I bashed my alarm clock, and regretfully got up. "Urgh." I said as I rubbed my eyes and got up. I headed downstairs where my six friends were already having breakfast. "Morning all" I said, they all nodded and got back to there snacks, will I made a bowl of cereal and sat down. Alright, I should probably explain myself, me name is Spike, I'm a Pokemon trainer here in Unova, I've already gone through the other four regions and my team is made up of Pokemon from all of these regions. Now I live in Nuvema town, and I'm very good friends with professor Juniper, she's alright, although begs me to go on a quest to help with the pokedex, I just said no thanks, but still bugs me sometimes. I soon came out of the shower and got my clothes, I wore a purple and green cap with a pokeball on it, a green shirt, and purple jacket and jeans, along with a green bag with all my items for my team, then I put on my running shoes and phone. I then headed down where five of my six team members where. "Hey, where's?-" I was cut off as my phone started to ring, I quickly pulled it out and flipped it open. "Hello?" I asked. "Spike, it's me!" A familiar female voice is heard. "Oh hey Juniper, what is it?" I ask. "I have a surprise for you." "Is it a quest to fill the pokedex?" I asked. "No, but if you wouldn't-" "I said no." I cut her off. "Oh well, anyway, you gotta get over here." She said then hanged up. I put my phone away and then got my teams five pokeball out. "I'll let you guys out once we get there." I said as I threw them at there feet, they soon went into there seperate ones, I then picked them up and looked around. "Where are you?" I asked before something grabbed my right shoulder, it seem to coil around my shoulder, I looked at it to see the little eyes of a Dratini. "There you are, you slippery snake." I said patting her head, she just blew a raspberry at me when I called her slippery but then purred from me patting her head. "Come on, lets go." I said as I walked out of my home and headed towards the lab, I had found Dratini from the last trip to Sinnoh I took, I walked through the caves and found her on the shore of one of the beaches. I opened the door and in the front room was Juniper tapping her foot looking at her wrist with her watch on it, she then looked up at me. "You wanted to see me?" I asked. "Oh, Spike, your here, listen. It'll take a lot of explaining." She said as we walked to two seats, we both sat down. "Now, you know the Equestrian region?" Juniper asked. "Yeah, what of it?" I asked. "Well, my two colleagues over there, Professors Luna and Celestia have sent six new trainers here to explore, collect new Pokemon, and apparently, learning the magic of friendship." She said, magic of friendship? I already know a lot of that. "So how does this involves me?" I asked. "Well, Luna and Celestia asked if there could be an experienced trainer to help them, and your the only one I now whose experienced enough to become a master." She said, I sighed. "Really, you going at this again?" I asked. "Sorry, but really, your very good!" She said. "I know. So these six, what Pokemon will they get?" I asked. "Not the standard starter Pokemon, Celestia and Luna requested special starters for these six. Oh and there all girls." She said, trying to drop a hint. "I know what your think Juniper, but I told you, I'm not interested in a relationship." "But you've never had one, you've never even had a first kiss!" She said. "I know, but it's ok." I said. Then one of the trainers walked through the door, she was wearing a white dress with purple curly hair, with a Purrloin right behind her, as she walked over, me and Juniper stood up. "Spike, this is Rarity, she's a fashion designer." "Nice to meet you." I said holding out my hand. "You to darling." She said grabbing my hand and shaking it, though after her eyes gleamed and looked at Dratini. "Oh my stars! I must have a look at your Dratini!" She said as she tried to grab her, Dratini quickly jumped off my shoulder and curled into a ball on the couch, Rarity tried to grab her but I stopped her. "Yeah, sorry but I don't think so." I said. "But I could make her more beautiful!" She stated. "Thanks but no thanks." I said picking Dratini up again who quickly wrapped herself around my shoulder.then another one came through, she had a purple shirt and skirt, with straight lavender hair with some light purple and pink strips. Next to her was a Ponyta "Now Spike, this is Twilight." Juniper said. "Hey there." I said holding my hand out again, she took it gracefully. "Nice to meet you...Spike was it?" "Yes." I replied, Twilight then sat down and so did Rarity and started talking, I didn't listen but then another trainer walked through. She was wearing a black shirt with a cyan jacket and cyan track shorts, with a Spearow flying next to her. " This is Rainbow." Juniper said as I held out my hand, rainbow shook it. "Nice to meet ya dude, ya don't seem like an experienced trainer." She said. "Just you wait." I said. "Whatever, hey Twilight!" Rainbow said walking over to the two girls. Then another trainer came out of the door, she was wearing a yellow sweeter with some black pants and pink hair, she was also followed by an Eevee, although she seemed to be a bit reluctant to come over. "Spike, this is Fluttershy." Juniper said, ah, that explained it. I held out my hand, and her shaking hand slowly grabbed it and shaked it. "N-nice t-t-to y-you." She said in a voice I could barely hear. "Um, you to." I said as Fluttershy 'eeped' and ran over to her friends. Up next was a girl who was bouncing, she had poofy pink hair, pink shirt and pink pants, followed by a phanpy, bouncing as well. "Hi! I'm Pinkie Pie!" She said in a high pitched voice. "Hey there." I said, confused of how exactly that girl could have that much energy. Then the last one came out, she was wearing an orange button shirt, blue jeans, with a brown Steston and blonde hair, she was followed by a riulo. "And lastly, Spike, this is Applejack." Juniper said. "Howdy partner." Applejack said holding her hand out, I grabbed it and we had a good strong shake. "Ya got quite a shake there." Applejack said, then her Riolu jumped on her shoulder, Applejack then patted its head. "Ya a good little critter ain't ya." She said, I chuckled slightly. "He seems like a nice Riolu." I said. "Yeah, he is a funny little critter." She said. "Yo, lovebirds, lets go!" Rainbow shouted, the statement caused both of us to blush. "She's right, Spike, I think it's time you take these girls to Striaton city and let them get there badges." Juniper said, I nodded and turned to the other girls. "Alright, girls follow me." I said as i walk out with them and there Pokemon right behind them, we soon were right outside of the lab. "Alright, before we go, I'd like you to meet my team." I said pulling out five poke balls and throwing them in the air and out came my five other friends. "First, this here is Serperior, she was my first Pokemon." I said pointing to the grass snake. "Next, there's Scyther, he's the best flyer I know." I said as he showed off his bug wings. "Then there's Scoliopede, she's big but friendly I said as the huge bug Pokemon smiled. "And here's feebas." I said, I was about to go on but Rarity then shreiked. "Why would you have the most ugliest Pokemon!? Wouldn't it be better to have something more fabulous!?"'she asked, I then pulled out a rare candy. "First, she's a great friend, second I don't care how fabulous she looks alright." I said as I feed Feebas the rare candy, who then started to glow and change shape and suddenly, she became a Milotic, to which Rarity eye's suddenly gleamed. "Have I told you how much fabulousness doesn't matter?" Rarity asked, she was answered with a water gun to her hair, everyone apart from her had a laugh. "And lastly there's...where is he?" I asked looking for my last member. "This is boring, let's go! I won't to show the world how awesome I am!" Rainbow then started to go on and on of her 'awesomeness', meanwhile, a second rainbow appeared behind her and made funny faces, causing me and the other five girls to keep our laughter to ourselves, but then we all burst out in laughter, Rainbow was just confused. "What are you laughing a-AHH!" Rainbow screamed as her double jumped over her in front of her and turned into a Zorua. "And lastly, Zorua, he's a real trickster." I said as Zorua giggled and ran over to me. "Alright, that was pretty good." Rainbow admitted and laughed. "Alright, now guys, return."'I said as I threw there pokeballs in the air and they all returned. I then collected them up and looked at the six girls. "Alright, let's go girls." And we headed off, not knowing what would happen, and when it would. Accumula townMe and the girls were currently on route 1 on the way to Accumula town, I asked them Question along the way to make sure they knew what they needed to do. "So you know how to catch Pokemon?" "We weaken the wild Pokemon then throw a Pokeball to catch them." Twilight said. "Looks like someone has done homework. Do you have any Pokeballs?" "Yeah, the professors have us five each. And about three thousand Poke." Dash said. "Alright, come on, Accumula town isn't to far." I said, as we walked through the wild grass, we carefully stepped in order to stop any wild Pokemon attacking. I then heard Fluttershy gasp as she sped past all of us. "Fluttershy!" I yelled, I then noticed her squeezing the life out of a Lillipup as it licked her face. "Ah, your so cute." She said. She then pulled out a Pokeballs and threw it against the Lillipup. It was encased in purple aura as the Pokeballs shook until it stopped. Fluttershy picked up the ball and put it away in her bag. I noticed the eevee looking a bit jealous, Fluttershy must of noticed this too as she held her arms open, the eevee rushing up and hugging Fluttershy. I chuckled at this as I walked over and patted her on the back. "Congratulation Fluttershy, your the first to catch Pokemon." She looked up to me and nodded. We then moved on. We soon nearly reached the end, it seems like we were almost to town, but then two Patrats popped up. "Ah! Patrats!" Rarity said. One came at me, the other at Applejack. Our Pokemon got ready. "Dratini! Twister!" "Riolu! Focus Punch!" Dratini created a twister that sent one Patrat flying, until it fell down and fainted. Riolu meanwhile, punched the Patrat right in the face, knocking it out. "K.O!" I heard Pinkie said. Our Pokemon soon returned to us. "Nice job out there partner." Applejack said. "You too." I said as we entered Accumula town. As we entered, we walked onto a stone path and saw a two storey orange building on our right. "You know what that building is?" I said. "Yep, that's tha Pokemon center." Applejack said. "Ya know what you can do it there?" "Oh, oh. Buy stuff, get out, store and heal you Pokemon!" Pinkie said. "Yeah, basically." I said. "Oh, can we get some potions?" Twilight asked. "Sure." I said as we walked through the double doors and walked to the pokemart. "Hello Sir and Misses, what can I get you?" He asked. "I'll take three potions and a Pokeball." Twilight said. The clerk nodded amd pulled out the items. "That'll be 1100 Poke." He said, Twilight put the money on the desk and out the items into her bag. Next was Rarity. "I'll take two Pokeballs and two potions." "Sure, that'll be 1000 Poke." Rarity took her items and Dash then walked up. "Can I get about three Pokeballs and one potion." "Yep, that's 900 poke." Dash placed the money and took her items, Fluttershy came up next. "Um, can I get five potions...if that's ok." "Of coarse, that'll be 1500 Poke." He said. Pinkie decided not to get anything, and Applejack went up next. "Can ah get a couple of those Pokeballs." She asked. "Sure. 400 poke." After that we left the building. We then overheard someone. "There's something going on in the plaza." We decided to check it out, we walked into the group were on the plaza, there were people dressed up in knight like costumes. Two flags with a ball and white background and a 'P' with a 'Z' crossing over it. Out of the middle came a man in gold robes with pale green hair. And something weird with his eye was happening. "My name is Ghetsis. I am here representing Team Plasma." Team Plasma? "Today, ladies and gentlemen, I would like to talk to you about Pokemon liberation." I heard people in the crowd talking. "Spike, ya have any idea what's going on?" Applejack asked me. "No idea." Ghetsis began walking. "I'm sure most of you believe that we humans and Pokemon are partners." "We're more then that. Were the bestest of friends will ever make." Pinkie said. "That we have come to live together because we want and need each other. However...is that really the truth?" "Of coarse it is! Our society is built upon it." Twilight said. "Have you ever considered that perhaps we humans...only assume that this is the truth." "Of coarse not!" Twilight said again, I think her hairs about to turn into flames. "Pokemon are subject to the selfish commands of trainers...they get pushed around when they are our 'partners' at work...can anyone say with confidence that there is no truth in what I'm saying?" "Yes I can!" Twilight said, pushing her way through. Her Ponyta following "How dare you say such things!" I better calm her down before she blasts him into oblivion, I made my way through the crowd. "The relationship with trainers and Pokemon are what holds our society together! and your probably judging on a small portion of trainers." "Really, can you give me one trainer that actually lives In peace with Pokemon?" "Yes I can." She says as I finally exit the crowd and stand behind her. "My friend Spike!" She said, I looked behind to see the other five girls walk up behind me. "Really?" "Yes, see here. He has one of his Pokemon not trapped into his balls, instead he keeps his Pokemon closer to him." She said this right as Dratini started to nuzzle my cheek, causing me to laugh a bit. I noticed that Ghetsis started to sweat. "Team Plasma! Retreat!" He said as the knights surrounded him as they ran out of town. The crowd slowly disappeared until it was just me and the girls. "Nice job Twilight." Dash said. "Thanks, but it was really Spike who helped me. If he didn't come out, I don't think I could bring up any other person." "Why?" I asked. "Because your the only trainer I know that's shown a kind connection with there Pokemon." "Hey, what about us?" Dash said. "Of coarse you girls as well, I could never forget you." She said, they all pulled each other into a group hug, I stayed out of it. Hoping to avoid it. But alas, I couldn't. "And we haven't forgotten about you Spikey-Wikey." Rarity said. Spikey-Wikey? I couldn't respond in time as I was pulled into the hug. I admitted defeat and accepted there hug. "Yes, that is true." We all broke the hug and turned around to see a boy about our age wearing a white shirt and jacket, black pants, a black white cap with long green hair. "You Pokemon...what there all saying...especially those two." He said pointing to Dratini and Riolu. What? "Woah, woah, woah. What do you mean Pokemon talking?" Dash asked. "Yes darling. I am rather confused." Rarity said. "...these Pokemon can talk...you people can't hear it, how sad. My name is N." "Hi! My names Pinkie Pie! These are my friends Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, Applejack and Spike! We're on a Pokemon journey from the Region of Equestria by Professors Celestia and Luna." She said. "So, you'll confine Pokemon along you journey...I'm a trainer to. But I can't help wondering...are Pokemon really happy this way...well Spike. Let me hear your Pokemon again!" He said throwing a Pokeball down, revealing a Purrloin. "Alright, your on. Go Dratini." I said as she jumped of my shoulder and got ready to fight. "Dratini, Dragon rage." I said, as blue fire breath out of her mouth, this caused the purloin to take damage but not faint. It then tried to scratch Dratini. "Dodge that scratch then use iron tail!" I said, Dratini slithered from the attack in time, then jumped into the air and slammed her tail down on the purrlion, finally causing it to faint. The Pokemon returned to its Pokeball as N picked it up. "I have never heard Pokemon talk like that before...as long as they are confined to Pokeballs, Pokemon will never be perfect beings. That's why I must free them, because they are my friends." He said right before taking off, leaving us there. "That was weird." I said as Dratini slithered back onto my shoulder. "Well, the next place to visit is Striaton City, that's where the first gym of Unova is. You want to go there?" I asked the girls, they all nodded. "Okay, come on let's go." I said, the girls all nodded as we headed to the gate. That was strange, then again this is the beginning of our journey. And it's also only past noon. Camping on route 2We had just left Accumula city, and after those Team Plasma guys left after Twilight shut them up. We walked on Route 2, and as we walked on. We discussed about what exactly those Plasma guys and that N fellow. but I noticed something, it seemed like it was almost Sunset. And we where halfway between Accumula and Striaton City. "Alright girls. I think we should set up camp for tonight. We'll go the Striaton City tomorrow morning." I said. "Couldn't we just go to Striaton and stay there?" Dash asked. "Yes, isn't that much better then sleeping in the dirt." Rarity said. "By the time we get there, it'll be night. And I don't think fighting wild Pokemon in the dark will be good. Especially since those Pokemon won't just be Patrats and Lillipups." I said. They slowly back away. "Alright, that looks like a good spot." I said pointing to a clear space the has trees on one side and some wild grass on the other side. I started to collect some fire wood as the girls set up there tents. I picked up some odd sticks laying on the ground, I saw Dratini jump off my shoulder and into a bush, she came out with a bunch of sticks. Man that looked cute. We soon came back to see the girls had all there tents set up. I soon placed the sticks in the middle of them. "Can we help?" Twilight asked. "Yeah sure, find some rocks and then we'll find a way to light this." I said, the girls nodded as we all left the site and into the trees. Applejack decided to join me as we looked around for rocks big enough. "So how long have ya been doin' this?" "Ever since I left for Kanto back when I was eleven." "How'd ya parents react?" "Well, my father didn't react well. But my mom supported the entire way. What about your family?" I asked. " we'll, mah brother tried to stop me, telling me Ah could get hurt. But Ah kept telling him that we would be with a professional." She said "You think I'm a professional?" I ask her. "Of coarse! Ah've only known ya for a little while but you've sown me ya have a lot of potential." "Thanks. So Applejack, I have a little bit of knowledge on the Equestrian region. Could you tell me a little bit about it, like the types of Pokemon." "Sure. We mostly have Equine Pokemon, but also some Flying, Steel and dragon types to." "Uh, interesting. So what do you do?" I asked her. "Ah work on mah farm, Sweet Apple Acres. It has the best and finest apples in all of Equestria." She said, she reached into her bag and pulled out an apple. She threw it to me which I caught. "Go on, try it." She said, I took a bit out of it. Man it's so sweet. "Whatcha think?" She asked as I swallowed the piece. "That is one very good apple." I said, she gave me a hearty smile. We then heard a scream, sounded like Twilight. "Twilight!" Applejack said, we rushed to her scream. As we got there, we saw about three knocked out Patrats and Twilight petting her Ponyta's head. "What happened?" I asked. "Well these Patrat's came out of nowhere as I found some rocks we could use. Then Ponyta here knocked them all out. In fact o think she's learned a new move." Twilight explained, her Ponyta neighed and started to nuzzle Twilight's hand. "Well..this is interesting." I said, soon the other four girls popped up. "What happened, are you okay Twilight?" Rainbow Dash asked. "Don't worry I'm fine. Did you girls find any rocks?" She asked. The four girls showed us some large rocks and stones. "Okay, that should be enough. Lets head back." I said. They all nodded as we made our way through the forest. We soon arrived back at the campsite and set up the rocks and sticks to make a fire. "Alright, anyone have any idea how to light this?" I asked, Twilight's Ponyta then blew some fire from its mouth and the fire started to burn. "Looks like it learned Ember, congrats Twilight." I said, she Blushed as her Ponyta showed off in pride. I rolled my eyes, I then saw a spray of water hit the Ponyta, causing it to stop showing off in pride and fall over. I say my Dratini with a smug grin in her face. The event caused us and our Pokemon to laugh, and slowly the Ponyta laughed to. Afterwards, we sat around the campfire as the sun finally started to set. I then decided to bring out food for dinner. We ate and enjoyed, but I soon got a call on my cell phone, I answered it and I heard Proffeser Juniper. "Hello Spike!" "Hey there Juniper. What's up?" "Where are you?" She asked. "We're about halfway on Route 2, we should reach Striaton city tomorrow." I said. "Are the girls all okay? Have they battled or caught any Pokemon?" "Well earlier today Fluttershy caught a Lillipup, and Twilight's Ponyta learned Ember." "Well that's good, any problems?" "Apart from a weird group of people called Team Plasma, and some guy named N, everything was normal in Accumula." "That's right, I saw that on the news. It was funny how he was shut up by Twilight using you as an example." "Yeah, It was." "Oh, and Spike." "Yes?" "I wanted to check up something at your house and I found your tent here." "You mean I didn't pack it?" "Yes." I face palmed, how could I forget my tent. "I'm sure you'll find something out, but I have a task for you and the girls." "Okay, what is it?" I asked. "I need you to visit a friend of mine, Proffeser Fennel. She's currently conduction experiments on Pokemon Dreams. She may need help with some so please go over." "Sure, where's her house?" "Last house on the right." "Okay, anything else?" I asked. "Hmm...nope, nothing else." "Alright, bye Juniper." "Bye Spike." She said as I hung up and put my phone away. "Who was it?" Twilight asked. "Well-" "Was it Professor Juniper who wanted us to visit a friend of hers called Proffeser Fennel, and help her if we can. And also that you forgot your tent?" Pinkie asked. "Y-yes. How Did you know all of that?" I asked her. "Just a hunch." She said giggling. I was about to respond but Applejack whispered. "It's just Pinkie being Pinkie. Don't bother understanding, even ah don't understand her." I obeyed her words. "Wait, ya don't have ya tent with you?" She asked. "Yeah, I forgot." I said embarrassed. "Mah tents big enough for two, ya can stay in there if ya want." "Really, I don't want to bother you." I said. "Ya won't be a bother." "Alright, if you insist." I said. We talked into the night, until it was time to go to bed. I followed Applejack into her tent as I pulled out my Sleeping bag. Dratini jumped off of my shoulder as I set it down. I looked to see Applejack's Riolu shivering, but Dratini wrapped her self around him as she laid her head on his shoulder. I saw him blush as he stopped shiver and also slowly closed his eyes. "Now that's adorable." Applejack said, I chuckled. I agreed. "Well, night Spike." She said as she took off her Stetson, put her bag away climbed into her sleeping bag. "Goodnight Applejack." I said as I put my bag away, my cap off and got onto my sleeping bag. I slowly feel asleep and let sleep consume me. Where to go from hereHey guys, so if you've clicked on this you might of seen i have cancelled this story. I've been thinking lately about my stories and when i thought back to this story, i released i was just rewriting another source material all over again and I've lost my passion to continue this story particularly, so I've decided to end it. I am sorry if this upsets you guys, especially for those who wanted to see what would happen, but i simply just don't feel comfortable continuing with this story. However, i have not given up on the concept entirely. I had given up on this story, but i still want to continue with Spike as a Pokemon trainer. So I thought about it and i have got the basic concept and idea for a new Spike/Pokemon crossover. The new story will have at least some originality to it, as i'm not basing this off one of the Pokemon games, but the concept and world of the games itself. It will take place in Equestria and I am still planning out the characters, their roles, the main town and cities with Gyms and who the gym leaders and enemy organisation will be. I am just starting to write this up, and when i finish it i will publish the story and delete this one. So until then, keep a look out for the new story, keep calm and tomahawk on.

Then one of the trainers walked through the door, she was wearing a white dress with purple curly hair, with a Purrloin right behind her, as she walked over, me and Juniper stood up. "Spike, this is Rarity, she's a fashion designer." "Nice to meet you." I said holding out my hand. "You to darling." She said grabbing my hand and shaking it, though after her eyes gleamed and looked at Dratini. "Oh my stars! I must have a look at your Dratini!" She said as she tried to grab her, Dratini quickly jumped off my shoulder and curled into a ball on the couch, Rarity tried to grab her but I stopped her. "Yeah, sorry but I don't think so." I said. "But I could make her more beautiful!" She stated. "Thanks but no thanks." I said picking Dratini up again who quickly wrapped herself around my shoulder.then another one came through, she had a purple shirt and skirt, with straight lavender hair with some light purple and pink strips. Next to her was a Ponyta "Now Spike, this is Twilight." Juniper said. "Hey there." I said holding my hand out again, she took it gracefully. "Nice to meet you...Spike was it?" "Yes." I replied, Twilight then sat down and so did Rarity and started talking, I didn't listen but then another trainer walked through. She was wearing a black shirt with a cyan jacket and cyan track shorts, with a Spearow flying next to her. " This is Rainbow." Juniper said as I held out my hand, rainbow shook it. "Nice to meet ya dude, ya don't seem like an experienced trainer." She said. "Just you wait." I said. "Whatever, hey Twilight!" Rainbow said walking over to the two girls. Then another trainer came out of the door, she was wearing a yellow sweeter with some black pants and pink hair, she was also followed by an Eevee, although she seemed to be a bit reluctant to come over. "Spike, this is Fluttershy." Juniper said, ah, that explained it. I held out my hand, and her shaking hand slowly grabbed it and shaked it. "N-nice t-t-to y-you." She said in a voice I could barely hear. "Um, you to." I said as Fluttershy 'eeped' and ran over to her friends. Up next was a girl who was bouncing, she had poofy pink hair, pink shirt and pink pants, followed by a phanpy, bouncing as well. "Hi! I'm Pinkie Pie!" She said in a high pitched voice. "Hey there." I said, confused of how exactly that girl could have that much energy. Then the last one came out, she was wearing an orange button shirt, blue jeans, with a brown Steston and blonde hair, she was followed by a riulo. "And lastly, Spike, this is Applejack." Juniper said. "Howdy partner." Applejack said holding her hand out, I grabbed it and we had a good strong shake. "Ya got quite a shake there." Applejack said, then her Riolu jumped on her shoulder, Applejack then patted its head. "Ya a good little critter ain't ya." She said, I chuckled slightly. "He seems like a nice Riolu." I said. "Yeah, he is a funny little critter." She said. "Yo, lovebirds, lets go!" Rainbow shouted, the statement caused both of us to blush. "She's right, Spike, I think it's time you take these girls to Striaton city and let them get there badges." Juniper said, I nodded and turned to the other girls. "Alright, girls follow me." I said as i walk out with them and there Pokemon right behind them, we soon were right outside of the lab. "Alright, before we go, I'd like you to meet my team." I said pulling out five poke balls and throwing them in the air and out came my five other friends. "First, this here is Serperior, she was my first Pokemon." I said pointing to the grass snake. "Next, there's Scyther, he's the best flyer I know." I said as he showed off his bug wings. "Then there's Scoliopede, she's big but friendly I said as the huge bug Pokemon smiled. "And here's feebas." I said, I was about to go on but Rarity then shreiked. "Why would you have the most ugliest Pokemon!? Wouldn't it be better to have something more fabulous!?"'she asked, I then pulled out a rare candy. "First, she's a great friend, second I don't care how fabulous she looks alright." I said as I feed Feebas the rare candy, who then started to glow and change shape and suddenly, she became a Milotic, to which Rarity eye's suddenly gleamed. "Have I told you how much fabulousness doesn't matter?" Rarity asked, she was answered with a water gun to her hair, everyone apart from her had a laugh. "And lastly there's...where is he?" I asked looking for my last member. "This is boring, let's go! I won't to show the world how awesome I am!" Rainbow then started to go on and on of her 'awesomeness', meanwhile, a second rainbow appeared behind her and made funny faces, causing me and the other five girls to keep our laughter to ourselves, but then we all burst out in laughter, Rainbow was just confused. "What are you laughing a-AHH!" Rainbow screamed as her double jumped over her in front of her and turned into a Zorua. "And lastly, Zorua, he's a real trickster." I said as Zorua giggled and ran over to me. "Alright, that was pretty good." Rainbow admitted and laughed. "Alright, now guys, return."'I said as I threw there pokeballs in the air and they all returned. I then collected them up and looked at the six girls. "Alright, let's go girls." Accumula townMe and the girls were currently on route 1 on the way to Accumula town, I asked them Question along the way to make sure they knew what they needed to do. "So you know how to catch Pokemon?" "We weaken the wild Pokemon then throw a Pokeball to catch them." Twilight said. "Looks like someone has done homework. Do you have any Pokeballs?" "Yeah, the professors have us five each. And about three thousand Poke." Dash said. "Alright, come on, Accumula town isn't to far." I said, as we walked through the wild grass, we carefully stepped in order to stop any wild Pokemon attacking. I then heard Fluttershy gasp as she sped past all of us. "Fluttershy!" I yelled, I then noticed her squeezing the life out of a Lillipup as it licked her face. "Ah, your so cute." She said. She then pulled out a Pokeballs and threw it against the Lillipup. It was encased in purple aura as the Pokeballs shook until it stopped. Fluttershy picked up the ball and put it away in her bag. I noticed the eevee looking a bit jealous, Fluttershy must of noticed this too as she held her arms open, the eevee rushing up and hugging Fluttershy. I chuckled at this as I walked over and patted her on the back. "Congratulation Fluttershy, your the first to catch Pokemon." She looked up to me and nodded. We then moved on. We soon nearly reached the end, it seems like we were almost to town, but then two Patrats popped up. "Ah! Patrats!" Rarity said. One came at me, the other at Applejack. Our Pokemon got ready. "Dratini! Twister!" "Riolu! Focus Punch!" Dratini created a twister that sent one Patrat flying, until it fell down and fainted. Riolu meanwhile, punched the Patrat right in the face, knocking it out. "K.O!" I heard Pinkie said. Our Pokemon soon returned to us. "Nice job out there partner." Applejack said. "You too." I said as we entered Accumula town. As we entered, we walked onto a stone path and saw a two storey orange building on our right. "You know what that building is?" I said. "Yep, that's tha Pokemon center." Applejack said. "Ya know what you can do it there?" "Oh, oh. Buy stuff, get out, store and heal you Pokemon!" Pinkie said. "Yeah, basically." I said. "Oh, can we get some potions?" Twilight asked. "Sure." I said as we walked through the double doors and walked to the pokemart. "Hello Sir and Misses, what can I get you?" He asked. "I'll take three potions and a Pokeball." Twilight said. The clerk nodded amd pulled out the items. "That'll be 1100 Poke." He said, Twilight put the money on the desk and out the items into her bag. Next was Rarity. "I'll take two Pokeballs and two potions." "Sure, that'll be 1000 Poke." Rarity took her items and Dash then walked up. "Can I get about three Pokeballs and one potion." "Yep, that's 900 poke." Dash placed the money and took her items, Fluttershy came up next. "Um, can I get five potions...if that's ok." "Of coarse, that'll be 1500 Poke." He said. Pinkie decided not to get anything, and Applejack went up next. "Can ah get a couple of those Pokeballs." She asked. "Sure. 400 poke." After that we left the building. We then overheard someone. "There's something going on in the plaza." We decided to check it out, we walked into the group were on the plaza, there were people dressed up in knight like costumes. Two flags with a ball and white background and a 'P' with a 'Z' crossing over it. Out of the middle came a man in gold robes with pale green hair. And something weird with his eye was happening. "My name is Ghetsis. I am here representing Team Plasma." Team Plasma? "Today, ladies and gentlemen, I would like to talk to you about Pokemon liberation." I heard people in the crowd talking. "Spike, ya have any idea what's going on?" Applejack asked me. "No idea." Ghetsis began walking. "I'm sure most of you believe that we humans and Pokemon are partners." "We're more then that. Were the bestest of friends will ever make." Pinkie said. "That we have come to live together because we want and need each other. However...is that really the truth?" "Of coarse it is! Our society is built upon it." Twilight said. "Have you ever considered that perhaps we humans...only assume that this is the truth." "Of coarse not!" Twilight said again, I think her hairs about to turn into flames. "Pokemon are subject to the selfish commands of trainers...they get pushed around when they are our 'partners' at work...can anyone say with confidence that there is no truth in what I'm saying?" "Yes I can!" Twilight said, pushing her way through. Her Ponyta following "How dare you say such things!" I better calm her down before she blasts him into oblivion, I made my way through the crowd. "The relationship with trainers and Pokemon are what holds our society together! and your probably judging on a small portion of trainers." "Really, can you give me one trainer that actually lives In peace with Pokemon?" "Yes I can." She says as I finally exit the crowd and stand behind her. "My friend Spike!" She said, I looked behind to see the other five girls walk up behind me. "Really?" "Yes, see here. He has one of his Pokemon not trapped into his balls, instead he keeps his Pokemon closer to him." She said this right as Dratini started to nuzzle my cheek, causing me to laugh a bit. I noticed that Ghetsis started to sweat. "Team Plasma! Retreat!" He said as the knights surrounded him as they ran out of town. The crowd slowly disappeared until it was just me and the girls. "Nice job Twilight." Dash said. "Thanks, but it was really Spike who helped me. If he didn't come out, I don't think I could bring up any other person." "Why?" I asked. "Because your the only trainer I know that's shown a kind connection with there Pokemon." "Hey, what about us?" Dash said. "Of coarse you girls as well, I could never forget you." She said, they all pulled each other into a group hug, I stayed out of it. Hoping to avoid it. But alas, I couldn't. "And we haven't forgotten about you Spikey-Wikey." Rarity said. Spikey-Wikey? I couldn't respond in time as I was pulled into the hug. I admitted defeat and accepted there hug. "Yes, that is true." We all broke the hug and turned around to see a boy about our age wearing a white shirt and jacket, black pants, a black white cap with long green hair. "You Pokemon...what there all saying...especially those two." He said pointing to Dratini and Riolu. What? "Woah, woah, woah. What do you mean Pokemon talking?" Dash asked. "Yes darling. I am rather confused." Rarity said. "...these Pokemon can talk...you people can't hear it, how sad. My name is N." "Hi! My names Pinkie Pie! These are my friends Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, Applejack and Spike! We're on a Pokemon journey from the Region of Equestria by Professors Celestia and Luna." She said. "So, you'll confine Pokemon along you journey...I'm a trainer to. But I can't help wondering...are Pokemon really happy this way...well Spike. Let me hear your Pokemon again!" He said throwing a Pokeball down, revealing a Purrloin. "Alright, your on. Go Dratini." I said as she jumped of my shoulder and got ready to fight. "Dratini, Dragon rage." I said, as blue fire breath out of her mouth, this caused the purloin to take damage but not faint. It then tried to scratch Dratini. "Dodge that scratch then use iron tail!" I said, Dratini slithered from the attack in time, then jumped into the air and slammed her tail down on the purrlion, finally causing it to faint. The Pokemon returned to its Pokeball as N picked it up. "I have never heard Pokemon talk like that before...as long as they are confined to Pokeballs, Pokemon will never be perfect beings. That's why I must free them, because they are my friends." He said right before taking off, leaving us there. "That was weird." I said as Dratini slithered back onto my shoulder. "Well, the next place to visit is Striaton City, that's where the first gym of Unova is. You want to go there?" I asked the girls, they all nodded. "Okay, come on let's go." I said, the girls all nodded as we headed to the gate. That was strange, then again this is the beginning of our journey. And it's also only past noon.
Camping on route 2We had just left Accumula city, and after those Team Plasma guys left after Twilight shut them up. We walked on Route 2, and as we walked on. We discussed about what exactly those Plasma guys and that N fellow. but I noticed something, it seemed like it was almost Sunset. And we where halfway between Accumula and Striaton City. "Alright girls. I think we should set up camp for tonight. We'll go the Striaton City tomorrow morning." I said. "Couldn't we just go to Striaton and stay there?" Dash asked. "Yes, isn't that much better then sleeping in the dirt." Rarity said. "By the time we get there, it'll be night. And I don't think fighting wild Pokemon in the dark will be good. Especially since those Pokemon won't just be Patrats and Lillipups." I said. They slowly back away. "Alright, that looks like a good spot." I said pointing to a clear space the has trees on one side and some wild grass on the other side. I started to collect some fire wood as the girls set up there tents. I picked up some odd sticks laying on the ground, I saw Dratini jump off my shoulder and into a bush, she came out with a bunch of sticks. Man that looked cute. We soon came back to see the girls had all there tents set up. I soon placed the sticks in the middle of them. "Can we help?" Twilight asked. "Yeah sure, find some rocks and then we'll find a way to light this." I said, the girls nodded as we all left the site and into the trees. Applejack decided to join me as we looked around for rocks big enough. "So how long have ya been doin' this?" "Ever since I left for Kanto back when I was eleven." "How'd ya parents react?" "Well, my father didn't react well. But my mom supported the entire way. What about your family?" I asked. " we'll, mah brother tried to stop me, telling me Ah could get hurt. But Ah kept telling him that we would be with a professional." She said "You think I'm a professional?" I ask her. "Of coarse! Ah've only known ya for a little while but you've sown me ya have a lot of potential." "Thanks. So Applejack, I have a little bit of knowledge on the Equestrian region. Could you tell me a little bit about it, like the types of Pokemon." "Sure. We mostly have Equine Pokemon, but also some Flying, Steel and dragon types to." "Uh, interesting. So what do you do?" I asked her. "Ah work on mah farm, Sweet Apple Acres. It has the best and finest apples in all of Equestria." She said, she reached into her bag and pulled out an apple. She threw it to me which I caught. "Go on, try it." She said, I took a bit out of it. Man it's so sweet. "Whatcha think?" She asked as I swallowed the piece. "That is one very good apple." I said, she gave me a hearty smile. We then heard a scream, sounded like Twilight. "Twilight!" Applejack said, we rushed to her scream. As we got there, we saw about three knocked out Patrats and Twilight petting her Ponyta's head. "What happened?" I asked. "Well these Patrat's came out of nowhere as I found some rocks we could use. Then Ponyta here knocked them all out. In fact o think she's learned a new move." Twilight explained, her Ponyta neighed and started to nuzzle Twilight's hand. "Well..this is interesting." I said, soon the other four girls popped up. "What happened, are you okay Twilight?" Rainbow Dash asked. "Don't worry I'm fine. Did you girls find any rocks?" She asked. The four girls showed us some large rocks and stones. "Okay, that should be enough. Lets head back." I said. They all nodded as we made our way through the forest. We soon arrived back at the campsite and set up the rocks and sticks to make a fire. "Alright, anyone have any idea how to light this?" I asked, Twilight's Ponyta then blew some fire from its mouth and the fire started to burn. "Looks like it learned Ember, congrats Twilight." I said, she Blushed as her Ponyta showed off in pride. I rolled my eyes, I then saw a spray of water hit the Ponyta, causing it to stop showing off in pride and fall over. I say my Dratini with a smug grin in her face. The event caused us and our Pokemon to laugh, and slowly the Ponyta laughed to. Afterwards, we sat around the campfire as the sun finally started to set. I then decided to bring out food for dinner. We ate and enjoyed, but I soon got a call on my cell phone, I answered it and I heard Proffeser Juniper. "Hello Spike!" "Hey there Juniper. What's up?" "Where are you?" She asked. "We're about halfway on Route 2, we should reach Striaton city tomorrow." I said. "Are the girls all okay? Have they battled or caught any Pokemon?" "Well earlier today Fluttershy caught a Lillipup, and Twilight's Ponyta learned Ember." "Well that's good, any problems?" "Apart from a weird group of people called Team Plasma, and some guy named N, everything was normal in Accumula." "That's right, I saw that on the news. It was funny how he was shut up by Twilight using you as an example." "Yeah, It was." "Oh, and Spike." "Yes?" "I wanted to check up something at your house and I found your tent here." "You mean I didn't pack it?" "Yes." I face palmed, how could I forget my tent. "I'm sure you'll find something out, but I have a task for you and the girls." "Okay, what is it?" I asked. "I need you to visit a friend of mine, Proffeser Fennel. She's currently conduction experiments on Pokemon Dreams. She may need help with some so please go over." "Sure, where's her house?" "Last house on the right." "Okay, anything else?" I asked. "Hmm...nope, nothing else." "Alright, bye Juniper." "Bye Spike." She said as I hung up and put my phone away. "Who was it?" Twilight asked. "Well-" "Was it Professor Juniper who wanted us to visit a friend of hers called Proffeser Fennel, and help her if we can. And also that you forgot your tent?" Pinkie asked. "Y-yes. How Did you know all of that?" I asked her. "Just a hunch." She said giggling. I was about to respond but Applejack whispered. "It's just Pinkie being Pinkie. Don't bother understanding, even ah don't understand her." I obeyed her words. "Wait, ya don't have ya tent with you?" She asked. "Yeah, I forgot." I said embarrassed. "Mah tents big enough for two, ya can stay in there if ya want." "Really, I don't want to bother you." I said. "Ya won't be a bother." "Alright, if you insist." I said. We talked into the night, until it was time to go to bed. I followed Applejack into her tent as I pulled out my Sleeping bag. Dratini jumped off of my shoulder as I set it down. I looked to see Applejack's Riolu shivering, but Dratini wrapped her self around him as she laid her head on his shoulder. I saw him blush as he stopped shiver and also slowly closed his eyes. "Now that's adorable." Applejack said, I chuckled. I agreed. "Well, night Spike." She said as she took off her Stetson, put her bag away climbed into her sleeping bag. "Goodnight Applejack." I said as I put my bag away, my cap off and got onto my sleeping bag. I slowly feel asleep and let sleep consume me.
Where to go from hereHey guys, so if you've clicked on this you might of seen i have cancelled this story. I've been thinking lately about my stories and when i thought back to this story, i released i was just rewriting another source material all over again and I've lost my passion to continue this story particularly, so I've decided to end it. I am sorry if this upsets you guys, especially for those who wanted to see what would happen, but i simply just don't feel comfortable continuing with this story. However, i have not given up on the concept entirely. I had given up on this story, but i still want to continue with Spike as a Pokemon trainer. So I thought about it and i have got the basic concept and idea for a new Spike/Pokemon crossover. The new story will have at least some originality to it, as i'm not basing this off one of the Pokemon games, but the concept and world of the games itself. It will take place in Equestria and I am still planning out the characters, their roles, the main town and cities with Gyms and who the gym leaders and enemy organisation will be. I am just starting to write this up, and when i finish it i will publish the story and delete this one. So until then, keep a look out for the new story, keep calm and tomahawk on.
