Twilight awoke, feeling her right eyelid stretched wide open.
"I.. Oh.. NO.." She said, gurgling, as she realized what position she in.
"Finally! You're awake." Pinkie said. She grabbed the scapel and held it above Twilight's eye. Twilight teared up. Pinkie giggled.
"Say bye-bye to your eye!" She then put the scapel into the bottom of Twilight's eye, and cut a circle around it. Twilight screamed. It hurt too much to bare. The scapel then dug under Twilight's eye, stabbing the back of Twilight's eye now and then. Blood then started to flow from Twilight's eye, but, Pinkie ignored this, and kept cutting the eye. Finally, the eye was removed, and Pinkie could see inside Twilight's head.
"OOOH! I can see your brain! My, my, it's so big!" Pinkie said, after putting Twilight's now gone right eye in a jar filled with water. Applebloom removed the razors holding Twilight's eyelids open. Twilight's right eyelid shut, tears flowing from her remaining eye. Applebloom then noticed Twilight's horn. As Pinkie put painkillers and adrenaline into the lavender alicorn, Applebloom asked if she could remove the horn this time. Pinkie nodded, and the bloodstained filly grabbed a chainsaw. Twilight now gave up trying to fight what was going to happen. Just face it, the quicker it could be over. Apple bloom managed to start the chainsaw without stumbling and ruining the pony's face. She brought the chainsaw down on Twilight's horn. Twilight screamed in agony, shock, pain, and sadness. When the horn was gone, Pinkie took the chainsaw from Applebloom, and the filly placed the lavender horn in her mouth, and plopped it on her medical table. It was almost over for Twilight, soon it would be. But, not yet.

More adrenaline and painkillers were injected into Twilight. The lavender mare winced, and was knew the end was near. Her heart beated rapidly, as a knife was plunged into one of her flanks. A 'X' was carved on Twilight's cutie marks as she sobbed and barely screamed. Her life. Slowly fading. Everything she knew, gone. Everypony she knew, would they remember her? Pinkie and Applebloom sure would. But, would anypony find out? What wou- The half-dead mare's thoughts were interrupted by her feeling her head strap come undone. She raised her head, and looked at her chest and stomach. She was completly numb, but she reeled in horror in fear. On her stomach and chest was a six point star. Carved into her with a scapel.
