As the sun shown next to the Ponyville Hospital, through the window, a mother was holding her first child. She was a grey maned black unicorn, with white eyes. She gazed in contentedness at her newborn foal. With a mane that was silver with black stripes, that has a white body like the winter snow, his eyes were silver, and he was unicorn with an unusual horn that was shaped like lightning bolt.
As the mother fell asleep with her foal in her hoofs she quietly whispered welcome to this world, Silver Lightning...
When The Silver Hawk Calls
As night distended upon the foster home all the children were sent to bed. Although Silver Lightning still lay in bed awake, the night mesmerized him and he opened his room's balcony, quiet enough so that none of the others would hear him. As he opened the door he crept through the door and closed it quietly behind him. He gazed up at the moon he stared at the bright moon then he saw a silver hawk go bye as it shot forward it let out a blood curtailing call.
He gazed at the moon for three hours then he finally walked to the balcony door as he went to grab the door knob it started to move the door opened and he was met bye one of the last ponies he wanted to see, Rock Tail he trotted near me and snickered, "Hey look whose here its the colt with the ugly mane." "Really Rock Tail is that all you can come up with?" I replied with a smile. "Excuse me did I hear a challenge in that statement? You know as much as anyone else that I have my magic already even before I have my cutie mark." I replied in an enraged tone, "Ya know what Rock Tail I'll face you in a duel. You'll be sorry..." Rock Tail replied with smile of sarcasm, "alright on my mark we will start, but one rule: we fight to the death."
As the two unicorns stood their ground, Rock Tail finally screamed "BEGIN!!!!!!" The Rock Tail shot a lightning bolt at Silver, But he didn't get out of the way in time and was shocked. He stood up with blood pouring out of his mouth, and his horn lit up and and a drop of magic dripped off it Rock laughed and declared, "my turn." and he shot a giant hand hoof out of his horn, and smashed Silver into a wall. then he started to run forward with his horn pointed at Silver's heart. Just then Silver jumped out of the way, and landed with a thump on the brick floor. So Rock scorned with a smile, "whats wrong Silver had enough?" Silver replied with exhaustion, "no." Silver lifted himself up and his entire body was bright, with a silver magic cloak, he turned around, and Rock had an astonished look on his face Silver's eyes were solid silver he floated upwards and the cape fell off to reveal his lightning bolt shaped horn. Before he attacked he screamed, "I told you would be sorry!" Just then Silver shot forward, and rammed into Rock, and he landed with a thump and Silver summoned daggers and shot them at Rock. He didn't react at all they all stabbed into him.
He was surely dead and Silver floated back down and stumbled to the ground and passed out...
