We Found Your Hat

-Three and a half weeks ago-

“Hi... Loops!”

“Surprise! I don't mean to be rude, but can I come in?”

“Sure. Why the sudden visit?”

“Well... I had a dream.”

“Did you come out here only to tell me about a dream?”

“Yup. Actually, Pixer, can we talk outside?”

“Uh, sure.”

“Thanks, and sorry. I'm a little excited. Uhm... the dream. Yeah... you were talking to this stranger in this open, barren field. He gave you a crown, and-and he took his hat off too. O-oh right, he had a hat, and he gave that to you too. From that point, he had no more hat. Then you, Logo, and I took the crown to a far, far place. Uhm... the stranger was a star, and we took the crown to place with a star surrounded by five stars. We delivered the crown to that far place, which was a field with crops. They looked ready to harvest. Yeah, delivered the crown and then we came back to that same field which you got the crown. It was different this time, though. Crops had sprouted there, and we gave them water. That was the dream, and I felt like I had to tell you.”

“...”

“Pixer?”

“Wow. Loops, I had a guy come to my door a few days ago, asking if I would take a crown and paint it. His name was Hatless.”

“Hatless? Like he took off his hat?”

“Maybe? I don't know. Your dream is really confusing. That guy hasn't given me a crown yet, but he offered to. He wants me to paint it, but he is giving me several days to decide if I want to do it. It seems related to my situation. Did God give you that dream?”

“Well... it is the most vivid dream I've ever had, and I remember the details better than any other dream I've had.”

“I think it is from God.”

“Yeah, probably.”

“I was seeking God about it too. Hatless told me to pray about it, and I have been. Before Hatless came, I read about Jesus calling out the disciples, and I read today about the harvest being plenteous.”

“That sounds like my dream!”

“I know! It has to be the Lord. I think I'll do what Hatless asked me to do. Thanks for coming out here just to tell me the dream. While you're here... do you want to hang out for awhile?”

“Sure. I have to be home by the evening.”
