Celestia is in a time of desperation.
The war with the griffons is turning for the worst and her soldiers are not holding out as well as they Equestrian guard originally thought. She needs something that will help turn the war around. Something that will help end this pointless feud.
Her magician, Starswirl the bearded, has the answer in a rather strange form.
