The Story of Two Scoots
Thief
Previous ChapterIt's been a four years since I found Scoot and Hoof. I nor do they know when their birthday was, so we consider the day I found them their birthday. I didn't give them cake, because cake might not be good for ponies, so I just let them choose what they wanted in a Meijer food catalog. I put up balloons and streamers all around the house while the fillies were sleeping. Oh, by the way, two years after I found them, I earned enough money to sell my house and move somewhere else. The house was big enough for the ponies to have their own rooms. Well, they shared a room, and they didn't really need all the space, but it felt cozier than a closet. "Thanks Daddy! You're the best daddy ever!" Scoot jumped up to my leg, trying to get higher. I kneeled on the ground, gave her a hug ad a kiss, then stood up. They were already up to my knees when they stand on all hooves. They grow up so fast. "Thunks Duddy." mumbled Hoof. "Open your presents!" I motioned to two boxes wrapped in paper. Scoot squealed loudly and lunged at one box. Hoof grinned widely and tore at hers too. They both gasped as they saw what was inside the boxes. Two scooters. "Dad...what is it?" Questioned Hoof." It's BEAUTIFUL!" Yelled Scoot. "Come on outside! I'll show you what too do!" They followed me outside to the field behind my home. I had moved to an empty neighborhood to allow y ponies to wander freely. There were woods with pre made paths behind the field. "You stand on the pad, put your front hooves on the bars, and jut buzz your wings and you'll go!" Both the ponies tried it, but stumbled and fell from not being used to standing on hind hooves. Hoof got on and started flapping her wings, moving at a slow pace. "Wow! This is pretty fun! Wee!" Hoof was going at a slow pace, but seemed to enjoy herself. Suddenly Scoot zoomed past Hoof knocking her down." Hoof! I'm sorry, are you okay?" Hoof got up laughed, and chased Scoot on her scooter. The ponies rode around in the field for about an hour, until they stopped from extreme exhaustion. "Come on inside. It's getting dark, and we can play tomorrow." I carried the scooters inside as the ponies happily but tiredly dragged themselves inside. I tucked them into bed, wished them goodnight, kissed their tiny foreheads, and walked to the door only to be stopped by Scoot. "Dad? Can you come here?" I walked up to her. I thought she wanted another kiss. Instead Scoot puckered her lips and planted them on my lips, except, since ponies kiss by liking, in was odd, for both of us. She more of just touched my lips and kind of breathed into my mouth, she didn't know how to do it, but it felt like a kiss. I went to sleep right as I laid myself on the bed.
CRASH! I woke up to the sound of a shattering window and a scream. "Daddy! HELP!" I bursted into the ponies room to find empty beds and an ope window. I looked out the window to see a man in a dark hoody carrying a moving, shaking potato bag running into the woods. Someone kidnapped Scoot and Hoof.
