Gangrel lay defeated, and the Ylisseans celebrated their final victory over the Mad King and his soldiers. Chrom and his Sheperds began to return home to celebrate and revel in the glories of a successful war. However, while on the march home, the faithful tactician Robin discovers an odd object, and upon inspecting it, is thrown with five others into the magical land of Equestria.

Meanwhile Applejack keeps having premonitions and dreams about her brother's death, and with the Griffon nation becoming increasingly hostile it seems that the chances of her being right are steadily rising.
