One month ago, Equestria was ravaged by a strange form of magic, desolating everything. The Royal Guard blocked Ponyville off, prohibiting ponies that weren't already inside from entering. Most ponies inside prefer the safety of the town over the freedom of the wasteland. Vinyl Scratch isn't one of these ponies. She and her friend, Octavia, decide to leave Ponyville and go into the wasteland. This is their story.
