The unwanted truth
The ending of my self
Previous ChapterNext ChapterThe sky was a light blue that day. I had gone for a walk in the park near my school. Must have been 83 degrees out. School had just ended and I decided to take a stroll before I went home.
Fuck, if I could go back I would kick my own ass so what was about to happen would never have taken place.
But no point in living in the past. Back to the story. The air was cool and warm at the same time. My brown hair had been short then. I was 16 at the time.
As i was about to start walking home, a frizzed pink haired girl ran up behind me and snatched my backpack right off my back. I yelled after her as she ran.
Like any other, I ran after the bitch. I ended up following her out of the park and through the town. Then she led me to the forest. She ran up the trail and i followed.
The path twisted and turned all around. Soon the forest started to become darker and colder.
I should have realized something was wrong, but I was too damn focused on catching her. Deeper and deeper into the forest she led me and like the dumb shit I was, I didn't care. All I wanted to do was get my backpack back.
Soon we reached the center of the forest. The girl stopped. I came up behind her and grabbed her shoulders then spun her around. "Who the fuck are you to ta-" I started to say.
But as soon as I saw her face I couldn't form the rest of the sentence. There was no mistake. She was grinning at me and her eyes sparkled. She even laughed like she did in the show. "Pinkie pie." I said quietly.
She giggled at me. "Hi!" She said, still smiling.
If this was me there instead of my old self, I would strangle the bitch until no breath is left in her. But at the time I was so excited to see her. "Oh my god, your pinkie pie!" I said.
"Yep! That's me!" She said. "Is this real?" I asked her. She nodded her head.
"How is this even possible?" I asked her.
"Well its quite simple. Magic!" She told me. I just nodded my head. "Hey do you wanna do something fun!?" She asked, brimming with excitement.
"Sure." I said. I was so happy because all my dreams were coming true. Right?
Wrong. Dead wrong.
Ignoring all things I have learned about meeting strange people, i followed her further into the forest until we came to an abandoned house. It looked to be at least 100 years old. We walked closer to house.
"This way!" She said, running over to well. I followed. When I caught up to her, she was looking down the well.
"What is it?" I asked her. She giggled.
"Look closely at the bottom." She told me.
I leaned over the well and looked down into it. "I don't see anything." I said.
"Don't worry, you will in a minute." She said, no longer behind me. I kept looking in to the bottom trying to see something that was never really there.
"Hey pinkie, i don't-" Suddenly something struck the back of my head. I was knocked unconscious.
If I hadn't followed her to get my stuff back, I could have been home and having dinner right now.
But life is never fair.
