Chapter 1: H-h-hi I Think I Love You
H-h-hello?
Oh hi, I'm Fluttershy. I'm a pegasus who lives in a cottage by the Everfree forest, with my animals of course. Animals are my talent, I guess I just love them too much to not be near them.
A few years ago I was so very shy, even more so than now. I used to cry everytime more than a couple of ponies stared at me, it was so humiliating... If it wasn't for my good friends I'd still be that mare who is afraid of her own shadow: literally.
It's always been tough for me, growing up alone.
No-one to nurture for me but my animals and myself, maybe that's why I was in the complication of the story I will be telling. After all, being a shy pony with little to none other interactions with my fellow species would certainly not help me with trying to find that very special some-pony...
But I am happy now. I have a mare all to myself. Another pony who truly does love me.
This is the story of how I found true love.
