He learns that King Sombra is responsible for the deaths of not towards Soulless but countless others in Equestia. Soulless now must use the tools given to him and the teaching of his uncle to combat Sombra and his newly acquired changeling army to avenge not only his friends, the loved ones of the others hurt by Sombra and his army.
