Maybe if I get to say
Chapter 1 – Maybe until death...
The morning sun has just begun to creep in through the window, you didn't wake up from any birds or the sun baking your eyes so for right now today is a good day. You've only been up for a few minutes and you really don't know why you haven't tried going back to sleep, truthfully you didn't really get much sleep last night seeing as how once you got Twilight to bed she wouldn't stop talking about the spell she wasn't able to complete in one day.
You hold the thought to yourself as you think, if it where you and you got that spell you would have just sent it back and asked to do it after the wedding. You've never truly understood why she’s always done everything for the princess right when she’s asked...but from what you guess it probably would be pretty hard to tell a god ruler who controls the sun, hey i'm busy.
You lose your smile as another thought rolls quickly into your mind, but you quickly rid yourself of the annoying thought as you rub the itch on your nose with your hoof. As you move your free front hoof that’s not being weighed down by Twilight's body from the covers and up to your snot she lets out a very quite annoyed morning groan.
A smile runs over your face as you listen to the cute sound and you immediately start to move your hoof over her side. You don't really know how you always end up on the edge of the bed or how she always ends up so close to you but you have enjoyed your morning fun whenever you wake up before she does...It's kind of a treat to wake up before her because it's so rare to do it and for the most part when you wake up early Violet hasn't come in yet.
Another slight annoyed groan escapes from her mouth as you slowly continue to trace her side making sure to let in the cold morning air that hits against both of your bodies.
You ignore her cute whimpers as you poke your hoof to her warm stomach and undercoat, a deeper sigh comes from her as you finally start to bring her from her sleep.
After a few seconds her breathing starts to become more of a slight yawn as her body starts to pry itself from yours. You move your hooves from her as she starts to turn herself to face you, her eyes are still closed and her purple and light purple toned mane lay in an unbrushed mess from her slightly restless sleep.
But you hold a warm smile to her morning voice as you listen to her talk, "Mhmm...good morning."
You look over her tired expression as you talk to her, "You just missed Celestia, she stopped by and said you don't have to work on the spell today." You watch a slight smile come over her face as you continue, "...In fact she said that you're supposed to work on nothing all day. What do you think?"
Her nose wrinkles up a little and her closed eyes tighten a bit as she moves her head a little away from yours, "I think that somepony needs to brush his teeth." She gives another slight yawn as she stretches her hooves into your chest.
You squint to her as you look to her stretching hooves pressed into your chest, oh ya and your breath is Pinkie Pie's fresh cup cakes...
After a few more attempts of her unplanned almost pushing of you from the bed she moves her legs back to her as she opens her eyes to you. The soft purple rims in the pool of white that takes up most of her face have a slight glimmer to them as the sun banks off them from the window. "You know I need to try that spell one more time."
But your stare prompts her eyes to open a little wider as she moves her hoof to her mouth, "What? Do I have something in my teeth?"
You don't say anything as you just continue to stare at her.
After a few seconds of your silence she finally accepts your light smile as she gives a little giggle.
You finally let up on your soft gaze as you bring your head up and look towards the door, you're a little surprised Violet hasn't come in yet but at the same time you know she was up a little later for NightMare night...which really should be called fog and candy night.
"So who is Sparky?"
You move your eyes back to Twilight as you pause for a moment, "Uh, he's some colt that was in Violet's class."
Twilight blinks to your words but as she talks back up her voice is a little lower, "What do you think of a colt?"
You start to stretch your own legs out as you slightly start to lose a bit of focus on the conversation, "Ya sure he’s fine."
Her voice comes back to you as she starts to bring her upper body up a little, "I mean...what do you think of a colt?"
It takes you a few seconds to pick up on her tone as you stare to her slightly impatient face, but you really can't answer the question as your silence comes over you...Your mind races a little as you start to let your thoughts get to you, she’s not pregnant?...Right?
Twilight's words break your thoughts as she gives a slight laugh, "N-not that i'm saying anytime soon...Just wondering." She ends her sentence with another little laugh.
"Twilight you're not..." Your voice is cut off before you can complete your sentence.
"Oh no-no...I was just wondering is all." Her tired morning voice is absent as she moves herself to a sitting position, you don't follow her motion though as you look up from the bed to her front hooves tapping to each other as she talks, "I just think that we should plan if we do, that way we know...that's all."
You nod your head to her comment as you breath a slight sigh of relief with a laugh, "Nothing in our lives has been planned right."
She rolls her hoof to you as she talks, "Well we've gotten a wedding plann-...well..." She taps her hoof to her mouth as she gives a sheepish smile, "Mostly planned."
Twilight's eyes close as she brings her hoof to her chest with a slight know it all tone, "I just thought it would be nice to maybe have something planned."
You take your last deep morning breath as you smile to her, "Maybe."
Her eyes open again as she nods, "Yes."
You hold your smile as you think over your answer to her question, "I think that the idea of a another-..." Your voice is cut off as you hear the pitter patter of hooves from the hallway.
You and Twilight both bring your heads to the door as you look to the wide smiling filly, but you both have to do a double take as you look her over. Violet's mane is matted with what looks like toothpaste, her bow hangs from her tail only barely tied and it looks like theres a piece of toilet paper stuck to her right back hoof.
You and Twilight are silent as you hold your mouths in a slight gasp.
Violet holds her smile to you both as she sits to the ground and hooves out a comment.
You hold a giant smile to her as you think over what she hooved, 'I'm a big filly'.
Twilight nods her head as she moves from the bed with an awestruck almost emotionless voice, "...I see you got yourself ready" Violet nods her head as she watches Twilight getting closer to her, Twilight's voice gets a slight happy laugh as she bends down to Violet, "Now come show mommy that way..." She stutters on her words as she pushes through the sentence, "...That way mommy can see how big of a filly you are."
Violet happily nods her head as she hop gallops from the door with Twilight following behind her.
You don't move from the bed as you callout to Twilight, "Actually lets have twins next time." You move yourself from the bed as you shake your head with a slight chuckle to your own comment.

Chapter 2
Chapter 2 – How morning was
Twilight's voice still slightly rings through the house behind you as you start down the stairs but as you reach the bottom of the stairs her voice becomes a little absent. As you move your gaze around the room you set your eyes to the small purple dragon sitting at the table with his head down and his right claw grasping a cup.
You walk over towards the table that still needs to be cleared of the element of harmony box and the few books still stacked next to it.
"Hi Spike." You hold your eyes to his groan as you close the open box and start to move it to the ground without looking it over.
The slight groans he gives get a little louder as he moves his chin to set his head up while he talks, "Somepony woke me up with all that banging in the bathroom..." He gives another groan as he stares blankly from the table, "Do you know what it's like to see Celestia's sun rise?"
"Uh, its-..." You're cut off before you finish as Spike sits up in his chair.
"Its terrible! Twilight doesn't even get up that early."
You give a slight chuckle as you float the three books up to you, but you stop as you look over the titles.
"The one on the left goes on the top right shelf in here the other two go in the other room in the history section." Spike doesn't even bring his eyes to the books as he stirs to the steaming cup with his claw finger unfazed by the heat.
You blink to his words as you nod your head, "ok." The first book floats towards the nearby bookshelf as you slip it into the missing spot. The low chime of the other two books behind you trail after you as you walk past the stairs towards the other room.
But you don't get even half past the stairs before Twilight's voice comes back down to you, "Don't put those away yet, I still need them."
You look to her as you watch her horn glow a faint purple and the books float towards her, you give a slight groan as you look her over, "You're going to do it now? Isn't it too early?"
Twilight shakes her head as she trots down the stairs next to Violet, "Of course not."
You roll your eyes from her as you bring them back to the smiling filly happily hopping from each stair, she doesn't really need to hop from the stairs seeing as how she has started to be able to walk up and down them with ease...but it doesn't stop her slight game as she tries to balance herself on each step beside Twilight.
As the reach the bottom of the stairs Twilight floats her two captured books back to the table were Star Swirls journal still lays. You follow behind her and Violet as she helps the light purple filly into the chair.
Twilight's gaze moves to Spike as she talks in a half closed eyed stare, "And how are you feeling Spike?"
Spike points his claw to her as he talks, "No no no Twilight, no lecture today...that candy, totally worth it." He crosses his arms as he holds his head up high, but his sure posture doesn't last long as he looks back to Twilight, "But um...maybe not moving a lot would be a good thing today." He gives a slight laugh as he smiles to Twilight.
She nods her head as she trots away with her head up high, "Don't worry Spike, we're not going anywhere today."
Your ear's perk up to her voice as you watch her trotting into the other room, finally...but your happy thoughts don't last long as her comment comes to its end, "...and don't worry Spike i'll make breakfast today."
You and Spike give each other a look as you watch her disappear into the other room, you're quick on your feet as you dart after her, "Wait, let me help."
Making breakfast went smoothly for a change, mainly because whenever you cook you don't use anything other than your own magic to cook or heat anything...which you have gotten really good at, plus making fire with your mind has always brought a dumb smile to your face.
But right now your smile doesn't come from the tingling of magic under your coat or the joy of burning something. Instead you hold your smile to the fork floating above the table with a slight blue glow to it, usually Violet uses her hoofs to hold things but after staring at you and Twilight today she has decided to try something different.
Violet's eyes stay pinned to the floating fork and her mouth stays ready to when it gets to her striking distance, watching her eat has its own joy but right now it's being doubled by the fact she really doesn't have any control of her own magic as the fork keeps getting further from her when she leans to it.
Twilight, you and Spike have all finished your meal but Violet has only gotten through a little of hers as she keeps trying to catch the fork that has eluded her mouth for the last few seconds. But her victory finally comes as she puts her hooves to the table and leans her head to the wobbly fork with a bit of zap apple stuck to its tip that floats over her plate.
You let out a slight chuckle as you look to her wide eyes and happy face as the fork sits from her mouth. You can't understand how she would have such trouble with eating seeing as how she’s floated stuff to her before.
"Ok Violet don't eat the fork." Twilight moves her hooves towards Violet but as she moves , Violet's horn sparks back up and the fork leaves her mouth no longer holding the zap apple bit that has been left in it's puppet master's mouth as she chews.
Twilight moves her hooves back to herself as she gives a slight giggle to the little filly.
But her victory doesn't get to stay long as she swallows her food and moves her eyes back to the floating fork above her plate. Violet's blue eyes squint a little as she sticks her tounge out, the blue encased fork slowly descends to her food as she patiently tracks it down.
The amount of concentration Violet gives to her simple task has kept you intrigued but your eyes don't get to stay on her as your ears bring the usual sound of long day to your mind.
You give a slight sigh as you open the door, but you hold yourself in a slight surprise as you look over the soaking wet blonde maned orange coated mare at the door, you step aside as you look to the clear skies outside in a slight bit of confusion, "Uh...Hi Applejack?"
"Howdy ." The orange mare trots past you as she makes a slight shivering sound, "Ya it's raining apples and dogs out there."
You give a slight friendly chuckle to the strange comment as you close the door to the bright and sun shining world.
"Hello Applejack." Twilight moves from the table as she brings her eyes to her friend.
"Hey Twilight." She holds her hoof out towards her as she talks, "No need to get yourself up i'm just dropping off this tux." Aj moves her head back to the clothing shaped bag that sits on her back as she talks, "Ya it might have got a little wet from all the rain but I reckon it shouldn't have a problem drying."
Twilight squints to the comment a little as she nods her head, "Well i'm sure whatever Rarity made will be fine."
You watch with a slight smile to the bag coming off of her back as she moves her hooves to it, but you squint to her as she moves it.
Aj turns back to you as she holds the bag out to you, "There you go."
You float the bag from her hooves as you talk, "Thanks Aj..." You hold a friendly smile to her as you move your eyes to Twilight's now almost shocked stare.
Twilight's voice comes back to her a little lower as her eyes don't move from her friend, "Applejack...how do you have Rarity's cutie mark?"

Applejack turns her head to where Twilight's hoof extends to her as she blows the comment off, "Oh that? Well I woke up last night with that..." Her voice loses a little bit of its chipperness as she continues, "I-I guess working at the farm just wasn't really what I was supposed to do...you know?"
You squint to her comment as you think for a moment, you never really learn to much about cutie marks other than your supposed to get one for some kind of special talent. But you really stopped caring about your own cutie mark when you figured that if by now you don't have a flame on your ass...well your not going to get a flame on your ass.
Your thoughts are brought down as Spike moves from his seat towards Applejack, "Thats Rarity's cutie mark! I-is my Rarity ok?"
Twilight nods her head to the comment as she continues to look at Applejack, "Yes, did Rarity switch cutie marks? Was it poison joke or some kind of spell?"
Spike chimes in again as he snaps his claws, "It's a curse!"
You move from the conversation as you float the bag next to you and walk over to the only pony in the room who knows less than you do, Violet's concentration on her breakfast has been lost as she tries to listen to the strange words flying around the room. You move the bag to drape over neatly over a nearby chair as Twilight's words ring through the room.
"...You know theres no such things as curses Spike..." Her voice is cut off as she looks over Applejack, "But still...theres no magic known to pony that can change a cutie mark."
Applejack blinks to the words as she rolls her hoof to her, "Thats right Twilight, there ain't no magic known to ponies that can do it...." Her voice drops to a low almost sad tone as she sighs, "And I just need to accept it."
Twilight squints her eyes to her friend as she shakes her head, "No Aj, there has to be something, cutie marks are more than just a special talent it defines who a pony is-..." Her eyes get big as she stops, "Oh no!"
At her own gasp she darts to the element of harmony box and flings it open, "They're changed!" Her eyes dart back to you as she talks, "Where they like this when you moved them?!"
"Uh..." You look to the open box sitting on the floor as you trace your eyes over the five necklaces and gold crown sitting in the middle, to you they look fine and you have no idea what she's talking about, "What's wrong with them?"
"What's wrong?" She points her hoof to the blue colored amulet as she talks, "This is Applejack's element of harmony, its orange but now its blue!"
You squint to her heightened voice as you shrug, "Ok?"
"NO, not ok. The elements of harmony are more than just a power against evil, they were created to help spread a feeling of love and unity throughout all of Equestria." She turns her whole body back to everypony as she continues through her worrying voice, "Without the element's of harmony working properly anything and everything that has been touched by the elements will be thrown into chaos!"
"What?" You shake your head to her as you talk, "Is this because of that spell?"
Twilight pauses for a moment as she stammers her words, "T-the spell..." But she stops her words as she starts to pace back and forth a little, "The spell wasn't even a spell it wasn't even finished."
Spike swings his head between you two as he talks up in a confused voice, "What spell? When did you get a spell?"
"Celestia sent me a spell she said she needed completed-..."
You cut her off as you start to think out loud, "Why would Celestia send you a spell that would cause the element's of harmony to...break? If they are so important?"
Twilight is silent as she blinks to you unable to give you an answer.
At her silence Applejack nods her head as she starts to trot away, "Well I see that y'all are busy so I think-..."
"No." Twilight poofs in front of her friend as she stops her from leaving, "...Applejack, a cutie mark is a destiny it can't be changed from a spell there is just no amount of magic that can do that! We have to figure out how to fix this or...or Equestria could be in real trouble."
Applejack rolls her hoof as she talks, "Oh Twilight, so I wasn't supposed to work on the farm...doesn't mean Equestria is going to fall apart on us. Besides..." She lets out another sigh as she looks to the ground, "I like what i'm doing now." But her sad voice doesn't stay long as she turns and points her hoof to the bag, "Go on, take a look."
You look to the bag as you start to open it, you pull the tux out of the bag and float it beside the table as everypony in the room looks at it. You cock an eye to it's color as you look it over, the top of it is a normal black with a flipped out collar with a white shirt piece under it...but the bottom of it is a mismatch of what looks like patchwork filled with various colors of blues, and greens. But even though your so called tux looks like some kind of family heirloom blanket passed down from year to year you can't see how something like this could destroy Equestria.
You bring your eyes up to Twilight as you talk in an almost sarcastic voice, "Equestria is going to be destroyed by a bad looking tux?" You slightly regret your choice in words as you notice Applejack's slightly disappointed face.
But Twilight shakes her head as she holds her serious tone, "No, with the element's of harmony out of harmony." She holds her hoof to Applejack, "As you can see. They can't be used, Equestria could come under threat and we would have no way to defend it."
Your stomach tightens to the words as you think about Twilight being in the kind of situation, you know its all too real but every time these so called power items never did anything anyways. But you're not able to speak up as she talks again.
"The element's of harmony help to keep peace all over Equestria, even when there not being used. But with them being unsynced they can't do that...But the worst thing is this, as long as the elements of harmony are unsynced Discord could regenerate himself with ease."
Your ears get a little hot at the words as your frustration to understand this begins to weigh on you more, your voice comes back almost in a shout as you talk, "Then why would Celestia want to break them?! Huh? Why would Celestia want you to do the spell?"
Twilight is silent for a moment as she blinks to you, but her voice comes back to her as she swallows hard and turns to Spike, "...Spike send a letter to Celestia...tell her..-tell her I couldn't complete the spell and we have a problem."
The little purple dragon nods as he walks towards the table.
A slight calm silence falls over the room for a moment but the silence only last for a moment as a slight sob sounding wheeze fills the room. You turn your head back to Violet as you look over the quivering lipped filly, her eyes are not puffy like when Twilight cries but they are bit shifty as they stay pinned to yours, her ears lay down against her head as her light sobbing fills the room.
You rub your hoof to her as you talk, "Shhh, it's alright Violet..." Twilight trots over to you as her voice comes past you, "No ponies mad Violet."
The light purple filly still holds the slight wheezing sound but her sobbing begins to break a little as her ears start to perk back up to both of your voices.
Applejack comes over towards where you two stand as she talks, "AppleBloom always hated it when when somepony argued around her."
You hear the sound of Spike's fire start up as you shift your eyes to the rolled up piece of paper disappearing, but Applejack's voice continues to run past you and Twilight as she lets out a faint laugh, "...That filly still doesn't like it when me or Big Mac start up an argument...but hey you don't get to pick your family like you pick your friends..."
"Friends..."
You turn your head to Twilight's repeating as Violet starts to calm down.
Her hoof comes to her mouth as she taps it, "Applejack...I think you're right." Her eyes shift between you and Applejack as she talks, "Celestia sent me here to make friends, but in doing so we all found the element's of harmony..." A smile pops across her face as she looks between you two.
But you and Applejack are both too confused to follow her as she talks, "Don't you see? The element's of harmony are how we can fix this!"
You blink to her comment as you talk, "I thought they were broke?"
Twilight shakes her head as she talks, "The element's of harmony are just a way to convey feelings, magic is feelings and thoughts, with that we can set things right." Her voice becomes more sure as she continues, "My friends mean so much to me..." Her eyes lay on you as she talks, "...Almost as much as you...and with that I should be able to create a spell to help them remember who they truly are!"
She turns her head to the open box as she floats the crown to her head, "Applejack, I need you to think about everything that makes you...you."
The orange mare blinks to the comment as she talks, "Uh...ok?"
Twilight's horn glows a faint purple as she floats over Aj's element of harmony and wraps it around her neck. But her horn doesn't stop its glow as she closes her eyes, her horn's glow turns a bright purple and you have to squint to see. You move your hoof in front of Violet's eyes as you watch the purple magic from her horn almost creep up the crown that sits on her head, but it doesn't last long as you watch the aura of her magic start to wrap around Applejack's head.
The spell looks familiar as you watch it play through its motion... but at the sametime you get a slight pinch in your gut as you watch her playing through the stronger memory spell.
It only last a few moments as Twilight's horn loses its glow and she wobbles her stance a little as she takes in a breath, but her wobble stance is cut off as Applejack rushes to her, the cutie mark of the normal three red apples has come back over where Rarity's three blue gems once laid. Aj's voice is high as she holds her friend in a hug, "OH Twilight thank you thank you!"
Twilight gives a slight giggle as she talks, "You're very welcome Applejack."
The orange mare lets go of her as she talks, "No, really I don't know what to say!" She rubs at her head as she talks, "I even took my hat off cuz I thought it didn't match my mane, it was terrible!"
You chime in as you look over Twilight , "Are you alright?"
Applejack moves from her as Twilight nods her head, "I'm fine, all that spell was channelled through the element...I didn't even feel it." She shoots you a slightly overbearing smile as she tries a slight laugh.
You hold your doubt to her but you still listen to her as she talks to Applejack, "Now all I have to do is do the same thing for everypony else."
You shake your head to her words as you talk, "What? No Twilight, we already sent the letter to Celestia she can help."
Twilight nods to your words as she floats the other elements of harmony out of the box, "I know, but even Celestia couldn't figure out how to fix the spell. And she still might not be able to when she gets here, at least this way I can fix the element's of harmony for as long as I can."
You watch the box close with a building annoyance to her not listening to you, "Twilight you're not going to do that spell by yourself."
She blinks to your words as she talks, "I need to do this for my friends."
You shake your head as you cut her path off, "No, you're going to hurt yourself."
She blows the comment off as she tries to move past you, but at her blow your annoyance and worry builds as you talk again, "Twilight, i'm not going to let you do this."
Twilight smiles to you as her sweet and low voice comes back to you, "I promise I won't get hurt."
You again cut her path off as you talk, "I'm not going to let you go running around doing a spell that you know can hurt you."
"You can't come somepony has to watch Violet-..."
You cut her low voice off as you talk over her, but you stutter for a moment as you try to make your sentence, "So just sit here and wait to see if your ok?"
"No, i'm going to be fine its just a simple spell."
Magic? Magic simple? You think over her words as you shake your head, "No Twilight."
But before either of you can speak Applejack's voice comes up as she talks, "Uh, I can watch Violet for a little if y'all need me to."
You and Twilight blink to her words but neither of you really talk as your thoughts weigh in on making sure Twilight is safe which you know no matter what you say she won't listen or waiting at home to find out shes ok...
Violet just sits on the chair slightly oblivious to what's going on around her as she stares to you and Twilight.
You calm your voice as you look to Twilight, "How long?"
She pauses for a moment as she talks, "As soon as we find somepony we'll know where the others are." She turns to Applejack as she talks, "Where was Rarity?"
Applejack taps her hoof to her mouth as she talks, "Said something about helping the weather team...and Pinkie came to the farm when I went to Rarity's."
Twilight nods her head as she looks back to you, "An hour or two at the most..." Her voice is low agian as she smiles, "This spell is easy you don't have to come."
You grind your teeth a little as you think, i'm not taking that risk...you turn your head to Violet as you talk, "Violet, we'll only be gone for a little ok?"
The little filly blinks to your words before she nods her head.
Twilight copies your voice as she talks, but as her comment ends she brings her trot back towards the door .
But Twilight doesn't continue her trot towards the door as she stops, "I just need to get a few things..." She turns back to you for a moment as she looks you over, "I think I have a way we can get Rarity to remember faster."

Chapter 4
Chapter 4 – Rush like you're late
You're not really sure why Twilight wanted you to where the tux, but you did it anyways even if you do now look like a semi-professional homeless clown. However your thoughts about your own appearance don't really sit at the front of your mind as you look over the sky above Ponyville that escaped your sight when you looked earlier.
The sky has become a dark looming cloud cover and as you get closer you're starting to feel a few strong gust of wind every so often.
Twilight starts to slow her pace down as she drifts back to you and talks, "Rarity must be doing this...I can't believe how much power the element's of harmony can give out. She doesn't even know normal spells let alone weather magic."
You nod your head to her comment as you hold your eyes to the crown she put to rest on her head.
The gust of wind that starts to run past you when you first went into town no longer comes towards as you look around the street. You know the ground beneath your hooves feels wet like its been raining but as you look to the tops of the hay covered house around you you see piles of unmelted snow, even though the sun is clearly shining through parts in the dark cloud above you.
Twilight's gallop picks back up as you follow her down the street towards the center of town.
You speak up as you follow behind her, "How do you know she’s this way?"
Her voice is a little bouncy as her quick pace doesn't really slow down, "Because, if anypony wanted to join the weather ponies they would be helping them clean up NightMare night's clo-..."
You and Twilight both bring your gallops to a halt as you look to a group of pegasus standing around what looks like a stream of blue magic running up into the sky.
The group's tone is nothing low or sweet as you move closer to the almost yelling ponies. Twilight moves herself in front of you as she speaks up to a few ponies standing in front of both of your paths. "What's going on here?"
A pale purple almost light blue pegasus mare with white and light cyan mane turns to Twilight's voice as she points her hoof to a white female unicorn mare in the center of the group, "What's going on here!? We need to clean up the clouds and this unicorn came in and has messed with all the clouds!" The mare's frantic voice that matches the other voices around her continues as she moves her hoof to the sky above where you stand.
"You see that? If we don't move these clouds those Everfree forest clouds could do anything to the town, and its not like this...magic is helping."
Theres no wind or any rain coming from the clouds but as you hold your head up you watch the dark masses above you swirl around each other and moving in and out of one another as the small blue stream of magic runs up to them.
Twilight's voice comes back to her a little rushed as she talks, "We need to talk to Rarity, can you help us get everypony to step back?"
The pegasus mare takes a step back as she talks, "If you two can get her to stop go for it."
You follow after Twilight as you two push through the crowd, but it starts to become easier as most of the ponies you move past throughout stop there slight arguing and do a double take to what you have on.
But you don't really care as you and Twilight move towards the white unicorn mare standing in the center of the circle, you blink to the white mare as you look her over. Rarity's mane that every time you've seen it has been perfectly combed to one side and flipped, but now her mane is messy and undefined, "Oh, hello Twilight."
She holds an almost forced smile as her horn's blue glow still shoots to the sky above you.
"Rarity I know how to set your cutie mark back to normal." Twilight's horn glows a faint purple as the flap on her satchel opens up.
Rarity's horn loses its glow for a moment as she scoffs to the comment, "Back to normal? Huff, obviously my true destiny was to move clouds." Her eyes twinge a little as she rubs her hoof to her head, "...And to have dreadful headaches from all the magic I use." She gives a light laugh as she closes one eye and rubs to her head.
The ponies around that still stand in a circle around you start to mutter to themselves as Twilight floats Rarity's element of harmony from her bag and floats it over towards her.
The white mare looks a little confused to the necklace but she doesn't move as Twilight talks, "Rarity, all you need to do is remember your old self."
Rarity rolls her hoof to the comment as she moves her hoof towards the necklaces, "Oh Twilight you-..."
"Rarity." Twilight's voice stops her as she nods to you, "You see this tux, this is what Applejack did to your wedding tux design."
The white mare's mouth hangs a little down as she squints to you, but she moves her head away as she talks, "I'm sorry I can't go back it-its just not me."
You shake your head to her comment as you try and think about how some dumb mark can really turn everypony into something completely different.
Twilight holds her voice despite Rarity's tone as she talks again, "Well good cause that's what we're using for the wedding in..." You watch her horn glow again as she starts to move something else from her bag, "...Canterlot."
Rarity's ear flicks a little as she turns her head back with a rushed comment, "But it looks horrib-..." Her voice stops in a gasp as she looks to the small mirror Twilight has pointed towards her. Rarity immediately grabs to her mane as she talks, "I-is this what I look like?!"
Twilight floats the mirror over to your grasp as her element of harmony sparks up in a purpley white glow, her eyes close as her spell runs through.
Like Applejack Rarity’s head becomes engulfed in the magic as the spell plays through, but it only last a few moments as her cutie mark changes back to her own.
The white mare pulls to her mane in horror as she talks, "NO! Just look at these split ends!"
You give a slight chuckle to her comment but your sight of her and the world around you is cut off as your gaze turns into a purple light, the chime of magic only last a moment as you blink your eyes to the new area around you. The teleportation spell came without warning and you shake your head a little to get your bearings as you look to Twilight, "Why did do you that?"
Twilight's wobbly stance has come back to her but she quickly shakes it off as she trots forward, "We don't have time to walk everywhere."
Rarity still stands in a slightly frozen state as her eyes stare wide to the area around her, "Applejack's farm? Why would we go there? I cannot! Be seen out like this!" She holds her head away from Twilight as she stands.
Twilight only stops her trot for a moment as she talks, "Rarity everyone of our friends are just as miserable as you just were...don't you want to help?"
The white mare's ear flicks a little as she nods and follows after you and twilight, "Yes..."
Twilight nods her head as she looks around the farm, "Now where would Pinki-..."
"Twilight!"
You all turn your head to the young sounding voice as you watch AppleBloom galloping towards you, "OH i'm so glad to see ya, I can't find my sister or Big Macintosh anywhere! And Pinkie just showed up and started picking apples and saying where sisters now?!?"
"Where is Pinkie?" Twilight's voice is fast as she talks.
AppleBloom points her hoof towards the line of apple trees as she talks, "She's over here, come on."
You three follow after the yellow filly as she leads you towards the apple trees, but the pink pony stands out pretty well against the dull colors of the farm as you near the tree line.
But as you get closer the usual ball of fluff that you see is not what your eyes bring you to as you look over the perfectly straight pink mane pony.
AppleBloom's pace slows down with everypony else as Twilight moves to the front of the group, "Pinkie?"
The pink pony has her back turned to you all as she continues to stare at the apple tree in front of her, "Hello Twilight."
Pinkie's voice catches you a little off guard, sure everypony seems to be a little different but pinkie's voice sounds more like somepony who has given up on life.
Twilight trots a little closer as she talks, "Pinkie, i'm going to help you ok?"
The pink pony turns around as she gives a little laugh, "Oh silly Twilight, i'm happy." Her right eye twitches a little as she nods her head very slow and awkwardly, "Yep happy happy happy."
You and Rarity hold your mouth open a little confused to the pony as you both squint to her weird action. But right now you're starting to get a little creeped out to the fact she hasn't gone into her excited and hyperactive long breathless speeches yet.
Twilight stays normal as she talks, "But Pinkie don't you want to go back to making everypony laugh and smile?" Her voice carries her suggestion well but Pinkie seems unfazed as she shakes her head.
"Nope." She points her hoof to a nearby bucket full of apples as she talks, "I am still funny, look mister Seeds is laughing." Pinkie's eye twitches a little again as she lets out a little laugh, "Ha ha ha, thats funny Mr.Seeds..." But her happy voice doesn't stay long as she turns back towards you, "Mr.Seeds wants you four to play tie up like Big Mac."
Twilight, you and Rarity are silent for a moment as Apple Bloom speaks up, "What? You tied up my brother?"
Pinkie nods her head happily, "Yep, for later."
Twilight brings her hoof to her head as she talks, "Ok this isn't working." Her horn glows a faint purple as Pinkie's element of harmony floats towards her, the pink mare doesn't move from it as the necklace wraps around her neck.
Twilight's voice comes back again as she nods her head to her words and talks slowly, "Pinkie don't you remember all the fun you use to have making everypony smile?"
The pink pony holds an emotionless dull face for a moment as her large blue eyes stare to Twilight, but it doesn't last long as she talks, "Yes Twilight...But working all day in the hot sun with nopony to talk to but the trees and the dirt can be fun to..." She lets out another weird laugh as her eye twitches again, "YA, but this can be fun to...fun hardworkfunhotlongday funnotdoinganythingwithanyponyfun fun fun fun fun..."
You blink to her word as she continues to say it...yep shes crazy...you kind of knew it the whole time, you move next to Twilight as you talk, "Maybe we should come back."
But at your voice Pinkie stops her mindless gibberish as she turns her head to you with a faint smile, "W-why do you look like a clown?"
Twilight's ears perk up to the slight change in Pinkie's voice as she looks you over with a smile, her voice comes back to her as she puts her hooves on you, "yes Pinkie, he does look like a clown!" Twilight's voice doesn't stop as she quickly moves towards Rarity, "And look Pinkie, Rarity is trying to make a bird nest out of her mane."
Rarity's eyes shrink to the comment as she talks, "Twilight..." but her gasped voice doesn't last long as she pulls to her mane, "Does it really look that bad!?"
Pinkie's faint smile grows a little more as she looks between you and Rarity.
At the slightly larger grin Twilight's horn sparks up in a heavy glowing purple as she moves her head down towards Pinkie, her eyes close like before as she starts up her spell.
Pinkie shifts a little to the purple and white glow that starts to appear around her head but the moment is quickly over as the three apple cutie mark on her changes back to its normal party balloon shapes.
Pinkie's faint grin turns into a wide smile as she looks between all of you, "OH my gosh! IthgouhtIwasgoingtobestuckonthisfarmforever!" She pokes her head towards AppleBloom as she talks, "NotthattheresanythingwrongwithfarmsbutIjustcan'tbehereallday!"
Her eyes come back to you as she jumps in front of you with a wide smile, "Are you really going to be a professional clown?"
AppleBloom quickly speaks up in Pinkie's brief silence as she talks, "Wheres Big Macintosh?"
Pinkie points to the bucket of apples as she almost bounces over to them, "I tied him up in the barn...heres the key."
You don't follow after Pinkie as you look to Twilight quickly bringing her hoof up to herself, her back is facing you but you quickly step away from Pinkie as you move to her. A few droplets of blood have accumulated on the tip of her nose but your sight of them is only for a second as she turns away from you and wipes them away, "I'm fine."
You don't listen to her as you watch her horn glowing a faint purple, you poke your hoof to her a little hard as you break her teleportation spell, "Twilight stop, you're going to hurt yourself!"
She turns her head back to you as she shakes her head, "No, really i'm fine."
You tighten your eyes to her words as you talk, "Where going home." You point your hoof to her as you end your comment but she doesn't nod her head as she speaks up again, "We need to do this, if we don't Equestria could be in dan-..."
You cut her off as you talk over her, "I don't care about Equestria Twilight..." Your heart pumps fast to your words as you look over her still unfazed face.
She gives you a smile as she talks, "I do...because you and Violet are in it."
You give a slight laugh to the comment as you look away from her, but you still hold your ears to the words behind you as Pinkie speaks up, "Um Twilight...I know Fluttershy went to Sugarcube corner."
Rarity follows the comment as she talks, "Yes and Rainbow I think went to Fluttershy's house... I could try the spell if you show me it?"
You turn back to face them as you watch Twilight turn her head to AppleBloom, "Your sister is at our house and she'll be back in a little ok?"
The yellow filly nods her head as Pinkie hands her a key, "You should probably go and get Big Mac." AppleBloom holds a slightly mad gaze to Pinkie's faint smile as she nods her head and trots away.
You walk a little closer to the group as Twilight speaks up, "Ok, we'll go to Sugarcube corner first."
You don't wait for her sentence to even really complete as you start to build your own magic under your coat as you try to quickly picture the building around you before Twilight has the chance.
End of chapter 4
chapter 5 – Rainbowshy
The bright bakery style room around you of Sugarcube corner comes into your vision as your spell ends, everypony that you teleported is caught a little off guard by the sudden change in area but their confusion...at least for Twilight doesn't last long as she turns to you with an almost angry face.
Your ears ring a little and you feel almost like you're going to be sick with the swirling of magic that still runs under your coat making you shiver a little but you listen to the mare's rushed words as she talks, "How could you do that! You know you don't practice teleporting spells, you're going to get yourself hurt."
You push through your own uneasy feelings as you listen to her comment no longer really caring what she has to say, she may be an element of harmony and some divine student for Celestia...but to you she's still somepony your not going to sit back and watch hurt herself over her own ambition to continue this seemingly pointless quest shes started for herself instead of just waiting for Celestia.
At your silence she moves close as she extends her hoof to you, "You just teleported not just one pony but four ponies across Ponyville, you need to rest."
You shake your head as you talk a little out of breath, "I'm fine, do what you need to."
Not a moment after your words another slightly older feminine voice comes to your ears as Twilight turns her head to a very light and bright blue mare with pink and light pink mane, her eyes roll over the group of ponies that have just teleported in a little confused as she talks, "Pinkie? Twilight? Girls what's going on here?"
Pinkie speaks up to the mare as she answer, "Mrs.Cake what's going on? WellIthinkthatsomekindof-..." Rarity moves her hoof over Pinkie's mouth before she can continues as she nods to Twilight, "I think Twilight should explain it."
The mare moves her eyes towards her as Twilight gives a slight sigh, "The elements of harmony have switched around everypony's cutie marks and i'm putting them back together..."
You lean a little to a nearby table as you listen to Twilight going down a brief run down, but its quickly brought to its end as Mrs.Cake nods her head and points her hoof, "Well thats a good thing, Fluttershy has been in here all day trying to entertain ponies...But the poor dear is just not really use to it." Her eyes move to Pinkie as she talks, "...W-where were you again?"
Twilight pulls on Pinkie as she talks, "Sorry Mrs.Cake but it's kind of important its done soon." Her purple gaze moves to Pinkie as Mrs.Cake looks on still not understand what's going on.
Rarity follows after them as you slowly start to bring your shaky legs to trot you forward. Your body still shakes a little from the overload of magic you used but you're able to push it aside as you follow after the three mares into the next room.
The main room of Sugarcube corner has always been kind of a weird place, seeing as how the wood of the building has been carved in places to look like frosting...or so you think, but your eyes don't stay on the room or the empty seats around it as you bring them to a small group of mostly mare's and young foals watching the female yellow pegasus trying to tie a balloon animal.
But none of the onlookers look impressed and instead hold a slight confused stare to the quite pegasus talking so low they can't even hear her. Fluttershy's face says it all though as her stage fright eyes shrink to her forced smile, "...Ta dah."
You three move a little closer towards the group as you watch Fluttershy give the weird shaped balloon animal to a small pale pink filly standing in front of her, the voice is an annoying high pitched whine that strikes you a little familiar as you listen to it, "Thats not a dog! It's ugly."
But you drift your head back to Twilight as she stands next to you with her head turned to the smiling pink pony next to her, "Ok Pinkie just go and do what you do and send Fluttershy over here."
Pinkie brings her hoof to her head as she does an almost salute motion, "Yes sir ma'am sir!" At the end of her sentence she darts next to Fluttershy as she slightly pushes the yellow mare aside and whispers something to her.
But the pink pony doesn't stay quiet for long as her energetic voice comes back to the small group of ponies in front of her. You don't really listen to it though as you watch the yellow pegasus trotting towards where you, Rarity and Twilight stand.
Fluttershy's cutie mark is the same as Pinkie's but her normal low and quiet voice holds as she speaks up, but her eyes are shift and even you can tell she’s hating life, "Um...Pinkie said you wanted clown shoes? Um...But I don't have any."
Twilight pulls her friend a little closer as she talks, "Fluttershy you know you don't want to be doing this, you hate performing in front of others and you know you don't like meeting new ponies."
The yellow pegasus is quite for a moment as she stares to Twilight's words with a gasped mouth, but your growing thoughts that this one might be easy is lost as she talks, "...But it's what i'm supposed to do...even if..." Her words start to become shaky as she continues, "...I have to meet new ponies and and..." Her voice raises but it still holds its sweet tone as her eyes go wide to Twilight while her hoofs wrap around her and lightly shake her, "I hate this I-I just want to go home and and play with my animal friends...oh Twilight can you help me?"
You hold a slight smile to Fluttershy's rushed voice, you know she has to be feeling terrible but if thats her yelling voice than its more cute than really powerful.
Twilight moves her friends hoof to the ground as she talks, "Yes, there you go Fluttershy." Her horn glows a faint purple as another element of harmony is floated from the bag and wrapped around Fluttershy's neck."
The tightness in your stomach comes back a little as you watch the crown that has sat on Twilight's head all day sparking up in it's purple white glow, but she doesn't seemed fazed at all...or shes doing a good job of pushing through it as she closes her eyes and follows through her spell.
Even though the spell has become shorter every time she does it you watch her over more carefully now as she moves her head back and breaks the spell that encased Fluttershy's head like the others.
Fluttershy moves her hoof to her chest as she looks to her normal cutie mark, but her stance doesn't last long as she quickly rushes to Twilight with a hug, her wings sprawl out wide as she holds her friend, "Oh thank you thank you thank you." But her hug quickly is broke by herself as Fluttershy takes herself from her, "Sorry...to tight?"
Twilight gives a slight giggle as she shakes her head and takes in a deep slightly shaky breath.
Pinkie comes back to the group as she talks, "Ok, these ponies are ballooned."
You squint to her words as you turn your head back to the small group of ponies and foals she left, but your answer to her words comes clear as you look over a life sized balloon pony standing in front of the group.
But your gaze shifts back to Twilight as you hear a low chime coming from her, you give her a hard stare as you start to build your own magic to yourself, but your thoughts about Fluttershy's house that you barely have any memory of keep you from completing the spell as you try to push the spell along.
Twilight's now slightly tired eyes lay on you as she smiles “okay lets do it together?"
A wave of almost relief comes over you as her words hit you, you nod your head as you listen to her counting down, "One...Two...thre-..."
The words ring around the room as the group vanishes with a low chime left to Sugarcube corner.
The swirling purple and rush of wind that have always followed a teleportation spell has become something all too familiar today, but with a loud resonating poof you along with everypony else now stand at the last place...Or at least you hope it's the last place you'll have to go to today.
Despite you and Twilight both doing the spell you can't help but feel the more than subtle reminder of how daunting the spell really was as you feel the magic swirling under your coat.
But you hold your own as you follow Twilight's motion to the cottage door you were teleported to, Twilight's voice comes back to her as the door opens, "Alright everypony lets-..."
Her voice comes to an end as you all lay your eyes and ears to the noise and commotion of the room, you knew Fluttershy had a lot of animals but what the door has just opened to is no longer even a house.
Various colorful birds squawk and fly about the room in undefined paths, all kinds of mice, rabbits, ferrets and other small animals scurry around the house as you all take your first steps into the room. However the thing that's really caught you off guard is the cyan pegasus mare tied up in a chair sitting in the middle of the room with a carrot in her mouth and surrounded by a few white rabbits.
Fluttershy's voice comes next to you as the yellow mare trots forward from the doorway, "Angel bunny, how many times have I told you to be nice to everypony."
You stare to a familiar rabbit as it turns around holding a fork in its claw, at Fluttershy's voice the commotion around the room stops as all the animals stop what they're doing and look to her.
Pinkie moves herself past Fluttershy as she gives a little laugh and begins to untie the ropes around her, "Wow, these rabbits can tie huh Dashy?"
As the ropes fall from her and she takes the carrot out of her mouth she speaks up, but you slightly cock your head in confusion as you listen to the timid voice coming from her, "Thanks everypony...I just don't know what's gotten into these animals."
Your all silent for a moment as the absent tomboyish voice of the mare hits ever pony, Rarity trots herself a little forward as she talks, "Maybe we should have came here first..."
Twilight's horn glows a faint purple as she talks, "No, its still the same as everypony else...we just need to help Rainbow remember her old self."
At the words Rainbow shakes her head as she talks, "Remember myself? But this is who I am...I just need to find my love of animals." At the end of her words she picks up a rabbit and nuzzles it sweetly, but the rabbit in her hold lets out a slight hissing sound and pushes from her hold and back to the ground.
Everypony is a little silent to her sweet sounding voice as you all stare to her, but Twilight floats the element of harmony over to her and places it around her neck like she’s done everypony else as she talks, "Rainbow, you know this isn't you-..."
Rainbow lets out a girlish sigh as she looks around to all the animals, "Of course it is?! Look at all these fluffy and cute animals...they just need to be hugged and loved and-..."
Pinkie brings her hooves over her ears as she sticks her tongue out, ugh "Twilight hit her with the spell !"
Rainbow's ears flick to the sound as she darts over to Pinkie and gives her a hug, "Oh Pinkie..."
You crack a slight smile to the cyan mare as you think to yourself, theres no way Rainbow gets a sweet voice and becomes all...lovey just from having Fluttershy's cutie mark.
Rainbow holds the hug to Pinkie as she closes her eyes and nuzzles her friend's head, "Hugs are nice..."
Pinkie's voice comes back in a whine as she tries to push herself from the cyan ponies grasp, "UGh
Twilight squints her eyes to her as she talks, "I-I don't think I can do the spell unless she wants to be changed back..."
"What?" Rarity holds her hoof out to the cyan mare as she speak out, "...Twilight you can't leave her like this, she’s not even close to herself."
"...I like it..." Fluttershy's voice comes back lowly as she chimes in, but as you all turn to her she gives a faint smile as she shrugs, "At least now I don't have to..." She swallows hard to her words as she continues, "...have Rainbow pressure me into weather training."
At the words Rainbow's ear flicks as she finally lets go of Pinkie and turns to the low voice, "What was that?"
Twilight gets a smile as she quickly talks, "That's right..." Her eyes dart back to Rainbow as she continues, "Rainbow theres no head weather pony anymore...so there won't be ANY weather training."
You squint to the words as you talk, "Can't you just get another-..." Your voice is cut off as Rarity moves her hoof over your mouth, you're a little shocked to it but you listen to the conversation still as Twilight continues.
"...Didn't you always want to be head weather mare that way the WonderBolts would recognize you?" Twilight's horn glows a faint purple as she holds a sly smile to her.
"W-wonderbolts?" Rainbow's sweet voice starts to get a little higher as she begins to talk up, "Y-you mean the best flyers in all of Equestria? The coolest and greatest flyer in like forever!" Towards the end of her sentence her voice spikes up in a slight tomboyish squeal.
"Yes." Twilight lowers her head as her horn's glow sparks up into the spell, Rainbow jerks back a little from the purple color around her head but she doesn't move from it as Twilight's spell runs through its course.
It takes a little longer but Twilight breaks her spell with a deep breath as Rainbow stands blinking to the room around her, "W-what happened?" Her normal voice comes back as she rubs her hoof to her head and squints to you, "A-and why does everypony look so weird?"
Twilight's voice comes over her with an excited tone that slightly scares the animals around the room as she talks, "It worked! The Element's of harmony t-there fixed!" She gives a little laugh as she looks around the room to her friends.
You follow her excitement as you turn your head around the room, you get a slight smile as you listen to everypony's happy exclamations...but for you you just hold a thought in your mind as you roll your eyes around the room to happy that for once a problem was fixed with just a simple spell. You give a slight chuckle to yourself at the thought that just ran through your head, simple spell...
Pinkie nods her head as she trots back towards Twilight, "Well duh! Of course we would be ok, when has something bad happened when we're all together?"
Twilight's smile widens as she talks, "That's it! I think I know how to complete the spell!" Her horn glows a faint purple as she closes her eyes.
But you're not able to help with the spell as the room around you sparks up in deep purple glow.
End of chapter 5
Chapter 6 – Simple enough
Twilight's spell comes to an end as the chiming poof around you pounds against your ears, you move your eyes to her but shes already moving herself towards the library's front door.
Everypony around you is a little stunned to the teleporting and you still feel your off balance walk as you follow after the lavender mare, but you get your balance as you walk inside.
A cool wave of calmness falls over you as you bring your eyes to a tall white mare standing near the table. But you breath a sigh of relief to the light purple filly happily tugging on the multi colored mane of Celestia that floats a little towards her.
Applejack, Celestia and Violet all bring their eyes to the ponies coming in as the tall white mare's calming voice comes to her, "Twilight, I came as soon as I got Spike's letter...is everything alright?"
"Everything is fine Celestia, and I believe I've found a way to complete Star Swirl’s spell." Her voice comes out with a sure and ready tone, but it becomes drafted as you watch Violet hop from her chair and happily gallop over to Twilight.
She embraces her in a hug as she brushes the little filly’s mane, but she doesn't hold it long as she talks, "Go stand with daddy..."
The little filly blinks to the words before her happy gallop comes towards your position, you hold a smile to her face as she comes next to you, but your ears stay pinned to Twilight as she continues to speak.
"Princess, Star Swirl’s spell has something to do with the Element's of harmony...now I don't truly know what its for but I think i've found a way to complete it."
Celestia's eyes stay focused on the lavender mare like you and everypony else in the room as she floats Star Swirl’s book to her.
Twilight's eyes move to Applejack and Spike who still sit at the table as she talks, "You two should move, this spell was powerful enough to alter cutie marks theres no telling what it might do."
You lose your smile to the comment as you watch the orange mare and the little purple dragon coming over to where you and everyone else stands. But you keep your voice down as you think to yourself, Celestia wouldn't let Twilight do a spell that could hurt her. You drift your eyes to the tall white mare as you look over her casual face, but its calmness doesn't really bring much comfort as you look her over.
You're brought from your thoughts before they can go to far as you like everypony else focus on Twilight's purple glowing horn that levitates the old book in front of her as her sure voice comes out, "The Element's of harmony were created to bring ponies together..." Her warm smile and proud sparkling eyes move over you and her friends faces as she talks no longer just to Celestia, "...And look at what they have done, we have pegasus, earth ponies, and unicorns all wielding them. All sharing in the ideas of harmony among the three tribes that Equestria was founded on."
Twilight proud purple gaze shifts as she talks to Celestia, "...And I believe Star Swirl’s spell was created to maintain harmony...even when harmony is sent into chaos." Her excited voice starts to even bring a smile out of you as she continues, "...That's why the element's of harmony reacted like they did and that's why the spell doesn't have to rhyme...Because nothing is ever perfect, there cannot be true harmony without a little chaos..."
You move your hoof to Violet's mane as you rub it a little, you know the little filly has no idea what's being said but at the same time you know shes holding a smile to her mothers happy and excited voice.
The book in Twilight's grasp opens to the last page as she turns to face Celestia, She adjust the crown element of harmony on her head as she clears her throat clear. A quil from the table floats over and sets to the book as her voice comes around the room, "From one to another, another to one a mark of one’s destiny singled out alone fulfilled..." The quil starts to move as she holds a wide smile to the book, "...All of us together, together we are one, the marks of our destiny made true there is harmony without end."
At the end of her words the purple-pink star on the top of her element starts to chime out in a building sound, you watch the sound a little confused for a second but you don't get to even get a thought as its low building chime sparks up in a heart dropping sound. The centerpiece of the crown lets out an almost electrifying sound as white lighting like sparks start to fly from it.
Twilight's hold of the book and quill is lost as the two items drop to the floor, but not another motion comes from her as the building sound from the element reaches its apex and sends a loud ear pounding sqweel through the house.
The bookshelves around the room poor to the floor, every window around the room shatters to the high pitched yelling of the element and a blinding light sparks up around the room forcing you to look away. You move your hoof over Violet as you turn her with you, your eyes are held tightly shut but the sounds around the room still paint a picture to your mind as the five mares around you all let out a scream of their own that even runs past the sounding of a powerful magical swirling coming from where Twilight stands.
But the blinding light and booming sounds leave the room leaving your ears pounding as you open your eyes and quickly look down to the little purple filly you move behind you.
Violet's eyes are closed and her lips quiver with a low wheezing sob as she sit to her flank with her front hooves over her ears.
Your fast breathing and heavy pounding heart forces you to turn back to where Twilight and Celestia stood as your mind gets the better of you.
Your eyes pin to the lavender mare still standing in her spot, but she’s nowhere near ok as you look over her wide gasped mouth, the element of harmony that sits atop her head still sends small lighting light spark around the tip of the star centerpiece...but what has your heart racing is her motionless stance and her once soft purple eyes that now shine bright in a white light like the crown atop her head.
The five mares around you all share your fear and confusion as they mutter to each other unable to really keep their voices down.
But your voice builds in your throat as you hold a slight glimmer of hope as you quickly thrust your eyes to the tall white mare that has moved herself almost pressing herself to the wall. The calm face of the all knowing Celestia that you thought you would meet is nothing what your eyes bring to you as you look over her shocked and wide eyed stare.
The building voice in you no longer cares who she is as you call out to her with a step forwards, "What happened!"
Celestia's eyes come to you as she closes her mouth.
To her silence you call back out to her almost in a cry, "What happened!?!"
The white mare's voice comes back to her as she moves her eyes back to Twilight who still stands trapped in whatever spell she’s triggered, "I...I don't know."
Your body shakes with the answer you get from her as you deny it, "Stop it...Stop the spell....Stop it now!"
The room is silent for your exchanges as everypony stays hung to each hot faced word being shouted or calmly sent back.
Celestia's sweet calming voice sparks an anger in you as you refuse to believe how calm she can be...but you listen to her as it runs to you over the chime and swirling magic coming from the frozen in time lavender mare that hasn't even blinked her glowing white eyes. "The element's of harmony are old...created over a thousand years ago...they were created for the purpose of harmony by-..."
You cut her off as you talk, "I don't care about a damn about the elements, help Twilight!" Your hoof points to the lavender mare as you shake with your own voice. But your stance doesn't get to last long as out of the corner of your eye you watch the little light purple filly galloping towards where her motionless mother stands.
You quickly spring yourself forward as you scoop her up, but as you scoop her up, as you do this the chime from the glowing crown on Twilight's head sends a loud chime around the room as you clench your teeth to it and back away.
At the end of the spike of noise Celestia's voice comes back as you two lock eyes, "...The element's of harmony are nothing more than a way to convey magic...its a power" at her pause you move the wiggling filly and yourself back to where you once stood as Celestia's calm and collected voice continues, "...Star Swirl’s uncompleted spell was a way to recharge the element of harmony."
You clench your jaw a little as you speak up, "Rainbow...take Violet up stairs and don't come down."
The cyan mare hesitates for a moment but as your heavy eyes move to her she brings herself over to you as you pass the red eyed quietly crying filly to her. You only hold your gaze away from The Almighty Do Nothing for a moment before you turn your eyes back to her. With an almost pleading voice, "...What does that mean?"
Celestia's silence kills you for a moment before she talks again, "...I do not know...the spell would not work for me and can only be done by a holder of an element of harmony...When I told twilight she was the only one that could do it...I meant it."
You move your eyes to Twilight's frozen stance, but it pains your heart to look her over for even a moment as you look away. A breaking down sob comes from you as you pin your eyes to Celestia, "How does it charge."
Celestia is quite for a moment as she answers, "By using the user's magic." Her tone sends a slight chill down your back as you think, a memory spell makes Twilight weak...a teleportation spell makes her weak...You steady your breathing as you walk over towards where Twilight stands.
But at your walk Celestia's voice comes up high, "What are you doing? The element has rejected Twilight’s and suspended her, theres no telling what it would do to y-...”
You stop your walk as you turn to her in a shout, "And what would it do to her huh! Keep her like this forever?"
Celestia is silent again as you look her over.
You shake your head as you listen to the pounding heart in your ears, "You had better hope it kills me all powerful do nothing, because I promise you if it harms her..." You stop your voice as a salty tear rolls to your mouth. But you shake your head away from her as you start you move back towards Twilight.
Your breaths are long as you stare to her, ignoring the loud chime of the swirling magic coming from the element, “...You said it needed magic...would that transfer spell work?”
“I..It might.” Celestia's words are unsure as she talks.
You steady your breathing as you build your own magic under your coat. You hold your thoughts on the spell that Celestia had taught you such a long time ago...you take a deep breath as you focus your eyes to Twilight's frozen stance just wanting to see her shimmering soft purple eyes again as you start the spell.
A stream of purple magic comes from you and starts to run towards the star centerpiece of the crown as the loud chiming continues to grow. Your ability to hold your thoughts solely on Twilight starts to fail as you start to feel yourself starting to lose control of your own spell. But through your fast breathing, racing mind and pounding heart you hold the spell any way you can.
The rush of magic coming around you starts to send waves of almost gusts of wind to your ears like a teleportation spell would as you begin to feel pin like needle amounts of pain poking all around your body. The small pain doesn't last long as you drop to your front legs, the voices around the room begin to fade as you clench your mouth shut and force yourself to follow through the spell anyway you can. But as you continue to push yourself you notice your eyesight starting to blur and your breathing starting to become absent...but just as you feel the spell starting to break away you hold your gaze up.
Twilight's white blurred eyes come back to their soft purple glimmer and she frantically searches the room. For a brief moment her eyes in all of their confusion and fear laid to you and you manage a smile. But just as her eyes open yours close as you fall over to your side no longer hearing or feeling anything.

Chapter 7 – Maybe I could...
You slowly open your eyes as you take in a deep breath, but it takes you a few seconds to blink your eyes back into focus as you look around. Only once you bring your mind and eyes back to the world around you...you stop as you try to take in the sight.
You know the area around you is the bottom of the library, but as you turn your head around it nothing looks like it should. The windows around it are gone, the bookshelves, tables, staircase and even the door is absent leaving nothing but the shape of the room and the color of the wood to place you.
But your confusion is only brought further to you as a soft lipsy voice comes behind you, "...Human dreams are very bland...we have always wonder why."
You turn your head to the voice as you look over the stern faced dark blue mare with flowing light and dark night shaded mane. You squint to her words as you talk, "What do you mean dream? I’m asleep right now?"
Luna doesn't answer you as she holds her stare to you, "...We believe human dreams are so bland because of the mind. Your mind is filled with so many questions...some you don't know the answer to...some you can't remember and other questions you know the answer to but refuse it."
You close your mouth to Luna as her voice stops.
But the complete silence doesn't last long as she nods her head, "We believe you should just let your mind be free and calm."
You swallow back your voice as you speak out in a low tone, "Luna...am I dead?"
She gives a slight smile as she looks you over, but her comment is nothing like her expression as she talks, "The element of harmony latched onto the different form of magic you possess and drained you until you it was charged."
You sway a little to the words as you feel a queasiness to your stomach.
Luna lose her smile a little as her coment runs on, "The amount of magic that has been taken from you can never truly be replaced. However Star Swirl’s spell was not just one spell."
You hold yourself steady as you shake your head to her not understanding what she means.
Luna holds another sweet smile as she talks, "Even though you have been lifeless for seven hours two minutes and one second you have not truly passed on."
The uneasiness in your stomach becomes a little too much as you lean against a wall.
Luna cocks her head as she talks, "Are you feeling ok?"
You shake your head with a slight laugh as you talks, "I-I just didn't know you timed me."
The dark mare gives a slight laugh as she listens to you finish your comment, you bring your eyes to her as you pause, "Is Twilight and Violet ok?"
Luna nods her head as she talks, "...And so are you."
You get a slight smile as you nod your head.
But Luna's happy tone doesn't stay as she continues, "...I will never truly understand why our sister has allowed a human to stay in Equestria, nor will I understand why she has allowed you to do the things that you have done..." Her voice stops as she looks you over, "But, as I have learned in my life some questions are better left forever unanswered."
At the end of her words the room around you starts to collapse, you quickly turn your head around not knowing what to do but you keep your eyes to the dark mare's soft smile as you watch the area around you disappear.
As the dream or whatever you just had ends you move your eyes to the lavender mare sitting next to the bed you currently reside in. But the lavender unicorn that your so use to seeing is absent as you look over the sprawled out wings that resemble Celestia's or Luna's, "Twilight?"
The lavender mare moves focusing her shifty eyes to you as she talks, but the happy or sweet voice you were hoping to meet is absent as you listen to her angry tone, "Celestia told me what you did...it was reckless, foolish and...d-dumb..." Her voice breaks up as she lunges her hoof around you. Her loud sobs pound against your ears as she tries to complete whatever speech she had planned.
You close your eyes as you bring your hooves from the bed and wrap them around her, Twilight's loud sobs in your right ear have sparked your own emotion as you nuzzle your snout through her mane as you whisper to her ear through your own sobs, "SshSShh...i'm alright...i'm alright...."
Her voice is shakey as she grabs hold of you tighter, "N-no you're not."
You spilt your eyes open a little as you blink a few tears from your eyes, "I'm here...so thats all I care about..."
Another voice comes to the room as you open your eyes a little more to the ponies crowding the doorway, but your eyes set to the tall white mare as she speaks up, "There was a slight problem with pulling you from the element of harmony."
Twilight moves her grasp from you a little as you listen to Celestia, "As you can see the element of harmony's magic is strong...so strong Twilight was even transformed into an alicorn because of it’s magic."
You look over Twilight with a slight smile as her red puffy tear filled eyes stay focused on you.
"...But pulling you back from it's power even with Star Swirl’s completed spell was not an easy task...even for me."
You shift your eyes back to her as you wait for her pause to end, "...Your magic has become unstable and if you use any rigorous spell even on accident you will run the risk of falling into a magically induced coma in which no pony or spell could bring you out of, or worse."
You blink to the comment as you nod your head, but Celestia doesn't finished as she continues, "...With an unstable magic in you, along with this and the spell that currently holds your pony form I truly do not know how the magic has affected you...But I strongly believe staying away from any strenuous spells should maintain a balanced magic."
Her voice loses its seriousness as she lowers her head a little, "...However for right now you are fine."
You get a slight smile to the tall white mare's words, your slight anger to her is not even truly being held in your mind at the moment as you try to understand everything that you've been told...but at the same time you still don't look at the powerful pony the same anymore, at the same time these thoughts roll through you nod your head to her as you talk, "So...stop dieing right?"
A slight laugh rolls through you but you don't follow it as your muscles tighten a little to it.
Twilight rubs her hoof to yours as her still shaky voice comes to you, "Y-you need to rest."
You nod your head but you keep your eyes to the door as you watch Celestia step aside as Rainbow comes into the room still with the light purple filly, the cyan mare holds a calm smile to you as she comes over to the bed and sets the little filly down next to you.
Violet's eyes are puffy and red like Twilight's and the little filly waste no time as the mare puts her to the bed as she tries to bury her head to you. You hold your emotion back as best you can as you rub to her head to calm her down, "It's alright Violet..."
Rainbow's eyes are a little watery to the scene as she holds her soft smile to you two before she turns to Twilight and trots back out of the room.
As the cyan mare exits through the crowd of ponies that gather to the door Rarity speaks up, "W-we will be down stairs Twilight."
You don't watch them leave as you keep your eyes pinned to the light purple filly that has her tiny front legs wrapped as far around as she can not wanting to let go.
Twilight's still watery eyes leave you two as her voice goes to Celestia-Princess...is there a way you can revert what the elements of harmony did to me?"
Celestia blinks to the comment as she talks, "W-why yes, but Twilight everything I have tasked you with was to help you for when you would become a Princess yourself...And I believe that time has come."
Twilight nods her head as she shifts her eyes back towards you two, "...Maybe another Twilight could live forever and watch time go by..." She turns back to Celestia as she finishes, "...But everything you've taught me is that life, friends and family is more important than anything."
The tall white mare nods her head as she gives a smile, "Of course Twilight...I would never want you to deal with something that has made you unhappy."
You think over the comment with a little bit of annoyance, but at the sametime you realize you might not be holding this sad filly in your grasp right now if it wasn't for that divine do nothing...
Celestia's horn glows a bright chiming gold as she talks to Twilight, "Twilight, I want you to know this will not affect my opinion of you at all...you have learned more than I have ever hoped to teach you, and I believe you still have so much more you can offer even after this spell."
Twilight nods her head as she closes her eyes, "Thank you Princess..." Twilight's figure is shrouded in a dark gold light and cut from view for a few seconds as the loud chime rings through the room...the sound does bring a slight uncomfortable chill in you, but it ends just as the light around the lavender mare becomes absent.
The large lavender wings that once sat onto her back no longer remain as she turns back towards you. You give a slight smile to her as you continue to rub to the little filly’s head still pressed against you.
"...I'll be leaving now Twilight." Celestia's eyes move to you as she speaks up one last time, "...I know you have some resentment towards me, and I know you can't understand why I have let things happen the way they have..." Her eyes shift between you and Twilight as her voice becomes a little more serious, "But I want both of you to know, with the elements of harmony once again to their full power Equestria should have nothing to fear...nor should either of you."
Celestia doesn't wait for an answer as she trots out of the room, you move your eyes back to the lavender mare as she gets closer to the bed. Her eyes are still a little puffy and red as she bends her head to you with a kiss, "...Promise me you won't do something like that again? I-I don't want to see you hurt."
You think over her words for a moment as you look over her watery and red puffy eyes...you have always hated to see her cry and it has always pained you for you to be the reason because of it...but you give a slight smile to her as you ignore her request, "...I promise you and Violet... that neither of you will ever get hurt."
