of approval of the taste before Wilhelm spoke. “I am here to stay if it’s your order, sir.” he replied with a small bow. “Perfect!” Grimsilver said between bites of his burger. He stuffed a few fries in his face before talking again. “Get a bit more information about this ‘Spike’ character. Also, check on Fluttershy.” “Could you give me a little information to go off of, dear sir?” Wilhelm asked. “Of course, Wilhelm,” Grimsilver said, almost inaudible from the food in his mouth. “Spike and Fluttershy are residents in this town. Fluttershy is a pink-haired girl and Spike is a green-haired boy.” His voice turned sour with the mention of Spike. “Just walk around town and you’ll know enough.” “Done and done, dear sir,” Wilhelm replied. “Good. I love how you don’t ask any questions. That’s what I endear about you.” “However, sir, I do have a question,” Wilhelm said. Grimsilver raised an eyebrow. “What?” “Would you like to pizza for dinner? I heard it’s a quite good dish.” The silver-haired man chuckled. “I also spotted a small sweet shop not too far from here. And I do know you love small pastries.” “Have I ever told you how much I love you, Wilhelm?” Grimsilver said with a hearty tone. “I love Mr. Wilhelm more than you, Grimsilver!” Buffy said, already done with his meal. “Shut it, you waste of space!” he replied venously. “Fluttershy, is there anything you want for dinner?” Spike asked, dusting his hands off. “I may not look like it, but I can sort of cook.” “What do you mean by ‘sort of cook’?” she asked, giving a small smile. “I do my best if you want something, that’s all,” Spike said, adjusting his very tight clothes. “Besides, I have to back to the library and change my clothes.” “Why don’t you surprise me then?” she asked, putting both of her hands together, “Dinner isn’t in about a few hours anyway.” Spike gave a quick nod before going out the door. “I’ll be back, Fluttershy!” Fluttershy gave another smile, imagining Spike as her husband. A husband that would come back home. She giggled to herself with her own little fantasy, leaving her animals puzzled. Spike took a few steps before lavender magic made a spark next to him. Twilight appeared in distress and panic. “Spike, come with me!!” she exclaimed. “Okay, bu-” In an instant, they were gone not too far from Fluttershy’s cottage. They appeared inside of the Golden Oak Library where Twilight held a letter in her hand. She pointed at it. “I received a letter from the princesses!” “Before you go on that, I have to change my clothes,” Spike said, walking off into his room. Twilight followed after him, still explaining everything. “I noticed after that Fluttershy was injured, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna notified me immediately something could be happening soon. It probably was a coincidence, but there’s a chance it could be linked,” Twilight said as Spike took off his tight clothing off of himself. “Are you going to stand there and watch me change?” he asked. “And I thought you were in Canterlot not too long ago.” “I walked around town and also found that it slightly different than yesterday.” “I-Isn’t that everyday when something is a little bit different?” Spike asked, putting on undergarments. “I’m just telling you, Spike!” Twilight said putting both of her hands on his shoulders. “Something might happen in town!” “If any problems arises, then we solve it together,” Spike said, sliding a shirt on. “Simple as that. Also, I’m going to take a few bits.” “Good way to think, Spike!” Twilight said, “But-” However, Spike left the library, leaving her alone without a word. She gave a groan before sulking around.
