Friday, 11:24 P.M.
"Oh, Dash...Who would ever do this to ya?"
Tears from her eyes fell down to her cheeks. This time, she was looking over Dash. She's been crying for almost an hour, it really hurt her so bad that one of her best friends are in the hospital, just lying there, in a coma. The others are with Twilight, trying to get investigate about what happened to Rainbow Dash. It was just only a day when they found her, covered in third-degree burns and blood, beaten up to a pulp. It was strange though, the suspect never left clues on how it was done. Good thing Rainbow was found before she was almost burned to death; if not, they could've lost the Element of Loyalty.
For some reason, the orange pony had a strange feeling that whenever she looked at Dash, she felt she knew something about whatever happened to her.
"Princess Twilight!"
"Huh?" the young purple alicorn said. "Miss Daze?"
The pale cyan unicorn was running towards her, panting. "I got a report from the Laboratory. It seems that what happened was much worse than we thought would've really happened."
"What do you mean? You already found out?"
"Seems so. They've managed to get some info from Rainbow's fur on her chest. Turns out her fur has dried saliva of another pony, which was able to contain DNA enough to track it down. We got samples from everypony we can get from in order to track it down, but the only ones left are the Elements of Harmony themselves," Daze said.
"So, you're telling, you got some clues from Rainbow's fur before she was rushed to the Hospital?" said Twilight.
"And you're telling that you got DNA samples from everypony in Equestria in just 24 HOURS!!! Talk about being fast!" Pinkie exclaimed.
"Shhh, Pinkie, don't be rude," Rarity scoffed.
"Y-yes," said Daze. "We've scheduled an appointment from all of you. I'll drop by to pick you all up."
"Daze, thanks. You've been a great help to us," said Twilight.
"I'm delighted to offer my help, Twi. See you tomorrow."
"Yes, yes. Good luck."
"HAAAAPPPPPYYY TRIP!!!" shouted the party pony.
"Ugh, Be careful, dear," Rarity said.
Watching the pale cyan unicorn go away, Twilight remembered something they should do.
"So, guys, should we check on them?" Twilight asked.
"I guess so. Most likely my dear," said the white unicorn.
Rarity saw Pinkie hopping up and down on the streets, even it is already nighttime.
"Come on, Pinkie, time to take a visit to the hospital."
"Oh, good! I love visits!" she said. "Wait! Why don't we go fetch Fluttershy first before we go?"
"Oh, yeah. Let's do that."
It was already 12:17 in the morning. Applejack is asleep, laying her head on Rainbow's left forehoof. Her face was still wet from her tears, and she's in a deep sleep, but compare to Dash's condition, it was just okay. She was just tired from the stress she felt throughout the day. Until, she was awoken by a knock on the door.
"H-h-huh? Who's there?"
"AJ, sweetie, it's us," Rarity said.
Applejack lifted her head up. She stretched her body, and then yawned at the same time. "I'm a comin', I'm a comin',"
she said, heading towards the door.
"Helloooooo,Apple—Mhffmhfff?" Pinkie said. Rarity put her hooves on her mouth.
"Will you keep it down?! We're in a hospital, and Dash is taking her rest! You're always shouting that you don't even think that somepony could be deaf because of your horrible screeches!" Rarity shouted, keeping Pinkie's mouth shut.
"U-u-uhm, I-I-I- don't m-m-mean to be rude, b-but you're shouting y-y-yourself Rarity," Fluttershy said.
"Fluttershy's right. Keep it down, and please be less impatient, Rarity," said Twilight.
"Will ya all stop that bickerin'? It's already 12 in the morning, and y'all shoutin' here in front of Rainbow Dash," Applejack said. "Anyways, y'all can step in here."
Rarity let go of Pinkie's mouth. "Next time, keep your voice down!"
"Okie-dokie!" Pinkie whispered.
They all went inside, Fluttershy closed the door behind them. Twilight and the others took a seat at the couches nearby.
Rarity was giving Pinkie an annoyed look, and Pinkie was giving her a 'what did I wrong?' look. There was silence for two minutes, Applejack decided to speak.
"So, about the incident, any results?" she asked.
"Well, yes, Daze told me that they found DNA on Dash's fur before she was rushed to the hospital. They took DNA samples from everypony there is on Equestria, but nopony matched the results. She also said that we were the ones left for inspection," said Twilight.
"Are they accusin' us that one of us might've done this to her?!" Applejack said.
"No, but they only wanted to check if—"
"If what, Twilight?! That one of us is the suspects?" said the orange pony, now angry.
"APPLEJACK! Will you just let Twilight finish?! You don't even know yet!" shouted Rarity.
"Why? Ya know yourself that it's WRONG to to blame anyone just because you're left out!!!"
"Really?! Twilight never said that it was us who did it to Rainbow, nor her friend told that it was one of us! She only told Twilight that we're only going to be inspected!"
"Shh, you two, keep it down, PLEASE!!!" Twilight pleaded.
While watching the others arguing at each other, Fluttershy heard something beeping.
"Ohh, my gosh! R-r-rainbow D-d-dash!!!" she pointed to her bed.
"Huh?"
"Quick, Pinkie, call a nurse! Dash is getting unstable!!!" Twilight said while running to Rainbow's bed.
"Right on!" she hurriedly ran out to the door.
"Oh my goodness, I think we went too far..."
Rarity, Fluttershy and Applejack rushed to Rainbow's bed, holding her hoof. "Please, RD, be okay! We're all here!"
"You'll be able to make it, sweetie, just wait for the nurse a little longer..."
At last, they heard someone bucked the doors open, with Pinkie and the nurse. The doctor also came.
"Stand back! She's getting more unstable!" he said.
"Please be okay, Dash..." Fluttershy whispered.
They were just standing with worried looks on their faces. This is getting worse than ever.
Who really did this to her?!
