Aurorus has had a dull painful life, mostly because he is 13yrs old and still hasn't gotten his cutie mark, he has no idea who his parents are. He grew up in the Ponyville orphanage along with Scootaloo and a few others, but his life takes a unexpected turn when Princess Twilight takes him under her wing after a powerful display of magic when protecting Scootaloo from a pack of timberwolfs.
