I opened my eyes and I realized I was that pony. I was about to speak but fainted after speaking gibberish. Twilight immediately called her friends and began a letter to the princess, refering to what just happened.
"Uh...my head....wait" I rambled before composing myself. I looked up and saw colorful faces; familiar too. I watched until one of them spoke.
"W-Will...it be okay?" asked Fluttershy.
"Yes, but he's weak. He'll need time to compose himself," replied Twilight.
"Wait! I remember!" I shouted, wide eyed. I sat upright from Twilight's couch. "I know you. Your Fluttershy....and your Twilight...." I claimed as my heart rate sped up. I breathed heavily.
"peep," Fluttershy cried and hid in the corner.
"How in all of Equestria do you know who we are?" asked Rainbow Dash, looking at me.
"What...oh, yeah...You see, in my universe, people..." I started to explain.
"Told ya'h It was a different universe. Ya'h owe me five bits," said Applejack, looking at Pinkie Pie.
"OK...In my universe, apparently people watch you for amusement; not in any perverted way either," I said bluntly, the ponies wide eyed and open mouths.
"Whoa! That's...interesting," said Twilight, still dumbfounded.
"My question is...how the hell did I get here?" I asked, not expecting a good answer.
"One step at a time. Now, what were you doing before this?" asked Twilight.
"I was in a teleportation machine, then my pendant....what the?" I was also dumbfounded. "Mirror. Anyone have a...ow" I said frantically before getting a mirror. I stared at the same person I've been but as a green pony. "Just as I thought...I'm a pony," I said, standing up and looking at myself.
"Specifically, you’re an Alicorn," answered Twilight.
"Whoa! I like this," I said, floating above the ponies and Spike.
"Who are you anyway?" asked Rainbow. I thought about a good name.
"I'm...........Green," I said. "Rainbow, are you seeing any...anypony?" I mentally hit myself. What a dumb question.
"Applejack and I. We're going out," Dash said. I felt my heart crumble into a million pieces. That was it. I'd never be happy again. I cried and held my head with my hoofs. She knew from my face that I was heartbroken. She flew out of Twilight's tree quickly; AJ in hot pursuit.
"Twilight, mind if I stay here for a while?" I asked. Everypony else had already left to find out what was wrong. Twilight and I were left.
"Are you okay? You have any problems? You wanna talk about it?" She sounded so worried. I felt lower than I ever had, but I needed a shoulder to cry on. I looked up at her. She looked so sincere.
"Yeah. Let's talk." We sat down on the couch. I told her that it was love at first sight, more or less. I was devastated at her remark of her and AJ being together. I felt lower than any other time.
"Oh. I'm sorry. I feel bad for bringing that up and..."
"No. I needed to tell somepony before I bury these feelings any deeper. Thanks, Twilight."
"No problem. Hey. You can stay here for a while." I nodded.
"Rainbow. Let's talk about this," Applejack said. Rainbow was in a tree, crying her eyes out.
"I made that pony sad because of us. He's probably crying his eyes out now," Rainbow said.
"So what? Please, let's talk this over, sugarcube." She got up and drifted to the ground.
"He probably hates me now, anyway," She began to cry.
"I maybe emotional, but I'm not that cruel," I said, walking over. Applejack turned her head to see me there. I walked over to the sulking pegasus. "I don't like it when mares cry over the selfish."
"You were...selfish?"
"Yes. When I saw you and had love at first sight, I forgot that you need time to build relationships and friendships. I'd like to apologize for making you feel bad. Besides, If your happy, I'm happy. I'd at least like to be your friend." I held out my hoof.
"Even after I broke your heart?"
"Yes. Actually, Twilight and I are going out now, so that's not important anyway." She looked shocked. How in Equestria did he hook up with Twilight?
"Let's get this place cleaned up," Twilight said.
"Allow me," I insisted.
"My my. A gentlecolt." She blushed. I levitated some books and, through guidance, got them to their correct positions.
"Thanks, Green." She began to cry.
"What's wrong?" she wiped away the tears.
"With Spike away on Canterlot business, I realize I can get lonely sometimes."
"Don't worry your beautiful head, Twilight. I'll always be here for you." She walked over and kissed me on the lips. I broke it.
"I'm so sorry. I didn't mean...." She never finished. I kissed her and we stayed that way for a while.
"Okay. Friends it is." We bro-hoofed.
