Pinkie's Destiny
Chapter 3: The End
Previous ChapterAfter they calmed down Rainbow Dash got the knife from across the room, but Pinkie continued to stare at the mirror. She looked for any little differences or obscurities, but she couldn’t see any. The mirror reflected as it always had. It wasn’t magic, it didn’t have a spell on it, because the mirror didn’t create Pinkamena, Pinkie Pie did.
If it weren’t for the reflection on the knife, Pinkie Pie would have never seen herself holding Rainbow Dash. “Are you gonna be okay?” Dash asked, as she came and sat down next to Pinkie in the mirror. “I don’t really know. I want to believe I am, but we all know what happened when we made assumptions.”
Pinkie held up her hoof that had the scar, the bandage now ripped off from the struggle. “Hey don’t beat yourself up, we all have demons to face now and again, and each time you’ve pulled through.”
“I know, I’m just afraid to think of what would happen if the next time I don’t.” Rainbow Dash looked directly into Pinkie’s eyes. “Hey you will. You’ll always pull through, because you’ve got an awesome friend like me to help you through it.” Pinkie giggled a little at looked back at the mirror. “You’re right, you guys will always be there no matter what.”
“You know it, and speaking of, WE need to be somewhere right about now. Everyone is probably freaking out right about now.”
“That’s right, what are we waiting for I’ve gotta party!” Pinkie bounced out of the room; full of pep and happiness that Rainbow Dash was use to. Dash smiled and took one last look at the mirror before she flew out of Pinkie’s room and closed the door behind her.
