The rise of Grim's Apprentice
*Blarg...BLARG* George tries to get up but the pain is much. The blood in his mouth keeps him from breathing and he keeps coughing it up.His arms starts to feel numb. The holes in his back was bleeding greatly he was bleeding out. He was trying to crawl towards to door but a kick has knocked him on his side. The gun cocking sound has gtten his attention and sees a man standing in front of him with a gun. The man who shot him. He sat there with a smile and a cigar. He mouth some words that fade away from his mind. He couldn't hear but the words but he knew what he said....
"Good bye Mr. Foreman"
The shot goes off and he was left with nothing but a bullet to head. No noise just the sound of shoes clapping the floor slowly fading away.

"huh...wha?" His eyes slowly open but sees nothing but darkness. The wounds he got from his death were still on his body but he felt no pain. He got up from the spot he was, it was weird to see fog and complete darkness in one area and not know where you are. "IS ANYONE THERE?" he yells hoping to find someone for help.
No point of yelling theres no one here but me and you.
"Who-who said tha... where are you...where am I?" Turns to find a large black cloaked being in front of him. George was 5'5 but this thing was a least 7'9. George backs up from him and turn to run but he felt a grasp on his arm. He looks to see what but it was just a dark purple aura over his hand. Then there was another on his other hand two more on his ankles. He strugles to free himself from the magic that has attached itself on him.
Why run if you no where to go why run if I have a deal for you?
"What d-do you what from me?"

The planet that earth has came in contact with has been closed off from me and now I need your help. A man has a artifact that can keep me from reaping souls on that planet he controls almost entire armies and dragons and other creatures labeled as changlings with a couple of humans.
"Why me?"
Your the only soul that came by in the last 12 hours nothing I can do about that...your dead now and your all I got trust me if there was someone else you would be gone by now.
"Why can't I remember anything?"
I took your memory only because you have done some very bad things while on earth and if you help me with this you can go to heaven instead of hell.
"WAIT I'M GOING TO HELL?!"

"*chuckles*I'll take the deal." He was released from the magic hold and a light blue floating object was brought in front of him.
This is Grendal he contains a magical meter inside that with channel through you as long as your holding him also he can change to any type of weapon and don't worry about combat just swing and you should be able to fight like a master of the dark arts. He also talks when your fighting...gives advice.
George puts his hand inside the blue item and a black and grey wrist watch appears on his hand it also has writing on it saying "Grendal". He checks it out a little before giving his attention back to Death.
Now time for those wounds to heal. A flash of light Geogre's wounds healed and his clothes were replaced with a black suit with black tie.Abyssal suit that way you can be stylish and protected thats what got you killed anyway. Death mumbles but George didn't hear the last part.And now to send you on you way to a very good friend of mine address her as Princess Luna and also I'm going against the rules for this so if you die you won't come back. George stares for a while before nodding and with a flash he pops up in a black room with a large blue mass sitting at a desk.

"Princess Luna?" He looks at her from a distance hiding the fact that he never seen a huge pony before mainly ones with flowing hair and wings. She walks up with a angry look. She stares at his watch on his wrist and with surprise George finds himself being sqeezed by her.
"OH THIS IS WONDERFUL I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD HEAR FROM HER AGAIN WHO KNEW THAT SHE WOULD BECOME THE NEXT GRIM REAPER! She says yelling into his ear with a deadly embrace.
"I-*gasp* I thought I-*gasp* would get a diffrent responce *gasp* dying here." She drops him forgting her strength. George takes a breath and continues. "I'm new at this...reaper thing but its better than going to hell. So I need your help I guess."
George tells Luna the problem as that happens a colt with white and grey striped hair and a tan coat walks in hearing the whole thing.
"So your a grim reaper?" The colt asked surprising the two.
"WHAT THE HAY-Syringe don't sneak up on us like that." She said angrily
"Oh yeah sorry I just never heard something like this before." He smilies.
"You have to keep it a secret from other ponies they might attack him out of fright or run away." Luna continued but George cuts in.
"I'm not a Grim reaper just a apprentice I have to get these artifacts from this man or what ever I wish she told me who. Luna thinks for a moment and a name pops up in her head.
"Nictic...his name is Nictics"
"Wha?"
"He was one of the first humans to come to equsteria. He seemed nice but it was a mistake he found multiple items that belonged to Va-Death gems really and now he claims to be a god. My sister and I tried finding him but we couldn't find him either. Its been 2 years now and still no sign."
"Well maybe if I ask aroun-" Luna held up a hoof stopping George from talking.
"Not now its 3 in the morning maybe you should have some rest. Syringe show him to a guest room and help him settle in."
"Alright Princess good night." Syringe walks out and George follows. They strike a conversation 5 minutes later.
"So how com Luna trust you enough to keep me safe or others safe from my secret." George looks at Syringe.
"I helped a little ajusting to pony kind she was on the moon for a thousand years I mean when she came back everyone was scared of her but me I saw she needed help so while she raised the moon I slowly taught her things around here." He says happliy.
"How old are you?" George asks curiously due to the grey hair on his mane.
"24" George's mouth dropped.
"Here we are the guest room number 74."
"Thanks Syringe"
"No problem pal." They shake hand or hoof umm...yeah the shake on it. As Syringe hops away George walks in to see a room filled with fancy stuff inside. He walks to the bed and lays on top. Finally some sleep being dead sucks He thought as he fell asleep.
