Chapter 1: Where Evil lies
There is a theory, many pony scientist and intellectuals have debated over for years. The “Theory of multiverses”.
This Theory suggests that Aside from the universe we all know more either exist or are created from choices or events that occur in our short existences. For example, going left instead of right. Deciding to sleep in rather than get up early, or on a more serious example, the heroes failing to stop a villain.
“Utterly disgusting! Has he no shame?!” A snide voice whose sounds would send chills up the spine of a penguin spat out venomously.
Better that than being surrounded by Inept, incompetent fools who sit around attempting to answer the riddles of another fool whose basic mental skills are the equivalent of an English muffin!” A surly, sultry and deep feminine voice chided in.
“Grr…grrrahhhh!!” A third bestial figure savagely growled.
Peering down into a emerald colored magical portal-esque window in other worlds located in the center of time and space, where the multiverses began, started or ended Three figures radiated strength and magical ability but more so rage at the events being viewed whilst gazing upon the actions of their counterparts in wheat they called the “prime world” they could only feel shame and embarrassment.
Discord. Living embodiment of chaos. Queen chrysalis the leader of the changelings and King Sombra, scourge of the crystal empire.
Each of these heinous beings came from different Universes where in each ones world they had succeeded where the ones they were spying upon failed. A world where Celestia and Luna failed to defeat discord resulting in a land contaminated with chaos. Another where the Canterlot was taken over and soon after the rest of equestria. A world where the Crystal Empire never recovered from the actions of King Sombra and the whole of Equestrian soon feeling his dark wrath. After conquering their respective worlds, seeking more power or home worlds to corrupt each sought not the lands of their own worlds but the worlds of others bending the fabric of space and time via magic to do so and came upon each other in this cradle of time seeking to sate their greedy and insatiable appetites for destruction.
“It’s unbelievably, heartwarmingly sick! Where’s the chaos? Where’s the havoc and unbridled terror and rampage?” Discord began to whine levitating in the air.” What sensible and evil version of me would Befriend those foppish, frilly, frou-frou, friendly foolish foals?!.....Ooh! That was pretty good! Such a chaotic tongue twister!” Discord exclaimed with hyperactive eccentric glee.
“Focus you bumbling clown of chaos!” Chrysalis commanded growing irate.
“Grrr….” Sombra growled in cohesion.
“Psh. Party poopers. No cake for you.” Discord pouted.
Chrysalis put a hoof to her face and took a deep breath in annoyance at the Embodiment of chaos antics.
“Back on the subject at hoof here-“ She began. We all are in agreement that rather than battle one another for supremacy of this world we shall work together to conquer it and divvy up whatever is left over of the prime Equestria?”
The two nodded in confirmation.
“Now that we are still on task what suggestions do you have for enacting such a grand scheme?” she said as if she already had a plan but needed to make the other two feel important.
Ooh! OOOooooooh!” Discord blared out, hopping up and down and waving his hand like a giddy child in class.
“Haaaah…” She expelled a deep breath, putting a hoof to her face once again, with King sombra rolling his eyes.
“I know I’m going to regret this…but what is your idea discord” She asked cringing.
“Weeeeellll...First I’ll explode all their cornfields into popcorn and make it rain chocolate-“He started blabbering on at an incredible speed.
“Wait. Stop.” Chrysalis interrupted.
“Chocolate? Seriously?” She asked completely stupefied by the idiocy of the plan she was hearing so far.
“Bars! With nuts! Oh it will be oh so chaotic!” He said in excitement putting both hands on his face, his pupils shining with enthusiasm.
“You have to be kidding. All that would accomplish is getting us defeated like our counterparts you imbecile!” She said growing angry with discord.
“You didn’t let me finish!” He replied.
Ignoring his pleas she face-hoofed and turned to the Dark unicorn King sombra.
“What about you? Any ideas that trump his oh so grand scheme?” She said making hoof-quotes/
Sombra nodded with a proud smile and puffed his chest out.
“Ahem!” He cleared his throat.
“Grr! Grrraaaa! Grrroooowl! Grrraaaaah! Grrrrrrrrrrrrr…GRAH!” He grumbled and growled making hoof gestures acting out his ingenious plan then ending the dramatic telling with a hoof stomp and triumphant pose.

Chrysalis looked at discord who shrugged in confusion.
“I’m not going to pretend I know what you said.” She said in a deadpan voice.
Sombra lowered his head in embarrassment.
Rubbing her temples she began to pace the endless void pontificating upon what she should do and as to why she agreed to team up with her present company of nincompoops.
“To take over such a place key players will have to be removed. Key elements.” She started.
“First off the elements of harmony have to be removed. Then its users, and finally its sovereigns. In that order or the outcome will be the same for us as it was for our other selves.”
Discord crossed his arms and scoffed while he rested in an upside-down hammock attached to nothing without falling out of it.
“Neat plan and all queenie-“He said.
“But just exactly how do you plan to do such a thing? The three of us are unknown to those frumpy fillies and I’m sure they have countermeasures just in case one of us resurfaces or in my case changes affinities.”
“You think I haven’t considered that? Something like this would require subterfuge. Finesse. Something above the meager abilities of a mere changeling.” She said in response.
“Ooh! Sounds positively chaotic! So! Who’s the lucky pony?” Discord inquired while riding on a grocery store coin operated rocket ride.
“Nopony in any world we know of.” She answered smirking deviously, a fang protruding from her mouth.
King sombra and Discord looked at each other with dazed looks on their faces unsure of what she was implying.
“Its simple really. We’re going to make one.” She sneered.
