Two Years Later

It was over two years since the Helghast arrived in Equestria. The landscape of Equestria had changed dramatically south of Pony Ville. What was once lush green fields and forest turned into a dull gray landscape of buildings reaching the sky, massive factories bellowing smoke into the air with a massive wall the separates Visary City from the rest of Equestria and at the center of the city was a statue of Scolar Visari himself with his right hand reaching into the heavens above.

The Ponies on the other hand thrived on the backbone of Helghast Production. Computers, Medical supplies, steel and several appliances shipped from Visari City on a daily basis. The Products were loved and enjoyed but the People of Helghan was treated differently. The ponies began treating the Helghast people as only workers and nothing else. The Helghan people who left the city to pursuit other interests was introduced to a world of ignorance and hate towards them. Beyond the city, there was no such thing as jobs for the Helghan People and Ponies treating them like garbage.

This Treatment to the Helghan People has stressed Pony and Helghan relations very thin. Lee has become very impatient with Celestia over the short two years with his people being treated as outsiders. She has done nothing to help His people one bit. The last visit to Canterlot was nightmarish as he saw how the nobles treated his people like they were slaves. Barley making enough bits to support themselves let alone their families. Of course all Helghans are always welcome back to Visari city, but it can only support so much people with secure jobs at this time. It would be years before the Shipyards would open to employ more Helghans.

With diplomatic ties running thin, Lee decided to make a trip to Canterlot. But this time he arrived with 4 squads of Personal guards since the last time one of the Nobles thought he was common Helghan folk for some odd reason and tried having him killed for refusing to some type of Job. It’s funny how the Nobles respect the Helghan Military uniform. As Lee got close to the Castle, Lee told his guards to stand at the entrance of the castle. As Lee left his Guard, one particular Noble who was still butt sore from two years ago noticed Lee without his guard as Lee entered the Castle.

Blue Blood Noticed Lee walking into the castle and always hated him ever since Lee kicked him in the Face two years ago. This Helghan, this one Helghan he wanted revenge on from embarrassing him all those years ago. Ponies still make fun of him from being kicked which caused him to cry like a little filly. Or that’s what the rumors was saying. This time he will get the last laugh. “Guard!” cried Blue Blood to the new guards standing near him. “That Helghan stolen my bits from me.”

The Guards were new at their post since it was their 3rd day on the job and never saw Lee before. They had to arrest several Helghan workers the other day for starting a riot in Canterlot so the two thought nothing about it. “You there. Stop Thief.” Called out one of the guards

Lee thought nothing of it when the castle guards had yelled at him and continue to walk into the castle until an aura appeared around him forcing him to the floor. “What is the Meaning of this!?” Yelled Lee.

“You are under arrest for the crime of stealing sir.” replied the unicorn Guard.

“Guards!” yelled Lee as he tried to fight the Unicorn’s magic.

“We are the Guards you thieving-” the Unicorn Guard was cut off as a Swarm of Lee’s personal Guard stormed the entrance of the Castle pointing their guns at the two Unicorn Guards. “Release our Autarch Right now.” One of the soldiers said arming his rifle.

“I’m sorry, but this guy is under arrest from stealing from a Noble,” shouted the Unicorn back at Lee’s men.

"Weapons free." Called Lee. Lee’s guards then open fired on the Unicorn guards, killing them on the spot.
With gun firing echoing through the halls of Canterlot Castle the Guards went on high alert barricading the Princess in the Throne Room and started returning fire at Lee and his Men.

Of course with superior technology and tactics the Helghast overwhelm the Palace guards and swarmed the Throne room but blowing the door off its hinges.

As Lee entered the throne room, there was no emotion left for the Ponies and the stunt they just try to pull with arresting him.

“What’ is the meaning of this!” demanded Celestia looking at the Helghans that stormed her throne room.

“What was the meaning of your guards killing my people yesterday during a rally of better pay and benefits? What is the meaning of Your guards trying to arrest me?” question Lee back with Anger in his voice.

“I have no idea what you are talking about?” said Celestia with assents of anger in her tone of voice.

“I’m sure you do know what I’m talking about. Over 100 of my people were killed by your so called royal guards. We had survivors hitch a ride on our cargo shuttles and told me about the horror of what went on. And I’m placing my foot down now!” yelled Lee.

“You forget who's Planet this is,” said Celestia calmly. “And who is allowing you to stay. As for your people, the guards that were responsible for that night are being punished as we speak.”
“What, no pay for three weeks? That isn’t a punishment,” argued Lee back. “You give me those guards, and I’ll personally handle them.”

“Killing them? Just like you killed them as you barged into my throne room,” yelled Celesta as she pointed to her dead guards that lay about the room.

“I had it up to here Celestia” yelled Lee has he raised his hand to the top of his forehead. “This peaceful coexistence is over. As of today, we are at war.” With those last three Words, Lee lifted his hand to his ear and pressed the headset he had on. “Captain, are you ready”

“Yes my Autarch.” replied a voice that was very audible throughout the room.

“You wouldn’t,” said Celestia as she stood up to look out the windows as a Helghast Cruiser approached the city. The Ponies below and Celestia never saw one of these ships before as close as it is now to the city. The ship was long with what looked like spears protruding from the ships haul. Then that damned Humming noise. That noise that echoed through the city below.

A bright blue beam erupted from one of the spears of the ships destroying everything in its path as it hit the city below. Arcs of lighting setting the city a blaze before any pony below could recover from the first beam, another one strike the ground from a different beam, then another and another.

Just as the first bolt hit the city, three Equestrian Airships began charging towards the Helghan Cruiser with unicorns ready to attack the enemy ship. As the ships got into range for their attack, Celestia watched as her unicorn guard stormed the city walls and began returning fire at the attacking cruiser to find them deflected away by some type of field surrounding the ship.

“You can do magic? When?” asked Celestia in horror.

“You aren’t watching” replied Lee

`To Celestia’s horror, the attacking Helghast ship began deploying sever glowing objects that left a white trail behind it flying to her Unicorn guard that was on the walls and destroying the wooden airships like they were nothing. Within seconds there was no such thing as a wall after the glowing object impacted and exploded. The ships on the other hand were falling to the ground as a burning heap of wood and dead bodies. As the ships hit the ground, their crystal engines exploded in several massive magical explosions setting fire to its surroundings. Any Pony that was near the crash site was completely wipe from existence.

“This is how you would get my Ponies to accept you and your people?” yelled Celestia as she watched the horror unleashed below.

“Your Ponies will beg me to forgive them. Right after I’m done killing you.” Replied Lee as he pulled out his Pistol and pulled the trigger. Before the bullet could even graze Celestia, she teleported away leaving the bullet to strike the wall behind her. “Where the fuck did she go?” yelled Lee as he searched around. “Kill these guards and fall back, I don’t intend on getting over ran but these ponies. Besides there is a certain empire that has all the crystals we need before we begin our full invasion of Equestria.

“Yes my Autarch” replied Lee’s guards as the began opening fire on what was left of Celestia’s royal guard.

Author's Note

The Nobles treated the people as slaves. Celestia was trying to stop it but its one of those situations. Think of Equestian gov like the Parliament. The Nobles run the Parliament but if Celestia tried something the Nobles don't like, they could in theory, crown any one of them as Prince or Princess of Equestia and remove Celestia from her throne with a majority vote. There for Celestia has no power over the treatment of the Helghast people.
