"Ok sweetie! The day you were born your dad came downstairs and asked me why I was groaning so much!" (Flash back.) "Sweetie could you quiet down! I am working!" he said as he keeps working. Then I groans again. I keeps groaning until finally her water breaks. "Uh honey!" I yells. He flies downstairs and he looks at me. I am sweating like crazy. He get's me on a bus and he tells the stallion to drive. He then pays him extra. Time and I are sitting in the back until the bus stops at a hospital. "Nurse we need an emergency room stat!" says Time. The nurse brings me into an emergency room and gives me the shot in my back. "Ok sweetie this may hurt for the first couple seconds!" says the nurse. "NOW PUSH!" she says it over and over again. I finally push the baby out! It was a baby boy, with brown fur, my color hair, but his dads shape, and his dad's eyes. but then when I am about to be finished sweating the nurse looks at me. "Ok now we have to wait a couple minuets for the next one!" I smile at her and then I think about what she said. Gladly enough my husbands in the hallway. "Next one?" I ask. The nurse nods at me. I start to cry. Then it's time. I push, and push and push! Until finally a baby filly comes out. Wow fraternal twins! Time comes in when the nurse tells him to. He sees me with the filly in my wing. He kisses her on the head. Then he sees the boy in my other wing. He gasps. "Uh sweetie!? Why do we have two!" he asks me. Then I smile at him and derp. "Uh surprise?" I tell him and then he faints. (Flash back ends.) "And that's how your were born!" she says to me. I look at her and then at my brother. He sighs and then hears dad coming inside. "Dad!" he yells and he goes up to hug him. My sister Dinky comes downstairs. She sees her father and she hugs him. i stay with mommy. She then puts me on her head and she fly's over to dad and we have a big group hug. "OK! Mom now!?" says my brother. She nods her head and he runs off to the stove we got for my mom winning the Equestrian Games! he starts making his delicious coffee which he got his cutie mark for just yesterday. Sparkler, my sister, comes downstairs and kisses all of us. Her cutie mark is three diamonds and Dinky's is four stars! She is really good with her magic! My cutie mark, is nothing. I think it may be a chocolate muffin because i am good at making muffins, but i just started yesterday so it hasn't come yet. When Dinky get's mad at me she calls me talentless, so mommy sends her to her room. "Mommy can I be the first to try it!" I say with a smile. She nods and Coffee gives me a taste. He is a good big brother, but her can be mean! "Muffin we are going hunting today, wanna come!?" she asks me. I look at her and smile. "YES!" I yell. She smiles and lifts me on her head. Coffee and daddy stay home, so it's just the girls! My mommy, and I fly down to the ground and the other girls teleport. Then we step into the ever free forest. I jump bounce in. Then I feel a chill up my spine. I bounce back to mommy. The Ever free isn't natural! We hunt and hunt. We find herbs, and food. Then we go home. "That was great mommy!" I say. My mom kisses me, and we all go to sleep. "Hello?" I ask in a strange fuzzy place. "Muffin! NO!" I hear mommy screaming. "Mommy?" I ask. She runs through me and then says some thing. She volunteers? Now I know where I am. I am in the day where mommy went into the Equestira games. I see my older sister crying, but she is younger! She is my age twelve! I know this won't happen to me. It's the Quarter Quell tomorrow! Then I teleport to a place. My mommy's old cottage. I see Dinky and daddy crying. Then I see mommy going into a hover craft. "NOO!" I scream. Then my whole family comes in. "What is it sweetie?" asks mom. I am crying now. "It was the day you went to the Equestrian Games!" I say as I sniff. "A-and you volunteered, but when it was ending you died and I saw you going into the hovercraft. I cry more and mommy shushes me. I am put back to bed and then I don't dream any more. I wake up the next morning and my face is stuck to the pillow. I drop in. Then I walk down stairs, but it was strange. There was no coffee boiling, and every pony was crying. "Um Muffin." says my mom. "Muffin you have to go into the Equestrian Games." says my dad. "But w-why?" I ask. "This morning, President Moon picked up the Quarter Quell note, and it said all the victors children." I start to cry. Then I run outside. "Muffin please!" says mommy, but I don't listen. It is snowing. I fly over to the old ware house and land on the ground. "I can't run from fate, for if I do I shall be killed." I think to my self. Then I sleep on the cold floor. Dreaming of how I will die. //-------------------------------------------------------// The Big Day //-------------------------------------------------------// The Big Day I look at the pink and blue ponies and I know them! They are Al- "I'm Aloe!" says the pink one. "And your Lotus?" Lotus stares at me and then smiles! "Yes, but Aloe will be working with Coffee! The other stylist is sick today!" she says. I smile at her and nod. Then I wave at Aloe. She waves back and smiles. I look around the room i go into and I see that Aloe is looking at make up. She put's on mascara and starts to push it onto my eye lashes. Then she puts on some blush. She finally finishes it with a dress that is entirely made out of clouds. I look in the mirror and I feel the soft fluffy clouds. Its felt like days since I have felt this. My hooves run across it and they land on the ground. "Tomorrow is the parade!" says Lotus. She walks out the room, but I stay. I look at the dress to see something behind it. It is a little cloud. I put the cloud in my hair and I look much better. I then walk out to see what my brother. "Hi Muffin." I look at him noticing he has the almost exact same thing on, except as a tux! I smile and wave. "How are you! Love your dress!" "Oh you know the usual! Got to go! Bye!" I say as I zoom off. I look outside the window. Then Lotus comes up behind me. "Time for the rehearsal!" she says after I jump up. She smiles then she pushes me onto the chariot. There are two pegasi pulling the chariot. Coffee and I stand there with our eyes closed. I start to hug him, but he pushes away. I let go and he just stares at the front. We finally reach the front and then we turn around and we get to Lotus and Aloe. "Great rehearsal guys!" they say in unison. Then they laugh at each other. We all start to laugh except for Coffee. "C'mon Coffee have some fun until we have to leave!" I say. He turns his head quickly at me. Then I step back. He looks back outside. "This time they won't let us win together, Muffin! One of us will have to leave with out each other." he looks at me again. "I don't want you to die." I start to cry a little. He hugs me and then we go to our room. We quickly eat dinner and then we go to bed. I have a dream that we are all at home. Watching the Equestrian Games. Then one pony we were voting for dies. Then I realize something. In the Equestrian Games, is Coffee, and Dinky Doo. Dinky is the one that dies. I start to cry and then i quickly wake with a jolt. I hear hoof beats on the roof so i fly up there. I see Coffee siting down. "Hey you can't sleep either?" I ask quietly. He smiles and nods. I look over the edge and I push him. He doesn't flap his wings he gets pushed up. he laughs and I smile with him. We both go back downstairs and fall asleep in his bed. "Muffin! Muffin wake up!" i hear from my brother. I open my eye and see him standing in front of me. "Get ready fast! You over slept!" I quickly get up wash my self off, brush my hair, brush my teeth, and start to eat breakfast. "It was a prank wasn't it?" I ask. They all nod and I look at Coffee. He is snickering. Then I start laughing too. We finally get dressed and go to where the chariots start. I get my hair ready and put the little cloud in my hair. I smile and I start to get on the chariot. Then my brother helps me up and he flaps on. I giggle and we hug. We start to move. Then when we get out every pony is cheering. I look around and Coffee starts to hug me. I back away. Then he looks at me and I remember what I said. We hug and we put up our wings. The crowd starts to cheer louder. I can tell Flim and Flam love it. "That is amazing!" I hear some pony say. Then i notice something. The clouds are apart and they are floating above the stands. The crowd stares at us and some one throw a muffin perfectly on my cloud. We fall to the ground when we get to where we start. "Hello every pony and welcome to the Equestira Games!" says Nightmare moon. The crowd stomps their hooves and she laughs. "As we all know you are all two from the 5 districts. District one The Crystal Empire, district 2 Manehatten, district 3 Fillydelphia, district 4 Saddle Arabia, and finally. district 5, Cloudsdale!" The crowd stomps their hooves more. "HAPPY EQUESTRIAN GAMES! AND MAY THE ODDS BE EVER IN YOUR FAVOR!" she yells then she disappears into a puff of smoke. //-------------------------------------------------------// Training Day //-------------------------------------------------------// Training Day I get back to where Aloe and the rest are, and they are cheering at us! We all celebrate with a delicious dinner. "Ok Muffin!" says Vinyl, "I need you and Coffee to come with me to the training hall tomorrow!" We nod at her and we go to sleep. When we wake up the next morning we meet Vinyl in the hall. We wait for Coffee, and when he comes we go to the training hall. We meet some ponies named Amber and Ardent, who are from District one the Chrystal Empire. They lost their sparkle and they are sad because of being chosen. "Hi do you want to train with us?" I ask. The perk up and they nod. We start to work. "So what are you guys good at?" I ask. "Well Amber is good with wires! And I am really good at anything you can throw at me!" says Ardent. I look around at every pony thinking of how they may be thinking. Then I see a gold pegasus pony from district four! His name is Golden Delicious. He is part of the Apple family, which is also part of ponyville, and nopony knows why he is a pegasus. I look at him and he is holding a sugarcube. "Wanna sugarcube?" he asks sweetly. I decline the sugarcube with a shake of my head. He shrugs and eats it himself. "So what is your name?" I look at him. "Chocolate Muffin daughter of Derpy Hooves or Dinky Doo." I say. He nods and he swings around me. I am trying to make a knot, but he is distracting me! "Yes?" I ask. "Oh I was just seeing what you are making." he keeps swinging around me and then he flies up above me. I finally give up. "Hey do you wanna go to target practice with me?" I ask. He nods and he then zooms over to the target practice. I trot over and grab a knife. I throw the knives one by one as the dummies glow. I hit every single one of them. "Impressive." says Golden. I stick my nose into the air. He grins. Then he throws the knives with his wings and then the dummies light up. He hit them all either in the head or the heart. I only got the heart. He sticks his nose in the air. "Ok you win! What's next?" I ask. We go to different stations and then we finally finish for the day. "See you tomorrow!" I say with a derp and a grin. He nods and then we walk out. .......................................................................................... Three weeks later, our last day of training, I walk into the kitchen in the place we are staying at. I look around and see that only Fleur, and Vinyl are up. "Ok Muffin tomorrow I will walk you to the game elevator." she says. "Tomorrow you will go," I cut her off. "What about Coffee?" I ask. "Oh he wants to go alone!" she says. She keeps talking, but I don't listen. Why would he want to go alone? //-------------------------------------------------------// Bloodbath //-------------------------------------------------------// Bloodbath I get up the next morning and I go into the kitchen. Apparently Vinyl got way to drunk, so Lotus will be bringing me to the elevators. Lotus smiles at me and smiles. I smile back, but when I face the elevator to the downstairs, I really just hope we get stuck! I walk into it with Lotus right behind me and I sigh and we go down. As we do so I am begging the elevator to stop. When we get to the last floor I feel a pain the my side. I keep walking and then I see that we have to go into another elevator! I walk up to the large hovercraft that will take us to the elevators that I am really scared of. I fly onto the hovercraft. and there is a peace pony holding a little kind of gun in her hand. "Give me your arm." she says to Golden the winged Apple family as I said before. I see an old woman named Granny Smith, as the gun goes through her arm. She then comes up to me. "Give me your arm." she sticks the gun into my arm, and a sharp pain goes right through me. I look at my arm as something blinks in it and then it glows. It stops and we leave. I get comfortable and I think about Coffee. Where is he? is he next to me. I am strapped down with pretty much blinders next to me, so maybe he is next to me! I try not to think about it, but then something else comes to mind. What about Dinky? And Sparkler, and mommy, and daddy!? what are they thinking? Are they thinking that if I kill my brother i would be a monster, or will I be a hero? Or if he kills me. Will I be the hero for doing it, and he would be the monster? I can't think straight! "Ok every pony please exit. That way." I see a sign that says exit and an arrow. ---> It looks like. I then see Coffee. He was at the very end of the line! I look at him, he sighs and walks out. I am scared now. I stop at the place where I am supposed to get out, but the peace ponies push me. I see Lotus standing there and a tear streaming down her eye. "Ok Muffin." she says with a sniff. "I need you to step in here." she takes a jacket and put it on me. She then cuts two holes in it so that I could fly. I hug her. "I'll miss you." I say. A tear streams down mine and her back. I let go and get into the elevator to the games. I breath heavily and then it shuts quickly. I start to shake. I then look up at the blinding light and their is burning heat. I don't look around at first, the arena clock is at twenty. The booming is so close I can feel it on my hooves. Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four. I am in my stance, two, one. I run as fast as I can and I meet up with Golden and his friends. Then I see Coffee and I come up to him. Golden is grabbing a bunch of weapons. At first he doesn't know its me so he slices me. Right before he swings I duck down. "Sorry!" he says. After all the ponies have left I look around. I see one side is a desert, one is a mountain range, one is a jungle, one is a volcano, and the final one is a cave! I look at Golden, and he flies towards the maze. We all follow him and we stay there. //-------------------------------------------------------// Hovercraft //-------------------------------------------------------// Hovercraft We all wake up by the noise of some pony being murdered. I frown and we start walking. I look around the dim arena. It's sad to think about the day I was chosen. I didn't even see it coming. We keep walking until we get to the volcano part of the arena. We walk up the tall mountain. When we finally get to the top, we expected burning heat, but instead, we see a second cornicopia. We slowly walk towards it, just in case it's a trap. "Is this real?" asks Golden. We walk towards it a little more and we touch it. The cornicopia is real. We lie down on the ground witch is grass. It is hot, yet soft. Golden backs up. "Guys don't touch the weapons!" he yells. "Why?" "It's a trap." We turn around and we see Ardent, and Amber walking as fast as the can. They are breathing heavily. They see the weapons. Ardent runs up and hugs them. Golden Coffee, and I fly up as both of the earth ponies fall to their doom. "Ardent!" yells Golden. He swoops down and almost catches him, when a rock falls on his tail. Coffee, and I can't fly well enough to survive that. The green pony grabs on to a rock, as he holds his sister. She looks at him and she looks down. The rock breaks and they fall into the burning lava. We hear them scream as they burn to death. Golden's tear streaks down and  sizzles in the lava. "It's OK, you still have us!" says Coffee. Golden smiles and we walk down the hill. "OK, let's just head back to the real cornicopia and wait for ponies to come. We walk down the long hill, and then we have to climb down the mountain range. When we finally get to the real cornicopia, we see Ace standing, still, in front of the dead girl. He doesn't see us come, but when a twig snaps, his red beady eyes come over to us. One twitches. We look at the crazy stallion as he runs after us. Then we feel something again. The clock, moves a little. I fly over and grab on to the cornicopia, with the rest. Ace doesn't have time. The cornicopia swings around and around and around, and thirty seconds later, it stops. It seems quiet. "Well that was strange. It's supposed to last a minuet!" I say. They look at me. "They probably just want to want to end this thing." says Coffee, with a blank look on his face. Then we hear something, a hovercraft. I look at the sky, and we look at it. Golden smiles, and runs. The hovercraft shoots down two ladders in stead of one. I climb up it, and I see my mommy, my daddy, and my sisters. "Mommy! Daddy!" I yell. We all hug. "Are we going home to Cloudsdale?" They look at me sadly." "Sweetie. There is no more Cloudsdale." //-------------------------------------------------------// Waking Up and Getting to it //-------------------------------------------------------// Waking Up and Getting to it I wake up in my house and see my family around me, well my siblings anyway. They are all frowning I look around and see that my parents aren't here. "Wheres mommy and daddy!" I ask. They look at each other. "OK before we answer that, i have to tell you. Only two of us will be chosen, and that will be one of you girls and me!" says my brother quickly. "Now they are the parents section of the reaping today." I look around and I see that I am on the floor in the reaping. "Wait so we may be separated and we may never see each other again!?" I yell. They all look at each other again and nods. I get up off the ground and then they stop the anthem. Fleur Dis Lee steps up onto the stage and she grabs the note. I start to sweat. "But first I must tell you that the capitol is so excited to meet the daughter and son of Mrs. Dinky Doo!" she say. "And now the reveal!' I close my eyes and then my sister comes and quiets me down. "You'll be OK!" she says. I look up and see that she has not said any thing yet. "I think this year stallions should go first! Mr. Caramel Coffee!" she says. My one and only brother walks up to the stage. "Good bye brother. I may never see you again." I whisper it. I then look up at the master. "And now the mares! Mrs." she looks at the note and she says the horrible words. I am shocked. I see my self walking up to the stage. "Oh yes no other pony can volunteer!" I am struck again. I trot up to the stage and I stand next to Coffee. Fleur looks at me, and then she brings us into the justice building. I sit in a room that my mommy told me about once. I just sit there, until my sisters come in. "Chocolate!" they scream in unison, "I am so sorry!" they do it in unison again. I look up at them and smile. "Chocolate. This is no laughing matter." says Sparkler. I stop. "Ok just try to get sponsors and win!" I then look at her. "What about Coffee." They look at each other and then looks back at me. "He's not going to come back is he?" They nod and I start to cry again. Then Fleur and a couple peace ponies take me away. //-------------------------------------------------------// On the Plane //-------------------------------------------------------// On the Plane I get on the plane, that replaced the train years ago, and quickly look around. I see amazing things every where. Dining room, 3 bedrooms, and I see my mentor asleep on the couch. It was the same mentor my parents had because if it was my parents they would be "too nice", but oh well! I look around. "You may eat or drink whatever you want! This is the biggest plane in Equestria so enjoy!" says Fleur then she walks out. Three days. I will be on this plane for three days! It seems like a long time, but it also doesn't! I go out on the wing and look around. Wow this is huge! I looked out and I looked down. I look all around. This may be my last flight. I spread my wings and pretend I am flying. Then I hear yelling! "YOUR WEAK AND YOUR A PIECE OF NOTHING! I WOULD BET YOU WOULD BE THE FIRST KID TO DIE!" screams Vinyl at the top of her lungs. I can't really hear the rest. Wait I think Coffee is walking away. I look at him and he walks into the big bathrooms. I walk into them and I see him crying in the corner. Then step out of the room. I go into the dining room and eat a bun. I swallow the crispy meal hard in my throat. I then take a sip of what I think is water. I then keep drinking it because it tastes so good. I then pass out. ..................................................... I feel like I was woken up last night after my accident, but I can't seem to remember. I walk into the dining room and I see that they are already having lunch! I look at the clock and back at them. I then shrug and sit down. I start to eat my food. Then I start to drink. It is so quiet. I can see why now every pony is gone. I look around the plane. Then I look outside. We crashed. I look around some more. I see that we are in the forest that mommy was in for her hunger games. "Muffin! Muffin! Wake up!" I hear some one say. Then I wake. "Oh it was just a dream!" I say to myself I l look around and I see that we are landing. I look outside, seeing that the sky is gone and there are just ponies with sign. "Muffin!" they all yell together. "Coffee!" They yell those over and over again. I see signs that say "blank flanks rule!" or coffees cute mark and on the bottom it says "Coffees cool!" They yell and yell our names. "Muffin can you draw me a muffin?" asks a little filly. I quickly draw her one, then the peace ponies push me. We keep walking until we come into a big room with a pink pony and a blue pony! //-------------------------------------------------------// In One Side, Out the Other //-------------------------------------------------------// In One Side, Out the Other As we walk into the dark cave, Coffee pulls out a match. He lights it and we see 6 way. All of them are dark. I look down one Coffee looks down another, Golden, Ardent, and Amber looks down the last one. "Ok guys we split up! Go down the one your looking at!" we nod.  When I walk in I can see Coffee. There is glass. I knock on it. He hears me and looks at me. We smile at each other. I look a head of me and then of him. In front of me there is nothing, but a deep dark cave. I can't really see what is in his way. He puts up his hoof to show it is OK. I smile and I jump to a rock. Then I hear something. It's screaming. Then I see Golden coming into my cave. I also see Ardent and Amber running after him. "There was lava." he says taking a breath each time he had a space We kept walking in my cave. Until Coffee and I caught up. We wen in each cave we found, some we had to turn back and go through a different one. Coffees light was burning out. Luckily we found a nice little place with lava. Golden put rocks around it, and we sat and ate some beef jerky we got. Then we hear some pony. "C'mon. Almost there." it sounded like an older woman. She walks into our cave and we see it was just harmless Granny Smith. I sigh with relief. We all then walk toward a little cave near the light of the dessert. It  is burning on one side, but if you get too hot, you can go into the cave where it is nice and cool. We all lie down on the bags we got from the cornucopia and fall asleep. "Wake up Muffin!" says Coffee. "What?" I whisper. There are three ponies at the entrance of the cave. I stare at them. "Hello little Muffin." they say. Their names are Ace, and Florina. She take out a small sword and gives it to Ace. He is just about to kill u both when Golden comes up with a sword. He slices Florina in the arm. She gets mad and starts a fight. //-------------------------------------------------------// The Clock //-------------------------------------------------------// The Clock Granny smith, Coffee, and I are watching the fight inside the cave so that we wouldn't get hurt. I push Granny Smith away, and grab a knife. I chuck the knife at Ace. It cuts his hair off. He stares at me. He charges at me. Then Golden throws a knife at Florina. She falls to the ground. Ace runs over to her. He then brings her to the cornincopia. He lies her down. We watch him cry. Golden then flies up. We follow him. Granny Smith stays on the ground because she can't fly. "Ok Granny! Come over here to the cornicopia!" says Golden. We fly down, and we meet Smith at the cornicopia. Then something happens. The cornicopia moves slightly. Then it swings. Coffee, and I grab the cornicopia. Granny is pulled back. She hits a tree. Then I see her dead on the ground. I can see a tear run down Golden's face. He is crying. The cornicopia goes for about a minuet, but when it stops it's quiet. We look around. Ace was blown away. We all sit there. Then Amber and Ardent come up and they see us breathing heavily. "What happened?" they ask. We tell them what happened. "Ok I know what this is!" says Amber. "It's a clock!" she tells us how it works. One o'clock is the cave, two is the maze, three is the desert, four the jungle, and five the volcano! I look around the place. Then Ardent puts his hoof on my shoulder. "Where do we go first?" asks Coffee. "Jungle." he says. We all walk into the jungle. I see a weird fog. I touch it and then it burns my skin. I then grab the colts. "What the heck!" yells Coffee. I touch the fog with the end of my arm, and he sees blisters on my elbow. "Ok lets go to the maze!" says Golden, as we walk in. I see little berries on the bushes. I am about to pop them in my mouth, when Golden slaps it out of my hand. I look at him. "Those are poisonous." my eyes widen. I guess that's one of the dangers on the clock. We walk out and go into the desert  "We are not going into the volcano. We already know what that danger is!" I look at him and smile, and we start walking around. We finally get to the desert, and we feel the burning heat. I then see Ardent collapses from heat. We bring him out. Then we put him in a little pond we found. I fall into it. Then we move on to the mountain range. We see a whole bunch of rocks. Then we see snow at the top. I get down from the freezing mountain, and we go into the desert to warm up a little. "Ok lets just sleep!" I say. They all nod and we fall asleep.
