Chapter 2
Chapter 2 - Checking the time
You're silent for a moment as you near the staircase as you listen to the sound of small hooves clapping against the wood. Just as you bring your voice up it's sound is dwarfed by the lavender mare at the bottom of the staircase trying to grab at the light purple filly that happily escapes her grasp.
"...Violet, i'll count to three."
You perk your ears up to her voice, you know she's trying to be serious but you've always kind of found her serious voice kind of funny seeing as how its still too sweet sounding.
As you near the bottom of the stairs she straightens her stand and tilts her head up, "One..."
As her pause comes over the room leaving only Violet's happy gallop to it you stand next to Twilight as you just watch the scene in the room.
"...Two..."
Twilight's confidence is a little lost as Violet bends her front hooves down a little as she holds her bright smiling mouth that holds an undone bow in her grasp and blue eyes to Twilight.
"...Two and a half?"
Another pause comes over the room as Twilight holds her gaze to the happy filly but it doesn't last long as she gives a slight sigh.
You look back to her as you talk, "What do you need?"
Twilight turns her head to you as she brings her voice back, "Well, I would like to get going so that we don't miss the noon train, but Violet won't leave without her bow and she won't let me tie it."
You nod your head as you start to walk towards Violet, "You want your bow tied?"
The little filly nods her head as she takes the ribbon from her mouth and hoofs it towards you, a sly smile comes back to you as you turn your head to Twilight and float it from Violet.
But Twilight's defeated stare doesn't last long as she hold her hoof to you, "You know you're not supposed to use your magic."
You roll your eyes to her comment as you sit your flank to the ground and bring the ribbon to sit in your right hoof. Violet holds a slightly confused stare to you before she copies your motion and sits in front of you still holding her gaze to you as you talk, "Thought that was an easy spell?"
Twilight rolls her hoof to you as she answers a bit rushed, "Of course its not simple, magic is a bond between a pony and the world around them, no spell is simp-..." Her voice stops as she squints her eyes to you.
You nod your head as you point your hoof towards the stairs, "You said it, by the way I already packed Violet's things."
"OH! I still need to." Her ear flicks to the comment as she starts up the stairs with a slight groan, "We should have started earlier." Twilight's voice starts to trail from the room as you hear her comments becoming directed to Spike.
You hold your ear to the stairs for a moment before you look back to the little filly and stand up with the ribbon floating next to you. Violet follows your motion with a smile as her eyes pin to the pink cloth floating past her face.
"Mommy thinks I can tie bows with hooves..." You follow through your motion as you watch the bow take shape on her tail, "...But mommy also thinks she can rush plan a wedding by herself."
The little filly ignores your comment as her ears along with yours pick up to a knock at the door.
A low chime picks up from Violet's horn as you walk over towards the door, but you don't get to open as you watch a low blue haze turn the knob.
"Are you four coming or not?" The tomboyish voice rolls through the library as you watch Rainbow closes the door behind her, "I mean like seriously, you trying to be late to your own wedding?"
You shrug the comment off as you talk, "Well its not till tomorrow."
A slight laugh escapes Rainbow's mouth before she brings her hoof to her mouth and calls out, "Hey Twilight, Rarity Applejack Pinkie and Fluttershy already left this morning."
The sound of hooves and a low chime fill the room as you watch the lavender mare coming down the stairs, "They did?" A large list like paper rolls up beside her as she puts it into a purple satchel that stays above the stairs in her magical grasp, "...But we still need to get setup? Why would they leave early?"
Rainbow shrugs as she talks, "I don't know, I would have left to but Mayor Mare wanted me and a few Pegasus to start planning for winter clouds." She stretches her wings as her tomboyish voice sparks up in a bit of pride, "Ya and I still could've made it to the train,, it only took ten seconds to pack."
Twilight looks over the blue and dark gold bag around the cyan mare as she squints to her friend, "Is the dress Rarity refitted for you in there?"
The cyan mare looks down to the bag as she talks, "What? It fit." As her gaze goes down she catches her eyes to the little filly staring up to her. The rare unsure voice of the cyan mare is quickly lost as she reaches her front hooves to the filly as her wings start to flap, "Hey weezy just think, tomorrow you can be a flower filly...if you don't eat the flowers."
You give a slight chuckle to the comment as you think it over, she wouldn't do that...right?
A slight giggling sigh comes from Twilight as she looks from the cyan mare to you, "...Now I'll carry our bag can you carry Violet's?"
You move your hoof to the floating bag as you take it from her grasp, "Yes."
But her eyes don't stay on you long as she quickly turns back towards the stairs, "Spike we need to leave soon."
The young dragon's voice comes back through the house as you listen to it, "Do you know wear my lucky top hat is?"
You move the bright purple bag around your body as you think over Spike's comment, why does Barney the dinosaur need a top hat?
Twilight gives a slight sigh as she starts up the stairs again, You watch her for a moment as you continue to move the strap over your body without the help of any magic, you never really thought putting a bag on would be so much work but its better to not risk burning it.
The lavender mare's trot up again is brought to a halt as she turns back to the room, "Rainbow when did you say the train was leaving?"
The cyan mare doesn't bring her head from her slow flight path as she dangles the happy wiggling filly in her grasp towards the ground, "Mhh, ten minutes?"
You give a slight laugh as you watch the lavender mare dart quickly up the rest of the stairs. But you're not really worried about the time as you shift your head back to the happy low wheezing sound coming from beside you.

Chapter 3
Chapter 3 – The pull of the rail
Most of the train ride has been pretty laid back and as you swing your head around the car you currently sit in you notice there's not too many other ponies on board. But then again you can’t really remember a time when you've seen the train full, well other than when you went to the Crystal empire.
Rainbow and Twilight still hold their conversation they've been having since you got on the train, and from time to time you nod your head when you drift your eyes back from the window and notice Twilight waiting for an answer. But most of this ride you have been just anxiously staring out the window to the ever growing closer city of white marble buildings.
You know your sight of the city is going to be lost once you round the mountain and go through the short cave so you enjoy your sight of it while you can.
"...Violet don't put your mouth on the glass sweetie."
To the words you shift your eyes to the purple filly pressed up against the glass, but you only get to catch her in the act for a moment before she takes her face from it. Violet 's back legs are embedded in the cushion of the seats and front hooves like her face was are planted almost to the glass. Twilight's hoof rest on her back but that doesn't really stop the little filly from moving around by herself.
You hold a slight smile to the filly but like most nice moments for you somepony has to ruin them as Rainbow's tomboyish voice comes to you, "So where are you going to be when Twilight has her bachelorette party?" The cyan mare holds a wide smile as she looks like shes about to continue judging from her sprawled out wings.
But you're able to talk before her as you shake your head, "I'm not going to be anywhere."
Rainbow squints to your comment as Twilight moves her other hoof to the filly to bring her from the glass of the train, "We decided not to do anything seeing as how somepony has to watch Violet...and it wouldn't be fair for that pony."
"Pff..." Rainbow rolls her hoof as she gives a slight laugh, "How come you don't get your parents to watch Violet?"
The light purple filly finally sits herself to the seat as she holds her happy face around the train car, Twilight's voice comes up as she turns back to face her friend, "Ha, if they act anything like they did when Shining was getting married they won't even be free until the wedding."
"Oh ya? Whys that?"
Twilight holds a slight smile as she continues, "Well last time they had to put up with family that came from all over Equestria..." She taps her hoof to her mouth as she talks, "I would guess they would be doing the same thing this time...plus it wouldn't really be fair to them, but we are going to stop by when we get to Canterlot."
At the end of Twilight's words Rainbow leans back against the seat as she folds her wings, "Well I guess that's ok..." A slight laugh escapes her mouth as she nods to you, "Not like you had any stallion friends anyways."A louder tomboyish chuckle comes from her as she holds a sly smile to her comment.
Rainbow stops her chuckle as she looks over your content smile, "Really? That was you're come back?" She turns to Twilight as she shakes her head, "You made him an egg head."
Twilight has a faint smile as she rolls her eyes and looks back to Violet.
You still hold your smile with the notion she didn't deny being a stallion...But your dumb smile doesn't hold long as a sharp jab comes to your side and you quickly turn your head to the young purple dragon attacker as he talks, "You know, I could show you around Canterlot." Spike leans his head back as he folds his claws behind his head, "I happen to have a free card for donuts at Joe's donuts."
You blink to his cool guy smile as you think to yourself...donuts? Ponies really don't know how to throw a bachelor party if thats what was offered, heck that was even offered from a dragon. You give a friendly smile as you talk, "I'm fine Spike."
At the end of your words the noise in the car gets louder as the cave that nears Canterlot turns the inside of the train a dark black for the moment. In the sightless few moments you adjust the bag around you that you haven't taken off. But the light to the car comes back as you look over the the two ponies that sit across from you doing the same, all except the bag less filly that swings her head around with wide eyes trying to figure out how night came and went so fast.
You move your gaze to the window as you watch the Canterlot train station area starting to come into view.
The blow from the trains whistle comes first as your body shifts a little to the slowing speed.
"Ok Violet, stay close to mommy alright?"
At the voice Violet moves her front hooves as she looks around the sights outside.
Twilight gives a slight giggle as she nods her head, "Yes Violet, we're here."
As the train comes to its halt the stallion standing at the door starts to speak up, "Anypony going to Canterlot, we have arrived."
Twilight helps Violet from her seat as you and Spike stand up, the cyan pegasus doesn't wait for you though as she starts towards where the chocolate colored stallion wearing a blue train cat car stands.
But you all are able to catch up with her as the stallion moves one hoof to the door, "Just letting you ponies know, theres a special wedding going on tomorrow so the castle guard is not letting anypony into it's grounds."
You give a slight chuckle to the words as Twilight nods her head with a smile, "Will make sure to keep that in mind."
The stallion nods his head as he opens the door, you all follow the stallion out as the steam from the train slightly comes up from the tracks around the station.
"Yoo-hoo, Twilight."
At the elegant low but audible voice you turn your head to a white mare trotting close to where you all move away from the train. From the voice you know it's Rarity, but if you didn't know the voice the white mare with large gold sunglasses and a pale yellow sun hat with pink flower like things coming off from the top would just be some Canterlot pony.
But the casual smile of the mare is lost as she gets closer and floats her sun glasses away from her face to reveal her shocked eyes stare, her voice comes out a little rushed as her trot comes to its end in front of your group, "R-Rainbow PLEASE tell me you didn't put your dress in..." She swallows at her words as she flicks her hoof to the bag around the cyan mare, "...That."
Rainbow looks a little surprised to the bag sitting around her neck and upper chest as she talks, "What's the big deal, it fit?"
Rarity's stance is a little wobbly as she starts to mumble something to herself in a slight high pitched tone.
"Hello Rarity, did everypony else get here already?" At Twilight's words the white mare snaps out of her stammering.
"Y-yes, everypony is at the castle." Rarity's eyes only stay to Twilight for a moment as she turns back to Rainbow, "Now you need to come with me, that dress is going to be positively wrinkled by the time you get it out."
Rainbow rolls her hoof to the comment as she talks, "Oh come on Rarity, not every pony is trying to meet somepony in Canterlot you know."
The white mare straightens her posture as she closes her eyes, "No, I simply won't allow a piece of my work to not fabulous." Rainbow gives a slight groan as she talks through it, "Fine, but the wonderbolts are having a hoof signing tonight so I better not be late."
Twilight's voice comes back to her as she lifts her hoof up a little, "We're going to see my parents but then we'll be at the castle to start getting set up."
Rarity shoots her a slight smile as she cocks her eye to her, "Of course Twilight." She moves beside Rainbow as she starts to push the cyan mare along with her, "See you then darling."
"I think i'll go to."
You turn your gaze back to the purple dragon as he starts to pick his pace up to follow after Rarity and Rainbow.
But as he walks away Twilight speaks up, "Are you sure you don't want to see Velvet and Nightlight Spike?"
He rolls his arm as he talks, "I should go and make sure every pony is ready for you when you get there."
"...Well...ok Spike."
At her own comment she turns to the patiently waiting light purple filly beside her as she starts to walk, "Stay close Violet."
You follow after the lavender mare as you move yourself to Violet's other side.

Chapter 4
Chapter 4 – Before you go
The walk from the train station to Twilight's parents house has never been a long one, and today the usually cluttered streets don't really seem to busy. Sure there's a few ponies rushing along past you three but for most of the walk through the still mostly unfamiliar city has been decent.
And now as you turn onto the street with the familiar two story white stone block house at the end of it your journey to tomorrow feels one step closer.
Violet must feel the same way because once her mind places the building still down the street her once slow pace that shes been using to look over the city, has now been changed into a happy gallop to her new goal.
You and Twilight keep pace with the little filly as the house comes into hooves reach. The light purple filly turns her head back to you two as she waits next to the door, Twilight's hoof comes to it as she knocks.
It only takes a few seconds for the door to open to a white pony, but the pony is not Velvet like you had kind of wanted. But at the same time you give the white stallion with the two shades of blue mane a friendly smile.
"Twily!"
At his own words Shinning extends himself from the doorway as he embraces the mare beside you. But the hug doesn't last long as Twilight's excited voice comes to her, "Shinning ?! You came?"
He looks surprised to the comment as he steps aside from the door, "How could I miss my own baby sister's wedding?"
As he steps aside Violet pushes herself into the house as you follow after her, still holding your ears to the conversation you walk past.
"...I just thought you and Cadence would be to busy with the Crystal empire, I would have understood if you couldn't have made it."
Twilight's words end the same as Violet's happily hop gallop as you four walk into the living room of the house and set your eyes to large pink alicorn standing in front of one of the couches.
You don't really know why but the tall pink pony's name has stuck to your head and you have no problem recognizing Cadence as she answers to Twilight's comment, "NOT coming?!" The pink mare gives a slight laugh as she shakes her head, "Twilight, you've been one of my oldest friends since you were a filly and you even turned my special day completely around when we got married...of course we had to come."
Twilight holds a happy smile as she looks between the two ponies but her voice doesn't come to her as a feminine voice echos from another part of the house, "Twilight?!"
The sound of frantic hooves comes to the room as you turn to the door way just to see the white mare coming into the room, she looks like she has something on her coat but you don't really pay much attention to it.
Velvet's teal eyes pin to you and shift to Twilight, but the mare's happy tone and surprised tone doesn't last as her voice comes back almost in a mad high pitched feminine squeal, "Violet!"
You watch as the white mare holds her hoof out to the little filly as her voice comes to her, "Y-you've gotten so big?! A-and look at you you're not in diapers anymore!" A few more rambles comes from her but you can't really understand her as she starts to fan at her neck with her right hoof.
Twilight gives a little giggle as she trots over to her, "Hello mom."
But at Twilight's voice Velvet turns her toned voice to her, "How could you let her get older without stopping by again?" Her hoof motion stops for a moment as she points to her daughter, "This filly is growing before your eyes and you didn't even bother to stop by again?!"
The lavender mare is silent as she holds her smile to the white mare as she continues to push through her words, Velvet stops her voice as her eyes flutter and she calms her voice down, "Oh...and shes not the only filly that's growing up too fast." But her calmed voice doesn't really stay long as she looks over the lavender mare.
Another light giggle escapes Twilight's mouth as the white mare's chest starts to become sporadic with her breathing and her right hoof starts to fan at herself again, Velvet's voice is shaky as she bites to her lip, "No no no, I-I promised myself I wouldn't cry this time."
Twilight embraces the shaky worded mare as Velvet's voice continues to spike up in a high pitched low wine, at the hug the white mare gives a little sniffle before breaking it and sighing. Her voice comes back as she looks to Violet who has been sat to the ground a little confused to why the happy mare started sobbing.
"Oh, come here you." Velvet scoops the little filly up onto her back as she nears her, "See, I can still hold you." Her trot becomes the focus of everypony's eyes as she trots toward one of the couches and places the little filly down. But she turns back to everypony as she holds a hoof to Twilight, "You stop being a stranger." Her hoof shifts to Cadence and Shining as she talks, "You two had better stop that as well." Again her hoof changes as she turns back to Violet, "And you...stop making me feel so old."
Violet wiggles her front hooves to the pointing mare as Velvet's voice stops.
Velvet gives a loving smile as she looks over the little filly but she loses it as she looks herself over, "Oh just look at me...I have cookie dough all over me."
Shining's voice comes up as he talks, "Mom, you know you shouldn't cook when you're nervous."
The white mare nods her head as she sits to the couch with her eyes focusing to you and Twilight, "Your father went to the castle a little while ago, I do hope he'll be back before too long." She gives a slight laugh as she continues, "I swear that stallion would move the sun if he could if it meant making sure this wedding goes smoothly."
Twilight nods her head as she talks, "Well, we need to be heading to the castle soon. We still have to get ready for tomorrow."
At the comment the pink pony's voice comes up as she talks, "Sorry Twilight, but i'm not supposed to let you go to the castle today."
"Whys that?" Twilight squints to the comment a little confused as Cadence continues with a bashful smile, "I hope i'm not spoiling the surprise, but your friends had told me they didn't want you stressing out over making sure everything was planned, so..." She taps her hoof to her mouth for a second as she squints her eyes, "...I think her name was Rarity, but she already got us a spa planned for most of the day that way you can't go to the castle."
Twilight gives a slight laugh as she talks, "That's ridiculous, i'm not going to stress myself out? I have everything planned nothing can happen. Besides they don't even know how I want things to look or where I want them to be."
Cadance nods her head a little slowly as she talks, "Well they said you had sent them a detailed list?"
"Ha." Twilight rolls her hoof to the comment as she talks, "Those list where just copies of the one I have...I still have the main one."
You squint to the comment as you speak up, "But theres no difference to the list?"
Her voice comes to you as she talks, "I know, but it's not like I always want to make sure everythings perfect."
The room is silent for a moment as she waits for a response, you finally speak up as you move your hoof, "Go on and go, it will be fun."
Twilight blinks to the comment as she laughs, "But we already said we wouldn't do anything because we don't have somepony to watch Violet."
Velvet's ear flicks to the words as she brings her head from the little filly and towards the conversation, "No pony to watch?...Twilight I'll have you know that since you've left I have been studying how to do hoofing." Her hoof points to you as she talks, "Don't think that this pony only got her studying habits from Celestia alone, oh no."
You give a slight chuckle to the comment as Twilight tries to speak up, but her words are cut off as Velvet turns back to Violet. The white mare's hooves follow through a decent motion as you listen and watch her talking, "Violet, do you want to stay and eat cookies?"
Another laugh escapes your mouth as you watch Violet's confused answer.
"What do you mean you can't eat books?"
Twilight's voice comes back to her as she holds a smile to the white mare, "Mom, you asked if you would like to stay and eat books."
You nod your head as you think to yourself, still should have some credit for understanding Violet's reply.
Velvet rolls her hoof to the failed demonstration as she talks, "Still, I haven't had anytime with this filly because some ponies decided never to come back to Canterlot, now Twilight you two can do whatever you want to do. It's only me and your father tonight so we won't be busy."
Twilight is silent as she looks to you, but you don't even waste a moment as she talks, "Why not go and relax?" You give a slight sigh as you talk, "I know how to get to the castle when we leave."
At your words Cadence comes back to the conversation as she trots towards the door, "Come on Twilight, lets go have a nice day."
The lavender mare pauses for a moment before she floats her bag from herself and starts to talk down a mind list she must have planned in the short pause, "Ok, don't open this bag because my dress is on top, I'll come back here after that way we can go to the castle together and if anythings happens-..."
You take the bag from her with your hoof and you cut her off as you slightly struggle to balance on your three hooves as you walk over and place the bag on the empty couch, "Ok Twilight."
Twilight waits a few seconds before she gives you a smile and trots after Cadence who has already opened the door.
The pink mare nods to Shining as she and Twilight leave the house.
As the door closes Velvet stands from the couch as she takes the filly into her hold and places her back to the ground, "Come on Violet, we have cookies to eat."
You watch the filly happily follow after the white mare into the room as you take off the bag that's been around you the whole time.
As you take it off Shining's voice comes to you as he talks, "Listen, I didn't have much time to thank you and I want to return the favor."
You squint to his comment as you talk, "Thank me for what?"
Shining nods his head as he speak up again, "For taking care of my sister and everything you've done already...I know we don't really know each other too well but what do you say about me showing you around tonight?"
You hold a friendly smile to the stallion as you think over your situation, Twilight gets a spa day and I get to hang out with the bride's brother...you look over the stallion in your silent moment as you think to yourself, his idea of a bachelor party is going to be studying in the library or something else Twilight related...As your mind battle comes to an end you nod your head, "Ok sure."
"Alright great, I know a few places around the city I think you might enjoy for a bachelor party."
You nod your head as you try to hold a slight joyed smile as you think, something is at least better than nothing.
End of chapter 4

Chapter 5 – Call me cheesy
The day since you have gotten to Canterlot has gone by pretty fast, for most of the time you have been helping Velvet understand hoofing. But the day now draws to its close as you move your eyes to the window of the house and notice the sun starting to set, Twilight's still not back but from what Shining has told you Rarity went all out to keep you and Twilight away from the castle for most of the day.
Of course most of the time may have been nice and mellow but you still get a slight uneasy feeling at how nice Night Light has been to you since he came home.
But as you look out the window another thought comes to your mind as you watch the armored stallion trotting over towards the doors of the house, "You ready to go?"
You look over the silver armored chest and back plating he has on as you think to yourself, if that's required I don't think I want to go. You stand from your spot on the couch as you nod your head, "Ya sure."
Shining turns his head to the white mare and filly you were sitting beside as he talks, "Tell Cadance and Twilight we'll meet them at the castle tonight."
Velvet nods her head but she doesn't even take her eyes from the little filly as she continues to try and follow through some of the hoof motions you taught her. But you can tell from Violet's tired eyes that the white mare only has a few good minutes before Violet falls asleep in front of her.
You rub the little filly's head as her eyes come back to their full awake stare to your voice, "I'll see you tonight Violet."
As your voice escapes your mouth for the last words the filly's eyes start to droop down a little. You bring your pace back to Shining's as you both walk towards the door and leave the house.
Once the door closes behind you, you turn to the stallion as you talk, "So where are we going?"
He stops his pace for a moment as he answers you, "Don't worry I know a few places from back when I was a young guard."
Your ears perk up to his voice as you follow after him again, you still slightly think that he might be taking you to a library or something but at the same time you don't.
The city streets from what you can tell have gotten darker from the shadows of the tall buildings that cover most ends of the streets. You've never been out in Canterlot at night but from what you're noticing as you get ready to turn onto the main street it's got the same amount of busy looking ponies as in the day.
But you and Shinning both lose your pace as a tomboyish voice calls out to where you two trot. It doesn't take a moment for the owner of the voice to catch up with the call as a slight gust of nippy air rolls to your coat.
The cyan mare doesn't even wait for an acknowledgment as she starts to speak up, "Man can you believe these ponies here? They actually have a height limit to how high you can fly in the city?!"
Shinning is silent as he looks over the cyan mare most likely trying to place her, you on the other hoof already speak up as she ends her comment, "Hi Rainbow, shouldn't you be setting up at the castle?"
She cocks her head to you as she talks, "Hey, how'd you know about that? I didn't even know about it until Spike and Rarity told me at the castle?"
You shrug the comment off as you answer, "Cadence told us."
Rainbow lets out a laugh as she nudges you, "Well anyways don't worry about the setting up, Twilight's lists that she gave us couldn't have been any easier."
Shining's voice comes back to him as he speaks up, "Oh you're one of Twilight's friends right? Sorry I didn't recognize you." He gives a slight chuckle as he finishes his comment.
"No sweat Shining." Rainbow rolls her hoof to the white stallion as she turns back to you, "So you already know about her surprise bachelorette party and you still didn't want to do anything for yourself?"
You shake your head, "Well I didn't know about the party until today."
Rainbow straightens up her posture as she talks, "Well you're in luck." Her perfectly straight posture doesn't last long as she quickly flares her wings out and takes on an almost lunging stance, "...Because this pony won the Wonderbolts challenge today." She lets out a laugh as she turns her side to you and hoofs to a small blue and gold bag around her, "Ya this baby is signed and I got two free tickets to their show tonight."
A sigh comes over her as she lowers her eyes to a half gaze and looks to her hoof, "Ya they pretty much told me I should join the wonderbolts."
You roll your eyes to her comment as you talk, "Nice."
She picks her eyes from her hoof as she looks at you, "So you want to go to the show? Its going to be pretty cool and seeing as how you don't have any real stallion friends at least this way you can have done something tonight." She shoots you a wide smile as she waits for your response.
But you don't have to answer as Shining speaks up, "Thats one of the places we were going to go, after Club Luna."
Your ear's perk up to his words as you think, no way did he just say something without the word library? You do a mind double take as you realize what he said, "Club?" You squint to the word even leaving your mouth as you try to think over it, theres no way ponies have clubs? You stop your though as you think over a few things, well they have lights and trains...
Rainbow cocks her head to Shining as she talks, "Club Luna? What's that?"
The white stallion gives a slight smile as he talks, "I found out about the place from when I became the captain of the royal guard, my buddies took me there to celebrate...you welcome to meet us at the wonderbolt track, I thought we would only stay there for a little."
"Oh no no no." Her hoof points to you as she gives a slight tomboyish laugh, "If this place is going to accept this pony, then i'm pretty sure they would let me in."
Shining slightly loses his smile as he looks her over, "Uh...are you sure you want to go I don't think you would like it?"
Shining nods his head as he turns back around, "Alright then lets get going, they open the doors when it gets dark out, and tonight's a Celestia half day so it should be open when we get there."
Rainbow and you follow after the stallion but as you realize who you're walking next to the idea of a club is starting to get a little less appealing as you think, i'm going to celebrate with my bride's brother and one of her best friends?...You give a slight sigh as you push the thought aside, oh well hopefully a wonderbolt show won't be bad. You hold your thought to it as you try and remember if you've ever seen one before as the name brings mixed feelings to your head.
The walk through Canterlot was a little longer than you had thought and the area around you is someplace you've never been before. But you haven't really gotten a chance to soak up all the buildings around you as your mind fights with that and listening to the cyan mare beside you continuing her story about how she won her signed bag and tickets.
But you start to drift from her voice as you set your eyes to a building towards the end of the street, you move your eyes to the large bright sign being lit up by what looks like dark blue lights. You're still kind of far away but the sign's name you can read perfect, 'Club Luna, we know your favorite dreams'.
You drift down to the decent sized crowd that has formed behind a red roped line, all the ponies face away from you but as you look them over you realize that just about everyone of them is a stallion. Which is pretty weird seeing as how from the size of the line you probably wouldn't be too far from saying half of the stallions in Canterlot are here...but you know thats probably wrong.
The gap between you three and the building starts to be filled but Shining stops for a second as he turns to you two, "I don't usually like to use how i'm a prince now to get into places but I don't want Cadance and Twilight thinking we're going to be out all night." He floats the ticket you gave him earlier out from a slit in his armour as he talks, "I have my wedding ticket and you gave me yours so we should be able to get in pretty easy."
He looks over Rainbow as he talks, "Do you have your ticket?"
Rainbow shakes her head no as Shining speaks back up, "Well they should still let you in with us, come on."
Shining's pace comes back to him as he moves to the other side of the red roped waiting area. As you move closer to the building your ears pick up a familiar sound as you try to listen in on it, "Is that...bass?"
"Hey ya!" Rainbow's wide smile comes back to her as her wings sprawl out, "IS this Vinyl Scratch's home club?"
Shining nods his head as he gives a slight chuckle.
"Alright! She came to Ponyville last Winter Wrap up eve to play." She nudges you as she talks, "Don't you remember that?"
You blink to her words as you talk, "Uh....no?"
You cock your head to her as you give a slight laugh, "Do you remember everything?"
"Pff, trust me once you hear Vinyl Scratch you won't want to hear anything else."
You think over her comment as you walk past the line of slightly glaring ponies, "So he's like uh...Skilltrex err Srollx?" You struggle with the old thought but you can't get the name right as you stumble through a few more nonsense words.
"No? SHE is like no other dj." Rainbow folds her wings back down as she props her head up, "Just let me and Shinning do the talking."
Shining cuts in with a laugh as he talks, "I hope you don't talk for too long, we still have a few other things I thought we could do."
You reply with a slight laugh but not to the comment as you think, whoa Shinning does mental list like Twilight too.
The front of the line comes into view as you look over a large bright yellow earth stallion standing in front of the rope line, his bright coat and nice looking colorful pink eyes don't really compare to his blank expression as he turns his eyes to the three of you.
The depth of the music coming from the two bright red doors is now a little louder and you have a slight smile to the beat seeing as how its not too bad.
"Can I help you?"
You lose your smile as the deep voice comes from the stallion, his dull expression has changed to a question stare as he looks over Shining’s glowing horn.
"Hi." Shining floats the tickets towards the stallion's extended hoof as he waits for him to read of them. After a few seconds the stallion nods his head as he hoofs the tickets back, "Have fun." The stallion moves away from the door for a moment as you and Rainbow follow after Shining as he tucks the tickets back into his armour's pocket.

Chapter 6 – Hows it going Ponyboy?
The music that you heard outside is nothing like what your ears are being filled with as you take your first steps into the large two story room. The ground has splashes of all kinds of colors but you can't really tell what kinds seeing as how the lighting in the room keeps changing to the beat of the music. To one side of the large room there’s a few hallways next to what looks like some kind of abstract bar with a few chairs pushed up to it. The other side of the room has a large what looks like dance floor up on a stage next to a dark glass box where you would guess the dj would be.
But the smile and beat of the music running through your body with every pulse makes the happy smile turn into a wide grin as you follow Shining further into the room.
Theres tables scattered around the room with hundreds of smiling ponies looking around the room, or just enjoying their night.
Shining finally takes a seat near the back of the room in a large booth like table, you and Rainbow slide in beside him as you continue to look around the large room. But your gaze around the room is brought back to Shining as he talks, "Ya I liked it here when I came because they play good music and its pretty different for Canterlot."
Rainbow puts her two front hoofs to the table as she talks, "I'll say! This place is awesome!"
"HI Shining!"
You and Rainbow turn your heads to a high pitched feminine voice as a unicorn mare comes over towards your table floating a tray of drinks next to her, "...Long time no see, what can I get you ponies?"
Your silent for a moment as you look over the mare standing in front of the table, her mane has pink highlights through a mint blue color and you know her coat is a pale blue but you really wouldn't be able to tell seeing as how she’s dressed in some kind of skirt like maid outfit that even has a little hat and shoes with see through high socks.
Shining smiles to her as he talks, "I'll have a-..."
His voice is cut off as the music drops down to a stallion's voice coming in place of the music, the mare at the table turns her head with a smile as you watch a red unicorn with white and bright blue streaks of mane coming onto to the stage like thing with a microphone hovering next to him."Good evening Canterlot, i'm your Dj Lab Rat and while I take a break I want you ponies to enjoy our fine dancers! And a special shout out to a very special guest in here tonight, yes folks i'm talking about Prince Blueblood himself! Give it up everypony!"
The name that was spoken goes unnoticed to you because at the end of the stallion's voice a heavy beat song starts up as you watch a few mares trotting onto the stage wearing very tight bright outfits. You feel a slight heat run through your cheeks as you look over the mares from your close table that Shining picked. The tight clothing clings to their bodies curves, and each mare has a very short tails thats being held up by a few colorful bands that match their outfits.
You don't know why ponies with any kind of clothing on would make you feel so...uneasy seeing as how ponies don't often wear clothes anyways. But the fact that they are is for some reason making you blush, however you find yourself unable to really move your eyes from them as you watch a few of them starting to whip their tails around as they begin to take on a bending motion quickly being followed by a smile as a few start to almost turn their back sides towards the front of the stage.
But your sight of them is quickly lost as you turn yourself away as you look to the two ponies at your table.
Rainbow seems to share your shocked expression you would guess as you look over her jaw dropped wide eyed stare with her wings fully sprawled out.
Shinning on the other hoof just squints a little confused to the scene.
The mare beside you speaks back up as she turns her smiling face back to you three, "So what can I get you three?"
Your quite as Rainbow's voice comes out, but her first words are a little high pitched as she talks, "I-I would like some cider...largest cup you got?"
The mare squints to the request as she talks, "Cider? We don't have any weak stuff here sorry."
Rainbow's tomboyish batter comes back to her as she squints to the mare's words, "Weak? What do you have then?"
The mare taps her hoof to her mouth as she talks, "Mhhh, how about a a long Manehatten tea?"
Rainbow lets out a laugh as she tries to fold her wings back down a little, "Ya a tea is strong, sure i'll take three of those."
"Three?" The mare blinks to her as she stares a little stunned.
But Shining's voice snaps the mare out of her funk as he speaks up, "I'll have one to."
The mare nods her head and turns to you, with a slight pause you just copy everypony else, "Same" as you wait for her to trot away. As she does you continue to hold your gaze away from the blast of the music and the mares that still are on stage.
Rainbow slightly follows your stare to Shining as the white stallion shifts his head between you two, "...I uh...I haven't been here in a while." He gives a slight smile as he looks between you two.
But you're not able to answer him as a male voice comes up from behind you, "Hey, do I know you?"
You turn your head to the red stallion you saw on the stage a little while ago and you keep your eyes to him as you shake your head, "I don't think so."
The stallion now has bright neon glowing sticks around his neck, his eyes are half closed almost really relaxed looking, "Ya I do!" He gives a slight laugh as he pats you on the back a little hard, "You're that pony that can do magic right!? Right?" His eyes open wide almost with the same brightness as his smile as he waits for your response.
But you have no idea who this stallion is as you again shake your head, "H-how do you know me?"
The red stallion rolls his hoof as he blows to the comment, "Pff, its not everyday that you see a earth stallion doing magic." He comes a little closer to you and you get a whiff of his weird grass smelling breath as he talks, "Hey man and you know that was the day Discord came back." He pats you on your back again as he talks.
You can't tell if he's trying to whisper to you because his voice is still pretty loud for being so close but you listen to him just like the other two ponies at the table, "...But Celestia and Luna are having a conspiracy dude...they don't want us to know Discords back." He taps his head as he talks, "But I know man."
His eyes get big as he looks back to the table, "Hey I know you." The stallion lifts his hoof up towards Rainbow as he talks, "You where in the jail with me and this guy to." Again his hoof comes and pats you on the back as he lets out a laugh.
Rainbow blinks to his words as she squints to him, "Uh...what's your name?"
The stallion nods his head as he talks, "I got like all kinds of names, but my dj name is Lab Rat."
Rainbow's ear flicks as she cocks her head, "You're the dj here right?"
"Ya man, I took over when Viney left." He continues to nod his head even though his comment has stopped but his voice comes back as he smiles to you, "So man dude bro, what brings you here? You looking for some heat or something?"
Shining cuts in before Rat finishes as he speaks up, "No, we were just stopping by for a little bachelor party."
Rat nods his head as he talks, "Right on dude bro, whos marrying?"
You smile to him as you speak up, "I am."
Rat's happy mellow tone changes as he looks at you, "Oh dude...that sucks...how long do you have?"
You squint to his tone as you think to yourself, i'm not dying? "Uh...tomorrow."
Rat shakes his head as he talks, "Whoa...i'm sorry."
Your silent as you just stare to the unicorn in silence, but he continues to bob his head as his happy tone comes back, "Hey I know let me get you a dance." He turns around as he calls to a white mare with blond mane wearing a silk white dress with fake wings and gold halo hat above her mane, "Hey Lilly."
You wave your hoof to him as you talk, "No i'm ok I thin-..."
"Nonsense dude, you help me get out that day, all I had to say was that I was one of your friends...so I owe y-..." He bobs his head again as he looks to Shining, "Hey, you where the stuck up guard I told...you wanna dance too my friend?"
Shining stares become a little stern faced as he talks, "No."
But before the mood could change the maid outfitted mare comes back with the drinks you ordered as she starts to place them down to the table. She puts one extra as she talks, "Sorry Lab Rat I kind of got mixed up on yours so I don't know which is which."
Rat nods his head as the mare trots away, he looks around the table as he talks, "Well it looks like there's a mystery drink here my friends..." The music drops as his sentence ends, and he looks to the stage as he talks, "Whoa, looks like I need to go..."
As he leaves Shining leans forwards a little, "Sorry about this, I guess they changed the dj."
You squint to his comment as you try to think, was everything else the same? You hold that comment as you watch a few mares torting off stage close to your table. But you move your eyes away as a thought runs through your mind, note to self NEVER let Violet wear these kinds of things...As the thought rolls in your mind you come to another mental picture that doesn't really make you feel much better as you look around to all the stallions around the room, what would I say? You're not going out looking like that, take all of it off?
Rainbow reaches for one of the drinks as she speaks up in her tomboyish sarcasm, "Pff, I bet this stuff isn't even good, look how small this stuff is." She takes the whole small glass down with one gulp as she finishes her sentence. But her confidence doesn't stay too long as she tries to blink her eyes hard.
As the normal music starts up you begin to feel yourself starting to calm down as you look over the cyan mare's face, "Well?"
She gives a slight laugh as she places the cup back down, "D-don't even taste anything."
Shining floats one of the cups over to himself as he talks, "Well we still need to make the Wonderbolts show so lets just go ahead and drink these."
You move your hoof to one of the three remaining cups as you take it to you, you can already smell how hard it is but you also know that you hate the taste of cider but love its smell. You take most of the drink down like Rainbow did as you tilt it back to you.
Its not sweet or bitter like apple cider and its not dry like wine, strangely it has a good taste to it.
The maid dressed mare comes back with three more drinks as she trots over to the table to place them down.
"Oh, we didn't order any of these." Shining's voice comes up from the table as she places them down.
"Oh yes, well these are on the house...somepony already bought them for you three."
You look over the blue shaded drink as you speak up, "What is it?"
The mare taps her hoof to her mouth as she talks, "I think these are the Los Pegasus surprise." She doesn't stay for too long as she trots away.
You would reach for another one of the drinks you already had but as you do you notice Rainbow pulling the last two closer to her as she talks, "I think i'll stick with this light stuff...no telling how weak that other stuff is."
You roll your eyes as you move your hoof to the other drink and bring it up to yourself, there's a pungent sweet smell as you hold it to yourself for a moment, but you don't hold it for long as you take a sip of it. The sweet smell unlike apple cider was not a lie as you take in the extreme sweet taste that stings against your taste buds...Even though it was a surprise you take another sip as you start to let the music become enjoyable as your night starts.

Chapter 7 – Relax, you're getting married today.
Your ears ring a little and your head pounds a bit as you scratch at your nose, but the itch doesn't leave your snout as you eventually open your eyes. As you do your stunned and a little dazed by the bright day's sun that has just bursted into your eyes. You let out a slight yelp as you bring your left hoof to your eye, but as you try to move your other leg you notice a heavy weight to it.
You turn your head to the obstruction over your leg as you start to notice that the weight covers most of your upper chest. As you do this the reason for your itch becomes clear as you move your head from the rainbow colored mane that has been drooped over your snout.
Your heart and mind races through a heavy hangover pain as you blink to the cyan mare laying up against you, but the real question that is stunning you right now is why the hell you're outside on a street.
The silence and motionless you had only last a moment as you quickly pry yourself from the cyan mare's side and stand up for a better look around you. Your mind races as you look around the tight back street you stand in, where am I ! What time is it ! Why can't I remember anything!
From your move the cyan mare gives a slight groan as she starts to move herself from the large what looks like trash bags you two were sleeping on. The last question runs through your mind again but louder as you look her over, oh god why can't I remember anything from last night!!
Rainbow's eyes slowly open to you trying to catch your now heavy breathing, but her slow starting morning doesn't last long as she quickly springs herself up from her spot, "WHY ARE WE OUTSIDE! Where are we!!??"
Her eyes dart to you as she moves her hoof to her stomach's coat, "...W-why am I sticky!?"
"Igbrerscfs." You blink to your own words as you shake your head, "Wheiwhrfeynto!!" You stomp your hoof hard to the ground as you struggle with making a real sentence, "WHY ccant I Ttalk!"
A brief smile comes over your face as a word or two makes sense to your own ears, but that only causes the ringing to get a little louder as you rub your hoof to your head.
No relief comes through
as Rainbow quickly gets to her hooves and gets closer to you with a now angry voice, "What did we do! What!"
You blink to her hard staring eyes as you shake your head, "I no i-dea." You shake your head again as you talk a little louder, "I have no idea!"
Rainbow rubs to her wing a little as she starts to pace back and forth, "OH I have a headache and my wings hurt..." She looks back to you as she holds a hoof to you, "Did you lay on my wings!?"
You shrug to her comment as you still struggle to make sense of anything that’s happened so far.
Rainbow stops her wing rub as she looks around the alleyway you two stand in, "Wait...wheres Shining?"
You look around the street to but you don't see him, but a thought pops in your head as you hold your hoof out to her, "Ok..." You wait for your mouth and your mind to focus as you talk, "...I know where he is, he is either on the roof or in an ice thing, i've seen enough movies to know."
At her spiked words you hear a faint groan coming from behind a few trash cans as you watch a bright pink and green maned stallion rising up from behind them with a donut stabbed through the tip of his horn, "H-hey...why are we outside?"
You and Rainbow hold a silent shocked face to him as you look him over, "S-Shinning?"
The stallion blinks to you as his groggy voice comes back out, "W-what?" His eyes drift down to his coat as he lets out a yell, "Why am I pink!"
Rainbow and you both rub at your heads as she talks out, "Not so loud!"
At the words a door leading into the alleyway comes open to a light orange unicorn stallion with an apron on, his tone comes out a little angry as he looks to the three ponies outside, "Hey! I told you three Donut Joe's donuts are not free." He lifts his hoof to Rainbow as he continues, "And if I ever see you in my store again rubbing donuts on yourself i'll get the guards."
The cyan mare cocks her head to the words as she talks, "Donuts?"
Shining comes forwards a little as he talks, "Listen i'm sorry for what ever happened bu-..."
The stallion cuts him off as he turns his hoof to Shining, "And do you know impersonating a royal figure is a crime in Canterlot? Hm? So you three had better just leave n-..." He turns to you as he shakes his head, "I don't even want to talk about you."
You blink to him for a second as you listen more to the ringing in your ears.
Shining trots over to you and Rainbow as he pushes you two along, "Ok we'll just be going now."
The unicorn stallion slams the door with a hmph as Shining pushes you two along with a whisper, "What happened?"
"How should I know?!" Rainbow and you both look to the stallion with a shocked face as she continues, "...You where the pony that said lets go to Club Luna...that place wasn't even a club it was a gentlecolts c-..."
Shining waves his hoof in front of Rainbow as he talks, "I'm sorry, my friends took me there for my early bachelor party and I thought it would be ok." He stops his pushing of you two as the main streets of Canterlot come into view.
You nod your head as you push through your hangover, "Its fine...we need to get to the castle."
"Ya, I have the tickets in my..." Shining looks himself over again as he talks, "Oh no! I lost my amour!"
You and Rainbow blink to the comment as you squint to him, "So?"
His eyes go a little wide as he shakes his head, "Not good, the last time there was an important wedding in Canterlot it was completely ruined and the city was taken over...I spent the last two days making sure Twilight would have nothing to worry about, we have a spell around the whole castle that only allows holders of the invites in!"
Shining nods his head as he talks, "Ya your right lets just head over there, its not too far."
Rainbow continues to rub at her wings a little as you and her follow after the pink stallion.

Chapter 8 – you should use fix it glue
"Come on, we're almost there." Shining's pace hasn't slowed down as he gallops towards the castle draw drawbridge.
But for you keeping this pace is only really helping your headache get worse, however you push the thought back as you see the castle in view just behind the shield of blue magic that surrounds it.
You all start to slow your pace as the two guard ponies out in front of the opening straighten up and talk, "Halt, the castle is off limits today."
Shining nods his head as he talks through his deep calm voice, "I am Shining armor and this is Rainbow and the groom, we need to get in now."
The two guards blink to his request as they turn to each other in a slight laugh, "That was really funny sir...but everypony knows the new ruler of the Crystal kingdom is a white stallion with blue mane."
One of the stallion's nods his head as he points to Shining's flank, "You did get the cutie mark right though."
"No no, Shining's more of a purple shield." The guard cocks his head as he talks, "You may have had a better chance at saying you were Cadence Armor."
Shining nods his head as he talks, "Could you just get her and have her come to the-..."
The guard on the right is taken back at the suggestion as he talks, "Get Cadence? You must have no respect for this wedding, could you please step aside sir."
Rainbow takes a step forwards as she talks, "Look pal, we have had a really bad day just let us in! Can't you tell this is Shinning?!"
The two guards look a little annoyed to the tomboyish mare's tone as one speaks up, "Mame, disrespect of a guard is not tolerated in Canterlot please leave now."
You shake your head as you point your hoof to the wall of magic, "You're not making me late I swear i'll get into the-..."
Shining pulls you away as he notices the guards starting to take up an offensive stance, his voice is still calm as he talks, "Could you at least get StoneGem out here?"
The guards give a little laugh as they speak up, "We have only been allowed on guard duty for one week, you really think we are going to go and get the captain of the royal guard for three ponies that don't even have invites to get in?"
Your voice comes back as you break through there laughs, "You think this is funny? You thin-..." Your voice is silenced as Shining moves his hoof to your mouth and starts to guide you away, "Thank you for your time...we'll be back with our invites...and then I will be talking with StoneGem."
The guards nod their heads as they wave goodbye.
You look over the pink stallion next to you as you talk, "What are you doing?"
Shining's voice is calm as he explains, "Look maybe we can find my armor at one of the places we went last night, we'll start at Club Luna...it's only a little bit away from here."
You shake your head as you talk," NO, what time is it? We might be late?" You turn to Rainbow as you speak up to here, "Rainbow can't you just fly up and see if you can get Twilight's or some ponies attention?"
She shakes her head as she points to the bubble of magic around the castle, "They would totally stop us...but you're right we don't have time to run all over Canterlot."
Shining nods his head as his horn glows a faint purple glow, "Your right."
The quick surge of magic runs past your ears as Shining's teleportation spell sparks up and ends fast. But the simple spell that cut a few minutes of walking is a little heavier than it should be. As the rush of magic ends around your head your body stutters a little with pain like needles jabbing around your body and you're now left feeling woozy.
Rainbow notices your change in attitude as she puts her hoof to you trying to stop your slight swaying, but she jerks it back as a slight zap strikes her and you. But her voice doesn't show her surprise as she talks, "Are you ok?"
You manage to shake your head a little as you balance yourself out, "Y-ya i'm fine i'm fine."
"What happened? I just used a teleportation spell?" Shining holds a confused but concerned tone as he looks you over.
You wave your hoof to the two ponies as you talk, "Lets see if you left your armor here."
Shining, you and Rainbow turn to the building as you walk over to it, you don't know if its really open seeing as how there's no pony outside of it and the sign is off but the door is not locked and the inside is lit as you see a few ponies cleaning up inside.
"Hey! How you three." You all turn your heads to the happy sounding voice as you look to the red unicorn stallion moving from where he was sitting on the stage side, "You three are crazy, really cool ponies."
You're still reeling from the spell so you just nod your head as you listen to Shining's voice talking up, "Hi, did we leave my armor here by any chance?"
The red stallion nods his head as he talks, "Sure did."
Rainbow and Shinning are quick to speak up as they both talk, "Where?"
The red unicorn rubs at his head a little as he talks, "Whoa, calm down this Dj was dropping it pretty hard last night." He gives a slight laugh as he nods to Rainbow, "But not as hard as you did fly girl, hows your wings?"
Rainbow blinks to the comment as she stutters out an answer, "What?"
You three shake your heads as he gives another slight laugh and nods to Shining, "Well I figured pinkie here wouldn't remember anything...Moondust will do that to a pony but the re-..."
"Moondust?! You gave us moondust?!" Shining eyes almost match his loud surprised voice as he impatiently waits for an answer.
Rat rubs at his head again as he talks, "Whoa dude bro, ya you had some...you must had got one of my drinks from last night." He nods his head with a wide smile as he looks Shining over, "I know we dyed your mane here but where did you get the crazy pink color? It fits you well...the whole strong sta-..."
"Wheres my amour?" Shining's tone shows he no longer wants to play games as he stares down the considerably smaller sized unicorn.
Rat nods his head with a smile again as he calls out to one of the ponies cleaning up around the room, "Hey could you go and get the boss dude."
The red unicorn looks back to you and Rainbow as he smiles, "Wait can you two not remember anything either? You both kind of have the you know...look."
You and Rainbow shake your heads as he lets out a laugh, "Whoa, then somepony spiked your drinks...thats crazy dude and dudette, nice way to start off your guy's wedding huh?"
You and the cyan mare both stutter a little as you shake your heads, "Oh, we're not getting married."
Rat loses his smile for a second before he looks to you, "Nice dude!"
The red stallion gives you a slight wink as he ends his emphasized words, you and Rainbow both slightly shift a little uneasy as you two hold your eyes from each other.
"My amour please?" Shining's voice comes back as he starts to tap his hoof to the ground a little.
But as his voice comes back to the room it's followed by a snooty stallion's voice coming from beside where you three stand, "I'm so sorry Shining, but it seems I have suddenly misplaced your armor."
You turn to the familiar white stallion with blond mane as you get a slight annoyance already building in you as the half gazed stallion stops his trot in the room with another uppity remark, "Really nothing against you, I have always found you a very respectable stallion."
Shining doesn't really seemed fazed by the stallion's tone as he talks, "Prince Blueblood, could you tell me if you found any gold colored invites in the armor?"
Blueblood blinks to the stallion's words with a slight unamused stare, "Oh yes you mean these?" The stallion's horn glows a faint blue as he brings three blue slips of paper beside himself.
Shining's voice comes back with a happy tone as he turns to face him, "Oh you have them, that's great...."
Blueblood gives a scoffing one half laugh as he looks over Shining's happy face, "And why would I give them to you?"
Your ability to tolerate the pony is already been strained but as you stare to the three slips of gold paper you hold yourself back for a moment.
"I-I don't understand?"
Blueblood rolls his eyes to Shining's confusion as he talks in a smug voice, "Oh Shining...and you're the new ruler of the Crystal empire..." He sighs as he takes a moment to shake his head, "I will not be giving you these slips not now and not ever." Blueblood's voice comes up a little more as he turns his gaze to you, "I refuse to let the Armor and Sparkle names be tarnished by this-this sad excuse for a stallion."
Rainbow and Shining blink a little shocked to the stallion's words but you just hold a serious face to him as his rant continues he raises his hoof.
"Twilight Sparkle is the star student to Celestia, lady to the heir for the throne of the new Crystal empire and a keeper of one of the most powerful items known to Equestria! I refuse to let this heathen of an earth pony be even remotely related to royalty like myself."
Blueblood's horn glows a bright shade of blue as he goes to his last breath, "I can tolerate you messing with my endeavours, but the fact that you have already destroyed Twilight's good name with the bastard of a filly is the last thing you will do to Equestria!"
The slips of paper in the magical grasp beside him burst into flames as he sighs and brings his voice back down to a normal tone, "Now...I'm sure that you Shinning feel the same way about your sisters poor judgement and will happily take me to your parents this way you can properly restore your family's prestigious name with me as-..."
A loud bolt of magic cracks against the stallion as his eyes flutter and he wobbles with a dopey smile eventually falling to the ground.
But even though your face is hot and your body stands at the ready you hold a surprised stare just like Rainbow and the other few ponies in the room as you turn to Shining's
Rat is the first to speak as he lets out a loud, "Whoa!" But he holds the tone as he smiles wide to Shining, "Alright!"
Rainbow shakes her head as she talks, "No, not alright how do we get in now?"
Shinning is silent for a moment as he thinks but her starts towards the door again as he talks, "I have an idea...I was just hoping we wouldn't have to do it."
He and Rainbow both start towards the door as Shining calls back to you, "Come on, that knockout spell only last for a little while."
You don't take your eyes from the stallion for a moment as you change the spell you were building and follow through it to the knocked out stallion on the ground. Blue blood's fancy gold mane has turned a green and his bright white coat has turned an ugly bright blazing pink.
The ponies around the room give another gasp to your magic but you ignore them as you talk through the burning feeling you have over your body, "Lab Rat, when he wakes up tell him the only way to change the spell is to bathe in poison joke."
The red stallion nods his head as you start your slightly wobbly stance towards Shining and Rainbow at the door.

Chapter 9 – Breaking in
The gallop that has brought you back towards the castle has made you a bit sweaty, but that's not really the worst thing seeing as how the garbage smell that has mixed with your unbrushed teeth comes over the sweaty stench.
But for right now your mind isn't really set on anything else but getting in, you know it's past noon which is not a good thing. Twilight and you planned to have the wedding after noon, but you figure starting late still means you can have it today.
Your gallop comes to a panting end as the same young two guard ponies take three steps forward as one of them speaks up, "So Shinning, did you find your in-.."
Both of the stallions are struck by a dim bolt of magic as they follow the same wobbly stance as Blueblood, but they both fall to the ground a little harder as they give a low groan in there fainted state.
Rainbow and you are both a little surprised as you watch the pink stallion wasting no time, "Ok I can only hold the bubble spell for a few seconds so you two get in there when its down."
You both nod your heads as Shining's horn glows a bright purple, the sound of his growing magic it only takes a few seconds for his spell to build but as the bolt sticks against the bubble you can already see it starting to mend itself from where the opening has been created.
"GO!"
You and Rainbow quickly dart into the other side of the spell as you both look to Shining as you speak up, "Ok how do we get you in?"
Shining rolls his hoof as he smiles, "You can't do that spell and I can't move when I do it...just have Cadence come get me after the wedding."
You blink to his comment as his voice softens, "You make sure you don't keep my little sister waiting too long..."
You nod to his comment as Rainbow starts to pull on you, "Lets go!"
Rainbow and you both start up in a gallop but a heavy thought rolls through your mind as you look around the tops of the castle walls around you, crap...what if we get caught. The to real thought fuels you to go even faster as you and Rainbow only are inches away from the stairs that lead up to the castle's entrance.
But you're both stopped as a blue barrier comes in front of you both and then encases you two.
A deep voiced stallion wearing gold and silver armor with a helmet comes over as he speaks up holding his hard gaze to you two, "You are trespassing on the royal castle grounds when not permitted are you aware of this?"
"Yes bu-..."
The stallion cuts you off again as he talks, "I am afraid I have to escort you out of this area and you will be lucky if-..."
To the familiar sounding feminine voice you drop your building spell as you turn your head with a smile to it.
Cadence is wearing a white and gold dress that seems to have crystals stitched into it giving off a bright shimmer of light, but her happy looking dress is nothing like her face and voice as she rushes her sentence, "This is the groom."
The stallion that held the spell around you drops it as he steps back, "I'm sorry, I-I didn't expect you to be outside while the wedding was going on?"
Your ear flicks to the words as you look to Cadence , "Going on?"
The pink mare starts her trot back up quick as she beckons you with her hoof, "YES! What was I supposed to do, tell Twilight that her friend, soon to be husband and her brother were missing!? I told her that you three were having trouble getting..."
Her voice stops as you and Rainbow quickly stop your fast trot up the stairs, her eyes are a small squint as they look you two over, "Ugh, where were you two?" She blinks her eyes back to normal , "Where is Shining ?"
You and Rainbow both point to the way you came in as you both speak up, "He’s in the front but he doesn't look like himself a-..."
Cadence looks to the stallion that hasn't moved as she talks, "Could you get him StoneGem?"
The stallion nods his head as he trots away.
But Cadence's fast walk doesn't come back to her as she speaks up with her horn glowing a faint light blue color, "I figured when I saw your tux that you three hadn't gotten back...but I didn't expect you to look like this."
Her words end as a light chime runs through your ears, to the burst of magic your body tingles and you sway again but you're more fixed on what now hugs your body.
Rainbow holds her hoof to your side as Candace speak up, "I enchanted your tux to me in case I saw you, that's why I was out here...And the clean up spell is easy so you look and smell a lot better."
You move from Rainbow's hoof as you frantically put your hoof to the pocket on your chest, the horn band that you had tucked into it still is at the bottom as you move your hoof over it, "Thank you Cadence."
She nods her head to you but loses her happy expression as she looks to Rainbow, "I wasn't able to get into your room for a dress but at least you look better."
Rainbow waves her hoof as she starts to push at your side, "Forget me, lets get you in there."
The fast paced almost gallop through the hallways of the castle comes to an end as you reach the throne room doors.
Candace's horn glows another faint light blue as the double doors open to the scene inside. Your ears are the first things that bring something to your mind as you listen to the extended version of here comes the bride that's playing in the room. But you waste no time as you start your fast paced walk down the center of the two rows of ponies that sit to each side of you.
Rainbow and Candace have left your side and you're now left with every ponies eyes that have pointed to you, you can tell they all have been here a little longer than they thought they would. But you could care less seeing as most of these faces are unfamiliar to you anyways.
You don't even shift your eyes around the elegantly put together room as you focus your eyes to a white dress blue and purple gem studded mare standing at the end of your walk. Your heart pounds a bit as you feel the scene from your dream from so long ago start to play through...but the room goes silent as you finally reach your spot next to the mare who hasn't even shifted her head to see who everypony else was looking at.
You play with your jaw not knowing if you can speak as you stand next to the lavender mare, your dream was right about two things though...You think over the two things as you look to Celestia standing in front of you with a book floating next to her.
You crack a slight smile as you think, it was right about The holy book of Celestia...and that your wedding day wouldn't be easy.
"...We are gathered here today for..." Celestia's voice starts up in calm but loud tone as she happily moves her head around the faces that lay behind you.
But as you focus on just breathing you move your mind from her words as she continues to talk, you feel your pocket becoming empty as the low chime from the horn band you float up against you lets out the sound that only you, Celestia and Twilight could possibly hear.
You can tell Twilight's eyes have shifted to you with a slight worrying stare to your magic, but for right now your mind is cool and thought of dropping the spell to move your hoof doesn't even come to you as Celestia’s words continue through their course.

Chapter 10 – Maybe it might be
Your stomach is full and your mind is filled with the same thoughts that drive your laughing self as you and Twilight near your room in the castle. You're laughing comes from the simple fact that you completely forgot to learn how to dance...but luckily you married an equally terrible pony so you both were able to push through your first dance with ease.
Twilight's horn glows a faint purple as the door opens in front of you and she trots inside, It takes a few moments for her giggly self to calm down as she turns to you with a happy but questioning face, "So why was my brother pink?"
You close the door behind you as you give another light chuckle, the beginning of your day seems like a distant memory after meeting so many ponies you know you'll never see again and after getting a slight silent scolding from Twilight's parents...But you're scolding was made a little bit easier seeing as how Shining didn't even get into the castle until after the I do’s, lucky Twilight doesn't know that.
You shake your head as you talk, "I'll tell you tomorrow Twilight."
She shrugs her question off still too giddy really to care about it any more, as she starts to undo her wedding dress she’s had on all day and the start of the night.
You follow her lead but you can't really undo the magically fastened tight straps of it as you stand and you have to move to the bed to really get a grip on the ties. But as you do your eyes meet two vials of blue and pink color liquids with a note under them, "Hey Twilight."
You sit down on the bed as you move your hooves to the things on your bed, truthfully you wouldn't know if they had been there before but you bring the card up to you as Twilight comes over in front of you, still undoing a strap or two on her dress.
"What is it?" Her voice has a slight questioning to it and at its tone you start to read the card out loud, "Dear Twilight's husband...I regret to inform you I really can't remember your name..." You give a slight chuckle to it as you continue reading, "...I know I haven't truly gotten a chance to really know you and i'm sorry for that. I hope you two will enjoy these potions, Twilight should know what kind of a spell they are..." You squint to the words on the card as you read them out loud, "A want it need it spell?"
"Oooh, really?" Twilight's horn glows a faint purple as she takes the two vials from your hoof, her voice comes up in a know it all voice as she stares to the two items floating in front of her, "Who made these? A spell like that it would be hard to make a potion."
She looks back to you as she floats the blue vile towards you, "This one would be yours." Her horn's glow doesn't stop as she uncaps the pink vile and puts it to her hoof, still holding an inquisitive look to it, "I wonder how they taste?"
You look down to the end of the card as you notice a little arrow on, you move the vial to the bed as you turn the card over.
Twilight puts the vile to her mouth as she starts to drink the potion while your voice comes back to the room, "...As Twilight should know don't drink the whole spell its just for some fun. I hope you two have a wonderful life together, love Cadance."
You quickly look up to the empty vial in Twilight's hoof as she closes one eye and talks in a disgusted voice, "Ugh, that must be why she wanted us not to drink all of it...it taste terrible."
You give a slight laugh as you move the card to the bed and uncap your own vile with the intention of downing it like Twilight. But you stop your hoof's raise as you look to Twilight's wide eyed stare of you, "...what?"
There's a moment of silent staring before your eyes bring you a rush of purple fur and white wedding veil that still holds to her head as she almost jumps on you knocking you back to the bed with a kiss.
Her sloppy attempt at a kiss comes to its end fast as her chest and breath become sporadic with her rushed voice, "I'm so sorry...I-I just don't know why I..." You cut her voice off as you press your lips to hers again.
Twilight's voice still resonates in thought both of your lips but she doesn't pull away for a moment as she holds the kiss. But as you break it her voice comes back to her in a pant as she tries to move her eyes from your face, "Ohhaa ...I'm sorry i'm sorry....a-a wedding night is supposed to be a romantic night not just a-..."
You ignore her voice as you kiss to her neck stopping her voice as she leans her body to your lips. Your vile of whatever the stuff is has drained onto the bed but you don't really care as you listen to the mare in your grasp giving off a slight whine of pleasure.
Her eyes close as you wrap your hooves around her barely holding on dress and move it off of her, the nice looking dress comes to lay on the ground next to the bed in an unfolded heap of elegant gems and cloth.
But she doesn't seem to care as she perks her head up to the ceiling as you continue to kiss to her neck as best you can from her position on you. The angle she holds is only held for a moment before you tighten your hold to her back and roll her to the bed beside you two.
A slight panting gasp escaped her as she presses her hoofs to your chest, her eyes are closed as her mind focuses to her pleasure filled breathes as you continue to work the one side of her neck until its nothing more than a wet mass of fur. “Mhmm...”
Your ears pick up to a light chiming sound as you look to her horn glowing that keeps fading in and out of sight... "I-...ah-ha...I-I can't do the silent room s-spell..."
You give another light laugh as you talk through your own hot breathing, "Than don't be loud." You hold a smile to her as you silently hope that she doesn't follow your comment. As you listen to her breath moans starting to become muffled as she bites to her bottom lip you move your mouth to her horn as you kiss to its base. A slight rush of her magic from the failed spell makes your lips tingle a little but her horn's magic like her front hooves that press against your chest go limp as she lets out a moan.
Your tux that covers your upper body is still around you but you no longer fiddle with the last strap as you only focus to the mare's noises, they have still been low or muffled but you can feel from her chest's movements and her body heat shes trying her best to hold herself enjoyment in.
This is fact only making you want to hear her more as you adjust yourself beside her and move one of your free hoofs high to her leg as you rub its length slowly still continuing your tongue's movement around the base of her horn.
A louder moan escapes her as you feel her legs starting to slightly close to your hoof’s touch, “Ahh...”
Her eyes that have been closed with the focus of her spell no longer hold tightly as they open halfway to your face, but unlike her eyes her mouth hangs wide as her tongue slightly pokes from it, “S-sstop...iits not fair...”
A hot breathed laugh comes from you as you move your tingling lips from her horn.
You move the kissing trail of your lips back to her still damp mass of fur under her right ear as you move yourself a little in the bed. But your trail doesn't stop at her neck as you slowly start to trace your way down her side still hold your ears to her new found enjoyment.
"Hahaa , I shou-should...-oh..." Her broken sentence sparks a slight smile in you as you feel her bottom legs kicking a little as you hold your trail of mouth’s teasing to her stomach. Her moans have become a lot louder and there's no doubt in your mind that half of the ponies on this floor have heard her at least once, but you don't care.
The broken moans and rushed pants becomes closer together as you slowly descend her stomach's fur, but you skip what she desires as you move yourself to her warm upper leg.
Her legs slightly jerk a little mindlessly to your wet lips, as you feel one of her front hooves pressing to the top of your head as you continue your agonizingly slow trail up her leg that has finally made her moans become her usually loudness that she still tries to muffle, “AHahh!”
Your face like hers is hot and your heart beats with a burning desire of the mare now to your whim but a cold shock of reality comes to you like a brick to the face as you break yourself away from her. Your ear picks up to a knock at the door as you get a sharp thought to the real world that lays just behind the door and walls around you that are not being silenced by Twilight’s usual spell.
You move your eyes to the door as Twilight's bright red cheeks become covered as she bites to her hoof and closes her eyes tight as she muffles a residual moan.
You swallow your voice as you speak up, "Y-yes?"
The voice that rings through the room is a low voice and you can tell from the tone that she doesn't want to be doing this, "um...Violet won't go to sleep and um I don't know what she wants."
You place the voice as you call back to the pony that took Violet tonight, "Alright Fluttershy..."
Twilight's eyes come back open as she feels your weight moving from the bed beside her, your tux that only covers your upper body lays almost off of you as you look yourself over...you've never wanted pants more in your life as you sit to the edge of the bed.
"W-wait..y-you can't leave?! I-I already drank that spell !"
You shrug to Twilight's voice as you stand from the bed trying to get control of your body, "Sorry Twilight...one of us has to check on her."
Twilight bites to her bottom lips as she sits up right still in a slight pant, "B-but I can feel this spell in me, its...its-..." Cut her voice off as you give a slight kiss to her, "I'll be back in a minute."
She flops back to the bed as she turns to her side as she rubs her bottom legs together, "Don't be long...please."
It takes you another few seconds before you can really open the door and walk out into the hallway, and you know your face has to be as bright red as Twilight's but you still hold a smile to the shifty yellow pegasus standing in front of your door, "Um...follow me."
You follow the mare to the last door in the hall as you peer into the room to the two bed room, with the light purple filly sitting up in one of the beds with bright untired eyes as she wiggles she hooves to your face.
Your drive for Twilight is completely lost as you look over the little filly, "What's wrong Violet?"
The little filly moves her front hooves as you give a slight sigh, "You want a story?"
Violet shakes her head innocently as her blue childlike eyes pin to you.
You move yourself to sit at the edge of the bed as you think to yourself, ok think about a story... Your silent for a few moment as you frantically search your mind for a story, but most of your thoughts are still pinned to the lavender mare in your room.
But after a few seconds you smile to her as you hold one last thought, ok I suck at stories...but why not..."Ok Violet, heres a story."
The filly's eyes perk up as you begin to speak, "Once upon a time there was a very strange stallion...But not just any kind of stallion, in fact this stallion was from a completely different world." You give a little emphasis to your last few words as you smile to her.
Violet cocks her head to your words as you continue to push through the makeshift story, "Ya, at first this stallion didn’t really-..."
You stop your words as you watch Violet's hooves come up, you squint to her as you shake your head with a slight laugh, "What do you mean bad story?"
Violet blinks to your words not really knowing how to answer the question, but her ability to answer is cut off by her smile as she turns her head to the door.
You follow her lead like the yellow mare beside you as you three turn to Twilight's calmed face, "Is everything ok?"
You blink to her normal sounding voice as you look her expression over, either shes a star actor or that spell wore off, "Ya everything's fine...Violet just wanted a story."
Twilight nods her head as she sighs, "Fluttershy I left her favorite book in her bag, could you get that please."
The yellow pegasus nods her head as she moves to the bag sitting on a nearby dresser. You're eyes go wide as you watch the little filly get a wide smile to a purple book the yellow mare pulls out.
You're kidding me?
Fluttershy comes over to the bed as she gives a sheepish smile, "Um...sorry."
You and Twilight nod your heads as you move yourself to the door, but as you get closer to her she embraces you in a deep wet kiss that catches you off guard. She breaks the kiss quick as she moves from her friend's wide staring eyes.
You get a slight smile as Twilight's cheeks start to blush and you hear her slight pant coming through her acting.
But before you can follow her from the doorway your eyes catch back to Violet's hooves as you blink to her, "The end?"
You smile to the filly’s comment as you feel Twilight's magic starting to pull to your neck to follow, your voice is quick as you slightly lean back to the doorway with your words, "Sorry Violet, you'll have to do your own ending."

Chapter 11 – Because nothing is ever simple
The night has rushed over the world before your eyes as you lay in bed still awake next to the sleeping mare.
Your eyes lay pinned to her unbrushed mane as you slowly take in tired but not sleepy breaths. But the idea of sleep has eluded you for some reason as you hold your stare.
The reason for your unending day might have just been made clear as your ears perk up to a hoof at the door to your room.
Twilight lets out an annoyed groan as she adjusted herself in the bed, but before she can really even move you are already on your hooves as you trot over to the door. Your hoof comes to it as you open the door quietly.
But the noise of the door is something you don't get to avoid as it springs open and you tumble to the ground pinned beneath a tall black figure, "Oh human, you have had quite the adventure haven't you?"
The feminine voice echoes through your mind as the figures head bends down to you, her serpent like tongue flicks in front of your face as she smile to you, "Its time to say goodbye to your queen." Her smile turns into a hungry stare as her fanged teeth poke through the bottom of her top lips, you squirm under her but you can’t move or bring your own voice to call out.
A hard intake of air shakes you from your dream as you jerk a little in your bed. You blink around the dark room for a moment as you look around it, unlike the bed in the dream the real bed lays in disarray with only really the thin sheets still over top of you and Twilight.
Most of the pillows have been kicked from the bed and theres a thick smell of...you lay your head back down to the pillow as you slowly start to bring your racing heartbeat back to a steady normal pace.
You swallow hard as you shift your eyes too the tired out mare that didn't even budge an inch from your quick waking up.
But it's kind of a good thing she didn't as you lay next to her just staring to her closed eyes and her hooves that lay in front of her.
Twilight's expression is pure bliss as her sleep continues to hold her from the real worlds that you've woken up to from your nightmare.
You hold a slight smile to the change you've had, sleep use to be a wonderful thing an escape from life...but now as of lately or maybe even for a long time that you can't remember its changed. Sleep is no longer what you like as you stare to the mare beside you, you realize what you really like....It’s waking, waking up next to...her.
You hold the soft thought as you keep your sleepless head still pinned to her, you know its going to be a few more hours of sleeplessness but for right now you don't care.
Its been a long time leading up to where you are right now, good and bad and right now everything bad is locked away in a place only you can be tormented by them...your dreams and that's the way you would rather have it, everything bad happening to you and you alone.
You move your hoof to her face as you shift a few strands of mane that have fallen close to her eyes. To your hoof Twilight gives a very faint mindless groan of annoyance and you bring your hoof from her as you slowly try and push your eyes closed for the night. Everyday is a maybe and every tomorrow is a might be...but right now...in this split moment of relaxation...its yours.

Chapter 1 – One day to be simple?
The low chime swings through the fresh grass smell filling the room around you from the open window as you float the horn band past your face. You know Twilight would be chewing you out right now for even doing this simple of a spell, but for right now you don't care as you study the white gold circular horn band.
The large bag Rarity gave you and Twilight to put your cloths in stays still unfilled like it has for the last few minutes since you were told to put your newly made tux into. You really don't understand why Rarity has insisted on you not seeing Twilight's dress, and the fact that you now have to hide this horn band somewhere really doesn't make packing any easier.
But you give a slight sigh as you feel a slight burning feeling come jolting through your neck. You drop your hold to the band as it falls back to the bed as you close your eyes and rub to your neck.
It's been six days since you were basically used by the element's of harmony, and since then your use of magic has become strained. Even holding a simple spell for too long will cause things to burst .into flames or send your head into a splitting headache, its worse in the morning seeing as how now sometimes you'll wake up with stiff muscles. But you always manage to push yourself out of bed and put on a smile for Twilight and Violet.
However pushing the mainly just annoying pain aside is easy...pushing the mental strain is a little harder.
You stare to the neatly folded tux on the bed as you take in some of the fresh morning air. Since that day nightmares have gotten a little worse, your mind has started to even turn against you a little now that you know if there's ever another close call or even another incident that there would be no holding back for you...It would be you or Twilight...and you're prepared for that.
A slight smile crosses your face as you move your front left hoof under the sleek fitted black tux, "Yep, badass librarian walking time bomb."
You place the tux into the bag as one last thought rolls in your mind, everyday is a Maybe and every tomorrow is a Might be...but this day and the next tomorrow...there yours.
You shift your eyes to the horn band as you float it into the pocket of the tux, making sure to push it down as far as it can go before you take your magical hold away from it.
After a few moments of staring into the bag you turn around and walk toward the door of the hallway.
